Fun Toy For Mom and Baby
I love this Sesame Street bath toy and so does my 15 month old daughter!It is so neat with the puzzle feature, something that helps us tidy up when it's time to get out of the bath.We make a game that the different toys must be put back on the island before my daughter gets out of the tub.What fun!As she gets older she will get more adept at it, right now I help her.She likes to make a waterfall with the tree and make Elmo zoom across the water.I love this toy so much I've given 2 as gifts!!!

THE Best Tub Toy out there!
My daughter Riley received this toy for Christmas(I'm just a little late)I had to write this review because it truly is a great toy for the tub!It is great for imaginative play and was well thought out!No holes in figures so they can't get water inside and mildew like most tub toys. I highly recommend this for everyone's child!

Never cry at rinsing hair again
I bought this for Christmas for my 16-month old son who HATED having his hair rinsed.He loves Elmo, so I thought I'd give this bathtub toy a try.INSTANT SUCCESS!I use the tree to rinse his hair and guess what, NO MORE TEARS!He happily plays with Elmo, Ernie and Lou and lets me rinse away.This toy is a must have for any toddler who loves Elmo.My son even takes the bathtub Elmo and Lou to bed for naps and nightime.We've had it for several months and no mold will grow on this thing.FANTASTIC!We dry each character off while drying my son off too and they just make bathtime, drying time and life happier for my little boy! ... Messy clean fun...thank goodness the crayons wipe up easily
Our son is now 21 months-old and has had this toy for almost 6 months.He still insists on it every bathtime.He has learned to give Elmo a "bath" with the soap and washcloth (not included) and scribbles gleefully on the sides of the tub with the soap crayons.He even has learned to wipe the tub clean with his washcloth, saving daddy the tedium of doing it himself.My only problem with this is that it is difficult for little and big fingers to remove the crayons from the plastic "Dorothy" storage container.The opening needs to be a wee bit wider.

Bath + crayons+ Elmo = FUN for my little one!
My 16 month old loves to color with crayons.When I saw this, I had to get it for her.She loves it!Elmo floats and dries up very easily. The crayon marks wash off the bath walls with no problem.The only problem she has with it is getting her tiny fingers into the little fish bowl to retreive the crayons.Otherwise this is a big hit in our house.

Elmo and crayons make bath time fun!
We recently bought our 20 month old this for Christmas and she loves it. Elmo can hang from the shower head to dry, the Dorthey fish bowl has holes in the bottom to drain crayons, and it is all around fun! My daughter loves writing on the bath tub walls - what kid wouldn't? My only problem is it is hard for little ones to reach so far into the fishbowl for the crayons.. otherwise a WINNER! ... wonderful doll

Lots better choices out there to learn about stacking
I have these as well as some cheap plastic stacking cups and my 1 year old has never used these much. The cheap multi-colored cups that come 6-10 per set for about $2-$3 are much lighter, teach the stacking skills and take up way less space. I'd say my daughter uses those about 30-45 minuts a day and NEVER uses this toy. Buy the cheap cups instead. This toy is soooo heavy I don't understand why it is suitable for little kids. I am very disappointed overall with this toy.

Lots of cute features for a baby
This toy has a lot going on.There are three pails and a ball that can be stacked or played with seperately.The largest pail (which is heavy and can hurt if thrown) is clear with water inside and sea creatures that move.This pail also has a rubber handle that can be chewed on like a teether.A blue pail has a sea star at the bottom and the pail rattles.The smallest pail is yellow with a hermit crab attached to the bottom.The crab can be turned and makes a clicking sound.The red ball has a fish inside that will spin when the ball is moved.

Overall, this has been a fun toy for my son.I wish that the sea star and crab that are at the bottom of two pails were more accesible for him.He looks at the crab, but his pudgy hands can't get down there to turn it.He does like the colors and creatures and they keep him entertained for up to 30 minutes at a time.

Not for the tub

uses the imagination
Now my 6 yr old son and 1 yr old daughter can share this. There are multi colored fish, octopuses, etc. the kids can use their minds to create a virtual aquarium. Much better than the floating dolphins that lost my kids interest within a couple of minutes.

lots of fun
My son loves the bath fish.When not bathing, he likes to get them out and put them back in the containter.He likes to chew on them because they are squisy shoft but they hold up well and don't break into pieces.In the bath tub he loves to stick them to the side of the tub and we love to stick them on his forehead and chest.He will giggle and take them off.Lots of colors and variety of sea creatures to learn about.

I have a question, hope someone can answer.
I like the look of this toy on the site, it looks durable, and my child loves to play in the tub. My question is this, do these letters stick to the walls of a tub enclosure, or are ceramic tiles the required finish for them to adhere to?

Love them!!
Only problem I have noticed is they are very small and that they don't have all the letters. My kids names have R's in them and they are upset that there isn't even 1 r in the whole tub. They stick to the wall great and even my husband and I have enjoyed leaving messages with them. Two thumbs up!!!

Great Learning Toy!
My kids have this toy. They love making their names or words out of the letters.

I find it totally unexceptable for someone to attack someone else. This is for REVIEWS, not to attack people. Who cares if shes not who she says she is? She wrote a good review. She didn't use "their" instead of "there" anyway, and two exclamations is a common mistake. She was probably in a hurry.

Great books!
Or should I say book.We only have the Farm Bath book but it is wonderful.My 1 year old loves when I (Mommy) make the farm animal noises.The colors are bold and the things to look at around the animals seem to lure the most of his attention (like the bird on the pigs back).I wish they sold these books separately here so I could buy the two I don't have. ... Buy it for other reasons
I agree that the toy doesn't not hold together very well, and the sounds the dolphins make are kind of strange.That being said, we love this toy.We use it for counting and colors and it's wonderful.Our 2 1/2 YO girl loves playing with it; it's her favorite tub toy.So, know that it's not a magical, musical tub toy, but it is a lot of fun.

Fun Toy
I disagree with many of the other reviews here.We just picked up this toy used, at a Thrift Store for a dollar, and it was well-spent.The dolphins, do indeed make sounds (whistles of differents tones) when you lightly tap their heads.The only time they don't make sounds is when they get too full of water and you just have to empty them out.As for the rings staying together, we are missing one, so I didn't know that the were supposed to form a big ring, but we build chains with them, and have had no trouble at all with them coming apart.My son is 6 months old and he just loves his dolphins.He hated baths until we brought these home!Now he squeals with excitement when we run the bath water and can't wait to get in the tub!

good, dependable bath toy
I received this toy as a gift for my son and honestly I wouldn't have bought it but my son really took to it. It was one of the first toys he would "pretend play" with, and it was fascinating to watch him play with it in the tub.

Of course, he prefers filling up the mommy duck with water and playing hide and seek with the baby ducks in the bubbles when we have a bubble bath. It is interesting to see how many different ways of playing (with what seems like such a simple toy) he come up with. I think this toy would make a great gift and I'm happy to have received it.

It would be interesting to see if in the future they add some magnets to the front and backs of the ducks so they could trail along in the bath (my son tried it after watching some baby videos, haha).

Very challenging to open and get the ducks back inside
My 16 month old daughter loves ducks. This toy was fun at first, but the back of the mother duck is very hard to open, even for me. Once it's open, she leaves it open which causes it to fill with water. The little ducks are easily lost in a bubble filled tub. So the mother duck gets most of the action. Overall it's not that great a toy. It's stiff and hard for wet hands to manuever.

Finally, an easy-to-clean bath toy!
Why do so many bath toys have holes in the bottom, allowing bath water to enter and moulder and render the toy disgustingly no fun?

Hurray for BRIO and their sweet duck family -- no holes!!

My 14-month-old got this toy for her birthday and she loves it!With a little help to hold momma duck's lid open, she has no problem putting the baby ducks away, then taking them back out, then putting them away again.

Don't bother
I bought this for my son when he was 2. He has always loved taking baths until recently.I thought this toy seemed interesting enough for him to want to play with in the tub. After reading other reviews I was sure this was the toy...boy was I wrong.He has absolutely no interest in this toy whatsoever.He won't even play with the whistle.He would rather play with plastic cups.I would say this might possibly interest a younger child.

Must have for kids!
Just got word that this gift was an instant success with my nieces. Although, keep in mind that this is not a toy for infants. 1 year and older is the norm.

Happy nephews
This bath tub toy has been a great hit for my 2 nephews ages 4 1/2 and 1 1/2. It's the only toy they play with now at bath time. They take it all apart and divide up the pieces so they each have something to play with. It was one of our Christmas gifts to them, and best of all.... it doesn't make noise like most of the other hi-tech toys they have! Fun, but not made well
This is actually a very cute toy...and a great teether, if nothing else.However, the little squirty thingee had at least one hole in it after maybe 5 baths!And it's not a hole from my 10-month-olds tooth...it's along the seam of the toy.However, the stacking feature is pretty cool, and the bright colors intrigue her in the tub.

Fun Water Play!
My 11 month old daughter received this toy for Christmas.When I gave her a bath, she loved it!!There are various activities for the child.There is a water squirter...which she loved, and she tried stacking the shapes into the main piece.There is also a sponge-like toy that she enjoyed squeezing!

not worth it
This toy was a waste of $$ for our little one, I do not recommend it to anyone.The squirting parts do not work well on ours, and it is big and bulky.Just not worth buying in my opinion.

Durable, with lots of ways to play
We've been using this toy for over a year, and it still looks and works like new. The various moving parts provide lots of fun activities. As the child gets older, he/she will find new things to do with it, such as running water from the faucet onto the wheel to make it spin. Be sure to submerge it once at the start of bathtime so it floats properly.

My Son Loves This
I bought these for my son for a change of pace from the usual boats and fish.He couldn't be happier!Our Piglet doesn't fall over, in fact my son can push it across the tub like a speedboat.They also dry quickly which is great since the only way I can get my son out of the tub is to let him take them out with him.

Not recommended
My daughter is 18 months and she could care less if they are in the tub.Pooh is really heavy and hard (dangerous) and Piglet doesn't float upright, he falls over.

cute bath toy, BUT...
These bath buddies are so cute. I was a little conserned that pooh's shorts might be cloth and that they could be taken off (I have a 20 month old and I would get to put them on a hundred times), but they are part of pooh. Piglet is also cute and is floating in a tube that is also a water sqwirter; which my kids love, BUT piglet will NOT stay upright, he floats on his side. I am very disappointed in this. It keeps falling down...
It would have been a nice toy if the suction cups worked.It's a cheap toy and it's not worth the price considering how it fell on my sons toe.If I could sue, I would.But, I had read the previous 2 reviews and didn't heed to what I unfortunately had to find out myself.I only gave 1 star because that's the least I can give.I would have given none.Don't waste your money.Believe me, you'll regret it.

Bummer Bath Toy
This toy looked great but in the REAL world of play was lousy. The suction cups dont hold it up in the tub, so it just slides down the wall. None of the "options" worked (i.e. bubbles won't come out of hippos mouth). If I could find a way to return it, I would!

Care Bear loving preschoolers will LOVE this in the tub!
I was SO skeptical about purchasing this for our nearly four-year old daughter.Thankfully, I did!This is one of the few bath toys that has held her interest for more than just a few uses.It's inexpensive (about $10 here or at Target), and does not let seep water inside [at least not so far...hence the 4, and not 5, star rating] (hooray for those of us in humid, semi-tropical climates, in particular!).It looked a lot more like a baby toy to me, but our daughter loves playing imaginative games with the Care Bears.The pole/umbrella contraption does disassemble easily, so I would NOT recommend this toy for a young child.Certainly, a child under age 3 years (and older, yes) is being supervised by an adult 100% of the time while in the bathtub.Still, a baby could easily stick the pole part in places it should not go (mouth, nose, and the like) and be harmed.It's not a problem for our only child.Enjoy!It's well worth the price for some imaginative, non-colored, non-chemically laden bathtime fun! ... Don't waste your money
My 2 year old son loves fish, bubbles and baths so I assumed he would love this toy.He is afraid of it because it is too loud and it barely makes any bubbles.Don't waste your money on it!

Scared my son
This toy is really loud - enough that it actually scared my 16 month old son.He refused to go near it and started clinging to me.Plus, it barely generates any bubbles.

Bubblemaker stops working after using one time.
Purchased this product hoping to have lots of bubble fun in the tub.I was wrong.The first time we used it it worked great.Turned it off and went to turn it on again and it stopped working.Returned to the store for another one and the next one did the same thing.I also found that it was a bit to loud for such a small toy.I also found that it didn't make much for bubbles.What a wasit of money and my time having to return it twice. ...
