5-0 out of 5 stars Very nice
Better than I expected. It's very rugged, it opens it's mouth when you pull the trigger and roars (which I didn't expect). My son loves it.

4-0 out of 5 stars pretty cool
My daughter is facinated by monsters and dinasours and was captivated by this toy.The main problem is that at 5 she has a some problems keeping the parts from coming apart while playing (and keeping her baby sister away from them), so it ends up being kept away except when I can monitor. Some of the parts have already been lost and may be better for older kids. But the look is great and definately excites the imagination.

5-0 out of 5 stars Razor the T-Rex
Dinosaurs are the coolest thing that ever happened to Imaginext. While the pirate and medieval themes are cool, this prehistoric theme takes the prize for ultra coolness. The premise here is simple enough.Predators versus non-predators.Carnivores versus herbivores.

Razor the T-Rex is one of the bad guys.He stands among the biggest dinosaurs, about twice the size of the triceratops, stegosaurus, and allosaurus. He has posable legs, tail, and forearms.A trigger under his belly causes his head to lunge forward with snapping jaws, accompanied by sound effects and a dinosaur roar.Razor has a rather sinister look about him. He's not quite as cute as the other Imaginext dinosaurs are, but he still has plenty of "menacing" charisma. He has a great paint job of red and dark blue, and the designs on his body add flavor.

On Razor's back is a saddle for a cave man figure to ride. The included cave man wears a dinosaur skull headdress and carries a bone staff. He's got some great posability in the arms, and his hands do a great job of grasping items. Also included is a catapult and two large boulders.

Razor, his cave-man buddy, and the catapult are all durable and constructed from soft plastic. This is a really nice dinosaur action figure and a great addition to the Imaginext collection.Fisher Price has done a great job on what is by far the coolest and most charismatic collection of dinosaur action figures I've seen.My verdict:thumbs up! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars moon shoes.....GREAT!!!!
I got these for christmas. They're very hard to walk in, but if you jump everywhere no problems!!! I lov the color and size. My mom can use them!!

3-0 out of 5 stars Durable, fun and the rubber bands are great
I got a pair of moonshoes when i was about 7. Now i am 17.They were a lot of fun, but i gor kinda bored.I really liked them though. The best thing about them would definately be the rubber bands.I still have them 10 years later. I use them for all sorts of things. I made water bottle holders out of them by tieing one in a knot and attaching it to my belt.I want to find more of the rubber bands. 10 years old, and they didn't dry out or anything.
I remember that they used them on that nickeloden show, "Wild and Crazy Kids." they would show the same reruns for years.I saw that and i wanted them. i got them, didn't use them much (i get bored quicker than most kids)(i wasn't very active either).
Now i am looking for one somewhere in my house for a water bottle holder for skiing tomorrow.
I would recommend these for a kid who likes to jump around, an alternative from the bed.
I'm surprised that they still sell them. i havent even seen them in years.
i just started searching for them because i want to find more of the rubberband. I didn't really jump that high, then again, i'm not that good at sports, and it was between a period of 5 and 10 years ago.Every few years i would see them. 2 years ago i took them apart and used the foot thingys for a sled i made.they last forever.i think i just saw part of one in my garage.

They don't really make you jump high, but they make jumping more fun.it is a good excercise too.
any kid will love these. they're very durable too, they last for years,

5-0 out of 5 stars these are like the bomb

1-0 out of 5 stars Are you sane?
WEll you wont be if you buy this grill!!! My MIL bought this toy for my 21 month old twin boys to play with while daddy grills outside... is this toy a nightmare!!!

First of all educational value... NONE... who wants their TODDLERS (who are in the copying stage by the way) repeating the same rude and innapropriate gas jokes that this grill says? I have heard them making fart sounds with their tounges, and than saying something resembling "that wasnt me!"... TOTALLY INNAPROPRIATE... and my sons thought it was hysterical to grill eachothers faces, and I found them doing the same thing on the real grill (IT WAS OFF... DONT WORRY GUYS), though with the NON TALKING grills they have never had a problem... gee??

DURABLITY... again this toy is broken with wind... who designed a lid for toddlers that falls off if a speck of lint falls onto it... The toy is not made well at all...

ABNORMALITIES (although it cant be abnormal for THIS toy because it happened to all of the reviewers) The food wont stay on the spatula, NEVER so its just soo fustrating, even for me, let alone two toddlers!!! The grill doesnt know what he's talking about because if you put the ketchup in his hand he says it mustard and vise versa, same thing with the fork and spatula... UHG!!! This toy also turned on if anyone walked by it, I mean seriously!!! It would turn on if no one was there... talk about lonely!!! And we DID turn it off and it did say "see ya later" when you pushed the red button, but it still talked!!! But when it got a little soda (and I mean about an ounce) on it... forget it!! I took out the batteries because I thought it was broken but it still talked, and now constantly... AHHH!!! We put it in the closet, and it was getting louder!! SERIOUSLY... we ended up breaking it with a sledge hammer, I am sorry for all of you who wind up with the same problems we faced... We now use our Deluxe kitchen inside, and a cuter grill (that you ca actually grill on it when standing!!) for outside... NO MORE TALKING APLIANCES FOR US

Maybe its just our grill, but this drove us off the wall to the point that we viciously broke this toy... I mean come on.. and I am NOT EVEN EXAGERATING!!!! and the worse thing... OUR SONS WERE PETRIFIED!!! They would scream if it talked to them, they would cry when it would start talking in the night, they thought a ghost was turning it on... So now that this grill is "dead" there is a restored peace in our house... It SHOULD be ILLEGAL to sell such an annoying toy to toddlers... please dont buy this grill

4-0 out of 5 stars Grillin' Fun
My son received this toy for his 2nd birthday. He couldn't wait to get it out of the box!Once the grill was out of the box, he actually sat for more than 30 minutes and played with it.It's the first time I have ever seen him sit longer than 2 minutes! He loves it! My 6 & 8 year old enjoy playing with the grill with their little brother.Great gift!

For a parent - the two improvements that I would have Playskool make would be something to hold the plastic food in and a on/off switch.Mine does not go off at all until my son activates it but I'm afraid when the batteries start going low it might start going off. The lid on ours does not come off.

3-0 out of 5 stars Tip Toe by this Toy
We thought this was cute, and both my 2 yr old and 4 yr old enjoy playing with it albeit for very short periods of time. However, the lid comes off more often than it should and it's easy to lose your burgers & buns in the toy box. My biggest complaint about this toy is that it is sound activated, so even at 3am a bump in the night sets this toy off. Take care when walking by as it will loudly say, "FIRE ME UP!", usually just after you get the baby to sleep or some other time you would like quiet. The kids like it, but this toy's cuteness rubs off quickly and it becomes annoying. ... Read more

Polly doesn't need to hop around town to fill her day with fun. Her way to "vaca" is to do it all in one place. This set allows Polly and her best buds (buds not included) to shop, sleep, and play at one cool "resort", thanks to detailed rooms to be filled with 45 different pieces of furniture, accessories, and clothes. In one doll-day, Polly can hang at the hotel, catch some rays in a hot tub, eat great pizza and cuisine, charge out her credit cards at fancy shops, or catch at thrill on the amusement park's real, 8-inch diameter Ferris wheel. Choking hazard: many small pieces included. Diane Beall ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars I love this hotel!
Hi I LOVE this hotel! There are 2 lovely beds so then polly wont sleep alone. At first I was mad at this set I tought the rooms were to small and the hotel was dum well... I was very wrong the rooms are a nice size for polly's. The roller coster is SO fun and you get a ton of outfits. The only thing wrong is that when I opend it the handel of the yellow purse broke but it was kinda of dum anayway! I realy enjoy this set and so do my sisters and we play with it ALL the time. I think Mattel should be proud. I realy think kids of all ages can play with this set like 3-13 years old Im 11 and LOVE it! I gota go now by! - Jackie

5-0 out of 5 stars AWESOME TOY FOR ANYONE!!
Even though the manufactuor says Polly Pockets are for ages 3-7, I don't really think that is apropriate. 3 year olds could swallow the pieces or something, and who says you have to stop playing with them when you're seven? I am quite a bit older than seven, and I still play with them!! I have a whole collection, and this is one of my favorites!! There are four rooms in the hotel, plus the roller coaster!! For people who say this toy is not durable, I don't know what you're talking about!! My toy stays together perfectly, and the roller coaster always stays on the track. This toy isn't exactly educational, but who cares? Toys are supposed to be fun, not an excuse to force more work on a child. But I guess it teaches you about hotels and stuff....
I also highly reccomend the other 3 playsets to go with this one. I personally think they become a bit boring without the other ones.

5-0 out of 5 stars So cool!!!!!!!!!!!
I just got this and I already fell in love with it!You can pretend the dolls are staying at the hotel. It has a room with two beds and a closet that pulls out. There is a gift shop with a balcony that pulls out, a desk that you can purchase your items at, a cash register, spots to sell cloths and purses, and a rack that holds a mirror, sunglasses, and magazines. The lobby has a reception desk to check in and out of the hotel, a couch, tv stand, and pull out floor for a cafe. The cafe holds a table, two chairs, and a hamburger tray. Another room has the roller coaster rolling in for the dolls to get off. The roof can have a hot tub and a lounge chair. It is really fun! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars i love it
Am going to give the castle to my son on his bday and i know that he'll love it,i can't wait to give it to him.He just loves everything of little people there so cute and educational as well also i like the fact it's for boys and girls.i play with my son alot since i just go to school on and he actually knows all the names.I like that little people is great for kids to play and learn every mom go buy some little people books to their so cute and educational too oh and the tapes or dvds.

5-0 out of 5 stars All hail the king.
My three-year-old son loves his castle. He received it for his 2nd birthday and still plays with it almost every day.It is a nice alternative to the Little People House playset that is very gender specific. It allows the same role-play (with the table, bed, etc.) without the stigma of being a "girlie" toy.I wish fisher price would make the house gender neutral. The pink and purple colors tend to turn away parents of boys. The sounds of this castle are fun.The trumpets play when the flag is pushed as if announcing the royal couple's arrival.A fun toy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun for any child
I have 3 children....all girls. Twins that just turned 2 and a 10 month old. This is a really fun set for either boys or girls. I love the Little People playsets because all three can play and I don't have to worry too much about tiny pieces for the youngest to swallow like in others. But the castle theme is just neat because it lets them become more creative. Most of the other LP sets they have they often imitate what they see in real life. In this one they love the "dragon" and "knight" and get into some really intreasting conversations with each other. I keep it in their bedroom and they play with it every day. A great investment! I also love how well these LP playsets hold up. Very sturdy and durable. ... Read more

Editorial Review

Often the best way to get the housework done is to have your children working by your side. When it's time to vacuum, preschoolers can use this toy Hoover right alongside an adult using a realvacuum cleaner. Sized for preschoolers, the navy and black, hard plastic vacuum stands 26.25 inches highand has adjustable levers in front, working lights, and a realistic motor sound. There's a flexible black hoseon one side and three yellow plastic attachments inside a storage compartment with a clear door. Thoughthe Hoover is fairly sturdy, the door isn't the most durable part of it; after a while it may begin to fall open, making the attachments fall on the floor. There's also a removable cloth dust bag inside, although thesuction action is so slight that very little dirt is actually collected. Four C batteries are required (notincluded). --Marcie Bovetz ... 4-0 out of 5 stars We bought this for our one year old for Christmas
My son loves to vacuum with me so we though that it would be fun to get him his own vaccuum. We got this one and he loved it right away. Although the sound effect got annoying really fast, he played with it for about 3 weeks before he was bored with it.After that he took the accesories and ran around the house hitting things with them. I trashed it by May. It was so beat up and in pieces and my furniture and walls were beat up.

5-0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC
My 15M baby was so afraid of our vacuum cleaner that I had not used the vacuum for a long time. Then I bought the Hoover Vacuum and was surprised by how cute it was and it really works as a vaccum cleaner. Now my son loves to vacuum with me (using his)this is a fantastic toy! The attachments come out,(the clear plastic door comes off easy too.. does not break) the card board air filter comes offwith a little door, the door to the vaccum bag (cloth filter) comes off and it really collects dust. I clean the little bag with my vaccum.

5-0 out of 5 stars My kids love this toy
I bought this vacuum for my four year old daughter at Christmas and it is a favorite. Both her and my one year old son love this vacuum and they do fight over it.It looks just like my fullsize vacuum and sounds like it too.It has a light and a wand with attachable tools.Believe it or not, this was their favorite Christmas gift this year. This toy gets played withEVERY day by both kids, my son is so fasinated with it that I have to "hide it" to get him to play with something else! The little vacuum bag inside is removeable and can be messy since the vacuum does somewhat pick stuff up. ... This pretend cash register may seem like all fun and games to your little one but is actually teaching him coin and money values, coin identification, numbers, counting, and quantities. The register comes with a stack of play pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters, all encased in easy-to-handle plastic chips. In explore mode, the smart coin reader on the register identifies all coins as kids drop them in, teaching their name and value. Four additional price tags represent larger monetary values and as kids slide price tags over the flashing scanner or drop coins in the register, they learn how to add values together and make totals. Kids can also set the register to price check mode to play a fun game that teaches number identification. Final checkout reinforces numbers, coins, and coin combinations once again and plays a fun song when the register opens. Throughout playtime, kids will receive encouragement and requests to keep playing from the LeapFrog's friendly voice. --Cristina Vaamonde ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Very Dissappointing!
My daughter loves money and cash registers and anything having to do with either one. However, after only one day the tags stopped scanning completely. The coins get stuck constantly, so you the parent has to keep unjamming them! My daughter is only 2, but can count extremely well with money. This toy was a complete let down to both of us because it does not add the same way a real cash register does. Don't waste your money on this one!

1-0 out of 5 stars Can Get Annoying Very Quickly
My daughter had a cash register which was cheap, didn't have a ringing sound and broke fairly quickly, so I decided to get her this one last Christmas, because it was made by Leapfrog and seemed to be durable and came with counting games. What a mistake! The only plus is that it's durable.I mean, that's the ONLY plus. Here's all the minuses:

1.The coins jam extremely easily.Luckily, there's a little access slot to unjam the coins. When my daughter played with it the first two times, we put the cover for the slot back on.The third time she played with it (and the third time it jammed) we threw the cover away, since we realized that every time she plays with it it was going to jam.And it does!My daughter likes putting the coins in very quickly and doing that it's easy for them to get stuck. It takes a butter knife or a screw driver to unstick them.I told her not to put the coins in too quickly, but she still does, and of course they jam again and again. To say I'm sick of unjamming these coins every thirty seconds is an understatement.

2.It's extremely loud. Now, I have a very high tolerance for loud toys.I grew up in a household where the TV was always on at full volume and everybody was always screaming at each other, so what others consider to be 'loud' toys, seem very reasonable to me.So, take it from me...when I say this thing is extremely loud, for most people it would be unbearably, blow your eardrums off loud.I would not be surprised if this thing registered a hundred decibels or more with one of those sound meter things.Luckily, there is a volume control, but unfortunately when the cash register is first turned on, it's on the highest volume setting. You have to click the volume button about fourteen times to get it to a reasonable setting (again, which to most people would still be considered loud). At first, I thought my daughter was turning it up on purpose and yelled at her, thinking no toy company in their right mind would have the setting naturally that loud.I felt like a total jerk when I realized that she wasn't doing it, and that Leapfrog wasn't in their right mind when the set the volume for this product. If I had tried it out in a store and saw it was this noisy, I would have never bought it for her.So, besides unjamming the coin slot every time, you also have to turn it down every time. (Don't expect your kid to do this--my daughter doesn't mind the rock concert volume at all.)This is a huge minus for any parent who is not deaf and would like to stay that way.

3.My daughter doesn't like the games. My daughter at first played the games, but she got sick of them very quickly.I think it's because they're a little too complicated for the age range, and like others have said, the games have too much talking and not enough action. There also isn't a setting where the toy would function like a regular cash register. When my daughter does play with it nowadays, it's usually with the toy turned off.

4.There's nowhere to store the price tags.Though the coins are large, and they all fit in the till, the price tags are too big to go in there too and with a toddler, that means a higher chance of misplacing them.I like to have all the small parts accessible to my daughter so she doesn't have to dig through the toybox looking for them, but unfortunately, we're constantly hunting for the stupid price tags.

Though it looks like a very nice toy, I would not recommend it to anyone. It's definitely more annoying, both to parents and children, than it is fun.

3-0 out of 5 stars Not all that I had hoped...But daughter likes it!
This register does have some fun, and educational qualities, as you would expect from the Leapfrog brand.I bought it knowing that it would be more durable than a cheap $10 bo-bo brand one would be (and it is).
We gave it to my 3 1/2 yr old daughter for Christmas.I also bought her the shopping cart set too. (It's nice bcs the pieces interchange.)
My daughter likes it and plays with it fairly often. She will out-grown it soon though.
Here's my biggest letdown list:
1.) The coins get stuck.Slip a butter knife in there, and you can get loosen them with no problem. If your child will excitedly push coins through as fast as possible- this will happen.
2.) The automated voice only counts to ten.Yes, you can only count to ten.The coins are all identified correctly, but when it is in the counting mode, it's only to ten.
3.) There is no "free-play" option.Sometimes, we like (my daughter and I!) to play store, and just want to ring things up based on what we type into the register (like a calculator). You cannot ring things up for say $9.99 (and have the computer-voice identify the amount). Instead, you have to turn the thing completely off (and just-gasp-PRETEND to), or risk hearing the voice interrupt itself endlessly. It is basically designed to ring up the included Leapfrog toys only. Nor can you type in the payment amount of say $10, let alone figure change. I'm not sure you can ring up anything over $1.29?! It also doesn't "total up" multiple items.
4.) There is no debit/credit card option. How sad is that?! My daughter LOVES paying at the real grocery store and that was one feature mommy overlooked on this machine. My daughter is bummed that it doesn't have that option to swipe a card. Maybe that's a good thing?!

Things I do Like:
1.) The coins are realistic looking and have the safety covers. They are color coded to help child distinguish them while learning. They aren't a choking hazard.
2.) Volume control.Thank you Leapfrog.
3.) Unisex color, durable plastic, cute kids' voices.
4.) Works with the shopping cart.

Bottom line, my daughter likes it and it is suitable for toddlers, but if you want a more realistic cash register toy, this isn't it. ... Read more

This pretend kitchen is a wonderful toy to keep toddlers occupied while you're trying to cook dinner. And, for those who are short on kitchen space, this kitchen playset sets up into a full-size kid's kitchen and then folds flat to store in a closet when playtime is done. The play kitchen features an oven and refrigerator that really open and a two-burner stove with dials that make cooking sound effects, such as sizzling or bubbling, when turned. The set comes with 18 different accessories, including a phone, a covered pot, a pan, two plates, two glasses, two forks, two spoons, a spatula, a serving spoon, a salt shaker, and several fake food items--a fried egg, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. At first glance, assembly looks daunting, but well-diagramed instructions make setup fairly easy. This playset requires three AA batteries to power the sound effects. --Cristina Vaamonde ... 1-0 out of 5 stars Disappointing - not what I expected from Fisher Price
The oven door does not stay shut on the one I bought - I should have checked the reviews first, but thought Fisher Price quality was reliable and consistent. Apparently not any more. : (
I didn't even show this to my granddaughter, and am returning it to Amazon. I'll look for another one made by another company, but this time will check the reviews first.
Also, a little piece of bad design: the shelf in the oven is too high to put in the (included) casserole with the lid on.

5-0 out of 5 stars Can't keep my daughter away from it!
We decided to buy this particular kitchen because it is foldable, makes sounds and has every essential a real kitchen has.Our daughter who is 17 months just loves it.We have NOT had any problems with it.As far as the oven and fridge door not staying shut (commented by other reveiws), ours does.In fact I think it's a little hard for my daughter to open and close.Which is fine because then she doesn't have all the excessories out at once! This is the first toy my daughter runs to when she wakes up in the morning.Definately worth $49.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for Grandma's House!
I bought this a year ago when all three of my grandchildren were coming to visit for 10 days.(The twins(boy & girl)were 22 months and the other girl 19 months.)Of everything I had, this is what they played with ... almost constantly!Since then they have all come to visit again and it's still the hit!The littlest (now 2 1/2) has stayed at my house for the past few months and this is still the thing she goes back to over and over again!I bought this figuring when the grandkids are away it folds up and is easy to store! Now that my granddaughter is moving to her new house (along with mommy & daddy)...her mommy wants to take it with them!I thought they would want a bigger & sturdier one when it came to one just for her but no....this is the one!Think we'll be buying another! ... My kids love shopping carts, we go to a grocery store where they have little minni ones for kids. WEll when we were in the market for one, we needed the following reqirements...

* A place for a dolly, must be the best thing about a cart
* Big basket, to hold food and what ever else they are shopping for
* Sturdy durable plastic, not the cheep kind that will crack and leave sharp edges
* Wheels where little fingers cant get hurt
* Something thats just the right size

Well most of the "good" carts are pink, and thats no good considereing I have but one girl, 3 year old b/g and 8 month old b/b... so it was between this and leapfrog, now why did this one win?

MUCH more durable, my kids sit in it turn it upside down, cram it with stuff... everything
The plastic is not breakable... thank god
Theres a place for baby, too bad leapfrog, that was the biggest selling point
This one doesnt talk... there are just some toys that shouldnt... right?
Non-gender specific....

My kids love this cart, and they love putting babies in it too, great great buy... I also think my 8 month olds will enjoy it soon as well

5-0 out of 5 stars Its fun to watch
I bought this when my daughter was 16months and she loves it cause she has the foood sets to go with it. Shes acts like she is shopping and even putts her baby dolls in the front seat. The only thing that is if they try to put to much heavy stuff in the cart it will sometimes fall forward. Its very light wieght and duriable

5-0 out of 5 stars A winner!
I bought this for my 2 year old for Christmas. It's now April and she's still roars through the house with it...everyday!It's one of the few toys that she still enjoys months after Christmas. It's quite sturdy and I had no problems putting it together. To further endorse this toy, as I type (literally) my daughter is ripping through the house with her SHOPPING CART loaded with various plastic food products! Please be aware that you need to purchase the grocery items seperately. Overall, this is a good toy for little ones beginning to pretend play.P.S. I gave this toy a 1 for educational value, not as a negative mark, but because it isn't an educational toy ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Another Winner for GeoTrax
I knew my son would love this as soon as I saw it as he love bridges and things he can make move.

The set comes with a drawbridge, a sailboat and some cargo. The bridge has typical GeoTrax detail with crabs, shells and other things along the edges and the water under the bridge contains a sea turtle.

Bridge action is controlled with an easy-to-grasp handle that small hands can wrap right around. As the bridge is raised, a bell rings and the gates drop. When the bridge is lowered, the gates automatically go back up.The bell can also be rung by pushing down on the chimney of the gate house.

All in all this is a fun addition to a GeoTrax setup, it is easy to set up and use, and it is very durable, not to mention very reasonably priced.

5-0 out of 5 stars Bayshore Drawbridge
The Bayshore Drawbridge is another great addition to your kids GeoTrax collection. It can be used in place of three adjacent straight pieces of track. It is made from high impact plastic and is very durable.

No batteries are needed for this kit.A lever actuates the raising and lowering of the bridge.Additionally, as the bridge is raised, a little bell rings and two little crossing gates are lowered to block any oncoming trains.

The only difficulty was assembling the lever to the drawbridge. You have to line up the lever with the keying mechanism and push HARD for the lever to snap on correctly.

If you're buying the drawbridge, then by this point, you have probably purchased many of the other additional kits.It gets to be quite a challenge to include everything into a good layout.

For some great track layout ideas, search on eBay for "Geotrax Track Layout".

All things considered...this is a great toy that will keep your kids (and you) occupied for many, many hours. My kids love it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Outsanding New Series !!!
I've bought all available Geo Trax toys and built a very fun rail road and track system, of course my child spends a lotof hours playing with them.

This New Series, increases the level with air & sea vehicles, planes and boats are added to previously trains, trucks and cars, to be able to expand in an outsanding transportation set. ... Read more

Editorial Review

Every child should have a tea set somewhere in the toy box, not just forfeeding favorite dollies and teddies, but also for practicing tea-party manners before aspecial party or dinner. This molded plastic set is made with the thoughtful design andextra-durable materials of most Fisher-Price toys, with the added bonus of a jolly musicalteapot. It plays "I'm a Little Teapot" when the top of the lid is pressed, and also providesa "magical" chiming noise when the pot is poured (requires two button-cell batteries;included). The set includes four teacups in pastel shades, matching saucers, a sugar bowl,a creamer, and four white spoons. Everything fits onto a sturdy lavender tray with largehandles and a built-in stand for the teapot. --Marcie Bovetz ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Disappointing
I was so excited to purchase this toy as a Christmas gift for my daughter.Once the toy was opened we pulled out the little plastic battery-saver tag and... nothing. No sound.Checked batteries and they are fine.Called Fisher Price and they do not supply replacement parts for this item.Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt for this item.Wal Mart says they do even exchanges, only they are not carrying the item any longer.Hmmm, I wonder why.So, we have a plastic tea set that makes no noise.Otherwise, looks sturdy enough. My advice would be TO CHECK FOR SOUND BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!

5-0 out of 5 stars Cute...but loud!!!
We recently gave this to our daughter for her 2nd birthday. It is very durable..the tea pot is too loud but still a cute tea set.Don't think we will replace the battery in this...too bad they didn't put an on/off or vol. control.I would buy it again but as a gift in someone else house!!!
Cute your little one will like it!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars A Big Christmas Day Hit!
My 21 month old daughter got this as a Christmas gift this year, and she just loves it. It is an adorable toy- It comes with a tea tray, teapot, 4 cups, saucers, and spoons, a sugar bowl and a creamer. The cups and saucers are different pastel colors and each saucer has a design on it (butterfly, heart etc). Although I don't think it really needs this feature to be a fun toy, the teapot plays music and makes a little ringing sound when you "pour" the tea. It looks to be very sturdy, and I'm sure we will get hours and hours of fun out of the set. Of all the Christmas my daughter opened yesterday, this was one toy that kept her attention, and we are happy to say it makes a wonderful addition to her toddler kitchen and play food collection. Good job, Fisher-Price- this one is a big winner in my house! ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars rear wing falls off
My son was SO excited to get this for his birthday. I put it together with ease. However the rear wing keeps falling off.It fell off within thefirst 5-10 minutes of EASY play.It does click back on but continues to fall off with ease. The front wheel has also come off.The ear muffs and hat do not fit the ground crew man very well. There are very cute mugs and juice boxes that store in the plane that are very easy to lose. One of the juice boxes is actually stuck in between the rear seat and the wall and we cannot get it out.Anyhow We did take the mugs and drinks away and have just been dealing with putting the wing and wheel back on. For the price I would think it should stay on much better. If I had the choice to get another one of these I would not. This was a gift and had I known it would fall apart this easy I would have returned it without opening it and gotten something different.

3-0 out of 5 stars falls apart
My son recieved this airplane as a gift because he loves airplanes. However much he liked it I didn't like it at all because he was constantly coming to me to put the wings back on or the tail or the door.It was very annoying and eventually the parts begain to come up missing. There are tiny little red squares that keep these parts on and they began to come up missing first. My son loved it but we had to throw it out because it was in pieces in the end with no way to put it back together.I won't buy this or any other playmobile products for this reason.

5-0 out of 5 stars Sturdy, high quality and lots of fun!
This playmobil airplane is a really great toy. It is made out of high quality plastic, is easy to put together, and stays together (pretty well) during "enthusiastic" play. It comes with the two airline employees (pilot and steward/co-pilot) and the orange-vested tarmac agent. So funny! There are three little play cartons of juice, and four little cups for attending your customers (easy to lose), the tarmac agent has those yellow paddles and ear protectors for guiding the plane in for a landing. The plane has a side door that opens up but also the entire top comes off for easy passenger seating. There's an undercarriage storage area for any luggage that your passengers might carry.
My boy absolutely loves this airplane toy. He has gathered up a whole airport utilizing his Playmobil taxi, some generic helicopters and passengers from various other playsets (Lego, etc). I think the Playmobil Airport Security Screener set is in his near future (yes! I kid you not!). I am happy that he prefers imaginative play with this airplane than with his structured Hot Wheels playsets. A bit thumbs up!

All good friends need is an excuse to get together, right? The My Little Pony "Best Friends Ball" playset makes it easy for Ponies to share tales, and shake their tails--the equine way! Twinkle Twirl owns the place, and has plenty of space for at least 3 other Pony party-goers. The play set features a dressing room with an elaborate little vanity; a dessert table with a pop-up cake and lots of accessories; a moving dance floor with lights and sounds; and a romantic balcony in front of a large picture window, presumably for posing or pony-watching. After the event, the studio folds up into an easy-to-carry case with a handle, for taking the party on the road. Requires 3 "AA" batteries. Choking hazard: small pieces included. Diane Beall ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy
My four year old daughter got this toy for her birthday. It required very little set up and assembly. My daughter has had lots of fun.The only negative is only one of the disks has a magnetic spot to enable to ponies to dance it would be nice if all three disks on the dance floor could enable the ponies to twirl and dance. But this has not deterred the great imaginative play this toy has sparked.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is great!
I got this toy for Christmas and I absoulutly LOVE it! Unlike what other people say, it dosn't break for me. It closes up nicely, too and nothing falls apart. I love this! The only thing I don't like is that the "changing room" is too small for the pony to fit in, so you have to move the furniture so the pony will fit. Overall, I LOVE this!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great addition to pony collection - Easy to store
This toy arrived almost completely ASSEMBLED!Even the stickers were attached! The best part about this toy (from a parent's perspective) is that it all fits neatly inside and you clip the top shut.It has a carry strap for taking on visits to Grandmas. The music is loud enough for play but not too loud and it plays more than one song. The magnets really hold the ponies on the dance circles very tightly.Even baby ponies can dance. If you are only buying one, I recommend this over the amusement park with ferris wheel. This holds together and the amusement park falls into several peices and is very difficult to store. My daughers love the music and motion of the Dance Studio. ... 3-0 out of 5 stars Not enough space
We just bought this bank the other day for my 5 year old son with the intent on it being an actual bank he could keep his coins in, BUT there is not enough room.Once it gets too heavy (which was after about $11, you have to empty it.The back also comes off really easy (my 19 month old boy could open it!!), too.If it weren't for those to problems, it would be perfect!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Best money teaching device for kids
I truly love this bank and so does my five year old son.It allows him to set a savings goal. Not only that, it has catchy little jingles that teaches them all about money. As a teacher and a parent, I recommend this bank for all.

3-0 out of 5 stars Easy to open
My son received this for his 3rd birthday. He loves it although it only took him a minute to figure out how to open the lock and get the money out of it.He enjoys hearing it count the money and watching it go through. He even started to repeat what they say. They dont make it easy to reset the machine after the money's been takin out as it continues to count the money as if it were still in there. But all in all it has the right idea to teach children how to start saving and counting money. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Classroom Teacher
This product has provided hours of entertainment to my Kindergarteners and my first graders in the last two years.I can't believe how rough they can be with the toy and nothing breaks.

5-0 out of 5 stars Really neat...even fun for mom
I bought this set for my son when he turned 4.He didn't attempt to play with it by himself until one day I got it out, sat on the floor with him and started building really neat stuff. When he saw what I had done and watched all the colors of gears turning round and round that was it, he loved it.This set has so many options; you can build 1,000 different things. We will have this set for a long time.

3-0 out of 5 stars Start with the Under Sea Adventure set, this as add on!
We received several gears, gears, gears sets at the same time, and found that the plain set ie Super set although initially fun looses excitement without some add ons.If I were to buy just one set I would start with the Under the Sea adventure set first, then add with the fantasy play park. The Undersea set has parts that move the gears in interesting ways from the standard set.It also comes with regular gears for building, although in limited number so the super set still helps extend the play. The motorized monstors sounded more intteresting than it was, but the parts when added to the Undersea adventure set was great fun!The gears are an interesting way of learning how things work. If your child is mechanically minded any of these sets will provide a wonderful new constructin opportunity. If your child hasn't been inclined towards let's say lego's etc.. This toy may provide some interest initially in being able to create a design that moves. However, construction with this set is more complicated than legos and for the less mechanically inclined child will still need paren'ts help beyond the age minimum's recommended. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars We love it!
I'm sorry so many have had trouble with this toy.My daughters love it.They are 7 & 9 and after some practice they had it going right every time. You cannot shove Polly in the dressing room or yank her out.The clothes WILL fall off.We will buy more Polly Quik-Cliks.This is a really neat toy!

4-0 out of 5 stars WOAH.....
WOW...everyone here is brutal while reviewing this playset-I completely disagree-I had none of the problems everyone else had here-all the clothes clicked immediately on Polly when she gets slipped into the changing room-comes out of the curtain no problem too-I think it is a very creative idea with the magnetic doll and the clothes-none of the magnets fell off, the clothes had no problem staying on the clothes applicator....nope no complaint here(and believe me I have no problem complaining about mismanufactured toys- just check out my other reviews)

I would suggest to the previous reviewers here with all their problems to call the manufacturer personally. I once had a missing piece to a Polly playset- I called them and they sent me a coupon for $10.00 off any Mattel toy. Either look on the back of the toy or on the instruction sheet to get the 800 telephone number. It sounds to me that it may be a manufactures defect in some of the products everyone in the review section had-might have been the first ones off the assembly line. I guarantee that Mattel would treat you well...they would rather send you a measly $5.00-$10.00 coupon rather than to lose your business which brings them billions of bucks a year.....YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST GUYS!!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Totally Coolto play with
My daughter got this for Easter and we all love it!!!I read the other reviews and Im sorry theirs dont work properly, but ours works just like its supposed to.

It is enginered so that you can only put the clothes on the thing one way....so that the front will always be in front, ect.
So if they fall off, you know you put it on wrong. And then you lower the shute slowly and push Polly into the dressing room slowly till you hear a "click".That click is the clothes "jumping" onto the doll!!!!It is so Cool to watch!!!

We took this to Grandmas house to show her and all the adults sat and played with it for hours.....our only disappointement was that we only had one Click-it Polly to play with!!!!But the regular polly's got to be the store owner, so we still got to play with them!

This is probably the coolest Polly product out there. And we will definetly be buying more of the 'click-it' products to go with it. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Thunder the Brontosaurus
Dinosaurs are the coolest thing that ever happened to Imaginext. While the pirate and medieval themes are cool, this prehistoric theme takes the prize for ultra coolness. The premise here is simple enough.Predators versus non-predators.Carnivores versus herbivores.

Thunder the Brontosaurus is one of the good guys. He's one of the biggest dinosaurs, about twice the size of the triceratops, stegosaurus, and allosaurus. He has posable legs and tail. His long neck can move back and forth, and left and right.Atop his neck, his cute little head can move up and down.A trigger under his belly causes his right foreleg to stomp on the ground, accompanied by sound effects and a dinosaur roar.Thunder has plenty of charisma, displayed in a cute expression on his face.He looks like he's determined to stop those nasty predators from hurting his friends. He has a great paint job of light and dark greens, and the designs on his body add flavor.

On Thunder's back is a really nice saddle for a cave man figure to ride. The included cave man wears a sabertooth tiger skin headdress and carries a club. He's got some great posability in the arms, and his hands do a great job of grasping items.

Also included are three red raptors.Unfortunately, they're not posable like the rest of the dinosaurs are (would've been nice if they were). Each raptor has a different pose.Team them up with Slasher the Allosaurus and Razor the T-Rex, and your predators are ready to rumble with Thunder and the good dinosaurs.

Thunder, his cave-man buddy, and the raptors are durable and constructed from soft plastic.Thunder is a wonderful dinosaur action figure and a great addition to the Imaginext collection. My verdict:thumbs way up!Beware, all you nasty predators!Thunder is here to protect and defend all that is good in the land of the prehistoric. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Is there a doctor in the house?
My now 5 year old got this toy for her 3rd birthday and she has not stopped playing with it-she loves to line up all her dolls and stuffed animals (sometimes even her 3 year old sister) in the "Waiting Room" to get their examinations and necessary shots. It is a MUST for any kid.

4-0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect for little ones!
We go to the doctor quite often so I knew my 2 year old would get a kick out of this. However, like the other reviews, the case should be bigger and a bit more durable. Also, my son doesn't like to use the put the stethoscope over his ears because they are too tight and hurt his ears. I tried it myself and it really does hurt.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Durability & Value
I must have went to 5 different stores including my local Toys R Us in search of a "doctor kit" an none of the stores had one.I finally found one at a learning store for $17, but when I opened it the pieces were cheap plastic and didn't seem like it would last very long in the hands of my 2 yr old.I returned it and ordered this one on Amazon.com for a lot less and free shipping at the time.DS LOVES IT!It's Fisher Price, so you have an idea of the durable plastic. I fit all the pieces in the case without any trouble, so I don't know what all the complaints are about.I did put the body & eye charts away for when he's a little older since at this age he just wants to bend them, but that's not a big deal to me. I'm sure he'll be playing with this occasionally for years to come. This kit is just what I was hoping for.

P.S.- it arrived just 3 days after I ordered it -regular shipping!

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy For Kids Who Love Resucue Heroes
This toy is a great addition to the Rescue Heroes line-up. Some pieces do not stay connected very firmly, but I agree with others who say that this is to keep them from snapping off and breaking permanently. They still work for their intended purpose. The talking computer is delightful for kids because there are so many combinations of voices saying different things for each disaster they deal with. I think this toy does a lot to stimulate the imagination of the kids for their own adventures. It does take about an hour to assemble and put the stickers on.

4-0 out of 5 stars determined mom
My boys are just getting into the rescue heroes toys, so I did a lot of research before buying. But, when buying them the M.A.C.C. I still missed that there are only certain figures that work with it.I agree with the lady who said they are nearly impossible to find!!!But after a late night search of every online store I could think of, I resorted to ebay. There I was able to find a good selection of figures and other mission select toys!I am not a big believer in ebay, but when desperate, you can usually find it there! Now my boys are happy little heroes!

4-0 out of 5 stars My son loves this toy!
This toy is very large and does take some time to put together, but it was worth it for my son(3 1/2).No it doesn't do much in way of interaction but if your child can entertain himself with his toys and plays well by themselves that this is a great toy.I know some children need more interaction to hold their interest so this might not be a good choice for them.My son also has his friends over and they all love it and that's when it really becomes fun for them , they won't come out of the room for about an hour once they start playing with this toy.It also helps to have alot of other RH toys. ... 3-0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the original
I bought these for my daughter when she was 3.Now 5, she and her 2 year old brother play with them. They are no where near as good as my bristle blocks from childhood (still at Grandma's).These just don't stay together well at all.The people that swivel and the wheels looked like they'd add great dimension and improve a classic toy, but with the reduction in block quality (ie, they don't stick together!), I have to say these are a so-so toy, at best.

5-0 out of 5 stars Another interesting way to build things
My kids really like their bristle blocks.I like the bright colors and the different sizes. My 3 year old just likes to put the pieces together--it doesn't matter if it is anything or not.It is just interesting to him that they stick to each other at this point.I built a car for him--from that point on, he has been able to visualize different things--cars, buildings, yards, etc. and put them together.I think that these, blocks, gears, legos, lincoln logs, etc. are all very important to a child's development. These are lots of fun for a reasonable price.

5-0 out of 5 stars Bristle Blocks are Great!
My grown sons played with Bristle Blocks when they were children. Now my 3yr old grandson loves them as well. We gave him a small set for Christmas when he was two and he has been playing wiht them ever since. This year he gets the biggest set Imaginarium makes. I feel his imagination is fed with every space ship or airplane he creates.
And his Dad & Uncle get a big charge out of them as well, for them its a blast from the past. We love them! ... Read more
