So far ,so good - great stroller-not for jogging
We purchased this stroller based on a recommendation from Baby Bargains book.We knew it was not a jogging stroller, however with our dirt driveway and country roads the 3 wheels is much smoother than our 'regular' stroller.We didn't need a jogging stroller because we don't jog.We are pleased with the smooth ride when compared to our other stroller.The air pump for the tires is handy to have.There is lots of storage room.I am very satisfied and believe it is a great value for the price.

Check the tires before you buy!
I have a Graco Quatro stroller and though I love it for riding on smooth surfaces I needed something a bit more sporty for evening walks and for walks on trails.After careful research I found the Jeep Liberty to be what we were looking for.I went to Babies R Us, to look at it, and realized there were 2 versions of this model.The normal/cheaper version is the one pictured here.The second version is the "limited" model. Here are the differences:

1.Material of seats and canopy
The cheaper version is deffinately cheaper for a reason.The fabric used is not as breathable as the one in the "limited" version.
2.Tires
The tires on the cheaper version are the same as the tires on most regular strollers.
The tires on the limited version are like bike tires.This makes the walking on rougher terrain a smoother ride for the baby.
Because it has bike tires the "limited" version has an air pump attached to the stroller in case you have a flat.I found this to be a great idea.
3.Off course, Price
The normal version was $99 when I looked at it.The "limited" version was $139.

Anyway, I decided to purchase the "limited" version.It's a bit more expensive but suits our needs better than the normal version.In addition, the limited version has the wheel toy bar and a pretty cool CD player with small "speakers" so that you can walk to the tune of your (or your baby's) choice.
I would recommend the "limited" version to anyone... :-)
I give the "limited" version 5 stars...

I don't know what I'd do without the Snugli.Baby has ridden very comfortably in it since we came home from the hospital- he's now 4 months and 17 pounds and it works better than ever.We've used the facing in and out positions, but have not yet tried out the backpack style, so I can't speak to that.The waist band does a lot to help support his weight evenly, and I've never had trouble with back ache or strain as long as I have adjusted the straps correctly (I've needed to move them a couple of times as he's grown).Initially it was a little awkward to get all the buckles and snaps figured out, but after a couple practice runs I had no difficulty at all.The instruction manual was also clear and helpful.

difficult to put on
I got Snuggli and Bjorn for my baby shower. I was planning on returning Bjorn to get my big $$$ back. But Snuggli was so difficult to use with all those straps and belts that my impatient baby had a fit every time. Baby Bjorn worked better. ... Read more

3 seat stroller
I have just recieved 2 brothers and 2 sisters they're great.the stroller we got is good,but was pretty high,don't you think so.i think it takes up a lot of room in the back of our car but we got to have somthing to push Savannah,ConnerAnastey in Briley rides in a seperate stroller cause he only weighed 2 lb. & 8oz. when he was born he rides in a Evenflo stroller, we use careseats in the stroller just like the one we use in brileys stroller,we somtimes carry him in a pouch thing.love this stroller so does both of my mom and dad.

Great Stroller for my triplets
I have two year old triplets Nicholas,Maggi,and Erin. I love this stroller alot. I looked and looked for a triple stroller but I never seemed to find one until I found this one. This one I use everytime I go out. It has held up every since they were around 8 months old.

Stroller arrived and so far so GREAT!
The box was smaller than I expected and my husband put it together in about 10 minutes.At first I was scared b/c I forgot to unlock the front wheels and it was very hard to turn.But once I unlocked the wheels it was wonderful.We call it our limousine.I am expected a baby in 4 months, have a 1.5 year old and a 4yr old.They love it so much and actually sit in it for now to watch TV.The third seat I have set up as the bassinet and placed my big dog there to test out the riding.It rides incredibly nice all things considering!I am shocked b/c I was kind of scared but for the price - it's worth it.Yes, its a tight squeeze for the second passenger but my boy doesn't seem to mind.I love the handle bar - great grip.Considering I spent more money on my double stroller, this stroller is a steal.I don't plan on taking it in the car - it seems pretty big, but I hear it's possible.I'm sticking to our park rides and local rides in the neighborhood.Can't wait for spring!

Positives outweigh negatives ....
I first fell in love with the adorable print of the Colby line. I wanted to make sure I had something masculine and dark in color (stains don't show) but not too "unbabyish".After looking into the line I fell in love with the features as well.
This stroller is extremely light. It folds and unfolds one handed easily.It is, however, a bit akward to move it while folded (it doesn't want to roll). It has a 3 position recline which is easy to function (no draw strings as on some other models). I also purchased the Graco Colby Snugride infant carseat and appreciate the added "clips" the stroller has so if someone leans on the front of the carseat when it's in, it cannot tip backward. It manuvers easily both forward and backward. I live the double cup holders for mom and the multi-position push handle. The super big basket and the ability to get into the basket even when the seat is fully reclined is very nice.My *ONLY* real complaint with the seat (and it's a big one) are the two "windows" in the canopy don't have any way to close them if the sun happens to shine through into baby's face (and it almost always does).My daughter's Graco stroller (over 10 years ago) had a flap that you could velcro over the viewing window. I can't imagine why they did away with the flaps. I'm going to purchase some navy fabric and make my own "window covers" but this really was an oversight by Graco.Another thing I miss that my daughters had is the ability to flip the handle from one side to the other (which also helped keep sun off of baby).

Over all a good purchase, but if you are as concerned about the sun as I am (family history of skin cancer) I would look elsewhere.

loved it!!!
I bought the travel system.I loved it when my son was in the infant seat.It was light weight, easy to get in and out of, and adorable.The latch system fit in most all shopping carts, and he was snug as a bug when it was in the stroller.
Now that my son is a year- I realize what a great choice I made. I love it even more. The color and pattern was adorable, and does not show marks or stains easily.I walk with it everyday, and take it every where.It's so light weight.I see these mothers with the heavy strollers that can't get them in or out of their cars easily, and I just love mine.
The harness keeps him in- because he's 14 months and wants to escape now.I can hold him in my arm, take the stroller out of my car and set it up all with one arm and my foot.
I highly recomend this one- other's have told me how heavy and unpractical their strollers are, mine's great!I can take mine anywhere. The only drawback - was removing the fabric on the infant seat to wash it, it didn't come off easily.
I would get this stroller system again in a heart beat.

Best stroller!!
This stroller is fantastic and great for multipurpose use.It is lightweight, easy to open and collapse.I go brisk walking every morning up and down hills and this stroller is definitely passing the durability test.I use it for shopping and stuff, also.The basket is good size and can still be accessed when the stroller is in the fully-reclined position.My daughter sleeps very sound in it - she loves it.

I recommend the Colby print metrolite model in particular because the fabric is much more comfortable/breathable than the Marta print model (which can make babies sweaty even on cooler days), and the bar-recline operates sturdier than the metrolite models that rely on the zip-cord for the seat recline.We purchased the colby print stroller and colby print snugride carseat separately because it was not sold as a travel system set and I was determined to have the breathable fabric and a sturdy seat recline (the bar recline) - the price was still the same as the Marta print model (there was no price break when buying as a set in a travel system vs. buying separate).Hopefully they will change the fabric on the Marta print model to be more breathable like the Colby print model so that it can be bought as a complete travel system rather than purchasing separately.I did lots of homework on this before buying, but it ended up paying off because this stroller is great! ... Best baby splurge item
I LOVE the Baby Bjorn.I don't go anywhere without it.I recommend this to everyone I know who is having a baby.It is one of those items that you should splurge on.A friend of mine had a cheaper carrier that was supposed to transform into seven different carriers, she couldn't figure it out.She tried my Bjorn and liked it so much that she bought one the next day.

I live in an upstairs apartment and even use it just to leave the house.It is easier to tote than the infant car seat and keeps my hands free.It is so easy to get baby in and out.In a crowd you can move like one person and don't have to maneuver around people like you do with a stroller.

Good carrier for fussy babies!
This is an excellent carrier for fussy babies.My baby boy is 8 weeks old and whenever he gets fussy and wants to be held, and I have things I need to do around the house, I just strap this on and away we go--he's nice and snuggly next to me and I am able to use my hands.He falls almost instantly asleep whenever we use it.The material is very sturdy, as are the buckles and snaps.It is very easy to get on and off, even if baby is sleeping and you want to set him down without waking him.We bought the extra large carrier because both my husband and I are over 6 feet tall and it works well for both of us.Although the product claims you can breastfeed while wearing this carrier, I have not yet tried it.I suppose it could be accomplished, but I think it would be a little awkward!The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is not much back support--I can see how it would get difficult to carry a heavier baby around for extended periods of time.There is a new Baby Bjorn out on the market that has back support--the few extra dollars would probably be worth it if you plan to use this carrier a lot as your baby grows.

Find one used
I really like this carrier.I have tried the sling type, but didn't feel like my son was really comfortable and I have tried other brands of front carriers.I find this one the easiest to put on and baby seems very happy.He likes to be held in this position better then how the sling carried him.I just think its quite expensive for the limited use it gets before baby is too heavy to carry this way.If you can find one used I highly recommend, but if I had to pay full price I probably would not invest in this product.If your baby is like mine and wants to be held continuosly, you might find that even at full price this is the best investment ... Cheap but not durable.
Front wheel "connector(or whatever it's called)" just broke after 2 months of use. Didn't abuse it or anything. Would not recommend, even though it's probably the cheapest in the category - parts are made of cheap plastic.

Solid all around stroller
After extensive research, me and my wife decided on this stroller due to:
*It looked Rugged and long-lasting.
*Exceptional brand reputation.
*Great Value.
*Great features and expandability.

Once we actually bought it and assembled it in a jiff, we knew we had made the right decision. It hadles absolutely great for a full-size stroller. It's much lighter than it looks. Very easy to fold and stow away. And great emphasis put in the sturdiness/ruggednes design. Looks fantastic and am sure it will be very comfortable for our babe. Absolutely great deal.

Great...if not transporting all the time.
I love this Travel Yard for ONE REASON...it looks "great" in my living room, but that's where it stays.Thank goodness the grandparents and the babysitter have their own play yards.If If I had to carry this everywhere with me, I would be buying a cheaper Graco since they are so much lighter and easier to set up and take down.

Good, not great
I have this play yard and two Graco Pack and Plays.We received this item as a shower gift.This is a good play yard, but a bit pricey.My daughter never enjoyed the mobile, it just sort of get's in the way.And she HATED the vibrate feature.This play yard is also heavier and harder to set up than the Graco.That being said, I keep this play yard in my living room, and love the way it looks.It is very attractive, and to me that is what you are paying extra for.We did use the changing station at first. . .but now that my daughter is 5 months old, she is too big for it.I am so glad we purchased the Graco Pack and Play for the babysitters house and another one to use on vacation.For $50 bucks you can't go wrong with the Graco, you really don't need all the extra features.

But for my home, since we leave this up all the time, I prefer the Eddie Bauer . . .it blends so nicely with my home decor.

It's just not functional
I have no idea why I bought this when there are so many better ones available.The mobile has to be snapped on and is actually in the way if you want to use the changing table.There is a side pocket on one end of the play yard but it serves no purpose other than for storing junk.It's not partitioned to store diapers, powder and wipes, it's just one big pocket.Now that I've been a mom for 5 months, I think any one of the playards with the mobile attached to the side would have been better. ... Great carrier for the price
I really like this carrier.I checked out the others but I just couldn't justify the price.This one is very comfortable and easy to get the baby in and out of (after the first few times).I've worn it for extended periods of time and on long walks and it has never hurt my back or shoulders.It fits both my husband and me and is very easy to adjust the fit quickly.My son loves it!He is much happier in this than the car seat or stroller andsometimes falls right to sleep.I even take him grocery shopping in it.The only complaint I have is that the straps that adjust the height of the seat tend to slip so my son very slowly gets lower and lower.It's not a safety issue and the straps are very easy to readjust while the carrier is on and he is in it.All in all, this is a great carrier for the price.Don't waist your money on the other ones. ... WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!
While pregnant with my first child, I began looking at all the car seats and the online reviews.I was determined to get the best seat and also the best price.Looking online at the Britax car seats, my first thought was "who would spend that much on a car seat".After going to the stores and comparing the quality of the car seats, the Britax was by far the best.

My husband and I decided to give it a try and we haven't been sorry yet.The easy installation was great and took hardly any time at all(couldn't move the seat, you can get it that secure!).The fabric is so soft and my daughter just loves the seat.The velcro to hold the straps is wonderful.The straps are so easy to adjust also.

Another hint, I found mine at a local baby specialty store for less money which is always nice, and no shipping cost.Our daughter is 5 months now and we will plan to purchase another seat in the future for our second child.

Hate it, doesn't deserve Britax name...
The base is open bottom so it is hard on leather seats unlike my Roundabout. The lock off clip has borken twice and had to be replaced. The cover (stars and stripes/american flag) faded terribly after first wash in cold water. I've had a Big Cat Roundabout for 5 years and still madly love it. I just got a Big Cat Roadster to replace this and will be selling the marathon on a popular auction site.

Best Seat Ever!
After some research, we decided to buy the Britax Marathon for our daughter. It was a great value for the money in our opinion. It is a very safe seat and easy to install. I was very pleased at the comfort in the seat padding and the fact the seatbelts rarely twist. My daughter is tall so this seat was perfect for her and will fit her until she's 65 lbs. I loved the Ashley Floral pattern...not only cute and girly but practical for the hot summers here in Texas. I highly recommend this seat! ... Read more

Me & Daddy and also the grandparents. Its so convenient.

Worth every penny!
Purchasing this extra base was worth every penny.These bases are tricky to install correctly and it was nice to know that once we had it in there we didn't have to wrestle with moving it back and forth between vehicles.Just click the carrier in and we were on our way.Also especially nice because our daughter was a fall baby.I would not have wanted to spend 10 minutes outside during a Michigan winter trying to move the base around, nor would I have wanted to have only had a convertible carseat.The Snugride carrier and base in the way to go!

a favorite
I love these things!One of the biggest hassles in my life is the effort it takes to get my boys in and out of the car in a reasonable amount of time.Whoever came up with this idea is so smart!Just pop the carseat in, and you're ready to go!In no time your child will be secured in the car, at the right level, many times without even waking them up!I also like that the baby has a little more freedom of movement since the seatbelt is not across the top of the carseat.Worth every penny! ... The absolute best!
After extensive research on the other car seats and their safety, I went with the Britax Roundabout. We bought the seat for my daughter 2 years ago, after she outgrew her Graco infant seat.I love the ease of installing the Britax seat in my car and I like the extra foam cushioning on the sides and bottom. The padding is thicker than the other brands that I have seen.Getting my daughter strapped in the seat takes very minimal time and energy, while keeping her secure. The five point harness is easy for us to use yet difficult for my daughter to un-do. I also like the velco sides for attaching the seat belts while getting my daughter in and out of her seat, especially when it gets hot. We also purchased a Century-Graco brand seat for our other car.This seat can not even compare to the Roundabout. This specific seat is made with hard plastic that makes my knees hurt when I install the seat in the car, unlike the ease of the Britax.

In this case, I believe, you get what you pay for! I am so pleased with this seat that I will get another Britax (booster) for my daughter when she outgrows the Roundabout. I believe every parent should get a Britax.It is worth every penny!

Great car seat
I wanted a car seat for my 4 month old daughter becouse she grew out of her infant car seat.It is So easy to get her in and out of. I had trouble with my eldests car seat you had to put her in 5 times before you got her in right.It took up so much time when I was in a rush.Owning my own restraunt I was always having to get there quickly.Is a dream of getting the child in and out.May be expencive but is worth the money in the long run

Saved my son's life
We were recently in a car accident and I was extremely impressed by this car seat!!!! We were hit from behind at about 45-50 mph (we were stopped) and his seat stayed put, no marks on him from the straps (I fully expected his to have SOMETHING on his body). The tether system works GREAT in our Dodge Magnum but I've always had an easy time with the installation of this seat. Now that we have to replace the seat we're looking at the Marathon because the weight limit is higher (65 lbs rather than 40 lbs) and our son is nearing 35 lbs. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone, it on the spendy side but it's an excellent, SAFE brand! ... Read more

Great toy to give moms a break
Great toy for babies. My daughter can spend one hour on the mat by herself. I also made a few adjustments for her to enjoy the toy even better by placing the mirror on top, so she can look at herself while laying down on her back. She absolutely loves it. Also, I placed the bird chime towards the end where her legs are so she can kick it since the kicking pat doesn't respond to her kicks at all. The chime makes wonderful sounds.
The kicking pat really need to be improved. The kicking pat doesn't respond unless you kick hard at the exact spot. This kicking pat is not designed for little babies, maybe useful when baby gets older.

Anisa's Mom
I just bought this mat this past weekend from my local Babies R Us after comparing it online with other playmats.My local Toys R Us didn't have any in stock, and I didn't want to wait for one to be shipped to me.One reason I was drawn to this one is because the mat is much bigger than a lot of the other ones.I also like the idea of snapping the sides together to form somewhat of a border around my baby.As soon as I bought it home, I couldn't wait to unpack it. I set it up, which was very easy and put my daughter, Anisa, who is 3 1/2 months old, on it.Right away she started batting at the dangling figures and kicking on the kickpad.She really likes the tiger :-).She spent about a 1/2 hour playing on this mat and was just smiling and laughing.I left her with her dad for about another 20 minutes, and when I came back, she'd fallen asleep right there on the mat.I guess she played so much, she wore herself out. Wow!

Another thing that I like about this mat is the fact that the bars that hold the hanging figures simply unsnap from each other, lay flat and I can then change her right on the mat without having to pick her up to change her diaper somewhere else and then bring her back to play.

I do have an issue with the kickpad.It seems to take a lot of strength and exactness for the lights to light up and to play the music.If she doesn't kick exactly on the imprint showing the ball of the foot, it doesn't light or play the music.And I've gotta say my daughter has pretty strong kicks when we are playing, but I guess they are not strong enough when she kicks this kickpad.

The description on Amazon.com said that 3 AA batteries were included, but when I bought it at Babies R Us, there weren't any batteries included.Now I don't know if Amazon has a slightly different one or they get some extras from the manufacturer, but I think if you are paying $70 (which is quite pricey I must say), batteries should be included.After checking 3 other Total Playground Activity Mats on the shelf at Babies R Us, I gave in bought a 4-pack of AA batteries at 4 more dollars :-(.

Overall, I really like this mat because it has some really nice features, eventhough it is a bit pricey.Aside from the kickpad issues, we really do like this toy because it is both educational and fun and it keeps Anisa well entertained and happy.

Great toy...Worth the money!
My three month old loves this gym.I was a little nervous about spending so much on what seemed to be just a blanket with some toys attached but I am thrilled with what I received.My son will spend 20 min. easily playing on this.I would recommend this to any parent. ... Read more

Great Stroller!!
I use this stroller everyday over all types of terrain and in all weather (rain, sun, and even snow). The rain guard does more than protect my daughter from rain - it protects her from the wind and cold so that I can run even in freezing temperatures. I bought it because of the comfortable feel and good suspension (goes over curbs and bumps while she only rocks gently) and the canopy adjusts to block most sun (some gets in through the back if the sun is low in the sky). The reclining seat allowed me to use this stroller since my daughter was about 6 weeks old with an additional head support pillow (though it is not recommended until 6 months). I had some trouble with the zipper on the boot (that covers the child's feet) but Babies'R'Us replaced the entire stroller for me and this one has worked fine for our now kicking toddler.

Awesome product
When these first came out, I used to laugh at all the "fussy" mother's using them as I had survived without one for my first 2.THEN, I had my third child and bought a Floppy Seat.It is the best product and I use it DAILY.It is absolutely essential at restaurants where you know the high chairs are not so clean.It has a pocket on the inside that I put my son's bottle and I hang toys on the various loops to keep him entertained.Another plus about this product is that you don't have to search for a cart that has working straps as the Floppy Seat has it own straps that you loop through the cart and strap your baby in.

Another use that I've found wonderful is that when he falls asleep in the car or gets tired, I can lay him down in the Floppy and he will just sleep away.Safety Note:You just have to stay right with the cart as they can't be strapped in this way.It makes it so nice that he can sleep and not scream throughout a store. I thought I was the only one doing this until I saw another Mom today doing the same thing.

expensive, but one of the items i use at least every other day.my daughter is small, so it was pretty necessary for her comfort in the highchairs in restaurants and the grocery carts.she loves the feel of it and that toys can be hung on the loops!

I wish I had invented it!
Besides avoiding the germs, it gives extra padding to babies who are still growing into a shopping cart or high chair at a restaurant.You don't have to worry about stuffing blankets around your baby to keep them from falling over or having to continue to use the infant carrier when they have legally grown out of it! ... Hate the seat, doesn't deserve the Britax name.
The base is open bottom so it is hard on leather seats.The lock off clip has borken twice and had to be replaced.The cover (stars and stripes/american flag) faded terribly after first wash in cold water.I've had a Big Cat Roundabout for 5 years and still madly love it.I just got a Big Cat Roadster to replace this and will be selling the marathon on a popular auction site.

TERRIBLE CRASH TEST RESULTS FROM CONSUMER REPORTS
I just purchased this car seat based on Consumer Reports' top rating.Now, a few days after my purchase, Consumer Report has issued a new report concerning Marathon's poor performance with the LATCH system.See the report at http://www.consumerreports.org/main/content/display_report.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=579525&bmUID=1112710646446#.I am shocked and dismayed that Britax has not used similar procedures to test out their car seats and fixed the problem.They were probably sitting on their laurels for far too long.

So, I regret purchasing this product and wished that I had purchased the Evenflo Titan V instead.

Hopefully, Britax will recall and replace this defective product soon.

The BEST Car Seat!!!
I LOVE this car seat!!It is so comfortable for my son to take a car ride in, he never fusses when he is in it and always wants to go for car rides.He falls asleep so easily in it, and the material makes it so nice for him to lay in.I like the size of it because it grows with your child from infant to toddler.Although, I did not buy this car seat until my son had turned one years old.I had used an infant car seat for him before I used this car seat.The Marathon that I bought is actually a lot better looking then the one on here, because I bought the light blue/gray type color and I must say it is absolutely beautiful.I feel so secure with my son being in this car seat and I know that if we were to ever get in an accident, I would feel totally safe with him being in that car seat.The price may seem high to some, but I think knowing that your child is safe when he/she is in the car is definitely worth the expense.I would suggest this car seat to anyone who is looking for one for their toddler, or go to your nearest Babies R Us and check out the light blue one I described, because it definitely is a car seat that every mom dreams to have for their child, and now it actually exists.:) ... LIGHTS TOO MUCH FOR SMALL BABIES
Overall this is great.My only complaint is that it doesn't have a mode where you can just play music without the accompanying light show that flashes in the baby's face (or at least I haven't figured out how to do so).The lights freak out my 3 month old.So, for now I can only sit her in it and use the vibrate mode.She likes her Fisher Price infant to toddler rocker (which is just $29.99) better.I'm sure she'll like this one better when she's a little older.

Not a fan
Another reviewer aptly pointed out this isn't really a bouncer because it doesn't bounce that well. Very true.I also don't like how the foot pad that makes noise doesn't work unless you have the arch thing pushed in, but I don't like that thing because I can't see my child with all the plastic stuff hanging down in front of her face.So without the arch thing in place, the thing doesn't bounce that well AND the foot pad doesn't make any noise.Rather big and cumbersome, too.

I bought this for my newborn son and I absolutely love it.I love the sturdy base of the seat.My newborn absolutely loves sitting and watching the colors appear on the mirror.The music is also very pleasant.The vibrations are also very good, not too much for him.My 23-month-old son also enjoys this chair.He is under 25 lbs and loves to sit in the chair and listen to the music and watch the colorful designs appear on the mirror.It is pricier than other bouncy chairs, but it is worth the money. ... Outstanding!
After researching many backpacks, from the most expensive on down, I decided to try this one.My husband and I took our 7 month old (big!)baby to Yosemite.We love this backpack!It was so comfortable for us, and our little one was so cozy and happy as well!Plenty of room for goodies and adjusts to any size person.Good choice!!!

We Love It!
Our boy will be a year old next weekend and we bought this backpack a few days ago. We went for a walk around the block to test it out and he LOVED it! He was up so high, could see everthing, and I could tell he was very comfortable. Tons of padding, tons of storage (removeable if need be) and I have no complaints at all about it. It's definitely worth the money!!

stroller substitute
Recently, we went to Chile and brought this with us in lieu of a stroller. We were a bit hesistant about leaving behind the stroller, but never regretted the decision. The Cross Terrain Carrier was used at the airport, on the beach and in the mountains. It was comfortable for the adults (the child's weight is evenly distributed and it doesn't feel bulky or too heavy), felt secure (we didn't worry about our 22-month-old son falling out or being taken out!) and our son even fell asleep in it. Joey's Big Boy Car Seat
After researching car seats on Consumer Reports and reading all of the reviews on the many car seats, we decided on the Alpha Omega Elite.We purchased one seat first, to see if our 8 month old son was comfortable in it....he loves the seat, so... we love the seat.After only a week, we purchased another for our second vehicle.We have since been on a couple of road trips and Joey seems happy, comfortable, and content in this seat. We were worried about moving him to his "big boy car seat" at first because he really enjoyed playing with his toys that hung from the handle of his infant carrier.The bigger car seats obviously do not have that handle overhead.However, there are so many toys out there you can place in or in front of the seat to compensate.Installation was not difficult.However, in one of our vehicles the back seat angles up.So we did have to cut pool noodles and place them under the front of the seat to allow it to recline at an angle comfortable for Joey.I think some type of seat leveler made specifically for this seat SHOULD BE INCLUDED with the seat for customer convenience. I am not totally comfortable with having to add something to level the seat.We gave this 4 stars because of that and also because the pillow used more for infants should be able to be removed more easily from it's position and should have snaps to remove it when your child no longer needs it.We also would not use this seat for an infant.

ok... if you never need to clean it
My biggest complaint about this carseat is how difficult it is to get all the pieces apart when it needs cleaning. My daughter throws up an average amount in the car, and taking this seat apart to clean it is a nightmare. Also, I agree with the other reviewers that I never felt like I was getting the straps tight enough, and they are constantly getting twisted. The "puzzle-piece" buckle is a pain, but I've seen the same thing on lots of other carseats, so I thought it must be a standard or something. I would recommend going with 3 separate seats - infant seat, toddler seat, then booster seat. This one seems like a good deal, getting more in one package, but the stress is not worth it.

This car seat is perfect.It is large but it fits fine in my van.My son was born 3 and a half weeks early and was 6 pounds 12 ounces so I did use an infant carrier but once he turned 10 pounds I put in in the Alpha Omega and he fits fine.I would recommend this car seat to everyone! ... Read more

I own TWO
I didnt buy travel systems with my 2nd and 3rd children because they were twins. We liked that this print went well with our BLACK double snap-n-go and it was great for both our Boy and Girl twins. This seat is so comfortable that my twins actually slept in it for their first 8 weeks! It is very easy to transfer from base, to stroller, to table top, to restaurant highchair (it fits perfectly). I can put any LAMAZE toy on the handles and they are very easy and comfortable to hold. They werent as heavy as the PegPregos and my twins love em'. ITs a great way to get the twins out of relatives arms without hurting feelings, its also a safe place for them to be when not in our germ free home. They are only in the 13th percentile and are very prone to illness so this seat is their saftey zone! Its super safe and always a smooth ride no matter where they are. I really love the color (they come in many colors though) and I can't get enough of how much we have used ours. We will deffinatly get the work out of these carriers, they are just so awesome. I wouldnt want anyother brand or anyother print... WAY TO GO GRACO!

Mother of 3
I absolutely love this carseat. I have been through every major brand and this is by far the best. Luckily I was fortunate enough to discover this with my second child. I am now expecting my fourth and I will definately use this.The best thing about it is for those of you moms that have to use the head supports because you hate the way it makes your babies head flop if you dont ....worry no more...you can set this in three different positions and in the third position they are totally reclined when asleep and does not put a crick in your little ones neck.

Good seat, uncomfortable handle
I bought this seat to use as a travel system with the metrolite LE stroller in metropolitan.I wanted the carseat in metropolitan but didn't want to spend $140 when it looked identical to this seat.Overall, I'm happy with the seat, except I don't like the handle.The more expensive snugride seats have handles that are wrapped in black rubber and are more ergonimically designed.This seat's handle has only one part wrapped in rubber and it hurts my hand if carrying for longer than 5 minutes. Also, my car is equipped with LATCH and I use it with the base, but for some reason it doesn't seem secure at all! I drove around a corner and the entire seat tipped to the side! So I'm now using the base with the LATCH system and the seatbelt, and this seems a little more secure. ... Read more

Excellent Purchase
Me and my husband bought this play yard when my son was too big to fit in his bassinett.He is currently 6 months old, 27 inches & 20 lbs.He is STILL able to use the bassinett feature of this play yard.The material is very durable.The musical feature lulled our baby boy to sleep MANY times.And even when he is sleeping in his crib I remove the box from the corner of the playyard and put it in his crib with the music playing.I have purchased the Ocean Wonders Aquarium for his crib which is nice but he still likes the music of the playyard music box.And the storage pockets on both sides of the playyard are fantastic not to mention the shade to go over the top to protect them from the sun or other lights.It's a great purchase.You won't be disappointed.

This playyard is a lifesaver!
We use this play yard for everything.During the day, our son sleeps in it and is changed in it.We love that it has the bassinet feature as well as the changing table.Also, he likes the vibrating option.It really soothes him.I am looking forward to using it outside once it gets nicer out as well.I would recommend this to anyone.

The best!!
We have been using this for our third baby and it has been fantastic!!Before this, we had two different brand playyards for our two older children - one had sides that collapsed (very scary strangulation hazard, but for some reason was not captured in the recall) and the other we got rid of because we thought we were done (but we like this one better anyway!).This has by far been the best that we have used or have seen.

We have a two story home and use it all the time.The change table is nice and sturdy (makes a great downstairs change station because it also has a detachable bag that can be loaded with diapers, diaper creams, etc.).The bassinet is great for the newborn stage because it is easy to lift baby in and out.The sunshade is very handy for outdoors and you can slide the shade material back and forth depending on the angle of the sun (good coverage).We recently took it on a weekend getaway and we all slept great!!It was easy to set up and take down.Just make sure you follow the instructions for how to setup and collapse the sides or you may find it difficult and frustruating like another reviewer did (the floor must NOT be in lowered position and all of the legs need to be close together in order to keep the sides from accidentally lowering when the playyard is in use).

The only downside is that it would be nice if it was made out of lightweight materials because it is a bit heavy, but then again, so are all of the other brands. ... Read more
