5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy for baby!!!
I just got this toy for my 9 month old daughter a few days ago and she loves it.There is so much to do so many activities. My daughter gets bored easily so this toy is wonderful. It keeps her busy time and time again.I do have one complaint though Fisher price makes you do all of the work to put together this toy.You don't get out of anything you have to screw on every part you could possibly think of.Some of the things could have been done eaisly during manufacturing. But it was well worth it.This is a great toy! And I think it will entertain her for a long time.

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT TOY!
I bought this for my son when he was nine months old.He loved it then and still loves it now that he is a year old.He plays with it everyday and is finding new things to play with on it as he gets older.I highly recommend this toy.It is a little bit of a pain to put together though.

5-0 out of 5 stars Toy at Gamma & Poppy's house
My gamma and Poppy brought me this toy and It's GREAT!!I play with it all the time, I visit (once a month).I play with the door bell and turn the weather so that it's raining or sunny.I go in and out of the door and I play with the mail.I play with this toy all the time and it's one of my favorites and their house. Your little boy or girl will love playing with this toy. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Broke within 1 week
I bought this toy for my son.The toy broke within 1 week. The pond sticks and keeps saying the same thing over and over again, the blocks, when put into place, sing the same song, one short verse, over and over again.Unfortunately, the little birds get stuck saying the same things as well.It wasn't worth the money for us.My son does like the shapes though.Hope this is helpful as a lot of reviews have been for me.Thanks.

5-0 out of 5 stars Another toy my baby loves
My daughter received this when she was 7 and a half months old, and still plays with it every day at over a year old. She lves the bee that circles around- I hear "bzzzzzzz...bzzzzzz...bzzzzzzz" quite often! She also loves to "splash" and hear the numbers (you press the "water" and the toy counts up to ten, one number at a time, each time you press it)....she also loves pressing the birds and hearing the baby and mommy bird talk to each other- they each say 3 phrases. You can also switch from learning mode to music mode.

My baby plays with this toy a lot and the batteries seem to last a long time for all that she plays with it, I'm not replacing batteries all that often. She likes this toy better than some other ones that are bigger and do more amazing things.

It seems like at over a year old, she is going to continue to play with this toy for awhile, so that gets the Seal of Approval from me, like I always say, read my other reviews, I have a Big Thing about getting my money's worth out of toys, and skipping over toys that will lose baby's interest in a short period of time. I like that my baby has played with this toy every day for 5 months and still loving it. For example, she played with her Dancing Bandstand for about a week before she got bored with it, and never goes to it any more.

5-0 out of 5 stars Toy with lasting value!
I got this toy when my baby could sit up and boy, did she love it! She smacked that water so many times, she couldn't get enough it. She liked to pull out the "flowers" and bite them, bang them together, throw them, you name it.

She then learned to walk shortly after buying it and I thought the toy would get no more use. But now she has learned to put the shapes back into the holes and loves to dance to the music.

It is also so sturdy, she sometimes picks it up and walks with it. And we've only changed the batteries once in 5 months. LOVE IT! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars awesome!!!
I would not have thought much of the item based on packaging but we received this as a gift and it is my 2 1/2-year old's favorite. She loves the thing. It is now one of our favorite gifts to give. I have not heard of any problems and all the parts are sturdy. It is very cute to see how every little girl 'knows' to sling it over her wrist (I don't carry my purse that way..) Although, we are as likely to find trains and matchbox cars inside as we are to find the lipstick. Definately a great little item!

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent!
My daughter got this purse for Christmas last year when she was 18 months old. She is still playing with it all of the time! She loves to take her purse everywhere, just like mommy does! :) She is so proud of her purse that she is constantly showing it to people. Her favorite things out of the purse are the lipstick, keys, and card case. She loves to put her own items in the purse as well. This is a very cute set!

4-0 out of 5 stars Cute, very cute
I wanted to get my only little girl her own purse, so she could be like mommy... I have 4 children, 3 year old b/g twins, and 8 month old b/b twins. she got this purse when she was 18 months and she has some new "favorites", but this was a hit anyways. She loves the lipstick, and the sunglasses case (we bought her disney ones) and the mirror. But there are better ones out there, we bought her some chapstick and a little better "plastic" lipstick to keep in there, we supervise with capstick. The keys and phone are the only things she didnt pay attention to, because we have better ones. SO if you dont have the things that come in this purse, its great, but we did... so I have bought her other purses, that she likes better ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy!!
I got this for my daughter when she was 2 and she loved it!! She played with it for a whole year before getting tired of it, but she had outgrown it by the time she was 3. It helped her learn her colors, and animals and the sounds that they make.
I also loved the songs it played....and she enjoyed all the questions......it really makes them think and challenges them, going on to harder ones after a bit.I highly recommend this!

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun and educational--a winner!
We gave this to our daughter when she was 12.5 months old and she has been intrigued with it since day one! She now is 17 months old and plays with it every day.

What we love
*lots of animals--a huge help in teaching her the names of animals
*fun accessories like the windmill and scarecrow
*pieces to add on to the outside for when she gets older (right now we store those seperately)

What we don't like
*no silo (like when we were kids!) to store extra pieces in
*the music is LOUD and there is no volume control

Overall this is another great Little People product and we are happy with our purchase.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy

5-0 out of 5 stars Worth every penny!
My daughter got this when she was three yrs old. She's 5 and half now and still has a ball playing in it with her girlfriends. They play house and sit at the table and eat lunch or play with Play Doh and just generally have a great time with it. We've had it over 2 yrs and it's holding up beautifully. We love the fact that we can see in and watch what the kids are doing and that it has a floor. I'd buy one again if I ever had a need for another playhouse.

3-0 out of 5 stars Still waiting for my son to like this.....
We bought the cottage for my son for Christmas, he was 20 months at the time. I thought he would just love it, but we are still waiting for him to catch on. The only thing he will do with it even now is go inside a play "peek" through the windows. My son tends to be a bit of a climber, and this is definitely not a climbing toy! I guess we will know better next year! One great point about this cottage is the floor! Most cottage/house toys don't have a floor and this one does, which makes it real nice to have on any type of surface without worrying about your little one's feet.

5-0 out of 5 stars My toddler can play all day in the cottage
We purchased the cottage for my daughter's first birthday and she loved it!While her uncle was assembling it she sat on the chair and played with the phone. She's now 17 months and plays in it until she has to come in the house. Its very durable, safe and just the right size for her.She and my 5 year old nice play for hours inside together.I would recommend this item. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars The best!
This and all little people playsets are soooo worth the money! My oldest daughter who is now 4, has been playing with the house and other sets since she was 1.She now shares them with her 10 mo old sister.I love seeing my girls play together, especially since they have a 3 yr difference between their ages. This is the kind of thing you start collecting when they are babies and keep adding to it as they get older and they keep playing with it more and more.It really helps the imagination, its fun, and its fun for parents to play too.I just really reccommend all of the little people sets.If you have your 1st baby who is having a 1st birthday and you are not sure what to get, go with this house or the farm. Those are good to start with. I am buying my niece one for her 1st birthday.

4-0 out of 5 stars A great Little People product!
Our daughter was given this when she was 12.5 months old and she adores it (as well as her other Little People toys)!

What we (and she!) love
*sturdy product (she initially tried to use it as a stepstool...)
*Little People are a good size for small hands and mouths
*great sound effects (mostly!)--her favorite is the potty flushing noise!

What we wish could be changed
*overall color scheme of the house is rather girly--pink, purple, mint...but this is a toy that both boys and girls will love
*the computer makes a "you've got mail" sound as well as a typewriter sound--it doesn't bother our daughter, but her daddy and I do find the typewriter noise quite amusing!
*the Mommy person has a bottle permanently attached to one hand--a bit confusing for a child who is breastfed and doesn't know what bottles are

Overall we are quite happy with this toy and would purchase it again.

5-0 out of 5 stars TOO CUTE!
I own several little people playsets from my now 4 year old son, but when my daughter was born I said Yeah now I get the little house!! I am so glad I did she is now two and she and her brother play with it daily! She loves to bring me the people, take them for a ride in the school bus, she also like to hide them under the bed and say wheres mommy. As to the review that said these have no educational value, No the may not teach her the ABC's or about evolution, or how electricity works, but free creative play, where kids can be kids, and be imagnitive, helps them learn just as much as the teaching toys, I want my children to be well rounded and creative so when there is an issue they can think their way out of it, instead of being told how! So I think Fisher Price has done a great job!, I Love these Little People Toys, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to buy them! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Very durable!!
We bought this toy for my son's first birthday and he loves it! He loves the cause and effect of making the cars go down the ramp. It's extremly durable because he likes to try to stand on it, and it doesn't even buckle. Very well built!

4-0 out of 5 stars My daughter loves this!
My daughter just received this two days ago on her second birthday, and she has not stop playing with it since!I've never seen her so dedicated to one toy.Every morning when she wakes up, she runs straight to it and starts running cars up and down the ramps. My husband is impressed too with how sturdy this is.It would take a lot to break it.I highly recommend this toy!

5-0 out of 5 stars Noah, Sarah and the two by twos!
I love this toy.I had requested it for my son's 1st birthday and he got two of them for his second (still 1 year old) Christmas. He continues to play with it and I had to get the two additional animal sets. It's really his favorite fisher price toy to play with. And I could add a few different renditions of the story of Noah to really use it as a teaching tool.He is almost 3 now and both he and his cousin love to play with the animals.I highly recommend this toy for so many reasons! It's well made, the animals are adorable and it's easy to see how children could imagine with this one.
I also suggest for Christmas to get one of the Little People Christmas (creche) sets. It's another learning tool and a "decoration" that can be played with instead of the ornaments!-

5-0 out of 5 stars Everything about this toy is great!
I purchased Noah's ark as a "stay at Gran's" toy when I first saw it on the shelf (about 3 years ago).My grandson requests it, and plays with it often. From the very beginning, he exhibited a significant amount of time on task, playing with the animals, learning to match them, stringing them in line to get on the ark, feeding the animals.I paired it with a simple version of the story. It is such a nice display, I keep it on top of the bookshelf. It still looks brand new!!!

It was very benefitial during his first play experiences.Initially, a couple of us would sit and play with him.He actually plays with it now by himself. He puts it away as part of his play.....having Noah rush the animals before the rains and the floods start!

5-0 out of 5 stars Little People are the cats pajamas!
My in laws bought this for my 18 month old daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it to this day. The animals and people are the perfect size for toddlers, and they all fit neatly inside the ark after she is done (which is not often because she is always playing with it!) Excellent toy, will be buying more Little People toys! ... Read more

Editorial Review

A realistically noisy pretend lawn mower with fun visual effects, this one is likely to get a good deal of use by toddlers who want to play grownup. The coolest part of this toy is the see-through plastic mulch compartment. It's full of tiny colored beads that dance around when the mower is in motion, giving the illusion of grass being mulched. An on/off key, gear switch, gas cap, and a loud popping noise add to the entertaining components. Made in typically durable Little Tikes fashion, this toy will stand up to many miles of lawn mowing. --Jane Snyder ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars I love this
I love this toy.We gave my son the Little Tykes discovery sounds work shop for Christmas and this tool belt for his birthday. He uses one with the other which makes it even better. The only thing I was disappointed with was the actual belt part.It fell apart within about two weeks. We don't use the belt any more just the tools. He still loves it.

5-0 out of 5 stars LOVE IT!
I have two sets of twins, B/G who turned 3 in Feburary and B/B who will be one in august. With that said they ALL love to watch daddy work. My older twins really enjoy playing with "daddies fix it kit" (what they call his tool chest). I do allow them to play for a little while, (veryy carefully supervised I might add!)but I felt they needed their own tools that I wouldnt have to worry about them hurting eachother with. I did recieve a wooden tool set, which works great and is very cute but I needed atleast one more. We do have a "Hand-me-down" tool center but sadly the previous owners lost the tools. I saw this set and LOVED it. The little belt was fabulous, (now they fight over that) and I love the little beeper, although my kids dont seem to understand what its for, they really only know about cell phones LOL. I do have a bob the builder hard hat which is also adorable. But to the reviewers who wanted a tool chest, well I know my children wanted tools by seeing us use the real ones. So if you are inclined to using tools just make one! My husband actually made two. This set is absolutely adorable and I do not need to worry about my children hurting eachother with "daddies tools". Sure they dont look to realistic, (Im sure my kids know they arent real) but they are made for toddelers. I know that eventually my kids will grow up and want "realistic looking tools" (like the home depot sets which are ADORABLE by the way, just my kids arent quite "ready" for that). All in all my two little "baby builders" have fixed everything in sight! They hammer tables, they drill in the couches, they twist all their toys (with that wrench I think it is LOL) and they page all of their clients! I am definatly sure that I made the right choice in buying this tool set for my second one. I am even thinking about storing away the wooden set I got as a gift (my children seem to be forever in the "throwing" stage and I dont exactly enjoy the little marks I find on the walls) until they are old enough to understand that these toys are for the tool center only. I hope I have this tool set for years to come and plan on passing it down to my younger twins, that is if their brother and sister will let me!

5-0 out of 5 stars My Little builder loves it!
My 20 month old son loves to hammer everything, including things that he just shouldn't, but it's all in good fun. Up til now he has been using legos and pop-onzs to build a hammer. After finding this set I knew it was a winner! It is chunky for little fingers so he can use the tools easily and he loves the pager. (that was a nice touch) He thinks he is big like his daddy with tools like his. Eric is not to sure about the belt itself, maybe he will get the point when he gets bigger. But overall we are very pleased with this toy. Now all we need is a hard hat and a tool box!! ... Read more

The Little People Animal Sounds Zoo features six different animals--polar bear, seal, monkey, lion, bird, and elephant--and environments for children to interact with. Each habitat floor has a small paw print that elicits the animal's sound when pressed with a finger or when the appropriate animal is placed on it. Each animal is made of soft, squeezable plastic and is about 3 inches tall, perfect for small hands. Children will enjoy the various sounds, animals, and habitats, especially the monkey. Hit the purple handle and the monkey shoots up a vine into the trees and shouts, "Ah-ah-eee-eee-oo-oo!" as he tries to grab a banana. Also included are two fence pieces and a small plastic car for the zookeeper. Requires three AA batteries (not included). --N. Mered ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Little People Zoo grows on you
My son received this toy for Christmas when he was 1 year old.He tried all the sounds immediately and by the time we heard the little blue bird for the 5th time, he was scared of the lion, Bear and Elephant sounds. It is a very loud toy. However all the "scary" stuff aside. My son who is now 2 1/2 tends to play with this a bit more now. It's still loud and he still doesn't like the sounds that the lion and the bear make but he can accurately identify each animal and make his own sounds to correspond with them.My main concern was that the zoo keeper was the first item "lost" and Fisher Price has no way of getting a replacement keeper. That was the most appealing part to my son at first. And I tend to wonder if there were more pieces lost could a parent get a replacement or would we have to replace the whole thing?
It is a cute toy and I found that for just the animals my son was happy to play and cart them around the house...but as he gets older he tends to play a bit more with the toy as an additional part to his little people collection.
I also find it harder and harder to add on to this set..the petting zoo or baby zoo animals are harder to find and the zoo train has been MIA on almost all toy sites and that was the most appealing addition.

4-0 out of 5 stars GRRREAT toy!
My daughter received this as a Christmas gift when she was 9 1/2 mos old.She loved it from the start and still loves it today at 14 1/2 mos old.She LOVES pushing the buttons to hear the sounds that lion, polar bear, elephant and a bird make. She loves making the "boing" and the monkey sounds, too!In fact, we used this set to introduce her to many different animal sounds.Since she was (and in many cases still is) unable to pronounce the name of the animals, we taught her to make the sound that the animal makes. For example, a lion and bear growl, and so does she.We made up a "chomping" sound for the camel and a "Ppppbbt" for an elephant. It sounds silly, crazy even, but it worked for us.When asked for a certain animal, she's able to make the sound, and pick out the animal all by herself. This toy is fantastic!

5-0 out of 5 stars For laughs!
This Little People Animal Sounds Zoo is great for laughs! My 2 year old literally fell over laughing with the first sight-and sound-which happened to be the monkey.Several reviewers commented on the fake animal sounds, but this IS a toy, and it is hilarious. I even smiled at the cute "rar" the lion made. Kids love it, and it makes me laugh watching them enjoy it and enjoying it with them.True, all toys are best with on/off switches. It would be nice if this had one.So far this is the funniest Little People set I've seen, and we have 6 different ones.Enjoy! As always, test it out first if in doubt or save the receipt and return it if you don't like it. :) ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Teletubby Terrific!
I have an 18 month old daughter who loves the Teletubbies more then almost anything else. This was the best toy purchase we have made in a long time. While there is an extravagant British Teletubby home available for high prices on auction sites, it is very fragile, while this set is extremely durable and very well made. Our baby can throw it, stomp on it, toss it and still it lives! I cannot recommend this toy highly enough. The only problem is your little one may lose one of the characters which will cause you to want to purchase an additional set!! I'm sure that one day, years from now, when we are moving out of this house, we'll find little purple Tinky Winky behind some cabinet or wall unit!

5-0 out of 5 stars Teaches individuality!
My 14 month old LOVES the individual teletubbies. She's not so interested in their "house," and rarely plays with it, but she carries the teletubbies around with her whereever she goes. My only complaint is that the teletubby figurines aren't sold separately! I'm terrified we will eventually lose one of the tubbies (as it is, Po often goes missing) and will have to buy the entire toy again, rather than just the pieces we've lost. Anyway, she has learned her colors through the tubbies, and we've given different "personalities" to each one, so I do think it teaches a child a little bit about individuality. Definitely a great buy.

4-0 out of 5 stars Teletubbies play set
This set is very sweet and very cute. The parts are all very sturdy and very colorful. I recommend this toy, but you need to keep in mind that the figures have a very tight fit with the seats and the scooter. An upside? They fit perfectly with the Fisher Price "Little People" accessories, a secret we happily discovered. My toddler loves the set, goes around the house with one or two teletubbies in hand. With the added fun of combining Little People sets with this one, the play adventures are endless, making the toy very versitile. ... Read more

Toddlers who spend a lot of time on a ride-on vehicle will delight in having this play gas pump for additional role-playing. The pump and nozzle are made of safe, lightweight plastic with a flexible rubber hose for "filling up" little vehicles. A pretend credit-card swipe area with keypad makes the pump look a lot like the one Mommy and Daddy use at the real gas station. The pump also makes six electronic sounds when any of the three large push-buttons are pressed--two car start-up noises, two fueling noises, and two car horn sounds. The pump operates on two AA batteries (not included) and is ideal when paired with Little Tikes's popular Cozy Coupe II car. --Cristina Vaamonde ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy, a must for the Cozy Coupe Cars
I have two of these, why, because my daycare kids fought over one of them, so I had to go and get another one.I love it, i have no complaints.Mine has been left out in the rain and snow and still works great. No fading at all.I do now remember to bring it in if it is going to rain. I have six Cozy Coupe Cars and two of the Trucks, and it works for all of them.A must if you are going to get a Cozy Coupe Car!

1-0 out of 5 stars Was cute until it broke!
This was an adorable toy that my son received with the Cozy Coupe from his Grandmother for Christmas. It seemed like so much fun at first, but the nozzle was difficult to remove from it's holder and it eventually broke (after only 20 days of periodic usage). We're very disappointed because we received this through Amazon without a box (I don't know if this is normal) and we're worried that Toys-R-Us won't take it back. What a shame.

4-0 out of 5 stars It's so cute
My 22 month old got this for christmas and likes it alot. He enjoys pretending to fill up all his toys with gas (car or not!).
It's a bit on the small side and there's not much to it so the price could be lower, but whatever. The 3 sounds that it makes are neat (horn, gas guzzle, car starting) and aren't too loud. The pump has to be cramed into the holder if you want it to stay hung up, which is even hard for me, so it usually just lays on the ground. But I think it's a great bonus to have with any ride on type toy. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars This phone is a great toy!
I don't understrand everyones comments on not being able to hear the phone once the plastic thing in the back is removed.I really wanted this toy to go with my daughters laugh and learn home so I went to the store to look at it anyway to see what all the fuss was about. So at the store I reached behind the phone and ripped out the plastic thing and it sounds fine to me. It is plenty loud enough. So I bought it and my 9 month old daughter loves it.I don't know maybe fisher price has improved the product or something but mine is plenty loud enough.

5-0 out of 5 stars How I solved the volume issue.
I liked this toy for my 8 month old because it relates the pushed buttons (number or alphabet depending on the play mode) by visually showing them on the screen and audio ably saying them as there are shown; I thought what a great teaching tool. When I got it home and opened I noticed the volume was not as loud as it was in the store, I thought it was broken. I was considering returning it, until I realized a manufacture's pull tab (located in the back beside the screw to open the battery door) had been automatically removed and decreased the volume. I simply reinserted the tab, cut off the excess and taped up the opening. If you've already thrown away the tab anything you can make a 1½" to 2" long thin plastic strip from will work. Since I bought this for its visual effects I don't consider it a hold to her ear toy and I won't encourage her to use it that way, if as she gets older it becomes a problem, I'll re-adjust the volume. But for now my solution works for us.

2-0 out of 5 stars Definetly not loud enough!
I have a 3 year old and a 9 month old. They both like the phone but lose interest pretty quickly. Because they can't hear anything the phone is saying. I think they would play with it more if the volume was louder. ... Read more

Designed to encourage early role play, this small, colorful playground is centered on a giant tic-tac-toe board, with rolling x's and o's, that sits atop a yellow, open-air sandbox. Michael can climb the ladder to the upper platform while Sarah Lynn goes down the red slide and giggles. Other fun features include a musical merry-go-round, a purple tire swing, and a yellow tricycle. This would be an entertaining, developmentally rich toy for preschoolers. Required, but not included, are three AA batteries. --Andy Boynton ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy!
My son has had this since Christmas and he absolutely loves it!It can attach to the rest of the Little People toys, and the sounds are still great even after almost 6 months of everyday use!
We definately reccommend this toy to anyone who has a toddler!

5-0 out of 5 stars Love all the Little People
I love all the Little People products. My son has a lot of them. They are just right for little hands and provide hours of pretend play. They also seem to bring kids together to play together.

5-0 out of 5 stars Tired of Cheap Toys
I've tried "cheaper" brands of toys and I've learned the hard way that when it comes to toys, I get what I pay for.Fisher Price toys are fun, and most importantly, they are durable.Anything else, my 3 and 1/2 year old can destroy in minutes, and she's not really rough, just a normal kid. These toys last for years.I bought this one new and a few others at garage sales, and I am never disappointed. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Just got them
We just purchased these phones for our 20 month old twin boys, today at TRU. They LOVE THEM. I think its so cute that they have a little clip, so they can do it just like mommy and daddy. Its also a flip-phone, which was very important to them. They like to record messages, and the messages play back at the perfect volume and clearly! The other buttons turn on songs, make dialing noises and the lady bug makes the circle spin. My boys also look into the little mirror and go, "handsome", just so precious. The little bear is constantly being chewed on, just like the previous reviewer mentioned. The antena lights up, which is very cool too. This phone has been droped too, and hasnt failed us yet. Its just too cute and its not too obnoxious. It kept our boys busy the whole day, I dont know what it is about this phone, but our boys sure as heck are in love!

5-0 out of 5 stars cute, cute, cute
My kids are cellphone, keys, computer, watch, I Pod, fanatics! All those gadgets they love. Well we have an older cell phone that we gave to them, but it doesnt flip like daddies. And it doesnt make noises. So we bought two of these for our 3 year old b/g twins and 8 month old b.b twins. We were really deciding between this one and the elmo one, but after the bad reviews for elmo, I bought this one. My 3 year olds love talking into it, and cliping it to their pants lol. They cary them everywhere and pretend to dial too. They have a phone to each kitchen, but this is the "celltaphone", they call it a cell telephone but thats how it comes out. My 8 month olds love opening and closing it and playing with the little things inside. They also like to try and bite the bear. These are toys that we always have in the diaper bag because they are small and very fun for everybody, we may even buy two more, just so each kid can have one. Its also a break from all of those musical toys, this ones great, and simple. We usually save it for mall time, grandmas, car trafic, anything where the kids will be bored, doctors office ect. But they always find them and we always find them around the house, great toy, really cute.

4-0 out of 5 stars My son loves this toy!
My 13-month old loves this toy. He presses all the buttons, pretends to talk, flicks the bug, and snaps it open and shut. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the record button is too accessible. My son always presses that button, effectively erasing the message I have recorded for him! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars 9 month old having a great time with this
My baby clearly isn't bowling yet, but is having a great time knocking these down with her hands and shaking them to hear the different sounds. If we set them up on the sofa across the room she will cruise/crawl to them in order to know them over and pick them up and shake them. The ball is a good size for her hands, and also makes noise.I suppose when she's older we'll eventually get to the bowling aspect.

5-0 out of 5 stars So darn cute!
My 19 month-old son got this as a gift from his great-grandmother.In the three weeks since it arrived at the house, he has been walking around with one or more of the pins under his arm.He takes them to bed with him and I can hear him over the monitor making kissing noises with them.Suffice it to say, he LOVES it.My 5 month-old is starting to love it as well (especially the cow).I would recommend it for any baby or toddler, especially an affectionate one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very Cute
When I saw this bowling set in the store I just had to buy it for my 14 month old daughter. We have had it for three days and she just got the hang of rolling the ball to knock over the pins. The ball and pins are so soft; I think this toy would be appropriate for a younger baby too. The pins are numbered so this toy will be great when she starts learning her numbers. I can see her using this toy for at least another year. I would recommend this toy for anyone with a child under 2. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Entertaining and Educational
My daughter got this for her 12 month old birthday and she loves it.She loves the song Old McDonald and wants to play it over and over again as she dances to it.The animals are great for her to learn the noises but mostly to identify the animal.I'll tell her to go get the horse and she'll come back with it!It also goes great with the Baby Einstein video Baby McDonald because they use that toy in it and she recognizes it and will go push the button to make the song. Our daughter loves it and has had it for 2 months now and has not gotten bored with it.

1-0 out of 5 stars dangerous choking hazard
My son loved this toy also.HOWEVER, this morning as he was playing he started coughing.I looked over to find the small hand piece missing off the farmer. When initially examining the toy upon purchase all the pieces appeared safe for a toddler as the package indicated.Obviously that is not the case as one hand piece had come off completely.I plan to contact the manufactor, however I strongly caution anyone who chooses to purchase this toy.As fun as it may seem it is obviously a choking hazard.

5-0 out of 5 stars Get this toy!
Not only did my 1 year old love this toy when he got it, (as did his big sister) but he has been riding around the house on it for over a year and it is still in good shape! He thinks the trailer is great for sitting on and pushes himself around on it. (And he weighs 25 pounds!)The mechanism for moving itself forward automatically finally gave out recently due to his misuse, but he doesn't seem to mind. The animals are all included.(One person seems to have gotten an open package.) ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy
Both my kids love this toy so much. Yeah some of the things fall off (some of them are meant to). The only thing that they dont like is when the slide falls off but it snaps right back on. They are 32 months and 20 months (2 1/2 and 1 1/2) and this is one of the few toys that keeps their attention for more than a few minutes. Most toys they will play with for the first couple days and then maybe a few minutes every now and then but not this one. I have no clue what it is. To me this looked like a silly toy with no point but they loved it so much I bought them the Weebles farm too! And they like it too. Maybe a little too much..they want to play with them instead of going to sleep!

2-0 out of 5 stars discs stopped spinning
I recieved this as a gift for my 18 month old. After about a month, the discs stopped spinning. Has not been touched since.

5-0 out of 5 stars Loves It!!
I purchased this for my daughter at Christmas. She LOVES it. It is one of the 3 (out of about 15)toys that she plays with constantly.I don't understand some of the moms complaints about it coming apart.Yes the bench slides off (its supposed to). The sign comes off constantly...it's supposed to! Yes, they can rip off the slide...it's a TOY.The great thing is that all of these things go right back into place because...they're supposed to!Forgive my sarcasm, but this is a toy and it's made for babies to play with andd pull apart.Even the doors come apart. My daughter loves the music and she beats on it and sits on it and it still works beautifully.Fun toy...for Mommy too!! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars My Child's Favorite Toy for Months!
My daughter received this as a Christmas gift when she was 5 months old. We waited until she learned to sit up on her own, and it has now been her FAVORITE toy from age 6 months to now (10 months). The shape sorter, the frying pan noises, the music for opening the oven... she can occupy herself with this toy for hours if we let her.

The only downfall is that yes, the refrigerator door will come off. However, it goes back on quite easily. Little Tikes is attempting to market this as a toddler toy, but it really is probably too small to hold much value for toddlers (this kitchen is short, perfectly sized for an infant sitting upright.)

5-0 out of 5 stars Good toy
I bought this for my daughter when she started to crawl at 9mo.She loved it.Now at 14 mo she still squats and plays with it.The noises it makes are not super-annoying-loud and all the little doors for her to open and shut are great. The only problem is that the fridge door is not too durable. She quickly figured out that it is easy to pull off and now it is barely hanging on.However, I frankly don't care what she does to it as long as she is happy and entertained.Overall great toy.

4-0 out of 5 stars great toy
our twelve month old daughter really enjoys this toy - Lots of doors to open and places to put the pots and food - she also enjoys the noises/music it makes - a great value. ... Read more
