My 3 year old loves "catching" these butterflies!
My daughter just got this toy yesterday for Christmas and this is the only thing she's played with all morning. She likes to "catch" the butterflies in the net and put them in the jars. The pony's very cute as well, but I think she's more into the butterfly net! Very cute pony set.

Cute and educational... I like it!
This a very cute toy for all ages but it isn't very sturdy.The sign popped off and I lost it and the magazine is always getting stuck behind the blowdryer.However I loved it because I could use it to store all my pets accesories!It still isn't very durable because everytime I opened it junk spewed out.Overall, it got me my first pet with hair!

My name is Katie Jane and I just love this salon!It is sooo cute!!! I got it for easter and I play with it everyday. My mom loves the littlest pet shop and loves to see that I play with it all the time. It has cute bright colors and pieces. My friends adore it! It is one of my favorite toys ever evan though I'm 11 I do love little things. I think this is perfect for any cat lover. My cats get angry and upset when I play with it and they knock eveything down! I love the way you can put the kitty on the hair-dryer. Although, the only thing I don't like about it is that I tryed to put all of my other littlest pet shop pets in that had magnets in their paws on the hair-dryer and it did'nt work properly. But, that does'nt matter! I still love it!Especially the bird that can 'swing' on the window sill!

Greattake along toy.
These magnets have helped my 2 1/2 year old survive many coffee refills at restaurants with the grandparents. It opens to about the same size as his place at the table and is very thin to carry around (I don't feel like we've moved in with a whole toy box). It has also survived a minor water spill.

My daughter loves it
We bought this for my 3 year old daughter and she will play with it for hours.She loves the wide selection of clothes and accesories. And great for mom she can put all the clothes on by herself.The only concern I had is how small the stuff is, but by having her play on her table or on a clean floor we've been able to loose only a couple pieces.Not every child can put the clothes on though because her friend always asks me for help.My favorite thing about it is it all fits in the little closets and closes up for easy storage.

Neat set, cool girl, freak guy!
I really like the shop and the clothes but the boy is weird! The guy is creepy! Like that girl said Rick and the other guy are cute but he's sick. His hair is stiff and his clothes are dorky! Now the Polly is so cute! I love her hair and clothes. My favorite outfite is the dress-like top and the purple capris. The one (of two)problems with this set is the guys side of the store! Mattel can make the boy side not so girly. But overall this rocks!

Gosh they're making polly turn into some kind of boy lovin freak.I mean atleast Stven and Rick were cute this guy looks like something from a horror film.And what's with the hair why put it all stringy like that.It's going to get messed up after you get it wet and get it all tangled. How Cute is This!!!
I bought this for my daughter when she was just a baby because it has all relatively big parts and nothing hazardous. She still loves it and she is almost 2. My little boy who is 4 still plays with it too, albeit probably not in a manner for which it was intended:). The baby animals are adorable and she loves taking the fence apart and putting it back together.

Another Little People Hit!
I got this for my 18 month old son, and I am so pleased with the purchase.While my son doesn't quite "make-believe" with the toys yet, or use them how they were intended (hehe) he does love them.All the pieces are useful to him, as he tries putting the fence parts into different containers, and once in awhile gets bold and tries putting them all together.He loves the animals -- they are adorable and he picks them up and gives each a kiss before he starts playing.Definitely a great toy for young and older toddlers!

My kids 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 love the Weebles toys. Between this and the Weebleville Town toy I have lots of extra free time to clean and cook! Woo-hoo! Its keep their attention for a long time.

Fun for the kids
My 13 month old and my 4 year old love this toy.It's one of the few toys that brings them together to play nicely.Even thought it has music, I think it's at a perfect volume.I'd really encourage anyone to buy this one.

Great toy, great price!
I think the last reviewed may not understand how the toy works. It is pretty simple you push down the silo that makes the spinning, bobbing go. My son got this at 9 months and loves it. He enjoys moving the webbles around and pushing the silo. I think the webbles are a better choice for 9-18 months than the 'Little People' since they are easier to handle and can spin and slide. My Little Sandboxes recommendation
I am a preschool teacher and I have used all three "My Little Sandboxes" for enhancing our curriculum here at school.The sandboxes are great because they encourage interactive and imaginative play. Also, they are a very sensorial or tactile activity which is important for fine motor and hand/eye coordination development in preschool age children. That fact that they come with a drop cloth to catch the extra sand is an added plus!

pony salon!
This is a fun toy, but it is too small for the ponies, soit is not that fun.But, overall, it is a good toy!

Daughter loves this salon
This was $10 at our local dollar store.My 2 yo daughter received this for Christmas as well as the Celebration Castle.She loves both of them very much.The Salon is nice because it is small & portable.My daugher just stuffs it full of ponies & carries it around with her.A good deal at $10.

not made well
I bought this toy based on the reviews from other people.It looks really cute in the package, but the accessories are made cheaply.The brushes don't stay in place.The closet rod keeps coming off if you barely bump it.My daughter played with it all of 10 minutes and then was bored because there was so little to do with it.Plus, the hair dryer/sink didn't work very well.The hair dryer kept getting caught.Save your money on this one.On the positive side, the pony is very cute and your kids can use their imagination with the pony all sorts of places. ... Don't get me wrong, I love it
I really do love this toy, but I was disappointed because the velcro came off of one side within about a month of my son getting this.My daughter loves it just as much as my one year old son and she's four.they have great fun playing with it.I am going to have to sew the velcro back on so the peices don't get lost.

Pricey, but worth it
I was apprehensive at first by the considerable price, but this toy is a hit.For one, it doesn't make any noise.There are no buttons to push.It requires...imagination!Every day we have to tell the stories of the piggies, and we "Huff and Puff."My 21 month old daughter plays with it by herself with the wolf chasing the pigs to the next house.Pockets of Learning will replace any lost piece!It's hard to tell the story of the 3 little pigs with only 2 pigs!

Hours of fun!
My three year old saw this and had to have it (he loves ponies). I was not sure how well it would work for us, but gave it a try anyway. On a rainy day this will keep my three year old and his five year old busy for hours. They play with it happily together which is a feat it self. I have one warning, there are litterally hundreds of VERY small peices (I have confiscated some of them to be given back when our baby is older), little flowers, tools, lights, everything! I do not remember Playmobile toys being this elaborate when I was a kid. It's even fun for parents to play along too!

A great toy!
This is a wonderful toy that helps with hours of imagination and creativity!Yes, there are small pieces. We have had it come apart too but only if you pick it up by the roof.We always hold the base and carry it that way. It is hard if you have an array of ages in your home.It is unrealistic to think the older kids can't have toys because they could be choking hazards to the younger.We have taught them to be careful to clean all the pieces up and watch the baby doesn't tear things apart.Our 9,8,5 and 3 year olds love this farm and I would recommend first to over 4 years old but if it isn't possible just be aware of the choking hazard.In my experience, when it has fallen apart, the small pieces that secure it have stayed in place nicely and helped me know how to reassemble. It isn't that hard if you were the one that put it together originally.It would seem to me the reviewer with the destructive play date should re-think the toys they let rough friends play with.This is an expensive set and wouldn't be something I would let destructive, disrespectful or very small children play with anyway. It doesn't seem right to be annoyed at the toy when it clearly states there are small parts.Anyone who had owned playmobil knows about the tiny parts. That's what makes it so much fun!

Hours of fun!
My daughter, age 4.5, has had this for about a year, and it is still one she plays with every day.We have it set up on a table all the time, and whenever one of her friends comes over, it's the first toy they go to.She also plays with it alone quite often as well.I am very pleased with the quality of this toy, and I don't recall it being that much trouble to put together, I'm not sure what other reviewers are complaining about.We love Playmobil! ... CHOKING HAZARD-----keep your eyes on this one!
We bought this to enhance my son's "ramps around garage."My son, a 22-month-old, plays fairly gently with his toys.Last week, as he was playing with this, the yellow "gas" hose that attaches to the toy broke right off.It broke into two separate pieces, one about an inch, the other about 2 inches....definite choking hazards!My son was confused about what happened, so he brought the pieces to me.Luckily, he didn't stick them in his mouth.I contacted the company, and there are not any recalls or replacement parts for this item.I don't think I would recommend this toy, butif you do have it in your home, I would strongly recommend sitting right by your toddler whenever he or she is playing with it!I was only a few feet away, but he still could have tried to swallow the pieces!

Mom of 3 boys
This toy was mainly bought so we could have more vehicles for the big garage, but the last reviewer was right, this toy is pretty junky.I expected more from this toy especially because it is Fisher Price. They love the Little People videos, they watch them over and over again, all day long.The car wash part of this toy is pretty lame overall, but my 7 month old likes to chew on it so at least it gets some use.

we bought this toy for are 3 year old, well very disappointed. The car wash is junk the ramp is hard to move up and down. I can't see how they expect a 3 year old to move it when I have trouble moving it. Will be returning to the store. For the Dora Fan
My 2 year old loves this toy and it is great for learning a bit of Spanish.The only thing wrong with it is that that once your child learns all that the toy teaches, that's it. There are only about 50 different interactions with this toy.Otherwise, it's cute and great for 18 - 30 months.

Great toy & super buy-My 1 year old daughter loves it
Hi everyone! I just bought this toy for my daughter a couple weeks ago-and I'm so glad I did. My daughter is 16 months and she is soooo into Dora the Explorer-she's thinks she's the coolest chica on 2 feet, next to mommy of course,wink wink. So, I picked this toy up because it seemed to scream to me on the shelf with all of it's pretty colors and lights..and Dora. I was going to save it until xmas but we(meaning I) couldn't resist. The different modes are great so you don't get sick of the same old thing. We can both learn some Spanish and listen to Doras backpack sing, and watch the lights and try to find the objects Dora is looking for in Spanish. Very durable-my daughter stands on it a lot(its her new thing) and it's held up like the best. We both love this toy, I recommend it to all DORA fans!

My 2 year old daughter loves this toy!We bought it for her last week, and she has played with it every day.There are three modes of play- naming the object in English and Spanish, finding the object, and deductive reasoning (the object is red, there are three of these.I do have two problems with the toy though.I think the taped voice is sometimes difficult to understand, especially for one who is just beginning to understand different words, and the pictures are sometimes difficul to recognize- for example the balloons and the maracas look very similar, and do not accurately represent what these objcts actually look like. ... Very Nice.
I really enjoyed this toy. Although, the boy is not the best-looking, it was an amusing toy. I got it for my 10th b-day, and I was excited because I got the Skate Date as well. They were a great pair, and for polly starters, you might want to buy these two together.

This toy is pretty cool. The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to keep the people on the scooters without holding on to them. What I do like is how you get to people instead of 1,the colors of the scooters are pretty if you get the set with pastel scooters like I did,and how the boy in the set has brown hair and thats pretty rare. Princess Sonya Lee & Prince Michael spin the day away!
This is an additional set for the Lil Kingdom. It includes a pink carriage, Princess Sonya Lee, Prince Michael and a horse that can either be connected to the carriage or the horse can be ridden all by itself. Also included is a dance area so that your Little People can dance and spin the morning away!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, imagination and play are so important for your child! Any Little People set or additional set can create hours of fun for both you and your child!

We love to ride the horse
The reason we got this set vs the Maid Marrion set (that comes with two unicorns, one big & 1 little) is that you can ride the horse!A great addition to our Little People toys, my daughter nows asks us to get ther the casstle (but we already have the house, garden accessories, airport and farm accessories).

Since we have so many people already, two can ride the coach while one rides the horse and the prince and princess can dance.

What a great Idea!!!
Both my boys are truely Thomas lovers.Everything is Thomas the Tank Engine.My children love this toy.We have two of them and I have purchased two additional ones for friends and family.This toy is compact, great for small children and I loved that the detachable pieces fit into the carrying case.We have taken these into restaurants, on vacation etc...It is great.

Perfect "pocket" toy
This toy has been a lifesaver - always ready to go (the green plastic base doubles as a carrying case and everything fits inside), this is the toy that I grab in a hurry. It has been along with us to countless hospital waiting rooms, doctor's offices, long trips in the car, etc. etc.My son never seems to tire of it.Our Thomas doesn't wind up so well anymore, my son perfers to push him.We paid less than ten bucks for ours and it was well worth it.
