i got lucky
i am 9 years old and i got this toy because it was my birthday.I will say i was lucky because i never had a problem with this toy.I got to fit 6 beads in the bead holder and when I put the little clip in the stayed in. Pluse they stayed in for a week even in the shower. when i brought it over to my friends house for a sleep over it stayed in. so you can say i was really lucky.

Pretty good..
I got this for christmas and enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun to do with friends and at parties My only complaint is that the clip-on bead holders don't work to well.

Complete Rubbish

So Much Fun
Grandchild loved this gift. Her and her friends made tattoos for everyone. There were so many styles to choose from and they really lasted. Would buy again in a minute.

No worth the Money
It doesn't come with enough tattous. They run out pretty fast. You are just buying 6 markers to draw and color your own designs.

My mom bought this set for my four year old son last week. At first I thought it might be a little advanced for him, but he got the hang of it in no time. Now he is tattooing the whole family. Rip-off
This item is very small and only contains a few items for making charm bracelts. It is a definite rip-off.I was embarrassed to give this to my niece for christmas.

Why are you only marketing to girls???????
This is a very nice introductory weaving set.I did a small amount of weaving when I was younger, and this is a very nice set for children.I bought this for my 7 year old SON, who is very artistic and he is having great fun with it.My 9 year old is also very interested in it, so I am going to get another kit.But BEWARE!!! If you are buying this.The box only has girls on it!!!! I almost sent it back for fear that it would turn my boys off with the message that this is only for girls.Luckily, my sons don't pay a lot of attention to this, but ALEX should be more careful about the messages they are sending.Weaving is a great hobby for girls AND boys.Some of the greatest weavers in history have been men and in some native cultures, only men were allowed to weave.Weaving is a great and relaxing hobby that both girls and boys should be encouraged to enjoy.If not for the marketing issues, I would have given this item 5 stars. ... Charm It but it is 25 dollars and only has 5 charms and 1 braclet.
I like this charm set a lot better because it is only 20 dollars

ok in the box
I have this tatto maker and me,my sis,and mom think it is fun but there is one problem with this tatto maker that it is fun but the pens lose a lot of ink when you dont use it a lot thats probley why i have it stuffed in my closet it would be cool if it had letter stincils and you can tatto your name but whats funny it can make a good prank like one time i put atatto on my dad that said "girls rule" when he was sleeping and i also think it should come with more colors to make the tatto loke like it is soposted to loke like a broken hurt that haves red and black tatto.

Motor and Sharing Skills
For help with fine motor skills, this toy can't be beat. It's attractive and easy to use. It is also light, which can't be underestimated, because it is 1) portable in its handy lidded plastic jar and 2) unlikely to do damage to household items and pets (think about the heavy wooden alternative). It is good.
Well, it is good but the crystal tattoos, I tried to get them on my skin and not all of the pieces got on to my skin. I think this is for ages 7-10. I got this when I was turning 8. I think a 4-year old would REALLY enjoy the beads, maybe the crystal tattoos.

We were so disappointed in this item.
The crystal tattoos are very difficult to apply.The adhesive tape is so strong and the crystals so small that we couldn't get the crystals to stick to my child's skin while pulling off the tape.I had to use a butter knife to gently hold each crystal down as I pulled the tape away.Even after that, the crystals were so small that the adhesive on them wasn't very strong and they fell off her skin rather quickly.

The jewelry part of this kit is probably better for children toward the upper range of the intended age target, provided they are very patient.The product says ages 6 to 12 but both my nearly 6 yr. old and 11 yr. old daughters had a great deal of trouble threading the beads onto the gold thread.The thread is stretchy material with a shiny fine gold thread wrapped around it.The gold part kept separating from the stretchy part making it really difficult to pull through the hole in the bead.I had trouble too until I realized I had to snip the very edge of the thread after each bead.Just working it through one hole caused it to fray.I thought about adding a drop of glue to hold the threads together but I was worried about getting it threaded to the clasp.The holes on the plastic clasps were smaller than the holes in the beads. ... designer purse kit
This was such a hit.My little one painted it and gave it as a gift to her grandmother who has put her manicure stuff in it.My daughter is so proud when she goes to grandma's and see the purse in use.It was fun and we loved the ideas that are printed on the outside of the packaging for reference.We have done almost all the paint the wild kits and love them all.The quality of the item and the paints is really nice.

great toy, but...........
i got this as a gift, and when i did i ripped it open and lovedit right away. unfortunatly, my little sister got to it, swollowed 12 beadS...... and............HOSPITAL RUN!!!!!!!

Love to bead!!!
My daughter LOVES to bead with this Bead Box!Granted, she's almost 5, and good with very small motor skills.Because of all of the tiny beads, you definitely don't want to give it to a child under about 4, some of the beads are practically microscopic!We've accidentally knocked the whole thing over twice now, and it was a pain to get cleaned up, but my daughter took the opportunity to organize it just the way she wanted, so she's even happier now with it.Definitely a good investment!

My daughter (four year old) got this set of beads for Christmas last year, and we are STILL making bracelets and necklaces.All of her little friends enjoy coming over and making jewelry with their Strawberry Shortcake beads.The beads are large enough for little fingers to handle without too much trouble and the colors are bright and fun.One word of caution, however... the box doesn't stay latched very well.We've picked up hundreds of beads out of the floor more than once. ... Not getting what is pictured
Very disappointed when the product arrived. The discription says styles may very, and they were right. I received product that was about half as cute as what was pictured. Compared to what they have pictured what I received is second rate. I didn't expect much for the quality item and it still was not very good. I would not recommend buying this product and would suggest looking at other options.
