Really Expected More
Santa brought Annabelle to our 4 year old daughter for Christmas.The milk in the Magic milk bottle was dried up upon receipt.Because of it being the week of Christmas we opted to keep the doll and exchange the bottle.The people at Zapf creations were quite curteous, but very disorganized.After several phone calls we did recieve the replacement bottle 6-8 weeks later. You can imagine for a 4 year old it could have been a year; our daughter was very concerned because she was convinced the baby was hungry as there was no milk in the bottle!We tried to find one locally, but they were out of stock everywhere we looked.

After about 2 wks a square piece came off of the back of the bdoll's skull.This was really quite frustrating.As you can imagine at this point we still didn't have a bottle.We were feeling very disappointed as we felt we had paid a premium price for a special toy from Santa along with many of the accesories for our daughter and it really didn't seem to be measuring up to our expectations.

The doll is very cute and her movements are life-like; although, you can hear the mechanism when she drinks the bottle, but this doesn't seem to bother our daughter.My greatest disappointment was in the clothes.The outfits are nearly the cost of real baby clothes, and made very cheaply in my opinion.Several of the outfits we bought were made of terry and the balled up right away.The fact that the closures are velcro just made it worse as the velcro sticks to all the clothes when you store them and they begin to look ragedy almost immediately.

Should I buy this doll?
Its my Birthday in 5 more days,I know that my family members will give me money and im planning to buy baby annabell.Im going to turn 12 i know im kinda of old for baby dolls but hey there fun.I bought a rock a bye chou chou and i love it but i want another baby so i want annabell.It has mouth movement which i think is AWESOME.I read all 100+ reviews some i was touched and some well....not touched.There was one review where there was a 12 year old girl who was going to recieve this doll she made everything for her babyAnd she loved the baby when it came.Im pretty positive i will buy annabell if so i will write a review after my purchase

This is a must that you have to put in your shopping trolley. She is amazing. Baby Annabell is a very realistic doll with a cute romper set with a matching hat and sheep toy. She comes with a magic milk bottle and cute dummy on clip. She does many things, including) cry, drink and burp just like a new baby. All children would get so many hours of use out of her. If you are expecting a baby or are planning one this is a lovely doll to choose for your already born child, girl or boy. They can play with Baby Annabell and feel that they are being a little mum/dad too. I have the old version and the new white and black versions as I am in love with her. I also have Love me chou chou and baby born which are cool too. Baby Born is the best our of the three dolls but if ur darling has these Annabell is the next best thing. Somewhat disappointed Mom
We bought these dolls as a present for our 6 year old. It was cute at first with all of the little sayings but after a while, our daughter got bored with it. The stroller is not good at all. The straps are hard to put on and they don't stay on for a long time. Overall, don't pay for these dolls full price. It's not really worth it.

I was a sucker!
I bought these dolls for my daughters 4th Christmas.She has now had them for about 1 year 1/2.I paid full price for these dolls when they first came out, so I have many complaints about them.(...)1 1/2 years later they did not last.First, the stroller is junk, as you may all have found out (the straps, the tray pegs, and her seats never stayed on). My main objective with these dolls is the boys head popped off after the first year.Now she did play with her babies as she called them, and she did just that, treated them like babies.She was not rough with them at all.Overall she did love playing with them.I hope all of you have better luck with them.

Baby's head fell off!
I ordered these dolls for my granddaughter a couple years ago.The stroller was just as bad as everyone else has already stated.Now one of the dolls heads has broken off and I can't find the company name to try to get it repaired or replace it, because I've waited until all the clearance dolls were gone to order.If anyone has the box I'd really appreciate the address so I can try to contact the company.Thanks. ... Perfect Birthday Gift
I purchased the Happy Birthday Barbie for my friend's five year old daughter's birthday. She is Barbie obsessed, so I had a feeling she would enjoy celebrating her birthday with Barbie. Needless to say, this Barbie was very well received.

I combined Happy Birthday Barbie with a child sized dress up tiara and it made a great combo. The birthday girl wore her tiara and looked "just like Barbie".

Furniture Wanted
When I bought the dollhouse with furniture around 1.5 years ago, there was the possibility of buying and adding more furniture to the house.Like another customer in a review, I have searched and searched and cannot find furniture that is sold separately anywhere.I'd buy more if it was available.I enjoy arranging my grandgirl's dollhouse more than she does!

My daughter LOVES her Dora doll!!
My daughter received this as a Christmas gift when she was 8 months old.It was love at first sight.She is now a year old and hugs, kisses and chit chats with her doll.She has dropped the doll a couple of times off of her high chair and the doll is still in superb shape.Plus, the doll's hair is easily combed (as it needs to be after beiing handled by an infant having her lunch).

Disappointed
This toy was OK right up until some body gave Dora an extra manual twist... Now Dora does not twist or dance anymore... That is 50% of the fun.Her vocabulary is very limited. My husband threw away the box the next day and now I can not return it. One positive comment-My grand daughter did learn how to say Pink in spanish.

Very Disappointed!!!!
Half the time Dora doesn't even know what little friend she's holding ,that is if my daughter can find them!!! Most of the time Dora repeats her words over and over and over again like a broken record!! She is a huge Dora fan but has lost all interest in this toy. Wish I could get my money back.

For Dora Fans
I bought this for my girlfriend's 3 year old and she absolutely loves it. She takes it with her to school every day. She already learned the little song that Dora sings and knows how to switch Dora's friends on the palm of her hand, herself. It's a good idea to keep Dora's friends always in your sight because once lost the doll will loose some of it's coolness. But I'm happy that I could make a 3 year old jump for joy. Great gift idea for a little Dora fan.

This toy is a waste of money....do not buy it!
After opening this toy that Santa brought for my 3 year old (no small feat with the master degree holding packaging engineers securing each and every extremity and accessory piece with a wire), and playing with it for a few minutes, I immediately started to wonder why I couldn't get the toy to say the 30 phrases the box promised.My husband suggested that maybe there is a Spanish mode, but there is no "Spanish" button to be found.Additionally, I too thought for the price paid, the manufacturer could have included Dora's backpack to keep her "friends" in.
As another reviewer stated, I can only get the doll to say 8 phrases unless hola and adios count each as 1, then we're up to 10.
Furthermore, the weight of this doll, if launched, will surely break a window, dent a wood floor or cause a concussion in an innocent sibling standing by.

Great Toy
I read all the previous reviews and I was concerned about things falling off the castle.However, the only thing that comes apart is the attachable heart and sometimes one side of the hot air balloon which is easy to attach by an adult.I have a 2 1/2 year old and she is not destructive and she LOVES this toy.I think you should disregard all the negative reviews and PURCHASE this toy.I have not regretted it in the month we have had it.The Dance Studio is great, too.
If your child loves My Little Pony then, you HAVE to BUY the CASTLE.

I have to give this castle an A + for how it looks.It is just plain cute!The castle comes with some very fun playing pieces, flower pot, kitchen sink that the ponies can open with their magnetic hooves, and, plates and forks that are fun.Cute design.The poor aspects of this toy are: It is poorly manufactured and I was close to taking it back until I decided to super glue the pieces on.After that, I was much more satisfied with the overall product.We threw out the crown - piece of junk that you couldn't wear anyway and the hot air balloon was tossed because it was "tired" looking but I kept the basket part the balloon went on so the ponies could stand on top of the castle.We have a little bit of difficulty getting the music to play when the pony steps on the platform and the stickers were out of control!I am hesitant to buy my little pony playsets, but we love the quality of the ponies themselves and my daugher who is 4 and I have spent a lot of time braiding the ponies hair and brushing them to look cute!Should have bought more ponies instead of the castle... ... Not as good as it seems
We bought this toy for our daughter a little over 1 year ago. My children are not the kind of children that are destructive to toys.In fact this Barbie house is the only broken toy in our house.Here is a list of the problems that we have had.
1.Both knobs are forever broken from the drawers
2.One drawer has a cracked front and the other has a craked back so the drawers don't hold anything. My daugher didn't do anything to cause the breakage
4.The floor pieces of the house are actually cardboard which warped rather quickly which causes alot of the furniture to fall- this as you can imagine causes frustration
5.Mostly my daughter uses the house as storage and when she wants to play she takes the things out of it
This is a really neat toy that has turned out to be a great disappointment and waste of space.I do not recommend this toy and am currently planning on building something simular but with good quality and sturdy materials that can last longer than 1 year.

BIG, WELL MADE, & MY KIDS LOVE IT
This is big, well made and heavy.The packaging was perfect and even after being mailed to Japan it arrived in wonderful condition.The only two things I am not pleased with are the unfinished ceilings... I'll paint them myself since they are just plain brown waferboard.A coat of white paint or another pastel will help also to lighten up the rooms.Also, the Barbie front of the pitched roof has some blemishes.Otherwise, I'm very impressed with the quality and the size is very impressive.I didn't have any warpage or bowed wood and the drawers fit together nicely.

Great Concept
I just Purchased this toy for my 3yr old daughter. After reading many reviews on this site, I decided to assemble the toy 5 days before Christmas. I work night shift and will be working Christmas Eve, so I didn't want to wait incase there were any problems. Well....where do I put it now? It is HUGE!!! Luckily we are moving next week so I have boxes sitting around. I was able to hide it behind a dining room table and a hutch with boxes up the side. The toy itself looks great. Assembly by myself took 30 mins. A phillips (+) screwdriver is all you need. I decided to put wood glue on the dowels when I installed them, for added strength. Instructions were good. Text and pictures were a little small. I did not experience any warping with the floors as other reviewers noted. I did notice that if the box is leaned against something for a long period of time the wood frames may bow from the weight of the contents. My solution was to unpack the contents and inspect for any bowing. If there are any parts that are bowed lay them flat on hardground first and stack the rest of the contents on top of them. Do this in a warm room of the house. Let go for 2 or 3 days. This should straighten any bows. My only complaint is concerning the view from a kids eyes. If you look at the picture you see the walls and the floors and they look great. But a little kid will be looking directly at or up at this toy. The ceiling of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd story are plain unfinished wafer board. I wish they would have made a ceiling pattern on the underside of the floors. This is something I will have to take care of myself. I guess the real criticism will come Saturday. Happy Holidays ... Read more

The discription is missleading as when you get this doll,it is not the Limited Edition,but just the collector edition,I think this is a gross error and should be worded more correctly.This is false advertising.

Second Irish Barbie in a series of Three
This doll is beautiful, but not as beautiful as the Princess of Ireland doll. The thing that I like about the Faerie Queen is especially like her long, red hair. I'm not sure that I care for the color of her outfit, which is almost a lime green (but not fluorescent or anything). I really don't know how durable she is because I have not removed her from the box. The green box adorned with Celtic knotwork that she comes packaged in is nice for display purposes. I think that she is worth the money. However, since I have bought the redheaded version of the Faerie Queen there is a limited edition brunette version of this doll that seems to be more collectable.

Lots of Polly Pocket Fun - But needs an "off" switch
My daughters received this toy for Christmas and have spent a lot of time playing with it.It is a little difficult to get the dogs to jump through the hoop but with help of the magnets on their feet, they can really do it!When they land on the other side of the hoop, music plays ("Ta-da!!!") and it is a little overly sensitive.You barely touch it and the music plays - it gets annoying after a while and you can't turn it off unless you pull the batteries out.I have a feeling that my daughters will be asking to do that very soon, because even they are getting tired of the repetitious noise.

polly pocket lovers
My daughter (age 7) is really into Polly Pocket and LOVED this one. She thought the tiny puppies were cute and they perform tricks! Great gift for the animal/Polly lover in the family!

how cute-hurrah for the power of magnets
this is realy cute and fun. i love the magnet bone..you can make two dogs play tug of war and roll over with it. its a neat toy that -as most polly pockets have, alot of variety in activities and features. my only complaint is, once you pull the plastic tab for the barking dog platform, be prepared for super-sensitivity, non stop annoying barking. every time the wind blows,this thing barks! hope the battery dies soon. ... perfect
my sister got this for christmas and i have to say it is durable.we live in a remote part of the country, and she took that jeep over 3 alfalfa fields, and two streems and brought it back covered in mud.She was so happy.and it's perfect because she is always wanting to drive my mom's car. :)

Great buy
Great bike. Runs great on grass. It's acutally pretty fast. My husband and I like that it STOPS when our daughter takes her foot off the gas, instead of continuing to coast.

My Child's First Car
My husband and I just got this Jeep for my daughter's second birthday.My daughter was THRILLED to say the least when she seen her "new car."She is a little above average height for her age (a little over 36 inches) and she was able to reach the pedal just fine.She has had it for 2 days now and has gotten pretty good with steering it.I highly recommend taking your child to an open field where they can practice without mowing down pedestrians.:)I gave this Jeep 3 stars for durability because we have only had it for two days and that is not an adaquite amount of time to fully judge it's durablity.However, my daughter id ride it around are small kitchen and hit the stove, chairs, and wall a few times and the Jeep was fine.This Jeep goes over grass, gravel, concrete, and just about anything!We were wuite surprised because we thought she would be getting stuck a lot and we'd have to do a lot of pushing.We had Toys R Us put together the Jeep because though my husband is quite the handyman, he just didn't have hours to put aside to asemble the Jeep.Toys R Us forgot to give us the instruction sheets so when we brought it home, we just winged it.It is very simple to operate, there's one pedal on the right that the child pushes to make the Jeep go forward.By pressing a botton near the cup holder by the floor, the child can make it go in reverse.We haven't showed her how to go in reverse yet because we want her to be able to feel comfortable going forward first.Without having an instruction sheet, we had no idea how long to charge the battery.We ended charging it for about eight hours.We intent on calling Toys R Us to get all the instruction sheets that come with the Jeep that we never recieved.Well I guess we didn't charge the battery long enough because it died about 2 hours later.Our daughter was so upset, she thought she had broken her "new car."So, my husband actually had to push her home in the Jeep-and the Jeep is not light.We fully intend on buying an extra battery and charger so that never happens.I highly recommend it for all of you who want to buy this Jeep for your child.I thought it to be educational because it teaches my daughter forward, backwards, left, and right and improves her motor skills.And fun?This toy is a definite 5 STARS!We could not keep her off of the Jeep.She was the envy of all the kids in the park.This Jeep is a definite MUST HAVE! ... I love it!!!!!!!!
I have recently made a playroom in my home for when my 2yr old granddaughter comes to visit. She plays with my neighbors children and they love the doll house.

The doll house is very sturdy. I thought I would have to bolt it to a wall so that it wouldn't tip but it wasn't necessary.

I have read by other reviewers how easy it was to put together, sorry to say I didn't find it as easy. Maybe it would have been easier if the directions were made clearer. Always make sure the walls are facing in the right direction. After a few mistakes I finally had it all together in a little over 2 hours.

A few pieces of wooden furniture come with this house but I ended up going to Toys R Us and buying a few more pieces and smaller dolls. I found the larger dolls (like Barbie) didn't fit as well in the bed and shower.

After rereading my review it sounds like I am doing a lot of complaining but I want you to know the negatives as well as the positives.

The positives far outweigh the negatives. The house is sturdy, Attractive, and fun. My 2yr old granddaughter and neighbrs kids ages 4,6,7 just love playing with this doll house.

For the price you are getting your monies worth. This is a quality item.

Fantastic
This doll house was easy to put together for such a big toy, and it turned out better then I had even imagined.My daughter gasped when she saw it on her birthday. It came with quality wood furniture! No doubt this was the best buy for the money.

Stood up to our 12lb cat test !
I got this house for my 3 year olds birthday. My 12 year old put it together ! The only problem we encountered building it was putting on the attic. The pieces are not labeled left and right. The instructions are pictures only, so you need to pay attention and follow it step by step ! Townhouse is a great investment
I bought the Townhouse for my 2 1/2 yr old.I read all the reviews before hand to help decide between this or the Sweet Sounds.I am very pleased we chose the roomy Townhouse without the recorded voice sounds that I believe would have been annoying after a while.My daughter and her older cousins can easily spend hours playing with it.I found it to be plenty durable and have had no problems with the wiring (I picked mine up at the store in lieu of shipping).The only neg comments I have are that it seemed a bit pricy and if you don't have a Toysrus nearby, the accessories are very limited at other stores.I was very happy though with the amount of accessories that came with the Townhouse, which made the $20 difference from the Sweet Dreams house worth paying.I love hearing my daughters imagination at work with this toy and would highly recommend it to others.

As much as I LOVE Playmobil, I think Fisher Price outdid them on this one....I debated and debated and researched all the possiblities and finally decided on this dollhouse.I decided against the Playmobil Victorian House and the Playmobil Fairy Tale Castle due to the toy store saying that there were a lot of pieces that come apart with the Playmobil models, as where with this Fisher Price model, it was one piece.My daughter was 2 when we bought this dollhouse for her. She is now almost 5 and still loves it. She has gotten a lot of use out of it.Her 8 year old cousin has gotten a lot of use out of it.Her 3 year old brother loves it and her 1 year old sister loves it.We bought accersory sets, as well.All of which are little child friendly.I have to say, this set came with a lot more than the Playmobil sets.You have to buy nearly all of the accessory parts with Playmobil. However, this past Christmas,our daughter asked for the Playmobil Castle. Since she really liked her Playmobil people etc., we thought okay we'll try it.What a mistake and money waste that was!!!I sat there for over 3 hours with my husband putting this thing together.She loved it on Christmas morning and that was about it.Fast forward a few months, I went down to the playroom to spend sometime playing with the kids.I asked my daughter if she wanted to play with the castle.No, I want to play with the dollhouse, she says.So we go over to the dollhouse and play with it once again (with a Playmobil cat).Meanwhile, my youngest daughter, the one year old, is over there taking apart the castle.To make a long story short,GET A DOLLHOUSE THAT IS ONE PIECE!!!You will not regret it.Only an adult can keep putting the Playmobil ones back together.Who has the time to do that, much less deal with the frustrated child who gets upset that it keeps coming apart.I love the Fisher Price model.I love the realistic furniture, people and accessories.You will love it, too....

Buyer beware
My daughters got this dollhouse and the Loving Family Dollhouse for Christmas this year.I liked this one more for a few reasons (more furniture included, bigger floorplan, etc., cute and not annoying sounds like the other one, etc); however, after a month of use this dollhouse is breaking down.I've already had to glue some of the backing back on the dollhouse.The wiring is all messed up - when you push the fireplace, nothing happens, the stove now activates the fireplace, the phone rings when the doorbell is pushed.I've tried time and time again to get ahold of someone at Fisher Price.They just have a recording that tells you to call back - how convinient for them!!!After two weeks of trying relentlessly to get ahold of them, they told me switch out the batteries - THIS DOES NOT WORK!!!Now I can't get ahold of them again.I now longer have the box - it is a huge box and most people throw it out after assemnbling the house.If you are buying this house -KEEP THE BOX - you may have to return it within a few weeks.Also, if you can get a hold of someone at Fisher Price, don't hang up before getting another solution other than replacing the batteries.Like I said, it doesn't work and you'll likely have a hard time getting a rep on the phone again. If your daughter doesn't mind not having the lights and sounds, this a great dollhouse, but if she is looking forward to using all the features that you are paying top dollar for, keep in mind that you may need to exchange the house within the first month or two of use - keep that receipt and box handy! ... Excellent toy for girls
We opted for this one instead of the classic because I have twins and this one had a ton more room than the classic. Although after I applied the million stickers I seen there was a crack in the house so now I have to return it for a new one. Otherwise it is great the girls love it. I didn't care much about the sounds though because they use their imagination.I would buy it again, I really wish I could afford the Limited edition big one that is huge!Go for it.

Where are the furnishings?
I bought this doll house for my daughter over a year and a half ago and now that she turned three she can actually appreciate it.Her appreciation will have to wait, however, because the furnishings for it are absolutely unavailable anywhere.Fisher Price customer service reps have given me conflicting information. It is really frustrating to buy a doll house and fear that by the time the furnishings are available, my daughter may outgrow it.

A Great Gift
I bought this dollhouse for my daughter after much research.I read many reviews.I have found the "adult" complaints are only shared by the adults.For example, the rooms are small.The fixed furniture can't be moved and gets in the way at times (especially in the kitchen/dining room).However, none of this bothers my 3 1/2 year old.Her complaints have been "Mom, where's the steps to get upstairs?" and "where's the garage?".I must agree; there should be steps to move from floor to floor.I decided to buy the talking dollhouse but really didn't need to.My daughter rarely turns it on.She makes up her own dialogue and uses her imagination to play.However, I don't regret getting the talking version because it does play music and has some cute sayings.
I bought this in December (It's now February), and my daughter has played with it everyday!She loves it.For a month, she thanked me everyday for getting it for her.It also has so much growing potential.I can see her playing with it for years.

Daughter loves this stroller!
I got this for my 2 year old daughter for christmas and she has loved it ever since.I've had no problem with the wheels falling off.The handle on the carrier does come off by turning the little knobs on the sides, which my daughter has only done once.It was easily put back together. She even sits in it herself and has never ripped or broken any pieces by doing so.The only thing is I wouldnt recommend this stroller for children under 2 because it is alittle tall. My daughter is short for her age and is still alittle short for it.But she still pushes it around well. Overall I think this stroller is a great product!

frustration on wheels
This stroller looks great but it's a cheap piece of junk.The wheels keep falling off.I called Tolly Tots customer service twice.I wanted them to replace the stroller with the Tolly Tots outrider stroller--my older daughter has this one and we've loved it.Tolly tots refuses to replace the stroller.I did have them send me 8 new wheels--three of which broke while I was putting them on!Don't waste your money.Buy a $5 umbrella doll stroller from the grocery store insead.

You know, I would've given it 5 stars for fun but it isn't any fun when my daughter can't walk across the living room before the wheels fall off. I bought this set for my five year old daughter.She absolute loves them.She carries them around in their little tin cases. They are just the perfect size for a small toy to take on the go. You can't tell in the picture but the heads move. Only problem with them is that I had them less than a week and one of the heads popped off.But is was easily fixable. Great Fun but poor traction
My wife and I bought one of these Beetles for our niece in the spring. She absolutely enjoys it just about every day I think! The traction was poor as expected so we put some traction bands on it from tractionbands.com like all our other machines. Happy Riding!

Pricey, but very cute!
We purchased this item for our daughters 2nd birthday. She absolutely loves it!!! After reading so many negative reviews I didn't expect a lot, but I was happily surprised. We haven't had any trouble with it thus far. We will probably purchase the traction bands (check out ebay) but only to save the wear and tear on the tires, not because we have had traction issues.
We also have the Power Wheels Barbie Jeep (for my older daughter) and I can see little difference in the performance of the two. I think the complaints on this item have come from people with outragious expectations. No, it cannot climb mountains, but it's a TOY - Not an SUV!
I highly recommend this Power wheels toy. It's pricey, but if you're tired of the Barbie jeeps, it's a good choice.

Must have traction bands!!!
The overall vehicle is just precious!!!But if you are wanting it to climb any sort of incline, then you can forget about it.The back wheels will start spinning and you will end up pushing your child up even the smallest hill.I think that it should come standard with traction bands.I have not found a place to purchase these bands at this time, but I would surely hope that they will help!!Otherwise my daughter will not be enjoying this car for much longer because I do not plan to push her around the yard for the next three years.There are two seats in the car, but if she had a friend to ride with her, she would most likely not be able to move at all.I believe the wheels would just spin and spin.Power Wheels should really let people know where they can purchase these so called traction bands!!!It is very frustrating to spend this amount of money on a toy and your child cannot even ride it in her own yard.The car is really cute, but it just doesn't work!!! ... Best doll in my collection so far
As a collector of 32-inch walking dolls, I couldn't resist buying the My Size Barbie of Swan Lake. She is a whopping 38 inches in height and is made prettier and more durable than my walking dolls. The hair is weaved generously, not sparsely like my other dolls. As for the outfit that Barbie of Swan Lake came in, I never keep doll clothes anyway. I bought a cute pair of jeans and a T-shirt for infants 0 to 3 months old and shoes with socks for newborns.All fit Barbie perfectly and look darling as well. The jeans are long shorts or capris on her!

Funky!
These dolls have beautiful detailed faces, I love teh eyshadow and lipstick! Chloes hair is beautifuly done, and Jades outfit is totaly funky!

The outfits are good, plus you get 4 in a set! The hair is done very nicely .

Very lovely
I purchased this doll when it first came out but wasn't quick enough to get the Fairy Queen...
She is a very nice doll although her hair gets really messy since it's in that little ponytail. Her wings don't really stay up but oh well. I also got the outfits of when she's the baker's daughter and when she has supper with Daniel but the former is too tight and it ripped so she can't wear it :(

Overall tho, I reccomend (sp?) this doll.

Love Barbie-Odette is a very beautiful one, but the wings have rather pointy tips on them and a 3 year old may poke an eye or hurt themselves on them another way. The crown is flimsy and it broke in half and is still attached to its head. My daughters love them despite it all.
