5-0 out of 5 stars Communicating without pressure
I was a teenager when my mother first learned about the Ungame and purchased it for us.Being a typical adolescent, I wasn't all that interested in communicating, but I loved to play games. From the day we bought it (it was just a small wallet with two stacks of cards then) it went everywhere with us: in the car, to restaurants, to the park, to my slumber parties... We laughed and joked and answered questions until we were too exhausted to keep our eyes open any longer. My friends adored it, my extended family loved it and I learned to answer my mother's questions.
Now that I am a mother myself, the Ungame will be a fixture in my own house.I can't imagine not having so much fun getting to know my son (and vice versa).

5-0 out of 5 stars Ungame Is wonderful
... Ungame has been wonderful in helping my child to express her feelings, and become a more verbal person.

5-0 out of 5 stars It's a great tool
As an elementary school counselor, I've used the ungame for the past 11 years.I've never run across a student yet who hasn't enjoyed playing the game and many of them ask to play on return visits.I've read the other reviews and was surprised to see some of the critical comments. The game isn't intended to transform a family or someone's life.It is a tool to use in a variety of situations.Students new to school, students I'm speaking with for the first time, students who tend to be competitive, students who are shy...(I could go on)....the game gets people talking. If you're looking for something fast paced, then go for Hungry Hippos or Perfection. But if you want to open lines of communication in an easy, natural way, try the Ungame.Make sure you are purchasing the game for your intended audience as there are many versions! ... Round and round she goes. Hi Ho! Cherry-O is the counting game in which players race to be the first to have 10 cherries in their basket. A spin of the arrow determines your fate. It will instruct you to pick one, two, three, or four cherries from your tree and put 'em in your basket. That is, of course, if you don't land on the bird or the dog, requiring you to take two cherries from your basket and return them to the tree. And try not to land on the spilled bucket or--you guessed it--spill the contents of your basket or you start over. --Alison Golder ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great game!
This is one of my four-year-old daughter's favorite games, just like it was one of mine when I was her age.She loves to count the cherries as she takes them off, and even loves when the bird or dog takes some. She'll play this for about half an hour or more, even if she loses.

5-0 out of 5 stars Buy this game!!
My 2.5 year old LOVES to play games. She is very good about taking turns, and is crazy for games. However, it's hard to find a good, simple, straight forward game for this age group. Most of them have incredibly complicated rules. This game is great. Of course, my daughter loves to count, so counting the cherries is great fun for her. She also loves to spin the spinner and she loves to say "Oh no" when you have to put the cherries back. It's a game that will last for many years. Her brother who is 19 remembers this game and will actually play it with her (sometimes).

The best things: No batteries, no complicated rules, doesn't take up a lot of room like some games (with big boxes), older kids will play with younger kids, parents enjoy it, and I guess I should add that it is educational too. But most importantly it's just fun.

The worst thing: No extra cherries. We have lost a couple so we can only play with 3 people, but that's fine.

3-0 out of 5 stars A Game of Chance
Hi Ho Cherry-O is a game of chance that includes cute little red cherries.Gameplay is very simple. You just spin the spinner and whatever number the arrow lands on is how many cherries you receive. But if you land on a dog or bird, you lose all of your cherries. The player with the most cherries wins.Aimed toward the preschool and kindergarten level, this colorful game teaches counting, as well as good sportsmanship. And parents can be free of guilt, since the game is up to chance, so you're not really lying when your child asks if you let them win!I recommend this game to little ones who aren't quite ready for the big-kid games. ... Surely countless medical careers have been launched because of this humorous game. The Operation game board features Sam the patient, lying atop a red plastic "operating table" with 12 body cavities exposed. Players perform highly skilled procedures with a pair of tweezers such as removing a broken heart or butterflies in the stomach. This kind of surgery requires a steady hand! Doctors must remove the offending body part without touching the metal lining of the cavity. Touch the metal edge, and you'll set off the buzzer and make Sam's nose light up. Then the designated Specialist steps in--for double the fee! If you're playing solo, try performing all 12 operations without getting zapped. Two AA batteries are required. Operation is for one or more players. --Elizabeth Ward ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars JUNK
I played this game as a kid and loved it. But now this thing is made so cheap, the top paper isn't even glued down and we've had some parts get stuck under it, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to pick up these pieces, even if you are steady and all that, you can't get the pieces out because they are real slippery and so are the tweezers. There is nothing to grip the pieces, they are both totally smooth. This game sucks!!!!

3-0 out of 5 stars Operation - made by Milton Bradley
Another game that I find it amazing that is made available in this hi-tech age we live in.As a kid,I thought this game was okay.Purpose is to remove these tiny plastic parts from the operating board.Comes with twelve parts that's to be 'professionally' removed with a pair of tweezers.Don't lose the parts and this game should last awhile.Anyone else remember the TV ad for this game way back when as the girl in pigtails reads off the instuctions on the card,"Take out wrenched ankle..."?That commercial may've done more damage than Milton Bradley knows.Requires two size AA batteries.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not like it used to be
I remember playing this game when I was a kid. I perchased it for my daughter thinking that she would have fun. Didn't happen!
She hated the noise it made.(A truely disterbing and loud sound) So we Cut the wire to the sound but it didn't help. She tried to play but the pieces were lost within a week and the game hit the trash. ... Read more

Lucky Ducks is a sound-and-motion version of the typical color-matching game. An adult will need about 15 minutes to prepare the game (installing batteries, labeling ducks, and punching out cardboard nests), and then it's time to start selecting lucky duckies. A quacking sound effect is heard as the motorized board moves the 12 ducks around the pond. The first player to pick three ducks with colored stickers, which match the color of their nest, is the winner. The game has a couple of drawbacks: there is no volume control, so kids must figure out where their ducks are by watching the previous player replace them on the pond, and there are no game variations. --Pam Lauer ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Daughter Loves it & I HATE IT
My daughter absolutely loves this game!It is one of her favorite games. My only complaint is, WHY o WHY couldn't they have put an on / off switch on this game!We stack our games up on the shelves and if you place any games on top of this larger box game it will start quacking and is impossible to get to shut off!I considered taking the batteries out but you must unscrew the compartment. What a hassle for each time you want to play.Even though this game quacks all the time, the batteries have held out well and structurally it has held out excellent considering we are always beating on the box to get it to shut up!If the company would but a shut off button on this game, I would quickly throw this one in the trash and race off to buy one with a shut off button.Still a great game for children.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy
I recently purchased this toy for my 2 1/2 year old daughter and she loves it. The ducks are so cute quacking and swimming around the "pond". We have created our own version of the game.We take turns pushing the big red button to start and stop the ducks. When the ducks are stopped, we each pick a duck and match the duck to it's home color. This game creates fun while learning.I must admitt the quacking gets a little old, but what child's noise-making toy doesn't.My daughter loves to play this game, and I would recommend it to anyone.

3-0 out of 5 stars I will reconsider
It's a cute game. It will hold a toddler's interest. And it's simple and fun. However, ours did not work straight out of the box. We returned it and got something else, because I felt that it was probably a game that wouldn't last. After reading all these reviews, about how durable it is, I might reconsider and try giving it another chance. ... Read more

There's a charming simplicity in this game for little ones who dream ofbeing a princess. Players move their pieces around the game board collectingplastic costume jewelry, such as rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. Thewinner of the game is the one who collects the crown and all the jewels thatmatch their playing color. That player is the princess who now turns over thespinner to reveal a mirror into which she can gaze at her royal self. Game playincludes the dreaded black ring, which no one wants but someone might get.Sticky jewels are included to decorate the jewelry box and the crown. 1-0 out of 5 stars This game is pretty pretty stupid.
What is this? There's no guns or explosions or anything. You don't even get to conquer people like in Risk and Risk is pretty pretty lame to begin with.

Besides, this game can only turn little kids into snobs. If you let them think they're princesses now they're just going to keep asking for things. All they want now is a little plastic crown but in ten years they're going to be asking for the keys to Daddy's BMW so they can go canoodle with their greasy sketchy teenage boyfriends behind the K-Mart.

Don't get your daughter a Pretty Pretty Princess.Get her a job.Then she'll learn something.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent, simple game for kids of all ages.
I work at an elementary school and we purchased 3 of these games for rainy day recess. The kids love it.It's simple enough for the kindergarteners yet still enough fun for the 5th and 6th graders. It's a lot like Jenga in that you have to choose the right rod to pull out to prevent the marbles from spilling. However, unlike Jenga, the clean up and set up takes just a couple of minutes. As far as durability, we've used it during recess over the past 3 months and it has stood the test of all those children so I would say it's going to last for a while.

2-0 out of 5 stars Alot of trouble
This game sounded so promising on the box but when my 6 year old go it for Christmas last year we were very disappointed. The sticks break easily and they are hard to put and and very time consuming to do also. She was bored with it before we could get the sticks in.It is to difficult for her to set up by herself.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!

4-0 out of 5 stars You either love it or hate it!
We play this game as a family, and either my husband or I set it up.The plastic rods are fine, but if my five year old got a hold of them they would be snapped in half almost instantly.IF you decide to buy this toy be prepared:an adult or older child will have to set it up.Putting in the rods takes time and patience. Also, be vigilant with the pieces-- they are not meant for younger children because of the choking hazzard (the marbles) and the frustration level of setting up the game.Great for family night fun, but not good if you're hoping the kids will play quietly for a while while you get something else done! ... How's your tolerance for puns? You'll need some for Pass the Pigs, asimple game of chance built around a pig theme. Instead of dice, you roll twocute pink piglets, and you gain or lose points depending on how the crittersland. For example, if both land on all fours, called a "double trotter," you get20 points; if they land lying opposite each other, called a "Pig Out," you gainno points and cede your turn. There are a number of other rules as well as avariation called "Hog Call." Our family truly enjoys the Rush Hour game and tried this one as well - it is bigger and bulkly and convenient for travel.I alos find the puzzles to be a bit easier. The pieces don't slide as well as Rush Hour.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good toy for everyone
I knew this game at a friend's house and love it even I was 30 already at that time.I bought several when I went back to visit my family and they all love it.When I told my mom that I would give my brother's 1st grad boy a set, she told me he won't like it since he doesn't like the brain games. But he loves it soon after my sister explain to him the rules and he enjoys to do it.My little one, almost 23 months old now, likes those animals and loves to put all of those animals to the board one by one and kind of learn the size and arrange the place. It's not only for 8 and up.

3-0 out of 5 stars Not one of Vsmiles best games
My daughter enjoys this game because she loves care bears but there is not really much to this game.It is great for a young child (one who is just learning their alphabet).Even the more difficult levels offer little change or challenge in play.Although we are still big fans of the Vsmile toy itself. I would much rather see my daughter playing this game opposed to a game boy or x box which offer little to no educational value.

1-0 out of 5 stars TOO EASY!!
When we bought my daughter the v-smile game system we got her this game to go along with it.She never hardly plays it because it is so simple.Chasing color balloons and stars, catching a falling letter.Chasing shapes that appear in the exact order you are supposed to put them in.If your child is having problems learning how to use a joy stick this game may help them master that, but it is not challenging for children at all.

Furrowed brows and hearty laughter are the most likely outcome of this fun but challenging game from Game Development Group. Just like its elder edition, the object of Stare! Junior is to be the first to reach the end of the game board. "Been there, done that," you're thinking? But in this game, looking hard and paying attention to detail are two things that will help players move forward. Individuals or teams stare at an image on a card for 30 seconds (more challenging games can be played by shortening the time) and then answer questions about what they saw. It's not easy--just try to remember what color socks the person next to you on the bus was wearing this morning, or how many people were reading magazines. Of course, you weren't staring... --Rachel Radway ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Yes, a terrific game for the kids (and parents)!

Stare! Junior is simply a terrific game for the kids. It's fun, it's educational (without the kid's knowing it); it's interesting; and it is a great social activity.During each kid's turn, the child stares at an image to study as much detail as they can recall. Then, when time is up, the child is asked a series of questions about the image. For instance, what is in the teddy bears hand? The Images are just terrific and fun to look at.We take this one in the car on long trips - the kids play and I keep track of how far they advance on the game board.Really, you will be happy you have this.No gimmicks, just good old-fashion game play, with laughs and learning thrown in for good measure.

5-0 out of 5 stars A game kids and parents can have fun playing with together

I play lots of games with my kids.I can't say I am always wide awake playing Candy Land and Life over and over again. That has all changed with this game.

Stare! Junior changes the playing field.I actually enjoy playing it and my kids can tell that. The object is simple but challenging. Each turn a player (or team) stares at an image card. The cards are a great array of child friendly pictures. The cards have just enough detail to make it interesting for the kids, but not too much to make it frustrating. When time is up, the player is asked to recall certain aspects about the image. Was the hat red or green? Was the boy smiling? How many apples where on the table? The more the player recalls, the more the player advances his/her playing pawn on the game board.

The kids have fun and so do I.Go figure!

3-0 out of 5 stars Great idea, but the game is just ok.
I purchased this game for my 5 year old. The idea of the game is to stare at a tiny card with tons of details. Then you are asked to remember some obscure detail about the picture. It is even hard to answer some of the questions when you are looking at the pictures. If you are looking for an educational game, look somewhere else.Your child might learn to pay more attention to details, but I can't think of any other educational value.I don't see what is so stimulating about Superman comic pictures (22 in all), and I like Norman Rockwell but 30 pictures seems over kill. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Our Favorite Game!!
This is an absolutely great game not only for kids as young as 2 (there are small parts so children must be beyond putting things in their mouths)but also for the whole family.I purchased this game for my 2 year old for Christmas and he and my 6 year old son play this more often than any other game we have ever had. They can play together with little supervision, and even can play it individually if one doesn't care to play at the time.We also very often play one of the three variations (barnyard bingo, color bingo, or animal race -- instructions are included) together as a family for simple fun.Our 6 year old son is Autistic and an added benefit is the therapy benefits that have been mentioned, really helps him with his hand motor coordination and focus.
On top of all of that it is inexpensive, durable and is completely contained in its own little suitcase when not in use.

Be the first to move your child-shaped playing piece from square one to square 100 on the Chutes and Ladders game board--but watch out! If you land on the square that shows you ate too much candy--Ouch!--you get a tummy ache and slide down a chute to a square a few numbers below. But if you end your turn on a good-deed square, such as helping sweep up a mess, you'll be rewarded by a ladder-climb up the board.

A fantastic follow-up to Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders is ideal for younger children who are still learning to take turns and just beginning to recognize numbers (the spinner stays in the single digits). It's also a gentle introduction to the higher numbers as players climb to 100 at the top of the board. And, thanks to all those chutes and ladders, it's got enough excitement to keep your 7-year-old on the edge of her seat. English and Spanish instructions are included; no reading is necessary to play. Chutes and Ladders is for two to four players. --Julie Ubben ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars A classic game for young children
As a British child, one of the games I played frequently was Snakes and Ladders. It remains one of the most popular games in Britain for young children. Many years later, I discovered that American children play this game too, but with the snakes replaced by chutes. There are other differences too (at least as far as this particular product is concerned) - the die (a simple, solid cube) used in the British game is replaced by a less durable spinner, while the counters (simple circular pieces of plastic) used in Britain to move around the board are replaced by cardboard characters that fit into plastic stands - again, much less durable than their British equivalents.Perhaps these fancy pieces are designed to make the game seem more interesting. The British game is sufficiently appealing to children without them - the snakes are colourful and much more attractive than chutes can ever be.

Aside from these differences, the British and American games are the same although the layout of the board may vary from one individual product to another. I played the game on several different boards (from different manufacturers) and the positions of the snakes and ladders certainly affected the game. On this particular American version, I can see that having three chutes close together near the end would be particularly frustrating - if a game is too difficult to finish, enthusiasm wanes somewhat.

While it certainly helps if the children playing the game recognize the numbers 1 to 100, it is also true that if they play the game often enough, they should eventually understand which way they have to move their pieces, though parents or older children may need a lot of patience while this process happens.

The result of the game is pure luck with no element of skill so, no matter how often you play, you cannot improve your chances of winning by fair play, so everybody has an equal chance. This is an advantage in a children's game - they learn all about winning and losing and the emotions involved.

This is a fun game for young children of school age. Bright children of pre-school age might also enjoy it but these children will grow out of it at an earlier age than average children.

If you buy this particular product, I recommend replacing the spinner with a die and the cardboard pieces with more durable pieces. Do that and the children will have plenty of fun.

2-0 out of 5 stars Man, tough game
I mean, I got an education, but those numbers are just plain tough!I usually just cheat, my nephew cant tell if I'm movin three or five squares, and I get to beat him most times when his mom, now my girlfriend, aint lookin.I give it a two because I think this gives the kid a not-realistic view of life, I mean, when was the last time you was walkin along and fell down a chute? Not very durable, either, one time when I lost i tore it in half no sweat.Save your money and get the kid a gun; THAT will teach em about real life!!!

3-0 out of 5 stars Classic, but poor construction
This is close to the classic snakes & ladders we played as children, but it is not very durable. The playing pieces are little folded cardboard characters that fit into plastic stands. The spinner does not work well. We replaced ours with a die. (I keep extra dice on hand for games like that). My son (age 4) can count to 100, but sometimes he still gets confused as to which way to go and occasionally wants to "climb" a ladder when his spot crosses halfway instead of at the bottom.
Classic? Yes.
Durable? No.
Fun? Not very.

In Hasbro's Fishin' Around, eight colorful fish swim up, down, and around a stream, wigglingfrom side to side and opening and closing their mouths. 4-0 out of 5 stars great birthday gift for 3-6 year olds
My son received this as a gift for his 4th birthday and it was a hit with all the kids there, ages 3-50.
It is one of the rare toys that he still plays with a year later. What I loved about this is that he can play it by himself or with friends. It is very easy and entertaining.

5-0 out of 5 stars My Grandson loves this game!
This game provided at least 45 minutes of enjoyment for my 2- 1/2 year old grandson. The same day, he went back two or more times for "more".We were amazed that it went over so well as it was mfr. recommended for 3 year olds.He had no trouble with catching the fish, but we are waiting to "deal" the cards as he gets older. The music is fun, but it's easier on the ears if it is on the carpet.
We did have to exchange the first game we bought due to gear problems. The second one works just fine.
It's a great game to keep at "Grandma's house" to give him something special to do with us older folks.A Grandma

3-0 out of 5 stars Annoying longer than it is fun....
My kids had this toy when they were younger and I HATED it. They were actually pretty interested in it for the first month. After that it only saw occasional use. What I still remember though is how annoyingly repetitive the music was. At least it was in tune, unlike some musical toys.

The pieces are quite durable (I still find them occasionally) but they are easily separated and scattered, making the set less usable. I don't recommend this toy. ... Read more

UNO, America's No. 1-selling card game, has a whole new twist. You'll still encounter all theelements that make UNO so unpredictable and challenging, but add to that a motorized card launcher thatshows no mercy and you've got UNO Attack. The object of the game is still to get rid of all your cards. TheUNO command cards direct the game by telling players when to trade hands, discard, reverse the playingorder, or skip a player. Beware the dreaded Hit command, though, as this translates into a game of Russianroulette. You never know when the card launcher is going to fire off a stream of UNO cards just for you! For2 to 10 players. Requires three C batteries (not included). --Alison Golder ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great twist to UNO!
THE PLUS:We have got 5 kids old enough to play UNO, and it is hard to keep them entertained, until we bought this!It is fun!You never know if you're gonna get no cards or 20.We play this all of the time and would never give it up.

THE BAD:It takes a little more maintenance than you would want a game to take. The rubber wheels need to be wiped with alcohol so it will shoot the cards out better. Also, we change our batteries at least once a week to get maximum shootage! But during normal gameplay you have to rearrange the cards because they slip, alot, and don't shoot out when they are supposed to.But it is worth it.

1-0 out of 5 stars never worked - don't waste your money
Our family enjoys the traditional uno so I thought this would be an exciting twist. NOT.The thing never worked.Cards don't come out.It even has a disclaimer to say that cards don't come out every time - more like they never came out.It goes BEEP WHHRRRR..then nothing. We tried like crazy to get the thing to work! Ended up throwing it away.Do not recommend. We went back to the simple deck of Uno Cards.

2-0 out of 5 stars Big Disappointment
I was excited to buy this for my daughter. However, we ended up only playing it once or twice. There is no point to the game...no strategy. Whether you guess right or wrong you still get to move.

We ended up making up our own rules

5-0 out of 5 stars It keeps us laughing

There are few games out there that can entertain kids and parents. This one is right on the mark. Our 6-year-old daughter has never found a game she likes so much! We found that children younger than 5 can play this game with a little coaching from Mom and Dad. It is amazing, and we are still laughing!!! Great game!!

5-0 out of 5 stars A Fun Time!
This game is a family favorite! Our kids love this game. We all love to laugh and this game definitely gets us laughing. The kids love it when daddy gets the card that tells him that he is a fashion model on a runway! :) I would recommend this game for people who just want to laugh with their kids. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT PRODUCT!
This is a great product - my chess players DS(9); DD(13); and DH(40) are thrilled with it!We started with a real cheapie set and "graduated" to this one . . . for [this price] you cannot go wrong!Believe me . . . you get waaaaaaay more than you pay for!

5-0 out of 5 stars Not bad
Twenty bucks for a wooden folding chess board and chessmen is not a bad deal. However, the old adage "you get what you paid for" holds true here. Craftsman quality is missing in this product. The folding chess board has a magnetic strip to keep it folded. However, the chess board when unfolded for play is a bit lopsided. The wooden chessmen are standard Staunton pieces. However, they're not crafted quality pieces but are adequate enough for play. If you wanted a similar product but of higher quality then be prepared to fork over an additional $30-40 if not more. However, if you wanted a traveling chess set but don't want to pay alot of $$$ for one and don't mind the inferior quality found in this set then this is good buy.

4-0 out of 5 stars Best Chess Set for a Great Price
Although I would have loved to have gotten my fiancee a more articulate chess set, this gem really fit my budget. When he opened it on Xmas day, he was blown away. He really enjoyed it, especially the size. The set comes with a fairly large chessboard and the pieces are nicely sized as well.

He has enjoyed many a chess game with me and our best friends. With all the use so far it has remained in excellent condition. The magnetic closure helps to secure the pieces in the inside of the fold up board. Thus, your floor will not be littered with pieces when you pick the board up. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great fun, a must for every SpongeBob fan!
I can say that again, a must for every SpongeBob fan.

With this Plug 'n Play TV Game, this thing comes with 5 games. Here is my rating on the games packed in one:

Bubble Pop - Like the classic Breakout game from Atari, with a SpongeBob twist, and lots of levels to complete. Rather than bricks it's bubbles! Wow!
Rating: 5/5

Sandy's Surf Adventure: A resemblence of Defender and it's finest, and you get to play Sandy surfing on a clam shooting out acorns at henchmen.
Rating: 4/5

Patrick and the Maze: Gauntlet calling, with Patrick as a main character in a coral maze, and finding friends along the way to try out little microgames!
Rating: 4/5

Invasion of the Hooks: This is ok, but not the best out of the collection, when you first try it you might think it's fun but if you play it again later or the next day it probably gets boring, but still allright.
Rating: 3/5

The Super Chum Bucket: A game that features Evil Plankton! On a mission to kidnap Sandy. It's up to SpongeBob to save her from the evil genius, Plankton! Reminds me of the arcade Nintendo game, Donkey Kong which debuted Mario!
Rating: 5/5

Durability is a top standard which can stand rough playing.

5-0 out of 5 stars The Best Plug and Play...PERIOD!
My three year old son and I went through a plug and play phase where I basically bought every available plug and play system available. Well, I can tell you that the Spongebob plug and play is by far the best of these game systems. The games are challenging but not maddening and lots of fun. There are 5 games included on this little joystick:

1. Spongebob's Bubble Pop (10/10): My personal favorite of the five games. Basically in the old Breakout/Archanoid game style but very fun and with 50 levels to complete!

2. Super Chum Bucket (9/10): This is basically Donkey Kong featuring Spongebob and Plankton...but hey, Donkey Kong is a classic and this game is just as entertaining.

3. Invasion of the Hooks: (4/10): This one is kind of lame. Sandy, Plankton and Patrick are hooked and Spongebob must save them by throwing Krabby Patties at the hooks...not much fun.

4. Sandy's Surf Adventure (7/10): This one is a fun old school style shooter in the vein of Defender but with Sandy crusing through Bikini Bottom.

5. Patrick and the Maze (7.5/10): Obviously a maze game but reminds me of Gauntlet. Patrick must unlock and find his friends...an entertaining game.

**A word about durability** - This plug and play has withstood some rough play (I also have a 16 month old) meaning slamming, banging and pulling of wires; yet it works everytime we turn it on. The batteries do need to be replaced every now and again for optimal performance.

So overall, if you or your kids love Spongebob or old school video games, this system is a must-own. Highly Recommended.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very cool!
I got it for Christmas, and it ROCKS! All the games are REALLY cool, and I'm becoming a master at it! My brother, Bobby Gelhar, and my sister, Katie Gelhar, love it! I think that it is really awesome, and is REALLY REALLY COOL! I WOULD BUY IT IF I WERE YOU! ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Do you have hours of time to waste?
If so, then go and buy one.I bought this for my 8 yr. old. When I saw it on the shelf, I thought WOW! what a bargain (for 5 games)and all you do is plug it in.Well I soon discovered why it was only $20.00.The first unit we had constantly cut-off while playing. The second unit we had, the picture faded in and out while playing. The third unit did all of the above.I can understand that sometimes things don't work. But for three to be defective is terrible.I even got the third one from a different store in the hope that one from a different "batch" would work.My daughter liked the games so much (when she could play them), that I went out of my way to find one that worked.I don't feel like Jakks Pacific Inc. has very much respect for their customers. At least not enough to make, and test a product to ensure its quality.I would have been willing to pay an extra $5.00 for the game.Maybe if they would have raised the price $1 or $2 then they could afford some quality assurance.

5-0 out of 5 stars Disney Domination
I have purchased 4 different plug and play games and by far this one is definitely the best! I am totally addicted to the Simba tetris-like game. I also enjoy the Timon and Aladdin games. The only that I didn't care too much for was the Donald Duck Golf Game. Regardless, I think that the graphics are great and I hope that they will continue this series with other disney cartoons.

5-0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC!
Very simple to hook to a tv, from box to playing games the first time is approx. 2 min. and that includes reading the directions in that time frame!

I was surprised at how great the graphics were on this game, didn't expect to much because of the cost.
The games are fun, for kids or adults.

I'll be purchasing a few more of these for Christmas gifts!
This was truly a fantastic game package at a fantastic price.
