Fantastic
My son has three sisters and this is one toy he can call his own.He rides it daily.Although the digger broke after two months, but he still enjoys it.

Love It!!
This is a great ride on plus toy.My nephew got this for his first bday, and LOVES it.He plays on it ALL day long.He even drags it in the house with him.I recommed it 100 percent.

Princess Sonya Lee & Prince Michael spin the day away!
This is an additional set for the Lil Kingdom. It includes a pink carriage, Princess Sonya Lee, Prince Michael and a horse that can either be connected to the carriage or the horse can be ridden all by itself. Also included is a dance area so that your Little People can dance and spin the morning away!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, imagination and play are so important for your child! Any Little People set or additional set can create hours of fun for both you and your child!

We love to ride the horse
The reason we got this set vs the Maid Marrion set (that comes with two unicorns, one big & 1 little) is that you can ride the horse!A great addition to our Little People toys, my daughter nows asks us to get ther the casstle (but we already have the house, garden accessories, airport and farm accessories).

Since we have so many people already, two can ride the coach while one rides the horse and the prince and princess can dance.

great kitchen...for boys too!
these days you can spend upwards of $300 on a toy kitchen for your little one - ridiculous!i personally believe that playing should be about imagination and creativity, not the most expensive toys with the most bells and whistles....that said, i LOVE this kitchen!chicco makes great toys and this one doesn't disappoint.while some might complain that it only makes two "sounds" - the two different stove burners - i think that's one of the best parts of this kitchen.....your child has to use his/her imagination while playing with it instead of having it do everything itself.it's the perfect height for my 2 and 1/2 year old son, he can reach the bits on top and still be comfortable with the stove and refrigerator parts.i have to say, since we got it, he hasn't stopped playingwith it!i can actually get all of the dishes done while he plays with it! (no small feat!)it is also wonderful for those with smaller spaces, and like someone else said, it's in colors that can be either for a boy or girl....boys love to play chef too!i highly recommend the chicco star kitchen.

Very Good...
This was very easy to put together my husband had it snapped together in no time. My toddler (3) loves it and plays with it all the time. Con 1: it falls apart easily in the middle. Con 2: Not for carpeted rooms, my 1 year old keeps pulling on himself easily. Other than that I would recomend this to anyone that wants to have a happy toddler!!

Fantastic pretend play toy, but may have durability issues
I purchased this for my 2 year old daughter, and she absolutely loves it.I purchased an additional set of play food, although she seemed to be perfectly happy with the food that came with the set.There are a couple of things I'd point out.The oven door, does not stay shut and the top comes off every time I try to lift it.Still very happy with it though.I would warn those folks with shorter toddlers that the top is used to store the plates, etc. and it can fall over if pulled (it's very light). ... Love this toy.......
We love this toy. We have three boys ages 2 1/2, 6 and 9. They all love playing with this toy. They have been wanting a castle for a while and when we came across the Little People Castle we decided to get it because all of the other Little People toys they own hold up really well. Same goes for this set. When we got the castle and saw that we could expand it with this set we knew we had to get. it. The whole set it really cute but they all love the little dragon the most. They also really like pulling the dragon around in the little cart hitched to the horse. It's great for kids of all ages. All three of our boys play with it and so does mommy and daddy.

This is a toy for Boys??
This is a great toy, as are all the little people sets.However, I am very offended by the review that this is a toy for boys. My main problem with little people sets in general is that they make the house girly, and that this toy, though not just for boys is now being marketed as a boys only toy?I know when I was a little girl I enjoyed playing Robin Hood and would have really enjoyed playing with something like this! ... $35?? wow!
I rec'd this as a baby shower gift, and am very suprised to find it's retail is $35!I do have an older version (no music) but, my son is now 18 mo and still loves "reading" his book before bed.So worth it none the less.

Cute but Not worth 35 dollars!!!
We got this book at our baby shower. It is a soft cloth book with a zipper to close it and keep peices inside. My daughter is almost two now and she plays with it on occasion. Using a small stuffed bear you go through the bed time routine. Glass of milk, bath, brush teeth, say your prayers, kiss goodnight etc. I really wish the book had a cord to attach all the small pieces to it. We lost the carton of milk and the soap. The toothbrush is attached by a cord but I noticed it fraying. The toothbrush is really the only part of it she uses. Which has been helpful in getting her brush back and forth instead of just chewing.

I really never thought about this toy much until I was browsing amazon for toys and I saw that it cost THIRTY FIVE dollars!! There is no way that it is worth that much money. Buy your kid 6 or 7 board books instead.

Not worth the price...
Because of the rave reviews I ordered this book for my daughters 1st Birthday. When I received the book I opened it up before wrapping it because I was so excited! I was very disappointed!First of all the teddy bear is supposed to play lullaby's...When I pushed the tummy it sounded like one of those awful hallmark buttons, you know, the ones that play your favorite anthem, happy birthday, etc.Then it died and made these popping and buzzing noises, and there is no way to replace the battery.It is not something that would soothe a baby or toddler to sleep even if it did work properly.Second, the milk and the soap were bigger than the bear it self, I don't get it? The bear is only 2 maybe 3 inches tall and cheap looking. And third, for a nice interactive bed time story, there is no story really. The pj's are difficult to put on the bear even for an adult. The only plus side is that the book is cute and the quality of the book and accessories (except the bear) were very nice.I sent it back for a refund, for me it was not worth the price. ... Read more

This particular part of the Intelli Tikes series is pretty misleading.I bought the MagiCook stove for my 18month old son believing that we were getting an interactive stove as well as oven.The stovetop responds to different food items that you place on it and even makes remarks about unusual food combinations such as cookies and french fries.I was confused when the same did not happen whenever we placed items in the oven.I called Little Tykes believing that this was a product defect, and they explained that there is no sensor in the oven.This was a little baffling seeing as how they sell baked goods as part of the product series.They weren't able to offer any answers when I asked why an "Intelli" baked good would only worked when placed on a stovetop.Fried birthday cake, that's intelligent! If it weren't for the talking stovetop, I wouldhave returned the stove.I would strongly advise against buying any of the baked items that come with this set if you plan using this item to teach your darlings about how to bake. ... It's just a hat
Somehow I was expecting a full costume instead of just a hat.Maybe because it appeared along with the other Halloween costume Amazon was selling.The description never said it was just a hat, how about saying "Toddler B-day Cake Hat". Anyway, we still had a little laugh after getting over the fact "it's just a hat."

Talk of the town!
The birthday is the neatest start to a child's special day! The hat is lightweight and fun!My one year old loved the attention she received from family and friends due to the hat! I would definitely recommend it!

Oh my Lord...Please dont buy this hat. I feel sorry for every child that has to be put through the torture of wearing it. It looks so stupid! Its so heavy for the baby, as you can see in the picture that kid is soooo uncomfortable....Tell ya what---YOU wear a stupid hat for your next birthday and tell me how YOU feel! Very bed quality
I am disappointed by "My first finger puppet book". The quality of this book could be much better.

A great toy for long rides
we used this on a extended car trip.Each time we took it out the puppets would be involved in a new story.great fun.good durability and bright colours.

BORING- DONT GET FOR TODDLERS!
I got this toy for my daughter's 2nd birthday.She played with it for a grand total of 15 mintues during which time, the fences kept popping off and she got frustrated that she couldn't get both little people inside the house.This is something I would give as a gift for OLDER kids, like 4ish.For younger kids, it's really quite boring.

My daughter will not play with the little people :(
This is my second little people playset.I read all the reviews and everyone in her age group loved these toys.So I went and bought her the Farm and this playset.These toys have quickly become a dust collector.She hasnt touched either one of them for at least a week I think the last time she touched this one was to move it out of the way.I'm glad others have had luck with their kids, I really think they are cute toys but no luck with my little girl :(

A fun toy!
My 16-month-old daughter loves this toy!This is her second Little People set; she also has the Playground.

She loves to put the little people in their chairs.She especially loves the little baby in the carriage--she pushes her all around.

My only complaint is the little swing.My daughter cannot quite master getting the person into the swing.You have to tilt it just right to set someone in the seat.Sometimes I'm even challenged by it!When she can't get the little person into the swing without it falling over, she gets very frustrated.An older toddler would have an easier time with this feature.

Award worthy
I saw this award winning toy in Family Fun Magazine and although we don't own other Chicco Toys, I figured if this toy was an award winner and actually chosen by "kids themselves", let me try it.Like most kids, my 3 year old daughter loves animals, especially puppies.This particular puppy actually doubles as the doctor's bag AND the patient (a novel idea).He responds to the different animal shaped medical instruments that are included by making various fun (and not so fun) sounds from heart beats to crying and giggling.The carry handle definately offers an added bonus for fun on the go.We're extremely pleased with our purchase and definately plan to add other Chicco products to Santa's list this year!

I understand why Family Fun Magazine voted this toy as the "Toy of the Year"for 2002. Simple fun with imaginative play is the best way I can describe this toy. This Puppy Vet Kit comes with the cutest animal shaped pretend medicial instruments to examine the puppy dog. When they touch the correct and matchinglocation on the puppy dogs body, it triggers a sensor of cute sounds . What I especially like, is that the doggy is actually a storage case for everything! Doesn't add much to the play experience
My 2-1/2 year-old son received this for Christmas along with three of the plane characters and one of the hangars.The play mat is very cute, but it basically just acts as a storage area in our living room for the toys.He never uses it to actually play with the planes in terms of running them down the roadways, etc.It is durable enough, but I would say it's a waste of money.

Not such a great idea
I was so excited to see this mat I thought that it would be great to use with the wooden airplanes and buildings.I cannot understand why this mat was not made to accomodate the buildings/planes that are made for the wooden set (,planes, hangers, firehouse etc.)The mat should be a runway without airplanes and buildings pictured so that it could actually be played with.If anything they should have drawn dotted lines for where to place buildings that you have.What are you supposed to do with the wooden buildings that you have they do not fit on the mat.The planes can actually go inside the wooden hangers(more fun than a flat mat).Though the hangers are too small to accomodate all the planes(example the kids hanger....only two fit not three)It does make a nice, expensive rug or door mat for decoration though.

The Barn Playset
This plat set is educational because it shows how the horse stable stall looks like and to cover your horses to keep them warm they can get cold to you know and it is very safe for young children to play with because the playset is soft and no hard points to hurt the little child and wont be able to gag on anything the playset comes with.
