Editorial Review

Young children have a seemingly infinite capacity for exploration, investigating everything thoroughly and relentlessly as they try to learn about their world. While this Fisher-Price set is not likely to fully satisfy that curiosity, nothing ever will, it is likely to keep young kids quite busy and occupied. Eight blocks are included in the set, the clear cubes found in many modern Fisher-Price sets, and they are the key ingredients in the five interactive sides of the cube. There are options to stack the cubes up on a rack and then release them to tumble down with a turn of a lever, put them though holes to initiate perky sounds and flashing lights, and plenty of other fun games that should delight toddlers. Inside the block is room for up to 30 Fisher-Price blocks. There is some cause and effect teaching going on here but, as with all good educational toys, toddlers are not likely to think much about the learning; theyre too busy having fun. --Charlie Williams ... 5-0 out of 5 stars A great all-in-one!
I absolutely love this toy- and so do my two little ones (twin 11 month-olds).We received this as a gift when they were 5 months old & I thought I would die, as it is pretty big & we have a small space. The babies loved it- all the sounds, lights, and the toys are so cute- the babies loved to hold them in their hands and inspect every them. They seemed to learn to sort & stack pretty quickly after recieving this, and seem to learn a new skill every couple of weeks- all with the help of this one big toy.Yes, it's big, but it also means you don't have to buy 4 toys that do what this ONE will.So sturdy- I will have one baby leaning on this on either side & it won't budge (I'm sure it's capable of slipping, but hasn't happenned yet).OH- WE DID PUT SOME GRIP TAPE ON THE BOTTOM OF IT SO THAT IT WOULDN'T SLIDE AROUND ON THE CARPET OR HARD WOOD- MADE FOR AN ALMOST ACCIDENT-FREE TOY BY DOING THIS.WOULD RECCOMEND TO EVERYONE!

4-0 out of 5 stars suprisingly pleased
I bought this toy for my son when he was 8 months old. I was looking for some type of stand up play toy since he was trying to pull up on everything. I was torn between this and a play table. My son has been very happy with it. When I first got it open and we were checking it out I was very disappointed at the lack of activities. It seemed that it really did not do much. I was tempted to take it back. but as I watched my son with it I changed my mind. After all it was for him right? He seemed very entertained and he loves to put his weebles and balls on the spinning thing. I also bought the insurance that came with it. I normally would not do that but I had heard about the problems with the music and lights stopping after only a few months. My son bangs on this thing constantly. WE have not even had to change the batteries yet. He loves this toy. and my 5 year old daughter loves it too. They seem to get alot of enjoyment out of it. I was told you could buy more talking blocks for it but I have not seen them anywhere.

2-0 out of 5 stars peek-a-blocks incrediblock
My 11month old never got interested in it!We would sit in the floor & play w/ it!I would show her the different things it did!
She would loose interest quicly!I think one of the mogor things wrong w/ it is the music is not loud enough to keep there attention! We have it turned all the way up & it still is pretty soft. Her other toys are pretty loud & they keep her playing! The box only has one speaker & it is on the side.So maybe if they put more than one speaker it would be better. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Fun even for the little ones!!!
Our son, only 16 months old love this. He played with a similar version at a neighbors house and wouldn't get off. He loves all the buttons. He obviously can't reach the pedels, so he just uses his feet and Feddie Flinstones is way around. I actually like this better than his other trikes because it has a better stearing range (the other little kiddie trikes bearly let him go left or right) and keeps his attention with all the buttons. Though it could use a volume control for when I let him use it indoors, it's an all around good toy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Cruisin' Fun!
My son loves this trike! He's 2 and near the 95th percentile for height, and he still can't reach the pedals, even with the seat on the closest setting. He really enjoys pushing the trike with his feet, however, and since he's still a little too small even with the highest seat setting, he will be using this toy for many months to come.He loves the music, but the toy is loud and has no volume setting.

5-0 out of 5 stars Cool Harley
My 2 year old got this for his b-day and the first day he got it he pitched a fit when he had to get off to eat supper. He is now 2 1/2 and still loves it!He does try to run his little sister over though!:)The only problem we have is he still can not reach both of the pedals when he is trying to make it go, and he is tall for his age (most people think he is over 3 yrs old)My little girl, 1 year old, also loves pushing it around and pushing the buttons on it.My biggest complaint is that it is loud.Yeah, I know it's a Harley but there needs to be a turn down switch. At least there is a turn off switch which I am very grateful for! ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Fun toy for my bouncing little girls!
We bought this Rock 'N Bounce Pony for my youngest daughter's first birthday a month and a half ago.We got it because she LOVED to jump in her doorway Jumpster.Since she is such a bouncer, I thought this toy would be great for her current age.

She does enjoy the toy, but only in small doses. She might jump for a minute, then she's ready to get off. That's why I only gave it 4 overall stars instead of 5.I think I'm more excited about the toy than she is, although she does like it.

At first we attached the "support seat" and that worked fine. However, we also have another daughter, age two years and eight months. She REALLY wanted to jump, too, so we let her.(It states that the toy is for ages 9 months through age 3).She kept getting stuck in the support seat, so we removed it altogether. Now my oldest can bounce to her heart's content with no problems. The youngest needs help getting on and off anyway, so it works out fine that we took it off.I sit there beside her during her jumping and rocking, so there is no fear that she will fall off.I wish I could take the support on and off easily to better accomodate each child, but it requires a screwdriver.Obviously, there's no way I'm screwing the seat in then taking it off every time the other child wants to bounce.

I would recommend this toy for children ages 9 months to age 2.If the child is over 2 I'd be cautious about buying because they might be too big.My older daughter has almost outgrown it.(The seat is on the small side.)

The toy is well made and looks like it will last for years. My husband assembled it easily.Radio Flyer brand has been around for a long time, so I trust their good name for a quality product.

Overall, I'm glad we got this toy.Buy it if 1) your child really enjoys bouncing and 2) you plan to have more than one child. That way you'll get your money out of it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect for a baby
Our little one is ten months old and she LOVES this horse. We still have to stand by her but at least we don't have to hold her the whole time. This is her favorite one right now out of the three that she has. :)

5-0 out of 5 stars Best rocking horse for 1 year olds and up.
My son loves his rocking horse. We got the toy for him as a Christmas gift and he rides it at least once a day.
My son is now almost 15 months old so I removed the waste
harness, as he showed interest in getting on and off himself.
It also works as a great replacement for a swing, since babies outgrow those so quickly.Several times he has rocked himself to sleep on his horse.

Very durable and safe, easy to assemble. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Hazardous
Caution: My 2 1/2 year old son LOVES this horse. He rides it everyday, many times a day. It is only 2 months old and already the spring covers are destroyed and yesterday the S hook that connects the spring to the horse BROKE in half causing my son to fall. Fortunately, the wall 'caught' him or else he may have been impaled by the pole support of the horse and seriously injured. My son was left only with a bruise on his nose and hurt feelings because his horse was broken. We contacted Radio Flyer. They offered to ship us more S hooks, but somehow I think they lost the bigger picture of the safety hazard of this toy. I think and hope it will be recalled before an innocent child is seriously hurt or killed. Please consider this before purchasing. Thank you.

4-0 out of 5 stars POTENTIAL FOR SERIOUS INJURY!
The first problem waswith the spring safety covers. The springs wore through the plastic covers after about 2 weeks and now the pipes and springs are exposed. The company sent me replacement covers, but I can't see that they will last any longer this time around.I'm actually surprised that no one else has mentioned this problem yet. Addendum:FIRST OUR SPRING COVERS WORE OUT IN TWO WEEKS. THEN A SPRING BROKE. THE BROKEN PIECE OF METAL WAS HURLED ACROSS THE ROOM AND HIT ME IN THE LEG. THE COMPANY REPLACED THE SPRING. NOW JUST AFTER ONE WEEK OF RIDING AGAIN, ANOTHER SPRING BROKE. MY DAUGHTER FELL OFF BOTH TIMES. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A QUALITY ITEM! RADIO FLYER HAS SOME MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THIS TOY, AND I'LL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN TOMORROW. THIS IS A DANGEROUS PIECE OF JUNK! DON'T BUY!

5-0 out of 5 stars Look no Further!
I bought my 2 1/2 daughter this horse and she loves it. I have to admit that she WAS scared the first time she saw it because it looks so real! She can get on and off it with no problem. The horse does sit a little high but it has side steps that make it easy to get on and off. My husband put the horse together by himself and it took him 3 hours because it has a lot of little screws. He did need my help to put the head together so i guess you can say that one person can put it together. We love the saddle! It's nice and soft. We know that it is going to last us a long time since it is a "Radio Flyer". They have a good reputation of Quality and Durablity. Mom loves the safety covers for the springs, Dad loves that fact that he didn't pay for it (just kidding) he likes the fact that it will last a long time and our daughter just loves it, period.
4/13/05 It's been 3 months now since we bought the horse. We have NO problem with the springs nor the covers as mentionedwith other people. My daughter rides it Everyday and believe me, she goes Crazy on it. Hopefully, those other kids are ok but our horse is doing just fine so far, so good. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars My boy LOVES IT!
My son got it for his 3rd birthday & loves it. He can move it & operate it just fine. He puts things in the scoop & pretends to dump them. Great for his age group. GREAT FOR THE PRICE!!! The track comes off easily, but goes right back on. May not stand up to much abuse. The size of your toddler could be an issue. If your toddler is big for his age, this ride on may be too small. My son is around 35 lbs & it works well for him.

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect for 2 yr old boy
I purhcased this for my (...) nephew, he absolutely loved it! My (...)daughter loved it too. Perfect for ages 1 1/2 to 3. Very easy to ride.

4-0 out of 5 stars fun but should take out lock and wear shoes
My 2 year old was so excited to get on this big toy and the thrill is still lasting. There is a review in here that gives very simple instructions to make this toy playable. The arm locks and is difficult even for adults to unlock however It is so simple to fix this it is well worth the effort. If I did not read that review and did not know how to unlock arm I would not like the toy much and it would frusterate kids. So take my advice find that review on how to disable thr red lock mechanism and it is a great toy. The process takes all of four minutes. Enjoy ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A lot of fun for 2 - 4 year olds
We got this bouncer for our then 20 month old at Christmas and she loves it! The neighborhood kids enjoy it too (up to about 7 years old). For smaller kids it's nice because it's not too bouncy and they can't hurt themselves very easily. We've used it as a ball pit as well and it fits into a living room very nicely for rainy days! It inflates with an electronic pump very easily. Our castle has just developed a slow leak and needs to be pumped up daily, but honestly we've abused it with the bigger kids (and even mom and dad) getting in it. I'd recommend this highly for younger bouncers (2-4).

2-0 out of 5 stars Great fun...but won't last long.
My kids (1 year and 3 years) love this thing. They play in it together or with friends almost every day.

That said, the bottom chamber popped after about 6 months. It can be inflated in about 30 seconds with an electric pump (a necessity with the Jumpolenes) and will last about 5-6 hours...so not the end of the world.

The chamber they jump on popped the other day, after about 8 months.I can inflate it but it only lasts about 1/2 an hour.

In all...lots of fun for the short time it lasted.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good for younger kids, boring for older ones
I gave this toy a good review even though my son is bored with it. He's three and hardly ever plays with it. I wish I had bought it sooner!

Editorial Review

A train you can ride on? That moves by itself? It's hard to imagine any child not being excited by this prospect. The Santa Fe Train offers an amusement park experience in your own house. Assembly is a snap, literally. The track pieces click together with no problem, and it's so obvious how to assemble the train, you almost don't need the manual. If you feel prepared to take it on, this train set can make for a spectacular birthday or holiday present. In the interests of instant gratification, however, be sure to charge up the battery the night before. Some other considerations for parents: This toy takes up a lot of space: at a bare minimum, 12 square feet. It may have limited replay value, since you can go around and around a track only so many times, even if you are 4 years old. And it requires a bit of maintenance in that you must keep the battery charged up. --David Stoesz ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Keeps him Safe and Busy
My son received this when he was 18 mos for X-Mas.He is 2 now and still rides it nearly every day. This is one of his favorites and it keeps him busy 10-15 minutes at a time, a few times a day.You have to wipe/dust the tracks off a few times a week. The dust prevents the train from gliding on the tracks smoothly.I have had NO problems with it jumping the track.I have another one on the way and I expect this will be in great condition for him as well.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Fun
When we were given this as a toy I was doubtful it would have a big place in our house. I really aim for toys that encourage creative play, exploration of the world, that are not loud. This train, I was expecting would not do this. Was I wrong?!

This is a fun toy and very exciting. We have had it for several years now and my children still play on it. They can use it without the track which only makes it that much more fun.

It is fairly easy to steer and has not broken down yet. It is sturdy and has lasted through three children playing with it. It really does lend to creative play- my children have pretended they are delivering mail, visiting family, and so on.

Much fun. Throw in a few fun books such as Mailing May and this would be an excellent toy to encourage creativity, find and large motor control, and many more skills.

Enjoy. Well worth the money.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great fun but a little tippy
We bought this train for our son Christmas 2003 when he was 1 1/2. He loved it and still does but I agree with others that the extra car tends to derail alot. Also, if he leans over on it then it will all come off the track. It doesn't hurt or scare him. We have begun to teach him how to put it on the track by himself. Overall, he gets alot of enjoyment from this train. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Entertaining Easel
My 2 year old son recently received this easel as a birthday present.I put it together, and he has been using it ever since.Even at 2, he takes his artwork very serious and thoroughly enjoys it.He has fun using the chalkboard side; drawing and then erasing. On the paper side, he has fun with his Crayola crayons, washable, of course. He picks out a crayon, tells me what color it is, then hands it to me and I write the first letter of the name of the color so that he can start associating colors and letters.A great educational and fun item. ... We bought this toy for our 2 year old son and it has been a huge hit.He had never played soccer before, so I was impressed at how quickly he learned to score a goal.We first set it to the beginner stage and he was able to get the idea very quickly because every time the ball hit the net the sounds were set off. Then he learned to aim for the target and is getting quite good at this.I have to say this is a very educational toy because it teaches that physical exercise can be very fun and the immediate rewards are very reinforcing. My husband and I have had almost as much fun with it as my son! ... 1-0 out of 5 stars This Thing Sucks
I have twins and I purchased 2 of these to go in the back of my minvan. I liked them because they were so big and the carseats were on the last row. I thought these things would be perfect. I never once got either of them to work properly. If you didn't turn it off on the mirror then the batteries would run down within hours even though it was not playing. The damn things would never stay in place. One of them actually fell off and hit my son. I wrote Fisher Price and they sent me two replacement mirrors that still did not work. So I took all 4 mirrors back to Toys R Us and got store credit. Please do not buy this mirror!

1-0 out of 5 stars big mistake
Bought this for all the same reasons as the others..colors, sounds, big mirror.BIG mistake.I also have an SUV, it does not stay in place.Have to use towels etc. to even come close to a good view. The remote...what a joke.Ya it works if I'm sitting in the back seat and can be right next to the sensor. It does not work. The lights are only really visible at night, the music is not even something that would be nice for a baby. And for the price too expensive for such a disappointment.I would not recommend this product to anyone.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not useful to see the baby in the rearview mirror.
We bought this to see the baby in the rear view mirror. This mirror was a big disappointment because it was totally useless for that purpose. It was really really difficult to attach the mirror - there was absolutely no place to attach it in order to see the baby.Instead, it is kind of useful as a mirror to entertain the baby in the car.BUt I wouldn't spend $20 on a mirror for that purpose!I guess the music is ok, but we can easily use a CD with better music for those purposes. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Great Investment!Activities for many levels and interests!
I'm a mom that has to buy one toy that will serve multiple purposes. So you can imagine my joy when I came across the Music n' Play table! On the top side, it's split between a piano and activity center, then flip it over and underneath is a miniature "lego" building table.Plus, it has storage for the lego pieces!I was looking for an activity table for my 8-month old son because he likes to stand and pull himself up on things. We've had absolutely no problems with its stability. Actually, he uses it like a walker, pushing it all around the kitchen. And it easily entertains more than one child at a time.I was hoping it was available at stores in my area, but even with shipping and handling, it was well worth the price.I highly reccomend this toy, I know Colin will enjoy his Music n' Play Table for a long time.

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun, but what's with the music?
Our 13-month old enjoys this table a lot. However it sounds like all the preprogrammed music was done in Shanghai.Vaguely American pieces are played with distinctly Chinese instruments and arrangements, basically comprising a sad-sounding fiddle, xylophones, and drums. It's some of the strangest music I've ever heard from any kids' toy (and unfortunately it's somewhat scratchy due to poor sampling or tone generation). Also be aware this item takes two sets of batteries: one for the activity area and the other for the music area.Pros: easy assembly, lots of items for the toddler to play with, and unlike many of their other toys it's one they can play with standing up.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awsome
I'm 11 years old. I went to my cousins house and played with this toy. I couldn't stop playing. It was so much fun. When my cousins got a real keyboard they told me to play with that. 5-0 out of 5 stars My kid loves being top dog!
I got this for my 8-year old and she instantly got on it and started running over other kids!
she loves it!
she is the master of our street and if you mess with her you get run over!!
so any other people who get this,my Little susie wants a piece of you!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great 1st timer
We bought this for my daughter's 1st birthday which was yesterday. She loves to climb on and off of it just after 1 day.She can't push the button herself yet but likes for us to push it so she can ride. She did accidently push it once and laughed when it started moving. After she realized the button made it move she pushed it and let off several times and laughed about it.I think she will really enjoy it this summer when she knows how to make it go on her own.

4-0 out of 5 stars Excellent ride for the money
We purchased this for our 1 year old daughter on her 1st birthday. & she already was able to figure out how to manuever it. I was very impressed by the product for this age group. Reverse might be nice but at this age I dont know that she could figure it out. My only concern is the seat comes off fairly easy if the lock isnt just right. Excellent purchase for the 1 year age group! She loves it ! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars JUST GREAT
My son is only 2 1/2 months and he loves this puppy!!! he just look at it and laugh a lot!!! it's just a great toy that helps to stimulate the babys sense

5-0 out of 5 stars Great DOG!!
I love this toy, the only thing that I have a problem with is that some of the features are too close together. But other than that I highly recommmend it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Daugher Loves Her Puppy
We bought this for our 15 mo. old daughter and she really enjoys her puppy. It's one of the toys that she goes back to throughout the day. We've had it for several months and had no problem with the ear breaking as some other reviews have stated. There are many different songs/games- I see this as something she willplay with for a long time. It's not her #1 favorite toy (That's the Laugh and Learn House- it is THE BEST!) but she does really like it and plays with it quite often. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars Not what I expected.
I have a 19 month girl and purchased this toy for her 1st birthday. She loves to push things around. However, this toy does not steer, so she won't push it. And it is too wide for her to really scoot around on. She has way more fun with the $8.00 stroller I bought for her baby doll. I would not purchase this toy again.

5-0 out of 5 stars Multi-friendly
These parents of twins are happy with the hippo as a first birthday gift.Even though they were 11 weeks early (which makes them about 9 1/2 months size), they are trying to walk. The hippo does not get ahead of them while pushing in the walker set up.Other walkers we tried at friends' homes would roll too fast and they would fall forward. The gobble action works on carpet or hard floors. The wheels work well enough on carpet for my daughter to continue pushing when my son crawls on top.Any toy that can stand up to these two day after day is a good buy.

5-0 out of 5 stars "IPPAUW" works WONDERS
** This gobble n' go hippo or my sons way of saying it, "IPPAUW" (This is Pronounced IP and then Ow (like what you say when you get hurt ;) )...is their favorite new toy. Our sons are just starting to stand up (8 months old) and they LOVE peek-a-blocks (we have the wagon, giraffe, hippo, dumptruck, circus set, incrediblock, and shape sorter! they LOVE them ALL). But this hippo is one of their (and my) favorites!
** They squeal when ever they play with it. But I dont really recomend it for wobbly babies, mine are but I have a little technique. My twins seemed very fustrated that they couldnt run and walk like every one else. So they hold onto the couch and then sort of push it alon (with me holding their waist) I think with this help that they are really improving.
** They even love to watch "IPPAUW" gobble the blocks, which I have to say he does surprizingly well, maybe I just got lucky with a good one! I also like that the inside of his mouth is very soft so I dont have to worry about curious hands getting "gobbled" and then hurt.
** What I really love about this is that its stable, (although it doesnt turn too well), yet as another reviewer said, having swivel wheels may just make it harder for a new walker to start taking those first steps. It will be a great and fun way for my babies to learn to walk. I can see no way that this toy could be harmful, it moves well on our carpet, and it doesnt move too fast on tile for a shakey toddler. Its a very stable ride-on too, but I would NOT suggest you ride it outside
** Even my 3 year olds LOVE "Mr. Hippo". They love to ride him all over the house because "Mr. Hippo" is one of the few riding toys allowed in the house. My 3 year olds also think its a lawnmower ever since they saw one at a friends house, and since we only have one shopping cart they use it for that too, and, its so great to see their little imaginations at work, they pretend that they are taking their pet hippo on a walk! All the neighborhood kids LOVE him, even my twins daycare cot one!
** This hippo also gobbles more than peek-a-blocks wich all my kids think is even MORE hilarious, he gobbles other blocks, balls, and whatevers in its path, my 3 year olds say that his tummy is always very full!
** Since we have DOZENS, and I mean dozens, of peek-a-blocks, its a great place to store them other than the toychest (where they always end up on the bottom).
** But what really surprized me was that this hippo excited my sons so much that after hearing us reapeat the word "hippo" over and over again, they said "IPPAUW"!. I was SO excited, (even though they still didnt say "mommy" lol). This is an amazing acomplishment being that they could only say daddy, yummy, and "nehmo" (elmo).
** Its great to see all 4 of my kids enjoying a toy, and I know this will be a key factor in walking because my friends 13 month old gave it a 'spin' and whenever she ended up in a corner, wall, or piece of furniture, she would just stand there and look at us and say " uh-oh"... so cute. (she couldnt walk alone yet)
** Bravo for the Gobble n' Go Hippo for teaching cause and effect, walking (eventually), riding and SPEACH!

5-0 out of 5 stars WOW!
We needed two tricycles for my 21 month old twin sons. We had a different one but it wouldnt grip the sidewalk, it was loud, and it would tip over if a feather landed on it, we chose this trike at TRU and are SOOO happy we did!

WE wanted one with air tires that could grip anysurface, one that had a handle, one that had a basket, and one that could grow with my sons. This trike also had free-wheeling so now my sons feet didnt get scratched when we were just pushing them. We purchased the little foot rest for them too so they wouldnt need to rest their feet on the pedals. The air tires griped onto the street perfectly, they were really really sturdy too and would not tip over wevn with two toddlers! We purchased a kettrike push bar which really worked wonders and we bought a basket for the front handle bars, it was perfect for my boys! About the only accesorry not compatable with the Air Happy is the tandem insert, but thats a small price to pay for the air tires. The seat is also adjustable and it can fit ANY toddler up to about 5 or 6 years old!

We have used these trikes EVERYWHERE and they aren't too big to fit two in the trunk of my escolade. We have used these in Manhatten at Nannas house, in the park, on the boardwalk, dogwalks, around town, to barb-e-ques, and anywhere where these would be fun to have around! My sons still use strollers but this trike is great too, and they are really learning how to steer well and pedal! Theres no tricycle out there that is better than the Air Happy (except maybe the Air Jumbo)...

5-0 out of 5 stars Good trike
I bought this trike for my 15 months old little girl for her Christmas.Santa decided to give it to her 2 months early and she was very excited.Based on many reviews all over the internet, I know I am going to buy a Kettrike.I wanted air tyres, so it was down to either the Air Happy or the Air Jumbo.

I decided to go with the Happy because of the included push bar and the seat adjustment. My wife was a bit disappointed that it does not have a tilt bucket at the back but I got the basket attachment in the front to compensate that. The trike was fun to put together and the ball bearing wheels are very smooth. The free wheeling works very well.I have also bought the Little Foot rest, a seat belt and a bell from Kettler. My little girl stuck her foot between the bar and the front wheel once and she cried but I guess I should have put shoes on her first plus she wasn't padding, so her feet could go anywhere.Since that incident, I put shoes on and she learned to have her feet stayed on the little foot rest.

I used the push bar and it was very easy to steer even though it does not navigate like the Happy Navigator. My little girl is a lot taller and bigger than most kids her age and the seat seems to be a bit small on her but it works fine. The Air Jumbo has a bigger seat but it is not adjustable. At any case, I think the adjustable frame could work in the Air Jumbo to compensate the lack of seat adjustment. In addition, the Air Happy is said to accommodate a child up to 5 years old and the Air Jumbo is only up to 4.

My duaghter likes her trike very much and I can't wait for her to learn that she could steer and paddle this trike herself one day. Both my baby and I are very happy with the trike.

Editorial Review

This interactive learning toy will grow along with your infant. There are two modes: one for infants and "lie-down" play and the other for older babies and "sitting-up" play. Lie-down play consists of a musical mode and a learning mode. In learning mode your baby can listen to the "Hello World Song" sung in five languages while watching the bright primary colors of the motorized mobile whirling away. In music mode your baby will hear over 10 minutes of music from around the world. For sitting-up play, detach the mobile and your child will be ready for some of the following hands-on learning activities: spin the world ball to hear "hello" in five languages, play peek-a-boo with the mirror, spin the animal roller to hear animal names, colors, and counting. These same buttons will play songs in the music mode, the most impressive of which was the world vocal chorus we heard when we opened the mirror. Thoughtful and engaging, this toy should hold your child's interest for a long time. Requires four "AA" batteries (not included). --Megan Sullivan ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars My 2 month old loves it!
My 2 month old daughter just loves this. We also have the Baby Einstein Activity Gym, however, it doesn't really interest her. This Gym keeps her attention and she just loves the different songs/tunes.I would highly recommend this over any of the activity mats.

4-0 out of 5 stars My 9 wk old daughterand 2 yr old nephew love it.
My daughter love's this. She and the dog love looking up at the mobile. The music keeps her attention and I love that it has all the different languages. My 2 year old nephew loves this also. It coverts easy for a toddler and he loves the touching, spinning and button pushing. All in all I think it is a pretty good learning toy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Mama's Other Little Helper
We bought the Leapstart Gym for my now 19mo when she was about 6 months old.It took her a little bit to be interested in it, as it does with some toys, but when she finally 'got it' she loved it!Easy to move into the sitting up mode - though I had no idea what to do with the mobile then - ?It was great to sit her in front of it and be able to do something without worry of her crawling over to me.She used it to pull up on when learning to stand and it stayed in place - didn't topple over as some toys for that age will. When she started walking she didn't seem to be very interested in it for awhile (at 1 year), but the last couple of months - (17-19) now that she is getting more verbal she is playing with it again.
I like the different languages and the ability to control the volume.I think I've only replaced the batteries twice in just over a year? But I've always turned it off at night. ... Read more

When it comes to musical instruments, the drum is arguably one of theeasiest to play: just give it a smack. Fortunately, LeapFrog has created a drumthat's sure to provide ongoing delight. It's an electronic instrument with fourdifferent settings. When set to "ABC," each pat of the drum displays a letter onthe drum's top while a friendly voice says the letter out loud. The letters aresequential, so the drummer learns the alphabet. The "123" option works in asimilar way. There are also options for musical notes and a traditional drumsound. An off control and two volume settings will be welcomed by parents whoare sure to hear this drum being played with repeatedly. If the young drummerpauses for a while, the friendly voice plays a little song or asks to be playedwith again. --John Moe ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars great drum!
our little munchkin started to play with this drum on his own immediately (he's six months). i love that it's easy for him to play with, it lights up, counts numbers and the alphabet, simon says, etc. so worth the money (although i payed $25 at buy buy baby in nyc).

2-0 out of 5 stars Leapfrog Songs
Yes, they're all the same.Once you have one toy, you have all of them. All the Leapfrog toys have the same songs.I would spend your money in one of the more expensive Leapfrog toys, and forget buying the rest, unless you love listening to the songs over and over and over. However, I do like the Leapfrog learning toys. Please, Leapfrog, invest your money in more/different songs and sounds!

4-0 out of 5 stars Good for those learning to sit
We received this as a gift for our son when he was around 5 1/2 months and starting to sit alone. He really enjoyed it initially and I like the fact that it would respond to his thumping even if it was upside down or on it's side.

However, I do agree that it turns itself off way too quickly and it is a tad repetitive. ... Read more

Ah, even in inclement weather, it can be summertime in the playroom. And what's more summery than the age-old tradition of charring goodies over a flame? This toy barbecue grill for tots makes sizzling and grilling sounds, and has a bed of red "coals" that light up. A toy burger, drumstick, sesame seed buns, and veggies can be flipped with a spatula (all included) on the toy range, which has a lift-up lid, pushcart handle, storage space, and wheels. The grill is hollow, lightweight, and attracts the eye with primary colors. It's perfect for kids 2 to 4 years old, but please remind them that the grill does not work with real food--or fire, for that matter. 5-0 out of 5 stars LITTLE ONES GRILLING UP A STORM
My son loves to watch me grill on our Barbeque outside so this was the perfect gift for him.Comes with great sounds including the click of the automatic grill starter and the sizzling sounds of food cooking away to perfection.not only that but press the button to see the grill light up with simulated heat as the food cooks. How very cool is that!!!

Add to that it comes with all the food you need for your grill including burgers, corn on the cob and chicken along with a spatula, and your little one has all they need to begin grilling up a storm. And of course as with all Little Tykes toys, it is very reliable and very durable.Outstanding toy for anytime of the year!

5-0 out of 5 stars What a fun toy!
My 3 year old son has had this grill for over a year now and absolutely loves it!We keep it in the kitchen and he "cooks" with us all the time. The crackly grill sounds and the "glow" of the coals are really fun.The food fits, and stores nicely in it.The only thing he gets frustrated with is that the hamburger patty does not stay on the bun very well, but other than that I highly recommend this product. Not to mention the batteries do not wear out very fast, and my son plays with it quite frequently.

5-0 out of 5 stars My son loves this grill!
This past Christmas I looked all over for a barbeque grill for my son, so he could be like grandpa. Every place seemed to have the same one with a green top and eyes on it, but I was looking for something a little different. This one looked better than the other styles I had been seeing. This barbeque sounds like it is actually lighting up when he presses the green button. He plays with it so much we need to replace the batteries again. Awesome product! ... Read more

Hey, even Michael Jordan was a toddler once. And just think of how many more millions he might have made if he had practiced on a hoop-and-ball set like this one when he was a height-challenged hoopster. With the Easy Score Basketball set those impromptu dunking clinics will be challenging, but no longer impossible. Future MJs can now practice their skills with ease, because the Easy Score adjusts to height, has a size-appropriate hoop, and is made of durable plastic. The over-size rim (1 foot across, with a nylon hoop) can be set anywhere, as it only rises from 2.5 to 4 feet high, putting lay-ups and treys just within reach. A sturdy 15-by-19-inch base keeps the basket from tipping; this is important for young hoopsters who get a little too exuberant. The set comes with a tot-sized (6-inch-wide) rubber b-ball.--Paul Hughes ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun while it lasted
My son got this when he was 3. My 5 year old daughter thought it would be fun to lay it down and sit on it like it was a horse or something. The basket cracked. Before that, the tiny red piece of plastic that is used to adjust the height was lost, so it had to be used at the shortest height. We found the piece, and my husband superglued the basket. It worked until the first slam-dunk. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best purchases we've made
I couldn't help but add my 2 cents worth. We bought this for our 14 month old son. He absolutely loves it. We have had it for three months and he still plays with it every day. Our 3 year old loves to get into the action too and Dad and the kids literally spend hours playing ball. I would recommend it to anyone. It is a great idea for inside physical activity during the cold months, ours was in the living room, it's nice because it doesn't take up too much space.

5-0 out of 5 stars The best Christmas present!
I bought thisbasketball set for my son's Christmas gift this year. My husband loves it as much as my son! When my husband gets home from work they spend at least 30 mins playing ball.It is easy to adjust and the ball is just right for his little hands. We live in an apartment so it stays inside and we don't have sand in it.This is hands down the most used toy in his very very very extensive collection! ...
