Editorial Review

This colorful car collection develops motor skills and hand-eye coordination while your child makes important discoveries about sorting and strategy. There are four vehicles, numbered 1 through 4, of graduatedsizes: a rattling green sports car, a blue police car with a revolving roof light, a yellow school bus with an opening sunroof, and a red fire truck with an adjustable clicking ladder. The vehicles can be rolledacross the floor, and then stacked--ever so carefully--atop each other, and finally all nested inside the fire truck. Vehicles only nest or stack completely when arranged in proper order of size and number. Made of sturdy plastic, these toys can be dipped in warm sudsy water for easy cleaning. --Kathryn Gustafson ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Trucks!
We bought these trucks for our 15 mo. old daughter and 4 mo. old son- We love them! They are nesting which is fun for our daughter to look underneath the trucks to find the next one or they can stack one on top of the other to make a tower.Perfect first trucks! And they aren't too big- a perfect size!

4-0 out of 5 stars MOMMY loves this toy.
I saw these on sale at a discount store and couldn't pass up the price. I bought them for my 8 month old daughter. She plays with them frequently. I like them because we can play peek-a-boo by putting items underneath them. Because they are built open underneath, she can grab them easy. She likes the activities on each little car. They also pack very easily for taking some toys out of the house because they nest. I know that she is going to really play with these for years. When we take them places, other kids are very attracted to them. One little boy, age 2, played with them for 30 minutes in the church nursery, stacking them and rolling them. Another boy was 5 years old and he was really into stacking them and identifying the numbers on them. My only concern is that the wheels are held on by a plastic pins and I'm hoping that they don't break. However, you can usually count on FP to make toys that last. My husband is happy because he didn't want me to get one more thing that takes batteries and makes noise!

5-0 out of 5 stars Maybe the perfect toy
This toy is terrific. It stacks, rolls, and the cars fit inside each other neatly. The three largest cars have a simple moving part on top; the smalles car rattles. No noises, no batteries.Just simple activities a young child can do his or herself. It's marvelously elegant. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Phonics Radio is great!
I purchased the Phonics Radio for my daughter because she seemed interested in learning her letters & loves music. When she first started playing with it, she was only pushing buttons to hear the music. Now that she is in preschool, she is making the connection to the letters in the radio with her ABC's.She loves this toy & takes it in the car so she can have her own music. That's a little annoying since I'm way over the ABC's song, but she's happy! We use this together with the Phonics Fridge Magnet set.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun Toy Radio
I bought this for my daughter when she was two years old and she immediately loved it.She loved the blinking lights and the songs for each of the letters. It also identifies each letter with an example word and plays a few other tunes, like "Old MacDonald Had A Farm".There are two volume settings, loud and soft, and soft is pretty reasonable, while loud isn't super loud either. The toy is very durable.Even a child who is rough with toys would have a hard time breaking it.

The only thing my daughter doesn't like about it is the games.I think the only minus for parents would be they the tunes might get stuck in their heads. It's awfully embarrassing to find yourself singing "The letter B really swings/It's the song it sings!" while at work.Other parents might understand, but everyone else will look at you funny.

Overall, I would recommend this for parents with toddlers.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not a good toy for phonics
My son got this toy for Christmas just before he turned 2.He loves listening to the few songs that are at the end, but otherwise, the toy is useless. It is very hard for me to understand the differences between some of the letters- I have to hear what word it's using as an example. It's a fun toy to tote around and listen to the songs, but as a learning device, it just isn't as good as other leap frog products. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Makes tummy time easier
My baby hated to be on her tummy, but all nurses insist it is critical in baby development.I would put this inchworm under her elbows and prop her up on it and she was much more comfortable.I also wrap it around her head as a head rest in her car seat. It's her most-used toy.She loves the colors and sounds it makes.

3-0 out of 5 stars my son isn't very interested
My son has had this toy since he was 3 months old and has never been very interested in it.( he is now 9 months) You can barely hear the music it plays. That is the only feature I really don't like about this toy.

3-0 out of 5 stars She's just not interested!
This is a cute toy, but our 6 month old has yet to be interested in it.Its large size makes it difficult to hold for small babies.I know it's gotten many good reviews, so I'll keep trying... just know that very young babies may not get much use out of it! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars My daughter's favorite!
How fun is it?My mother-in-law gave this to my daughter for her 1st birthday. Now, one year later, this is still one of her very favorite toys.We put it under a tree for shade (since Florida summers can be very hot) and she can sit for hours in the "box" (as she calls it) without tiring of the fun!Another funny point -- my beagle thinks it's a great platform for his squirrel chasing adventures! We've caught him up on top of the lid numerous times!(Strong lid!He weighs 30 pounds!)How durable? This sandbox also survived the 2004 Florida hurricane season unscathed! My one tiny complaint is that the lid is apparently not secure enough to prevent bugs and leaves from getting in.However, I guess that's hard to prevent right next to a tree.Educational value? If you read about children's brain development in early years, you learn how important sand and water play are for preschoolers.I'd much rather have my daughter play in the sandbox for hours than sit and watch a movie or even educational TV!As someone else said, though, be prepared for the sand mess -- sometimes we just go straight to the tub for a rinse!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Sandbox, does not become a focal point in the yard
My 20 month old really likes this sandbox.I like the fact that it doesn't stand out in the yard. The lid goes on and off easy and the sides are a perfect hight.I can even sit on the corners and play with him in there (165 lbs).

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for kids and looks nice too!
This sandbox is great. The kids love it and the lid keeps it nice and dry.I was skeptical, but the lid is perfect.I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and they spend alot of time in the sandbox. It is also a nice neutral color so it's not an eyesore. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Noah, Sarah and the two by twos!
I love this toy.I had requested it for my son's 1st birthday and he got two of them for his second (still 1 year old) Christmas. He continues to play with it and I had to get the two additional animal sets. It's really his favorite fisher price toy to play with. And I could add a few different renditions of the story of Noah to really use it as a teaching tool.He is almost 3 now and both he and his cousin love to play with the animals.I highly recommend this toy for so many reasons! It's well made, the animals are adorable and it's easy to see how children could imagine with this one.
I also suggest for Christmas to get one of the Little People Christmas (creche) sets. It's another learning tool and a "decoration" that can be played with instead of the ornaments!-

5-0 out of 5 stars Everything about this toy is great!
I purchased Noah's ark as a "stay at Gran's" toy when I first saw it on the shelf (about 3 years ago).My grandson requests it, and plays with it often. From the very beginning, he exhibited a significant amount of time on task, playing with the animals, learning to match them, stringing them in line to get on the ark, feeding the animals.I paired it with a simple version of the story. It is such a nice display, I keep it on top of the bookshelf. It still looks brand new!!!

It was very benefitial during his first play experiences.Initially, a couple of us would sit and play with him.He actually plays with it now by himself. He puts it away as part of his play.....having Noah rush the animals before the rains and the floods start!

5-0 out of 5 stars Little People are the cats pajamas!
My in laws bought this for my 18 month old daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it to this day. The animals and people are the perfect size for toddlers, and they all fit neatly inside the ark after she is done (which is not often because she is always playing with it!) Excellent toy, will be buying more Little People toys! ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Not that impressed
I like the concept of storing the pieces in this toy and being able to build on top of a small table.I am not certain why the table plays music and has the spinning wheels. My daughter rarely plays with this toy and I would recommend the plain megablocks over this toy.

5-0 out of 5 stars He loves it TOO much!
I bought this for my son's first birthday. He couldn't grasp the building concept, but loved the music and spinning wheels. So, for three months, he put on anything new he came into contact with (slippers, plastic containers, trucks, clothes, baby lotion, bottle, ANYTHING) on the spinning wheels and watched the item go around. It really kept him and us entertained, as we never knew what he would put on there next.We decided that this toy was well worth it, even if he never used the building toys with it.

At about 14 months he started to get interested in the building pieces. It was almost a little disappointing! This toy is the main toy he plays with every day.We all love it!

This toy has stood up to much abuse from my child. The legs were fine once my husband managed to get them in place (I couldn't do it).I also like that the pieces can go into the toy itself.

DS also likes to take the round pieces, roll them on the kitchen floor and chase after them. This has been a multi-purpose toy for him!LOL!

3-0 out of 5 stars You don't have to put the batteries in it.
I bought this for my son for Xmas.He likes it a lot.But I didn't even put batteries in it till a few weeks ago and now I regret it.The little tunes get annoying and since he likes it so much, he pushes the button all the time.I like how you can store the pieces in the bottom but the legs don't stay on very well. ... When it's time to go outside for a bit of fresh air and exercise, the Push Around Buggy from Step2 is ready to roll. Just slip baby in the generous molded seat, hook up the seat belt, grab the handle, and go! While you actually steer, baby can pretend to drive (and can even start the fun with a nifty ignition key). When there's an obstacle in the way or a friend passing by, baby can honk the horn. The buggy rolls smoothly and surely on four oversize poly wheels. A small trunk in the front can hold a few travel items. Both durable and fun, this sweet red and blue Push Around Buggy is a winner. The extra-long handle is removable and can be stored underneath the buggy. --N. Mered ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Love it!!!
We gave this to our daughter for her 1st birthday and she loves it.She gets so excited when she gets in it and can literally spend an hour riding around in it.It has become our routine for her to go for a ride down to the mailbox and then she puts the mail in the hood.I also agree with another reviewer that the wheels makes it pretty loud.Unfortunately this means I tend not to take her around our very quiet neighborhood and stick to our long driveway.

5-0 out of 5 stars Buggy rides
My son absolutely loves his buggy. We take him on a buggy ride almost everyday. He loves honking the horn and holding on to the steering wheel. The seatbelt holds him in when we go really fast and spin around. The best gift we got for our son.

2-0 out of 5 stars The front wheel doesn't turn..hard to push around!
I had my eyes fixed on this item, thinking that i will get it for my son and push him to the park. But I went to the store, and pushed this car out of curiousity.Boy it was hard on the arm because the front wheel doesn't turn!So in order to turn the car, you have to lift the front a bit, kind of like the jogging strollers.I already have a jogging stroller, and am not looking to jog him in this push car.It was hard to push even on the nice smooth floor of the store, I can't imagine how hard it would be to push it on the pavements, or off road in the park.If you are looking to push in straight lines, or workout your forearm, go for it! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Lots of fun for my 13-month old!
My 13-month old loves this toy. He rec'd it when he was 11 months old and continues to discover new things about it. His 16-month old friend loves it too. I can tell he will still be discovering how to do different parts of it for some time now!

The speaker volume is too loud, though, but I solved that by placing some packing tape over it!

2-0 out of 5 stars Loud and obnoxious
My son likes this thing well enough, but it unmercifully has no off button.Nothing like accidentally tripping over it in the night and waking the whole house up.It's really loud and annoying. After a couple of weeks you'll hate it.But your kid won't.

4-0 out of 5 stars Nice toy but too loud
Our son loves playing with his busy box. The key to open the door is beyond a toddlers capability, but it's easy enough to leave the door open. My biggest concern is the volume level of the music and sounds played. It really is much too loud for a developing child. We'll be removing the batteries so that he can enjoy the box without damaging his hearing. ... Read more

Editorial Review

A full set of developmental toys that will delight and grow with children from birth to their first year are integrated into this gift set by Sassy Toys. Newborns will reflexively grasp the Mini Polka Dot Rattle but won't let go, captivated by the colors they see. It has a classic baby rattle shape with plastic rings and a nubbed handle for tactile stimulation. An innovation in rattle design, the Pogo rattle is atom-shaped. It has lots of places to hold and is more than a tool for distracting a cranky baby, it's also a teether. Smiley Face Rattle adds more interactivity with a push-button squeak nose, crazy eyes, and a mirror on its backside for when self-awareness dawns. Winner of the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Award for best toy, Fascination Station has so much to focus on: four spinning delights of sight, feel, and sound mounted on a base that can be hand-held or stand on its own. Each of these toys has won numerous parent association and industry awards for age-appropriate design features and exceptional quality and safety. (Birth to 12 months) --Lynne Sampson ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Disappointed with the shipping of toys
I think these toys are great and would have been satisfied if I bought these for my own 3 month old son. However these were for a gift and they were shipped NOT in their original packages but just thrown in a shipping box loose with ablack & white photocopied paper describing each toy. I though it looked horrible! And to give this to someone for a baby shower gift looks cheap! They should have been in the original packages at least!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great First Toys!
At 3 months, my son is just starting to notice toys and the Fascination Station has been one of the first toys he has started playing with. The toy suctions to a table or high chair and has a wheel much like a ferris wheel that has several different spinning and rattling parts. I read other reviews about the suction cup not sticking well, or the toy coming out of it's base.We have not had that problem - and this toy was a hand-me-down from a friend whose now 2 year old played with it as well.We now bring it with us when we go out to dinner and it entertains and distracts my son(and sometimes my husband as well!). It is hard to find toys to bring to resteraunts to entertain a small child that pack easily and aren't too noisy so as to distract other diners.

The Smiley face rattle is also great. My son is just starting to notice himself in the mirror and really enjoys the mirror on the back of the rattle. The squeaky noise is fun too.I've been anxiously waiting for him to start playing with toys and it is now just as much fun for me to interact with him using this toy.

I find these toys durable, brightly colored and they really hold an infant's interest. These toys have been a must have in our family and I've recommended them to a couple of friends who are expecting and have already added these to their baby registry!

5-0 out of 5 stars A must have

5-0 out of 5 stars ShopSavy
After reading others reviews of this swing, I had to comment.I bought this swing for my daughter when she was 18 months. She is now turning 3 and the swing is still in wonderful condition(even the ropes!) even though it's been outside for 1 1/2 years. That's even inluding a storm that brought us about 5 inches of ice.My daughter loved this when I bought it for her and she still does. She could swing for hours if it wasn't always raining in the Northwest.I would most definitly buy this again if I have another child. As for those that are complaining about the ropes...they are ropes! They are eventually going to unravel unless you happen to have a rope from a shipyard that is ment to hold vessels and not a child that ways less than 40 lbs.

3-0 out of 5 stars Swing is OK... constricting
When I ordered the swing I thought that it would have a flat seat for the child to sit in. Instead it has grooves for his legs. The rope is a little short and it is somewhat difficult to adjust for proper swinging. It does swing.I will choose a different seat today.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Investment
My son, Aiden, still enjoys this wonderful soothing crib "toy".It tells him a story, sings him songs, and show's him pictures with just the right amount of light. Not too bright and not too dim.He is 10 months old now and knows how to turn it on all by himself.Great investment.

2-0 out of 5 stars A disappointing crib toy
I was given this toy at my baby shower by a relative with young children.I assumed her kids liked this toy and that's why she'd given us one (I hadn't requested it on our registry).Unfortunately, our baby has never been interested in this toy.I'm rather surprised because her Leap Frog Learning Seat is one of her absolute favorite things. However, I can understand why she's not interested in the Dreamscapes Soother.Personally, I don't find that there's much to look at - the flat lighted pictures that spin around are nothing compared to the three-dimensional, moving fish and real bubbles in the Ocean Wonders Aquarium (my daughter's very favorite crib toy). Moreover, the sound of the pictures moving is VERY loud. When we first used this toy (at night), my husband and I wondered if it was broken - that's how loud and grating the sound was.We figured out, however, that it's simply the noise of the pictures turning.Unfortunately, to cover up that horrible noise, we found we had to turn the volume up way too loud for sleeping purposes.Overall, I wish I'd kept the box because I am so dissatisfied with this toy that I would return it if I could.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Item
I purchased this item to use with my two year old daughter. It is very roomy as you could fit two children inside, so it makes a lot of room for just her.It had all the features I was looking for such as pockets inside to hold items and weather proof in case we get caught in the rain.It is very easy to attach to my bike.I love it and would recommend it to others.

The only slight complaint I have is the seat in not that cushy however that is such a minor complaint don't let that stop you from buying one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Kids love this!!
My kids just love this trailer!! I have a 3 year old and a 14 month old and they just love riding in this trailer behind their daddy as he rides his bike. My 3 year old shouts "I want daddy to ride bike!". It is great that it can also be used as a stroller, just unhook it from the bike and off you go. It is better than a bike seat because this does not tip over and the kids ride together and can have their snacks and juice. It hooks up (and unhooks) so easily from the bike. There is a safetly tether at the hinge also, I guess in case the thing accidently detaches you have a backup. I find only 2 problems: no padding in the seat (only a canvas sling seat) and no 'helmet pocket'(meaning that when the kids have their bike helmets on, their heads are slightly tipped forward because bike helmets tend to be bulky at the back of the head. They cannot lean their heads completely back in the seat. They don't seem to mind too much because they are so excited about going fast, faster, fastest!! behind daddy's bike.

5-0 out of 5 stars Lovin' It
I just bought this and a new bike also.I walk three of of my five children to school every day, for a grand total of four trips a day (drop off, pick up, drop off, pick up).I thought it would be a great idea to ride a bike instead, and I was right.I recently had a baby and it's great exercise. The kids have a blast pretending to drive to school.Their friends all think it's super-cool, and they are the envy of their Kindergarten and Preschool classes. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy!!!
I think this toy is probably one of the favorites out of all of my sons toys. He is 8 months now and he loves to shake them and bang them on things. When he was younger, we'd add it to our gymni or hold it up for him to kick and bat. He didn't care much for the noise when he was younger, but now he is beginning to appreciate it. I, personally, love the sound. They sound like real wind chimes, and they aren't too loud or too soft. I hang it on the wall in my baby's room when he isn't playing with it, cuz it really does have a nice look to it. A must have for any new parent!

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect for very young babies
I wanted a toy to hang from my month-old daughter's play gym.The toys she already had hanging there gave her stuff to look at, but at her young age, not much to actually do.All she could really manage was to bat the toys around, and none made any noise when she did this.I bought the wind chime hoping to give her at least some sort of "reward" for her batting efforts.I wasn't disappointed! The chime rings with the slightest touch, and the sound is sweet and melodious - I don't get tired of hearing it (and neither, it seems, does my daughter). It *is* a little expensive at about $10 compared to other hanging toys, which is why I haven't yet invested in another one to hang on her carseat/stroller.However, the price is really the only downside I've found - overall, this is a fabulous toy for even the smallest of babies.

5-0 out of 5 stars The Best Toy for a Baby Gym
This was by FAR my daughter's favorite toy on her baby gym.The sound is very pleasant and soothing, the colors are bright, and she loved chewing on the little birds and flower. It's also very durable, because she has chewed on it a lot, and it still practically looks new.

Once she outgrew the baby gym, we used some link-a-doos to hang it over her crib, and she still plays with it.

I have to admit I love it, too.She has way too many toys that make annoying electronic sounds (in spite of my pleas to the grandparents not to buy her anything else that requires batteries), so the baby chimes are a refreshing change. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Nice pool float...
We just went to the beach with our son and bought this at Wal-greens for the same price.I had read the reviews on here and decided that I wanted to try it.Our son is almost 7 months old so I can not say how it would do for a younger baby. The age range listed does not recommend it for a younger baby either. Our son enjoyed this float and it was nice to be able to hold onto it and float with him.It does put the baby more into the water than the typical inflatable baby float so you want to pay close attention to your baby of course. Keep in mind what other reviewers have said about the baby's ability to lean forward in this float. My son was able to get his face into the water at times but this float is recommended for an older baby and would give you the ability to get several months of use out of it.

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT FOR BOYS!
Or girls....My son got this when he was just 4 months old, it held him gave him the feel of security, while allowing him to get used to the water and allowing myself and his dad to have our arms! It was great the year we used it.He's gotten a little older now, andthis past summer, he wouldn't use it, he couldn't get where he wanted in it! I found it great for him while still a baby under the age of 1, but by the age of 15 months, he wanted his independence and to go where he wanted to.His head wouldn't go in the water with this one though and i helped him learn to slowly put his head in the water. He still does that now! It was a great buy and one that I would buy again over and over!

5-0 out of 5 stars Love It!!
We put our son in this as soon as he could hold his head up.He loved to be in it, and loves the water.I've recommended it to several people. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Wiggles and giggles
My son is now 4 months old and got this item when he was months old. This toy has always been around him. From crib to rocker to carseat. He loves the brite colors and little extra noises that hang off of it. This was the first toy to make him giggle out loud! Placing it on his lap in his rocker and playing the music he has learned to do a little wiggle dance to the music and giggle when he is able to activate the toy on his own. When we get ready for our travels out and about he squeels with delite when its placed in his carseat with him. Dont know what i would do with out this cute toy. I hope everyone else has had or will have enjoyable experences with this as we have

5-0 out of 5 stars LOVED IT SINCE BIRTH!!!
My daughter got this as a gift when she was 2 weeks old.She is now 5 months and it is still one of her favorite toys.Wonderful colors and music to stimulate baby.I told all my friends that were having babies and they allgot one too.

Wonderful product for the price!Great gift idea for new baby!!

My daughter also has the little touch leap pad and loves it!

5-0 out of 5 stars We'd be lost without this!
I bought this toy for my son when he was three months old as a Hanuakkah present.I thought it was neat looking but I'll admit that I bought it on a whim without knowing if it was something he would even like.Needless to say, my son LOVES this toy! It's small enough that you can easily toss it into a diaper bag and take it out with you, and there are enough activities to keep babies occpied for a while.Even though my husband and I are starting to get sick of some of the sound effects, this is one of the few toys we have that can placate the baby when he is fussing. He loves the colors and the variety of sounds and music. This is one "impulse buy" that I am glad I made. ... Editorial Review

The Little People Animal Sounds Zoo features six different animals--polar bear, seal, monkey, lion, bird, and elephant--and environments for children to interact with. Each habitat floor has a small paw print that elicits the animal's sound when pressed with a finger or when the appropriate animal is placed on it. Each animal is made of soft, squeezable plastic and is about 3 inches tall, perfect for small hands. Children will enjoy the various sounds, animals, and habitats, especially the monkey. Hit the purple handle and the monkey shoots up a vine into the trees and shouts, "Ah-ah-eee-eee-oo-oo!" as he tries to grab a banana. Also included are two fence pieces and a small plastic car for the zookeeper. Requires three AA batteries (not included). --N. Mered ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Little People Zoo grows on you
My son received this toy for Christmas when he was 1 year old.He tried all the sounds immediately and by the time we heard the little blue bird for the 5th time, he was scared of the lion, Bear and Elephant sounds. It is a very loud toy. However all the "scary" stuff aside. My son who is now 2 1/2 tends to play with this a bit more now. It's still loud and he still doesn't like the sounds that the lion and the bear make but he can accurately identify each animal and make his own sounds to correspond with them.My main concern was that the zoo keeper was the first item "lost" and Fisher Price has no way of getting a replacement keeper. That was the most appealing part to my son at first. And I tend to wonder if there were more pieces lost could a parent get a replacement or would we have to replace the whole thing?
It is a cute toy and I found that for just the animals my son was happy to play and cart them around the house...but as he gets older he tends to play a bit more with the toy as an additional part to his little people collection.
I also find it harder and harder to add on to this set..the petting zoo or baby zoo animals are harder to find and the zoo train has been MIA on almost all toy sites and that was the most appealing addition.

4-0 out of 5 stars GRRREAT toy!
My daughter received this as a Christmas gift when she was 9 1/2 mos old.She loved it from the start and still loves it today at 14 1/2 mos old.She LOVES pushing the buttons to hear the sounds that lion, polar bear, elephant and a bird make. She loves making the "boing" and the monkey sounds, too!In fact, we used this set to introduce her to many different animal sounds.Since she was (and in many cases still is) unable to pronounce the name of the animals, we taught her to make the sound that the animal makes. For example, a lion and bear growl, and so does she.We made up a "chomping" sound for the camel and a "Ppppbbt" for an elephant. It sounds silly, crazy even, but it worked for us.When asked for a certain animal, she's able to make the sound, and pick out the animal all by herself. This toy is fantastic!

5-0 out of 5 stars For laughs!
This Little People Animal Sounds Zoo is great for laughs! My 2 year old literally fell over laughing with the first sight-and sound-which happened to be the monkey.Several reviewers commented on the fake animal sounds, but this IS a toy, and it is hilarious. I even smiled at the cute "rar" the lion made. Kids love it, and it makes me laugh watching them enjoy it and enjoying it with them.True, all toys are best with on/off switches. It would be nice if this had one.So far this is the funniest Little People set I've seen, and we have 6 different ones.Enjoy! As always, test it out first if in doubt or save the receipt and return it if you don't like it. :) ... The Busy Bug Stroller bar is a portable stroller bar andactivity center for the baby on the move. The colorful soft cloth mainbar is 15 inches long by 2 inches in diameter; Velcro bands allow foreasy positioning in front of your baby on almost any stroller, swing,or infant seat. There are five activities, including a twirling bug, abumblebee atop a twisty plastic stalk, and a crunchy-sounding clothbutterfly. The most distracting feature might be the removable,dishwasher-safe snack cup in the center, which has a flip-up,bug-decorated lid for hiding (or revealing) snacks. --Richard Farr ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars fits on combi great!
my daughter loves this for the past four months (she is 9 months now).Still will play with it.only reason i didn't give it a five star was that the food cup in the bug comes off way too easily.

2-0 out of 5 stars Don't buy if you have Peg Perego Stroller!
I was disappointed that the packaging says "fits all stollers" I have a Peg Perego Venezia and when the snack tray is on this toy can not fit on it! I also found that it does not stay in position easily if you can attach it to a regular size bar. Because of the round base it moves on the stroller making it difficult for your child to play with.I returned mine to the store the very next day!

1-0 out of 5 stars Choking hazard
The nose is glued and sewn on, but my baby still managed to chew it off.I found it hanging by a thread from it's face one day.So, cut off the nose before giving it to your baby, or never leave your baby alone with it once teething starts.

Too bad about the nose because my baby loves his puppytunes.

1-0 out of 5 stars Dangerous toy - has been taken off the market in Denmark !
"Puppytunes" contains phthalates and has been taken off the market in Denmark!

The Danish environmental protection agency (Danish ministry of the Environment) also found the "multi sensory clutch cube" from Lamaze to contain TCEP and it has also been taken off the market.

TCEP can cause cancer and damage to the kidneys, and children should not be in contact with it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Long Life
I bought this bike for my eldest daughters 1st birthday ,when they first came out, about ten years ago! My youngest children, 4 and 3 love to ride it and it is still in great condition. It is so easy to ride and fun to push the kids when we go for walks. My son just got a fancy trike for his 3rd birthday and he still prefers to ride this one. His other one has heavy rubber tires making it harder for little ones to learn to petal. I am going to by one for my nephew for his 2nd birthday!

4-0 out of 5 stars Years of use
We bought this for my first son four years ago. He is now five and still rides this. He even rides it together with my younger son (almost 4). This plastic tricycle is very durable, it has been thru a LOT. It rides very well on the wooden deck.

4-0 out of 5 stars The new see and say
When I purchased this product I expected it to be larger, like the one I had as a child 30 or so years ago. This streamlined version no longer has a pull chord, there is a lever, and it is smaller and has a neat flip page so that more animals can be used.My 14 month daughter likes to sit on my lap and listen to the real sounding animal sounds, but so far she has not been able to pull the lever by herself. She especially likes the music that is played when the arrow is pointed to the musical notes.I would recommend this toy as a good start for teaching animal sounds, animal recognition, and fine motor coordination.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun for babies too
The recommended age for See 'n Say is 18 months, but we bought it anyway. Our seven-month old recently started enjoying animal noises we'd make for him.I tried this toy for him in the store and was greeted with the same smile and giggle we got from quacking like a duck for him at home.He is probably far from learning how to pull the handle himself, but we do it for him and he watches with delight. Each night, we read him a few stories before bed and we use See 'n Say the Farmer Says as if it were a book.We hold it in front of my son and pull the handle a few times to hear animal sounds and he thinks he just heard a fabulous tale.

This toy has a half ring that can be flipped back and forth to display different animals. There are 16 animals, which are named and make their individual sounds when the handle is pulled. There is also a song sticker that plays Old MacDonald had a Farm or The Farmer in the Dell. And there is a quiz sticker that asks you to find the animal based on the name of the animal or its sound. The farmer is on an arrow in the middle and you point it toward whichever sticker you want and then pull the handle.

I only have two minor complaints with this toy.The handle sometimes sticks on the way back up and makes a soft grinding sound. Also, the volume is a bit loud and there is no volume control button.Overall, it's a great toy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Better than the original!
This toy was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She is 21 months and loves it!She is learning her animal sounds and she loves to pull the handle herself. She also enjoys turning the "page" to hear the other animal sounds. She loves to be able to do things for herself and get a result, in this cause an animal sound or song. The quiz feature is also a nice feature.Although my daughter isn't talking that much yet, the quiz feature on this toy shows me she understands so much more than she can say. This toy is also very durable, as my daughter has already accidentily dropped it down our stairs. The sounds are much clearer than on the original.A great value and an all around great toy ...
