i love this toy!
hi, im 10 years old and i really like this toy! there are so many diffrent things it can do, it is well worth the money!!! there is a little vehicle thing that a rescue hero can ride on, the front of the ship can be used as a spacepod (the ship is NOT a good flying toy but the space pod is simple to fly),the front and the vehicle can be made into a giant robot,the top can be made into a hang glider, and one of my favorite parts: IT HAS A COMMAND CENTER WHERE THE RESCUE HEROES REALLY INTERACT WITH EACHOTHER!!!! I have two mission select robots with thing i call "backpacks" and their names are matt medic and gil gripper. they are also compatible with the command center. i also have a cool robot called fire stomper and billy blazes. NOTE (the fire stomper comes with billy blazes and neither are compatible with the command center but fire stomper can move in a neat way!) then i have the robot that came with the ship.

in my opinion out of all the people i have billy is the best :)

you may be wondering why a 10 yr old is playing with this but i know a 12 year old and many other 10 and 11 yr. olds with this toy. i don't play with it like let's go put out the fire, or something, i play with it like the robots are attacking and stuff, very fun toy! i totally recommened this toy and these other toys below:

very disapointed
This was the only toy my son requested from Santa and what a letdown. I think that Fisher Proce rushed it for the holiday season because it does not compare to the quality of the other toys. It falls apart and really does not do much for the size or promise of the ads. I hate this hunk of junk that now takes up a lot of space and I have learned my lesson for next year.

I would not have thought much of the item based on packaging but we received this as a gift and it is my 2 1/2-year old's favorite. She loves the thing. It is now one of our favorite gifts to give. I have not heard of any problems and all the parts are sturdy. It is very cute to see how every little girl 'knows' to sling it over her wrist (I don't carry my purse that way..) Although, we are as likely to find trains and matchbox cars inside as we are to find the lipstick. Definately a great little item!

Excellent!
My daughter got this purse for Christmas last year when she was 18 months old. She is still playing with it all of the time! She loves to take her purse everywhere, just like mommy does! :) She is so proud of her purse that she is constantly showing it to people. Her favorite things out of the purse are the lipstick, keys, and card case. She loves to put her own items in the purse as well. This is a very cute set!

I wanted to get my only little girl her own purse, so she could be like mommy... I have 4 children, 3 year old b/g twins, and 8 month old b/b twins. she got this purse when she was 18 months and she has some new "favorites", but this was a hit anyways. She loves the lipstick, and the sunglasses case (we bought her disney ones) and the mirror. But there are better ones out there, we bought her some chapstick and a little better "plastic" lipstick to keep in there, we supervise with capstick. The keys and phone are the only things she didnt pay attention to, because we have better ones. The best!
This and all little people playsets are soooo worth the money! My oldest daughter who is now 4, has been playing with the house and other sets since she was 1.She now shares them with her 10 mo old sister.I love seeing my girls play together, especially since they have a 3 yr difference between their ages.This is the kind of thing you start collecting when they are babies and keep adding to it as they get older and they keep playing with it more and more.It really helps the imagination, its fun, and its fun for parents to play too.I just really reccommend all of the little people sets.If you have your 1st baby who is having a 1st birthday and you are not sure what to get, go with this house or the farm.Those are good to start with. I am buying my niece one for her 1st birthday.

A great Little People product!
Our daughter was given this when she was 12.5 months old and she adores it (as well as her other Little People toys)!

What we wish could be changed
*overall color scheme of the house is rather girly--pink, purple, mint...but this is a toy that both boys and girls will love
*the computer makes a "you've got mail" sound as well as a typewriter sound--it doesn't bother our daughter, but her daddy and I do find the typewriter noise quite amusing!
*the Mommy person has a bottle permanently attached to one hand--a bit confusing for a child who is breastfed and doesn't know what bottles are

Overall we are quite happy with this toy and would purchase it again.

TOO CUTE!
I own several little people playsets from my now 4 year old son, but when my daughter was born I said Yeah now I get the little house!! I am so glad I did she is now two and she and her brother play with it daily! She loves to bring me the people, take them for a ride in the school bus, she also like to hide them under the bed and say wheres mommy. As to the review that said these have no educational value, No the may not teach her the ABC's or about evolution, or how electricity works, but free creative play, where kids can be kids, and be imagnitive, helps them learn just as much as the teaching toys, I want my children to be well rounded and creative so when there is an issue they can think their way out of it, instead of being told how! I BOUGHT THIS TOY FOR MY 5 YEAR OLD, TOOK A BIT TO PUT IT TOGETHER, AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME DOING...PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER. great for imagination
My son got this for xmas and absolutely loves it, we are now moving onto the knights and castle.He(4) and his sister(3) spend hours having pirate wars and finding treasure. GREAT toy, LOTS of little pieces,so just be careful of younger siblings.Would definately recommend to anyone whose interested in pirates.

This one's for Momma!
Well - we have the entire Medieval line and most of the Pirates.This ship I saw and had to have!! She's a beauty!So, my wonderful husband made sure that it was under the tree for me.The kids are drooling!

My 2 1/2 yr. old loves it!
This is the kind of toy that brings out the imagination in children.Our daughter loves to play with it everyday.She liked the video when we first got it but doesn't ask for it anymore.This toy keeps her busy enough to forget about the TV.I like that!

My three-year-old and my eight-month-old both love this toy.My baby loves putting things on the road and watching them/trying to get them back off as it spins.My older son loves role-playing, especially with the school portion.It is a very big set.I underestimated how much room it would take up.The volume is a little loud.I also wish they would have made more than one song for when the road is spinning.Gets a little grating after a while.Still well worth it.

Great Toy
I read all the previous reviews and I was concerned about things falling off the castle.However, the only thing that comes apart is the attachable heart and sometimes one side of the hot air balloon which is easy to attach by an adult.I have a 2 1/2 year old and she is not destructive and she LOVES this toy.I think you should disregard all the negative reviews and PURCHASE this toy.I have not regretted it in the month we have had it.The Dance Studio is great, too.
If your child loves My Little Pony then, you HAVE to BUY the CASTLE.

I have to give this castle an A + for how it looks.It is just plain cute!The castle comes with some very fun playing pieces, flower pot, kitchen sink that the ponies can open with their magnetic hooves, and, plates and forks that are fun.Cute design.The poor aspects of this toy are: It is poorly manufactured and I was close to taking it back until I decided to super glue the pieces on.After that, I was much more satisfied with the overall product.We threw out the crown - piece of junk that you couldn't wear anyway and the hot air balloon was tossed because it was "tired" looking but I kept the basket part the balloon went on so the ponies could stand on top of the castle.We have a little bit of difficulty getting the music to play when the pony steps on the platform and the stickers were out of control!I am hesitant to buy my little pony playsets, but we love the quality of the ponies themselves and my daugher who is 4 and I have spent a lot of time braiding the ponies hair and brushing them to look cute!Should have bought more ponies instead of the castle... ... I am 11 years old and still love pollys! So fun for work or costume parties!
This toy is good because polly's need to go to work! They just can't party or shop all day. That's what my sister want them to do. I want to make them jump the grand canyon like evil canevil. I'm a daredevil just like my pollys. so make them go to work and then go to a costume party! great price. I got it for christmas. The boy is helpful because not every set make them. Go and buy it!

My Little Pony
These ponies are totally adorable! Princess Peppermint is the red one, Tropical Delight is the purple one, Flutterbutter is the white one, and Banjo Blue is the blue pony. My favorite is Princess Peppermint, I think she's the prettiest. They are'nt hard plastic. Their made of a soft rubber. I think its pretty good, that you can get 4 ponies in one giftbox. I reccomend in addition to these ponies, getting Fluttershy, Sew-In-Sew, Strawberry Swirl, Serpendity, Bumblesweet, Daisy Jo, Forsythia, Merriweather, and I have one named Golden Delicious. I would recommend more, but I forget their names. Anyway I hope all MLP fans, enjoy the ponies and their accsessories as much as me.:-D

A Collector's Review
There isn't much to say about these ponies. They're simply adorable... and you really can't beat the price. It's like buying three ponies and getting one free. Plus, the fact that this is a TRU exclusive set adds to the collector value of it. All-in-all, it's a good value for your money and a fine addition to any collection.

I also think little girls who are fond of MLPs would enjoy this set, as well. It's nice to get so many ponies at once - and at this price, it's fairly cheap, too! :)

Collector Note: This set only comes with 4 pony points, which is a bit of a disappointment. With four ponies, you'd think it would have 8. Or at least 6, since you're paying the same price as three regular ponies (which each have 2).

Noah, Sarah and the two by twos!
I love this toy.I had requested it for my son's 1st birthday and he got two of them for his second (still 1 year old) Christmas.He continues to play with it and I had to get the two additional animal sets.It's really his favorite fisher price toy to play with.And I could add a few different renditions of the story of Noah to really use it as a teaching tool.He is almost 3 now and both he and his cousin love to play with the animals.I highly recommend this toy for so many reasons!It's well made, the animals are adorable and it's easy to see how children could imagine with this one.
I also suggest for Christmas to get one of the Little People Christmas (creche) sets.It's another learning tool and a "decoration" that can be played with instead of the ornaments!-

Everything about this toy is great!
I purchased Noah's ark as a "stay at Gran's" toy when I first saw it on the shelf (about 3 years ago).My grandson requests it, and plays with it often.From the very beginning, he exhibited a significant amount of time on task, playing with the animals, learning to match them, stringing them in line to get on the ark, feeding the animals.I paired it with a simple version of the story.It is such a nice display, I keep it on top of the bookshelf.It still looks brand new!!!

It was very benefitial during his first play experiences.Initially, a couple of us would sit and play with him.He actually plays with it now by himself.He puts it away as part of his play.....having Noah rush the animals before the rains and the floods start!

Little People are the cats pajamas!
My in laws bought this for my 18 month old daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it to this day. The animals and people are the perfect size for toddlers, and they all fit neatly inside the ark after she is done (which is not often because she is always playing with it!) You just have to love these little ponies!!
My 6 year old daughter just loves these little ponies, she doesnt really play with them as much as collect them and they all are displayed on her window sill.She actually enjoys collecting and playing with all of the MLP ponies and accessories. Her grandfather actually drilled wholes through 3 of these ponies and strung them with beads and made her a beautiful necklace which she just loves to wear.I'm glad the My little pony collection is back!!

Cute and fun and take up less space then the big ponies!
My three girls prefer these little ponies to the regular sized My Little Ponies. I also prefer them because my girls are not into 'grooming' them, only playing with them, so the standard sized ponies are always very matted looking. These little ones are jointed in the neck, cute, and colorful. They are made very well. The tins do bend fairly easy but they bend back just as easy and it hasn't been a big problem for us as the ponies are usually loose in the storage bin and not always put back in the tins nor are the tins always used when the ponies are. My girls love putting these ponies on the My Little Pony dance studio which spins them around. Very fun. My girls have no interest in the big ponies since these came along, including my 2 1/2 year old. We bought the first series of six some time before Christmas and now we have purchased the new series of six more. I hope they keep coming. If your girl likes to brush the hair and do the dress-up hair bow thing, then this probably won't be best for her. But if she just likes to play with ponies or enjoys setting up cute collections, this might be perfect for her as well.

A Collector's Review
I'm a 26-year-old MLP collector, so please take that into consideration when you read this review. I am obviously looking for different things in my toys than the average child would be, so if you are considering buying this for a child, this review may not be that helpful to you :)

The Tiny Tin ponies are a collector's dream. Such tiny little replicas of the ponies we already know and love - and such adorable little tins to keep them in. Not to mention that the tins come in handy for storing candy, medicine, safety pins, paper clips, pony points - you name it. I've even bought extras to be able to use. They make a great (and adorable) mini-first-aid-kit for your car or purse. I love how each tin has a different design even on the inside, too. It's such a nice detail :)

That said, I would advise any collectors who are particular about the condition of their ponies to try to find these in their local toy store instead of buying the multi-pack here. I ended up having to replace my Daisy Jo because of a dark purple smudge right in the middle of her face. On the other hand, most of the ponies WERE in fine condition and you really can't beat the convenience of getting them all at once - and the little cardboard box they come in that perfectly nestles all 6 tins is strangely cute - and perfect for storing them. Whether you take the chance on getting all 6 at once or try to hunt them out yourself is really a judgement call that only you can make. ... Read more

I love this hotel!
Hi I LOVE this hotel! There are 2 lovely beds so then polly wont sleep alone. At first I was mad at this set I tought the rooms were to small and the hotel was dum well... I was very wrong the rooms are a nice size for polly's. The roller coster is SO fun and you get a ton of outfits. The only thing wrong is that when I opend it the handel of the yellow purse broke but it was kinda of dum anayway! I realy enjoy this set and so do my sisters and we play with it ALL the time. I think Mattel should be proud. I realy think kids of all ages can play with this set like 3-13 years old Im 11 and LOVE it! I gota go now by! - Jackie

AWESOME TOY FOR ANYONE!!
Even though the manufactuor says Polly Pockets are for ages 3-7, I don't really think that is apropriate. 3 year olds could swallow the pieces or something, and who says you have to stop playing with them when you're seven? I am quite a bit older than seven, and I still play with them!! I have a whole collection, and this is one of my favorites!! There are four rooms in the hotel, plus the roller coaster!! For people who say this toy is not durable, I don't know what you're talking about!! My toy stays together perfectly, and the roller coaster always stays on the track. This toy isn't exactly educational, but who cares? Toys are supposed to be fun, not an excuse to force more work on a child. But I guess it teaches you about hotels and stuff....
I also highly reccomend the other 3 playsets to go with this one. I personally think they become a bit boring without the other ones.

I just got this and I already fell in love with it!You can pretend the dolls are staying at the hotel. It has a room with two beds and a closet that pulls out. There is a gift shop with a balcony that pulls out, a desk that you can purchase your items at, a cash register, spots to sell cloths and purses, and a rack that holds a mirror, sunglasses, and magazines. The lobby has a reception desk to check in and out of the hotel, a couch, tv stand, and pull out floor for a cafe. The cafe holds a table, two chairs, and a hamburger tray. Very nice
Better than I expected.It's very rugged, it opens it's mouth when you pull the trigger and roars (which I didn't expect).My son loves it.

pretty cool
My daughter is facinated by monsters and dinasours and was captivated by this toy.The main problem is that at 5 she has a some problems keeping the parts from coming apart while playing (and keeping her baby sister away from them), so it ends up being kept away except when I can monitor.Some of the parts have already been lost and may be better for older kids.But the look is great and definately excites the imagination.

Razor the T-Rex
Dinosaurs are the coolest thing that ever happened to Imaginext.While the pirate and medieval themes are cool, this prehistoric theme takes the prize for ultra coolness.The premise here is simple enough.Predators versus non-predators.Carnivores versus herbivores.

Razor the T-Rex is one of the bad guys.He stands among the biggest dinosaurs, about twice the size of the triceratops, stegosaurus, and allosaurus.He has posable legs, tail, and forearms.A trigger under his belly causes his head to lunge forward with snapping jaws, accompanied by sound effects and a dinosaur roar.Razor has a rather sinister look about him.He's not quite as cute as the other Imaginext dinosaurs are, but he still has plenty of "menacing" charisma.He has a great paint job of red and dark blue, and the designs on his body add flavor.

On Razor's back is a saddle for a cave man figure to ride.The included cave man wears a dinosaur skull headdress and carries a bone staff.He's got some great posability in the arms, and his hands do a great job of grasping items.Also included is a catapult and two large boulders.

Razor, his cave-man buddy, and the catapult are all durable and constructed from soft plastic.This is a really nice dinosaur action figure and a great addition to the Imaginext collection.Fisher Price has done a great job on what is by far the coolest and most charismatic collection of dinosaur action figures I've seen.My verdict:thumbs up! ... Great toy
My four year old daughter got this toy for her birthday.It required very little set up and assembly.My daughter has had lots of fun.The only negative is only one of the disks has a magnetic spot to enable to ponies to dance it would be nice if all three disks on the dance floor could enable the ponies to twirl and dance.But this has not deterred the great imaginative play this toy has sparked.

This is great!
I got this toy for Christmas and I absoulutly LOVE it! Unlike what other people say, it dosn't break for me. It closes up nicely, too and nothing falls apart. I love this! The only thing I don't like is that the "changing room" is too small for the pony to fit in, so you have to move the furniture so the pony will fit. Overall, I LOVE this!

Great addition to pony collection - Easy to store
This toy arrived almost completely ASSEMBLED!Even the stickers were attached!The best part about this toy (from a parent's perspective) is that it all fits neatly inside and you clip the top shut.It has a carry strap for taking on visits to Grandmas.The music is loud enough for play but not too loud and it plays more than one song.The magnets really hold the ponies on the dance circles very tightly.Even baby ponies can dance.If you are only buying one, I recommend this over the amusement park with ferris wheel.This holds together and the amusement park falls into several peices and is very difficult to store.My daughers love the music and motion of the Dance Studio. ... i love it
Am going to give the castle to my son on his bday and i know that he'll love it,i can't wait to give it to him.He just loves everything of little people there so cute and educational as well also i like the fact it's for boys and girls.i play with my son alot since i just go to school on and he actually knows all the names.I like that little people is great for kids to play and learn every mom go buy some little people books to their so cute and educational too oh and the tapes or dvds.

My three-year-old son loves his castle.He received it for his 2nd birthday and still plays with it almost every day.It is a nice alternative to the Little People House playset that is very gender specific.It allows the same role-play (with the table, bed, etc.) without the stigma of being a "girlie" toy.I wish fisher price would make the house gender neutral.The pink and purple colors tend to turn away parents of boys.The sounds of this castle are fun.The trumpets play when the flag is pushed as if announcing the royal couple's arrival.A fun toy.

Fun for any child
I have 3 children....all girls. Twins that just turned 2 and a 10 month old. This is a really fun set for either boys or girls. I love the Little People playsets because all three can play and I don't have to worry too much about tiny pieces for the youngest to swallow like in others. But the castle theme is just neat because it lets them become more creative. Most of the other LP sets they have they often imitate what they see in real life. In this one they love the "dragon" and "knight" and get into some really intreasting conversations with each other. I keep it in their bedroom and they play with it every day. A great investment! Another Winner for GeoTrax
I knew my son would love this as soon as I saw it as he love bridges and things he can make move.

The set comes with a drawbridge, a sailboat and some cargo.The bridge has typical GeoTrax detail with crabs, shells and other things along the edges and the water under the bridge contains a sea turtle.

Bridge action is controlled with an easy-to-grasp handle that small hands can wrap right around.As the bridge is raised, a bell rings and the gates drop.When the bridge is lowered, the gates automatically go back up.The bell can also be rung by pushing down on the chimney of the gate house.

All in all this is a fun addition to a GeoTrax setup, it is easy to set up and use, and it is very durable, not to mention very reasonably priced.

Bayshore Drawbridge
The Bayshore Drawbridge is another great addition to your kids GeoTrax collection.It can be used in place of three adjacent straight pieces of track.It is made from high impact plastic and is very durable.

No batteries are needed for this kit.A lever actuates the raising and lowering of the bridge.Additionally, as the bridge is raised, a little bell rings and two little crossing gates are lowered to block any oncoming trains.

The only difficulty was assembling the lever to the drawbridge.You have to line up the lever with the keying mechanism and push HARD for the lever to snap on correctly.

If you're buying the drawbridge, then by this point, you have probably purchased many of the other additional kits.It gets to be quite a challenge to include everything into a good layout.

All things considered...this is a great toy that will keep your kids (and you) occupied for many, many hours.My kids love it!

We love it!
I'm sorry so many have had trouble with this toy.My daughters love it.They are 7 & 9 and after some practice they had it going right every time.You cannot shove Polly in the dressing room or yank her out.The clothes WILL fall off.We will buy more Polly Quik-Cliks.This is a really neat toy!

WOW...everyone here is brutal while reviewing this playset-I completely disagree-I had none of the problems everyone else had here-all the clothes clicked immediately on Polly when she gets slipped into the changing room-comes out of the curtain no problem too-I think it is a very creative idea with the magnetic doll and the clothes-none of the magnets fell off, the clothes had no problem staying on the clothes applicator....nope no complaint here(and believe me I have no problem complaining about mismanufactured toys- just check out my other reviews)

I would suggest to the previous reviewers here with all their problems to call the manufacturer personally. I once had a missing piece to a Polly playset- I called them and they sent me a coupon for $10.00 off any Mattel toy. Either look on the back of the toy or on the instruction sheet to get the 800 telephone number. It sounds to me that it may be a manufactures defect in some of the products everyone in the review section had-might have been the first ones off the assembly line. I guarantee that Mattel would treat you well...they would rather send you a measly $5.00-$10.00 coupon rather than to lose your business which brings them billions of bucks a year.....YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST GUYS!!!!!

Totally Coolto play with
My daughter got this for Easter and we all love it!!!I read the other reviews and Im sorry theirs dont work properly, but ours works just like its supposed to.

It is enginered so that you can only put the clothes on the thing one way....so that the front will always be in front, ect.
So if they fall off, you know you put it on wrong.And then you lower the shute slowly and push Polly into the dressing room slowly till you hear a "click".That click is the clothes "jumping" onto the doll!!!!It is so Cool to watch!!!

We took this to Grandmas house to show her and all the adults sat and played with it for hours.....our only disappointement was that we only had one Click-it Polly to play with!!!!But the regular polly's got to be the store owner, so we still got to play with them!

This is probably the coolest Polly product out there.And we will definetly be buying more of the 'click-it' products to go with it. ... Read more

This product has provided hours of entertainment to my Kindergarteners and my first graders in the last two years.I can't believe how rough they can be with the toy and nothing breaks.

Really neat...even fun for mom
I bought this set for my son when he turned 4.He didn't attempt to play with it by himself until one day I got it out, sat on the floor with him and started building really neat stuff.When he saw what I had done and watched all the colors of gears turning round and round that was it, he loved it.This set has so many options; you can build 1,000 different things.We will have this set for a long time.

Start with the Under Sea Adventure set, this as add on!
We received several gears, gears, gears sets at the same time, and found that the plain set ie Super set although initially fun looses excitement without some add ons.If I were to buy just one set I would start with the Under the Sea adventure set first, then add with the fantasy play park.The Undersea set has parts that move the gears in interesting ways from the standard set.It also comes with regular gears for building, although in limited number so the super set still helps extend the play.The motorized monstors sounded more intteresting than it was, but the parts when added to the Undersea adventure set was great fun!The gears are an interesting way of learning how things work. If your child is mechanically minded any of these sets will provide a wonderful new constructin opportunity.If your child hasn't been inclined towards let's say lego's etc.. This toy may provide some interest initially in being able to create a design that moves.However, construction with this set is more complicated than legos and for the less mechanically inclined child will still need paren'ts help beyond the age minimum's recommended. ... rear wing falls off
My son was SO excited to get this for his birthday. I put it together with ease.However the rear wing keeps falling off.It fell off within thefirst 5-10 minutes of EASY play.It does click back on but continues to fall off with ease.The front wheel has also come off.The ear muffs and hat do not fit the ground crew man very well.There are very cute mugs and juice boxes that store in the plane that are very easy to lose.One of the juice boxes is actually stuck in between the rear seat and the wall and we cannot get it out.Anyhow We did take the mugs and drinks away and have just been dealing with putting the wing and wheel back on. For the price I would think it should stay on much better.If I had the choice to get another one of these I would not.This was a gift and had I known it would fall apart this easy I would have returned it without opening it and gotten something different.

My son recieved this airplane as a gift because he loves airplanes.However much he liked it I didn't like it at all because he was constantly coming to me to put the wings back on or the tail or the door.It was very annoying and eventually the parts begain to come up missing.There are tiny little red squares that keep these parts on and they began to come up missing first.My son loved it but we had to throw it out because it was in pieces in the end with no way to put it back together.I won't buy this or any other playmobile products for this reason.

Sturdy, high quality and lots of fun!
This playmobil airplane is a really great toy. It is made out of high quality plastic, is easy to put together, and stays together (pretty well) during "enthusiastic" play. It comes with the two airline employees (pilot and steward/co-pilot) and the orange-vested tarmac agent. So funny! There are three little play cartons of juice, and four little cups for attending your customers (easy to lose), the tarmac agent has those yellow paddles and ear protectors for guiding the plane in for a landing. The plane has a side door that opens up but also the entire top comes off for easy passenger seating. There's an undercarriage storage area for any luggage that your passengers might carry.
My boy absolutely loves this airplane toy. He has gathered up a whole airport utilizing his Playmobil taxi, some generic helicopters and passengers from various other playsets (Lego, etc). I think the Playmobil Airport Security Screener set is in his near future (yes! I kid you not!). I am happy that he prefers imaginative play with this airplane than with his structured Hot Wheels playsets. A bit thumbs up!

Not as good as the original
I bought these for my daughter when she was 3.Now 5, she and her 2 year old brother play with them.They are no where near as good as my bristle blocks from childhood (still at Grandma's).These just don't stay together well at all.The people that swivel and the wheels looked like they'd add great dimension and improve a classic toy, but with the reduction in block quality (ie, they don't stick together!), I have to say these are a so-so toy, at best.

Another interesting way to build things
My kids really like their bristle blocks.I like the bright colors and the different sizes.My 3 year old just likes to put the pieces together--it doesn't matter if it is anything or not.It is just interesting to him that they stick to each other at this point.I built a car for him--from that point on, he has been able to visualize different things--cars, buildings, yards, etc. and put them together.I think that these, blocks, gears, legos, lincoln logs, etc. are all very important to a child's development.These are lots of fun for a reasonable price.

Bristle Blocks are Great!
My grown sons played with Bristle Blocks when they were children. Now my 3yr old grandson loves them as well. We gave him a small set for Christmas when he was two and he has been playing wiht them ever since. This year he gets the biggest set Imaginarium makes. I feel his imagination is fed with every space ship or airplane he creates.
And his Dad & Uncle get a big charge out of them as well, for them its a blast from the past. We love them! ... Read more

Get this toy now
I received this for my 3 yr old daughter and she absolutely loves it.The price is great right now, especially with free shipping.
She loves to dress the doll and use all the accessories.More than worth the low price...I'm going to stock up on a few more for misc. gifts.The package is large and comes with a lot of accessories!

Jersey Mom
It's a shame they discontinued this line of dolls. They are great for little girls old enough for role-playing dolls, but not old enough to bother with doll clothes. I originally found the little car and all three dolls, Nia (blonde), Gia (brunette), and Zia (African-American), in a Big Lot's close out store around Christmas time, so I bought all three dolls and the car for my 3 year old. She loves pulling off the little heads and switching the little "Pop-Bod" bodies, hanging up the little bodies on the hangers, and driving them around in the little oblong 3 wheeled car. It's also nice not having to pick up tiny clothes and shoes, like with Polly Pocket and Lil' Bratz.
I guess it is a little morbid to have little tiny headless bodies hanging on hangers, but they really are cute and highly detailed. These ARE NOT for children who put things in their mouths, they contain tiny parts and can easily be choked on.
I was a little disappointed Mattel decided to discontinue this line, but I ordered the Pop-Bod Boutique anyway, (...)

I think this is a great deal
I purchased this for my nieces. I bought 2 of these at first. When I received it I hurried up and ordered two more for my daughters friends birthday thats comming up this summer. This came with tons of stuff, and to my suprise it was larger then you expect. This is sturdy enough for kids to play with. you will be amazed at it as I was.
