Editorial Review

Radio Flyer’s Pathfinder is the SUV of little red wagons, sporting a rugged plastic body and offering tikes a luxurious amount of towing or riding space. The wagon’s convertible seats fold down for maximum storage capacity and then flip up to comfortably accommodate two children. Webbed seatbelts ensure that children don’t bounce out when riding over rough terrain. The Pathfinder’s interior also has four built-in drink holders to keep sippy cups and juice boxes secure during the ride. The extra-long handle has a large, loop grip that even kids can control and that folds under the wagon for more compact storage. Like all Radio Flyer wagons, this one has heavy axles to handle a lot of weight, heavy-duty casters for making tight turns without tipping, and durable rubber tires that provide a soft, quiet ride. The Pathfinder measures 39-1/4 inches long, 19 inches wide, and 16-1/2 inches tall. --Cristina Vaamonde ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars WALMART SELLS FOR MUCH LESS!!!
I was ready to purchase this wagon from Amazon.com until I saw that the shipping was over $25.00.I then checked out walmart.com...not only was the item 15 dollars cheaper ($64.64 instead of $79.99) but the shipping was only 8.94.I saved over $30 dollars and my item arrived in just a few days.

5-0 out of 5 stars handy for two
My friend has this for her 2 1/2 yr old and her 1 year old. They love it.Its got cup holders, seat belts.Very nice.I want one for my 2 girls.I would recommend it to anyone after seeing theirs and seeing how much they use it and enjoy it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome wagon, very well-made and fun!
We were looking for a "big" item to give my daughter for her first birthday. She was still too small for most ride-on toys, not walking without help yet, and so still needed something safer as far as that sort of thing goes. We checked out the little cars that have the long handle that an adult can push, but none of them seemed fun or like they would get used for very long.

I remember the metal Radio Flyer wagons from my childhood, and I was skeptical of a plastic wagon. My husband is the one who really wanted to get my daughter this wagon for her birthday because it has the 2 molded seats with seatbelts, that will fold down when not in use or when you want just a plain wagon with no seats. Also, this wagon IS plastic but it is VERY durable and well-made, and more importantly, the tires are rubber not plastic- very good! So I agreed that we could get her this as her main gift for her birthday although I was still a little skeptical about whether she'd like it at just 1 year old, and whether she was big enough for it, since I think it is recommended for kids just a tad older.

She absolutely LOVES it! The seatbelts hold her in securely and we pull her around the yard and neighborhood. She likes this SO much better than riding in a stroller, and it is very roomy for toys and diaper bag and other things. My daughter is even small for her age and JUST turned 1, and we have so much fun with her in this wagon! It is durable, well worth the money, and will get years of use. (Read my other reviews, I am really big on getting toys that will be played with more than a couple months!)

If you are looking for a wagon I HIGHLY recommend this one. If you are looking for a gift for a toddler, I highly recommend this wagon as a fun and safe gift idea. Every toddler needs one of these if there is a safe place for adults to pull them around. I can't emphasize just how much my daughter loves this wagon! I believe this wagon is durable enough to be a keeper for many years to come. ... Read more

Editorial Review

If you grew up with a Radio Flyer wagon but lost it along the way, here's your chance to own abrand new one. The body and sides are made of finished wood. Painted bright red, the stake sides simplylift out, leaving you with a natural-finish flatbed. Steel wheels with big, inflatable pneumatic tires rolleasily on pavement or rough terrain. At 33.5 inches, the extra-long handle makes turning easy. The wagonbed is 36 inches long, 15 inches wide, 9 inches high, and 21 inches from the ground to the top of thewagon. The durable-tread rubber tires are 10.5 inches in diameter and 3 inches wide. If you're lucky, yourchild might let you borrow this wonderful wagon. --Louise Carter ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Paint Chipped
I only had the wagon a month and all the stain and paint started to chip off. It is a durable wagon, but was not happy with chipping.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best buy for 2 kids close in age!!
My mom bought this as a present for my then four year old daughter, but I began using it for her younger brothers aged NB and 18 months and bought her a smaller version to haul her dolls. It fit an infant car seat and toddler perfect, is versitable enough to last and on long outings allowed the older room to move unlike a tandum stroller. That was ten years ago. Now I've started a "second family" with a large 21month old son and another son due in 5 weeks. This item was a natural choice, due to my childs size (32pounds). Most tandum strollers allow only 40pounds per seat, so he would quickly out-grow it. With the wagon he can be in it longer and when both boys outgrow it they can use it to haul all their treasures. It also lasts almost forever (we lost our last one in a fire a year and a half ago after having it for 8 years). It was a little weathered but still sturdy (we did have to replace two brackets on one side due to stunt riding!). I can enthusiasticly say this was the best child purchase I've ever made!!!

3-0 out of 5 stars Great Design, Very Poor Materials and Paint
Hard to believe we are all reviewing the same wagon. While the design is very good, the materials and finish are awful. The wood used in its contruction is too thin - a piece on the bottom was cracked out of the box. The side panels feel as if they are made from balsa wood - I am concerned they will not hold up over time. Two of the panels are also very loose in their mounting brackets. The paint shows drip marks, missing spots, and globs on both the red panels and black metal. The red paint rubs off on our child's hands and clothes. I could have done a better job with a can of spray paint. I am seriously thinking of using the metal hardware as a base for a wagon that I build out of more substantial materials. We also have the Radio Flyer Walker Wagon and the materials and finish on that one are much better. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great multipurpose walker
This walker is helping our 8 month old twin boys to learn to walk. Its very safe and very cute...
* It only goes straight, perfect for a beginner
* Large basket, we use it to hold peek-a-blocks usually, or it can hold my twins!
* Small and low to the ground, wont tip over
* Very durable, nothings breaking this wagon!
* The wooden slats come off so my kids can ride in it
* It wont tip over
* If its on hardwood, it doesnt ruin the floors
* Rolls well on carpet too

Its just a cute and great walker for those first few steps, my twins love this one just as much as the Gobble n' go hippo, great toy...

5-0 out of 5 stars The best!Well worth the $$$$
We bought and returned several "walker" toys before I found this one. We bought it when our son was about 10mos old and just beginning to venture out on his own.It is very stable when many of the others would fall over when he tried to walk behind them. The handle is also very wide compared to other push toys. Because of the clickers it takes a little effort to push, which I like because the others would fly away from him.

I agree that initially it was hard to steer but give it a time ...our son is now a pro. Plus many of the other push toys would just fall over when he tried to turn them. He can take this wagon around the tighest corners with no problem. We also had to replace our clickers.I called radio flyer and they sent them out ASAP and they were a snap to replace.

Even with those two issues,I would buy this wagon again. We are going on 8 months of use now and it is still the favorite.I am a super picky toy buyer and this wagon is at the top of my must have list!!!

2-0 out of 5 stars Cute to look at but NOT DURABLE!!
We purchased this wagon for our 18 month old son for Christmas. After my husband nearly pulled out his hair putting it together, our son was ready to walk with his new wagon.Unfortunately, in three short months of use, one of the side wood panels has broken leaving a nail exposed (thankfully, that piece is removable and I could throw it away), several of the lugnuts have come off, and my son managed to take the pushbar off.I called Radio Flyer directly about this and they apologized and told me the side panel should not have broken like it did and that the push bar should have never come off. Those are the least of my concerns.I caught my son a few days ago right as he was going to put one of the lugnuts that have come loose again, in his mouth. That was the last straw for the wagon.I grew up with a Radio Flyer and I will give them another chance but not until my son is older and next time maybe we will buy a good old fashioned wagon.I do not recommend this wagon for any toddler. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars AGES 18mo at least
This toy was a gift from my father for my son's first birthday and he could have cared less.At about 18 months, he started to pay good attention to the toy, and by 20 months, we have had to re-tighten the screws from all of the use!He glides down the hall and across the family room. The rubber wheels haven't left a mark on our hardwoods! The wood has cracked in under the handlebars, but doesn't seem to affect the over all performance.I say this thing would be better for 2 year olds and maybe just a few months before, but not a good 1st birthday gift.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fabulous Toy!
I bought this trike as a replacement after a plastic trike broke. My daughter LOVES it. It's really sturdy, well built, and fun.She is 2 now and has just as much fun riding it as she did when she was 1.Even my 5 year old rides it around the house and it holds her as well.It is so much better than the other "classic trike" they have with the high handle bars...that one tips over and falls apart.Get this one for sure. It's worth EVERY penny!

5-0 out of 5 stars Assembly required, but 12 month old LOVES it.....

5-0 out of 5 stars Great present for 1st Birthday
The retro rocket is a fun toy for our son who just turned one. Before we even had it out of the box he was pressing the sound buttons. We were even more amazed that he was able to ride it from the start.I was initially concerned when I read that the wheels did not turn but like another reviewer stated that keeps him from running into the wall, etc.We are very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable 1st Birthday present!

5-0 out of 5 stars Stellar Toy!!
From the moment my son first set eyes on this toy at 11 months, it was love at first sight. Six months later, it's still his favorite toy. When neighborhood kids come over to play, it's the one they all want to play with.

Initial assembly was a bit of a challenge, and I had to get my husband to help coax a few pieces together. It doesn't scoot well on thick carpeting, either.

Other than a couple of very minor faults, it's hard to get my son to leave the Retro Rocket alone. He loves pushing it around the room, and hiding his blankie in the seat compartment. His face lights up whenever he rides it. He especially loves the countdown to blastoff and the lights and vibration.

I was talking with the owner of our local children's consignment shop, and she mentioned that she seldom has the Retro Rocket come in, and when it does come in, it doesn't sit for more than a day before someone buys it. I believe it!

5-0 out of 5 stars wonderful toy
I read all the reviews on this toy before purchasing. The rocket was a gift for my one year old son. He loves it and so does our three year old daughter. The size is perfect for him at this age and will still be good for him to grow into over the next couple of years. We like that the wheels don't turn, it keeps him from getting upset when he can't push it because the wheels won't stay straight like some of the other ride on toys. The rocket may seem expensive, but it does seem very durable and I know we will have it for years. This is truly a great toy and I'm glad I got it for my child. ... Read more

Looks like you could ride all the way to the famed Milwaukee Harley factory and back on this toddler hog. Buttons on the frontproduce authentic rev-and-rumble, while another button (near the righthand grip) provides a single forward speed from the rechargeable 6-voltbattery. "Harley Davidson" flame decals decorate the sides, and the20-inch-wide rearend gives plenty of stability. Appropriate for a smallchild and a big flat area. --Richard Farr ... Read more

my twins werea little over 1 when they got these and they have ridden the heck out of them since then. they loved them! they are now two and are finding them a little slow. we'll move up to the 5 mph now.

5-0 out of 5 stars excellant ride on
my son started riding when he was 1 1/2 he's now 2 1/2 and still enjoys riding as do the other children on my block its great fun and very durable highly recomend this ride on

5-0 out of 5 stars What a Ride!!!
My husband drives a motorcycle, and our son loves to "ride." We happened upon this motorcycle in Toys R Us, and we could not leave the store without buying it! I took the model down to see if it was not too big, and he screamed the moment we took him off. I had everyone in the store looking at me!!! Needless to say, our purchase has been paid for many times over as he loves his "bike." I would recommend this to anyone whose child loves to be outside and loves motorcycles. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Hard to Pedal and Steer
This tricycle is not worth the money, especially for younger kids.neither of my children could steer or learn to pedal on this, we bought the plastic bikes, and off they went!Maybe this is a good bike for the child who know how to pedal and ride, but definitely not worth it for a first bike!!

5-0 out of 5 stars This thing rocks!
Bought this trike for my 18 month old daughter. At first she would not ride it, because it was not like her stroller (in her words "not stoller").After running into another kiddo cruising through the neighborhood on one, she quickly changed her mind.

Now we can't keep her off of it... woe is me when we go through the garage to get to the car! There is no glue stronger than my daughter's grip on the handlebars of this trike.

She is now 26 months old, and we've twice made the requisite adjustments to the trike (very quick and easy if you take the safety handle off and flip the trike over). She has become very confident riding it with "no touch the bar, daddy" supervision... even with the occasional two-wheeled turn while going down the neighbor's hill.(Don't buy the hype... sharp turns at speed will cause this trike to overturn, just like any other trike will.)

Best of all, a few spins around the block gets her tired, and with good timing, that means more time for daddy and momma to be together ;-D

1-0 out of 5 stars difficult to assemble, broke
This trike was complicated to assemble. The handlebars keep breaking loose from the front wheel due to a poorly designed attachment mechanism. Some of the plastic assesories quickly broke off but they were not much use anyway. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun toy for my bouncing little girls!
We bought this Rock 'N Bounce Pony for my youngest daughter's first birthday a month and a half ago.We got it because she LOVED to jump in her doorway Jumpster.Since she is such a bouncer, I thought this toy would be great for her current age.

She does enjoy the toy, but only in small doses. She might jump for a minute, then she's ready to get off. That's why I only gave it 4 overall stars instead of 5.I think I'm more excited about the toy than she is, although she does like it.

At first we attached the "support seat" and that worked fine. However, we also have another daughter, age two years and eight months. She REALLY wanted to jump, too, so we let her.(It states that the toy is for ages 9 months through age 3).She kept getting stuck in the support seat, so we removed it altogether. Now my oldest can bounce to her heart's content with no problems. The youngest needs help getting on and off anyway, so it works out fine that we took it off.I sit there beside her during her jumping and rocking, so there is no fear that she will fall off.I wish I could take the support on and off easily to better accomodate each child, but it requires a screwdriver.Obviously, there's no way I'm screwing the seat in then taking it off every time the other child wants to bounce.

I would recommend this toy for children ages 9 months to age 2.If the child is over 2 I'd be cautious about buying because they might be too big.My older daughter has almost outgrown it.(The seat is on the small side.)

The toy is well made and looks like it will last for years. My husband assembled it easily.Radio Flyer brand has been around for a long time, so I trust their good name for a quality product.

Overall, I'm glad we got this toy.Buy it if 1) your child really enjoys bouncing and 2) you plan to have more than one child. That way you'll get your money out of it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect for a baby
Our little one is ten months old and she LOVES this horse. We still have to stand by her but at least we don't have to hold her the whole time. This is her favorite one right now out of the three that she has. :)

5-0 out of 5 stars Best rocking horse for 1 year olds and up.
My son loves his rocking horse. We got the toy for him as a Christmas gift and he rides it at least once a day.
My son is now almost 15 months old so I removed the waste
harness, as he showed interest in getting on and off himself.
It also works as a great replacement for a swing, since babies outgrow those so quickly.Several times he has rocked himself to sleep on his horse.

Very durable and safe, easy to assemble. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars My boy LOVES IT!
My son got it for his 3rd birthday & loves it. He can move it & operate it just fine. He puts things in the scoop & pretends to dump them. Great for his age group. GREAT FOR THE PRICE!!! The track comes off easily, but goes right back on. May not stand up to much abuse. The size of your toddler could be an issue. If your toddler is big for his age, this ride on may be too small. My son is around 35 lbs & it works well for him.

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect for 2 yr old boy
I purhcased this for my (...) nephew, he absolutely loved it! My (...)daughter loved it too. Perfect for ages 1 1/2 to 3. Very easy to ride.

4-0 out of 5 stars fun but should take out lock and wear shoes
My 2 year old was so excited to get on this big toy and the thrill is still lasting. There is a review in here that gives very simple instructions to make this toy playable. The arm locks and is difficult even for adults to unlock however It is so simple to fix this it is well worth the effort. If I did not read that review and did not know how to unlock arm I would not like the toy much and it would frusterate kids. So take my advice find that review on how to disable thr red lock mechanism and it is a great toy. The process takes all of four minutes. Enjoy ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great 1st timer
We bought this for my daughter's 1st birthday which was yesterday. She loves to climb on and off of it just after 1 day.She can't push the button herself yet but likes for us to push it so she can ride. She did accidently push it once and laughed when it started moving. After she realized the button made it move she pushed it and let off several times and laughed about it.I think she will really enjoy it this summer when she knows how to make it go on her own.

1-0 out of 5 stars Not what I expected.
I have a 19 month girl and purchased this toy for her 1st birthday. She loves to push things around. However, this toy does not steer, so she won't push it. And it is too wide for her to really scoot around on. She has way more fun with the $8.00 stroller I bought for her baby doll. I would not purchase this toy again.

5-0 out of 5 stars Multi-friendly
These parents of twins are happy with the hippo as a first birthday gift.Even though they were 11 weeks early (which makes them about 9 1/2 months size), they are trying to walk. The hippo does not get ahead of them while pushing in the walker set up.Other walkers we tried at friends' homes would roll too fast and they would fall forward. The gobble action works on carpet or hard floors. The wheels work well enough on carpet for my daughter to continue pushing when my son crawls on top.Any toy that can stand up to these two day after day is a good buy.

5-0 out of 5 stars "IPPAUW" works WONDERS
** This gobble n' go hippo or my sons way of saying it, "IPPAUW" (This is Pronounced IP and then Ow (like what you say when you get hurt ;) )...is their favorite new toy. Our sons are just starting to stand up (8 months old) and they LOVE peek-a-blocks (we have the wagon, giraffe, hippo, dumptruck, circus set, incrediblock, and shape sorter! they LOVE them ALL). But this hippo is one of their (and my) favorites!
** They squeal when ever they play with it. But I dont really recomend it for wobbly babies, mine are but I have a little technique. My twins seemed very fustrated that they couldnt run and walk like every one else. So they hold onto the couch and then sort of push it alon (with me holding their waist) I think with this help that they are really improving.
** They even love to watch "IPPAUW" gobble the blocks, which I have to say he does surprizingly well, maybe I just got lucky with a good one! I also like that the inside of his mouth is very soft so I dont have to worry about curious hands getting "gobbled" and then hurt.
** What I really love about this is that its stable, (although it doesnt turn too well), yet as another reviewer said, having swivel wheels may just make it harder for a new walker to start taking those first steps. It will be a great and fun way for my babies to learn to walk. I can see no way that this toy could be harmful, it moves well on our carpet, and it doesnt move too fast on tile for a shakey toddler. Its a very stable ride-on too, but I would NOT suggest you ride it outside
** Even my 3 year olds LOVE "Mr. Hippo". They love to ride him all over the house because "Mr. Hippo" is one of the few riding toys allowed in the house. My 3 year olds also think its a lawnmower ever since they saw one at a friends house, and since we only have one shopping cart they use it for that too, and, its so great to see their little imaginations at work, they pretend that they are taking their pet hippo on a walk! All the neighborhood kids LOVE him, even my twins daycare cot one!
** This hippo also gobbles more than peek-a-blocks wich all my kids think is even MORE hilarious, he gobbles other blocks, balls, and whatevers in its path, my 3 year olds say that his tummy is always very full!
** Since we have DOZENS, and I mean dozens, of peek-a-blocks, its a great place to store them other than the toychest (where they always end up on the bottom).
** But what really surprized me was that this hippo excited my sons so much that after hearing us reapeat the word "hippo" over and over again, they said "IPPAUW"!. I was SO excited, (even though they still didnt say "mommy" lol). This is an amazing acomplishment being that they could only say daddy, yummy, and "nehmo" (elmo).
** Its great to see all 4 of my kids enjoying a toy, and I know this will be a key factor in walking because my friends 13 month old gave it a 'spin' and whenever she ended up in a corner, wall, or piece of furniture, she would just stand there and look at us and say " uh-oh"... so cute. (she couldnt walk alone yet)
** Bravo for the Gobble n' Go Hippo for teaching cause and effect, walking (eventually), riding and SPEACH!

5-0 out of 5 stars WOW!
We needed two tricycles for my 21 month old twin sons. We had a different one but it wouldnt grip the sidewalk, it was loud, and it would tip over if a feather landed on it, we chose this trike at TRU and are SOOO happy we did!

WE wanted one with air tires that could grip anysurface, one that had a handle, one that had a basket, and one that could grow with my sons. This trike also had free-wheeling so now my sons feet didnt get scratched when we were just pushing them. We purchased the little foot rest for them too so they wouldnt need to rest their feet on the pedals. The air tires griped onto the street perfectly, they were really really sturdy too and would not tip over wevn with two toddlers! We purchased a kettrike push bar which really worked wonders and we bought a basket for the front handle bars, it was perfect for my boys! About the only accesorry not compatable with the Air Happy is the tandem insert, but thats a small price to pay for the air tires. The seat is also adjustable and it can fit ANY toddler up to about 5 or 6 years old!

We have used these trikes EVERYWHERE and they aren't too big to fit two in the trunk of my escolade. We have used these in Manhatten at Nannas house, in the park, on the boardwalk, dogwalks, around town, to barb-e-ques, and anywhere where these would be fun to have around! My sons still use strollers but this trike is great too, and they are really learning how to steer well and pedal! Theres no tricycle out there that is better than the Air Happy (except maybe the Air Jumbo)...

5-0 out of 5 stars Good trike
I bought this trike for my 15 months old little girl for her Christmas.Santa decided to give it to her 2 months early and she was very excited.Based on many reviews all over the internet, I know I am going to buy a Kettrike.I wanted air tyres, so it was down to either the Air Happy or the Air Jumbo.

I decided to go with the Happy because of the included push bar and the seat adjustment. My wife was a bit disappointed that it does not have a tilt bucket at the back but I got the basket attachment in the front to compensate that. The trike was fun to put together and the ball bearing wheels are very smooth. The free wheeling works very well.I have also bought the Little Foot rest, a seat belt and a bell from Kettler. My little girl stuck her foot between the bar and the front wheel once and she cried but I guess I should have put shoes on her first plus she wasn't padding, so her feet could go anywhere.Since that incident, I put shoes on and she learned to have her feet stayed on the little foot rest.

I used the push bar and it was very easy to steer even though it does not navigate like the Happy Navigator. My little girl is a lot taller and bigger than most kids her age and the seat seems to be a bit small on her but it works fine. The Air Jumbo has a bigger seat but it is not adjustable. At any case, I think the adjustable frame could work in the Air Jumbo to compensate the lack of seat adjustment. In addition, the Air Happy is said to accommodate a child up to 5 years old and the Air Jumbo is only up to 4.

My duaghter likes her trike very much and I can't wait for her to learn that she could steer and paddle this trike herself one day. Both my baby and I are very happy with the trike.

5-0 out of 5 stars Quick N EZ - Best Buy
I am an avid cyclist who needed to maximize my time in the saddle by including my son on my rides. I searched all the brands from Wike on down to the Schwinn's and Insteps. I am a big believer in the right equipment for the right job.

Value:
This trailer although it may not last forever, it should last a long time and is well worth the money spent; $79 at Target. Especially compared to trailers at $300 and up. Bottom line is how much do you bike, and how frequently will you use the trailer?

Durability:
I used it for the second half of last season (2004) and it still looks new and has little wear. I put approximately 1000 miles on it so far. On days where my son is not with me I load it up with approx. 65lbs of weight (50lb bag of charcoal and a case of Poland Spring water)and use it as a trainer. This weight approximates two small children and it holds up just fine.

Fun Factor;
My son loves going out on rides with me. It has a small pouch/cup holder sewn on each side of the interior, great for a sippy cup and a bag of snacks. It also has a trunk of sorts in the back. A flap that has snaps all around the perimeter of the rear, big enough to put an extra change of clothes and picnic things, or sand toys if you are visiting a playground on your journey.

Safety;
It comes with a basic small reflector on the bottom left of the rear. My opinion is this is not visible enough, get yourself a blinking reflector type light, approx. $10-15 in any bike shop.Mounting it may be a bit tricky, I cut the fabric at the bottom and clamped it on to the frame. It also comes with that neon orange flag, which can be spotted a mile away. And the base colors of blue and yellow stand out pretty good too. The harness,/hinge is a spring (with a safety cable through the center of the spring) that flexes, if you lay the bike down the trailer stays upright. The spring also flexes when you are riding to absorb some of the shifting of weight when your little guys move around back there, making it more comfortable that solid connections.

Pros:
1) Price, $79, you can't beat the price/value anywhere.
2) Quite, I'm used to a bike that makes no noise, and this did not let me down.
3) Bright colored fabric, help you to be seen, along with the neon orange flag.
4) Your own personal cheering team to "Go faster Daddy", and you really can't beat that!

Cons:
1) Floor is made from same fabric as the main compartment, this might be the first failure in the unit as my son gets bigger and heavier. Some more expensive models use a plastic tray as a base.
2) Needs a better light in the rear.
3) Once you get your child one of these , you will not be able to go for a solo ride anymore without dealing with tears and pleads to go "ridin" too.

One very important recommendation, after you install your hardware and hook up the trailer, do yourself and your child a favor and put something heavier than your child in the back. Then ride it for a good long ride. Do a few panic stops, brake on corners, get used to the weight back there, it is very different than what you are used to without it. Don't learn while your little Man or Lady is back there.

Be safe and ride till your legs fall off.

Dave

4-0 out of 5 stars Family outings are a breeze!
We live in an area where we can bike to pretty much everyting, and we were a little concerned about using a traditional child "seat" on our bikes. This trailer has turned out to be a fantastic addition, well worth the money. We have had our son in it since he was 7 1/2 months old (he is now 18 mos) and we have used it to bike to breakfast, to the store, etc. There is plenty of storage room in the back, and the shield is great for misty/windy days. I wouldn't recommend using it with infants unable to hold themselves up well, as the harness is not that strong, but once they can sit up without support the trailer is great! We have no worries about our son toppling out in case we were to fall (which has happened, and the trailer stays upright), either. Enjoy it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent Buy!
My dh and I have been researching the different types and brands of infant/toddler bike trailers out there for several months. All along I kept looking at this Instep Quick 'n EZ trailer and thinking it was the best out there. Not only did I find it to constantly receive high marks on quality, but I also found it to be quite inexpensive. Not cheap and shotty, just not nearly as expensive as some of the other makes and models. After all our research, we decided on this trailer, and so my dd received it for her 1st birthday a couple of weeks ago. And let me tell you, we have NOT been disappointed with our choice. The trailer is very well made, extremely easy to put together/take apart, a cinch to attach, and even easier to pull. There is plenty of room in the trailer for us to stash our daughter's bottles, a diaper and wipes (incase she needs a change), and couple of toys for her to play with along the way. The 5pt harness is a breeze to work and leaves no question as to weather baby is in securely or not. This is definately a great trailer to own!! We give it 2 Thumbs Up and 5 stars across the board! :D ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars So much Fun
We have this car for my Grandson who is 1 yr old. He has so much fun with it, we have a hard time getting him to get off. He learned how to make it move very quickly. The wheels could be alittle more heavy duty for driving in the grass and on gravel.
I think the size of the car is more suited for 1 to a small 2 year old. 3 year olds would be to big to sit in the seat, unless they are unually small for their age.

3-0 out of 5 stars son loves but read before buying
My son and I absolutely love this car.He was so excited when he first got into it (he's 1).There are only two problems with it though- there is no on/off switch, so even when he's not in it he can press the button and make it go.Well that's not good because he rolled over his feet once and the second time he was leaning against it and pressed the button and it dragged him and caused him to fall. The other thing also is that the sides aren't high enough so he sticks his feet out of the sides. Also, if your child is tall (mine is 31 inches) they may not fit comfortable in the car.

5-0 out of 5 stars My Son Loves This Car!!
My son cruised around wal mart for about an hour in the tot rod before I actually decided to buy it for him for his birthday. He just turned 1 and absolutely loves it! I have to pry him out of it. He's the envy of all the neighborhood kids!!

The SUV of wagons, the Radio Flyer Discovery Wagon--in traditional redwith the familiar Radio Flyer logo on each side--features everything thatexplorative, toy-hauling kids need for getting around in style. The 8-inchdiameter, solid rubber wheels support a durable, 3-foot-long plastic wagon thatcan tote up to two small kids--or a full load of beach or yard toys--inside itsroomy coach. 5-0 out of 5 stars Sturdy, Fun, Worth the money
Last Spring my husband and I bought this wagon for an up and coming camping trip for our then 1 1/2 year old and our 3 1/2 year old. This wagon is a lot of fun.It has a compartment to put drinks or other items in. The sides are nice and high so no one can fall out and it is wide enough for them to sit with their legs crossed. It also has a high clearance which we were shocked by.We were able to go over curbs and high dirt area's with no problem. The handle is nice and long so your not bending down to pull the wagon. It isn't metal so you don't have to worry about paint chipping, scratches or dents. It wipes clean or you can just hose it off. The sides come off so you can store it easier or put it in your trunk or storage compartment on your RV. You can also use it to move around other things besides children. We use it to move around bags of dirt, potting soil, wood chips, etc. in the back yard. This isn't a small wagon that they will grow out of any time soon. We are very happy with this wagon and would suggest buying it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Worth Every Dollar!
We did quite a bit of comparison shopping when choosing this wagon for our son's first birthday. Although it was expensive - we liked this wagon for its size (it can easily pull 3 kids), storage compartment, cup holders, and easy ride. It ha sgone on trips all over the neighborhood, even on vacation to the beach - where I personally had no issues pulling it across the sand loaded w/ baby, towels, etc. As for it's durability, my husband even used it temporarily as a 2nd wheelbarrow to move bricks until I caught him in the act. The plastic (which is very tough stuff) wasn't even scratched! We love this wagon and expect to enjopy it for many years to come.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great wagon for kids and dogs too !
We just got this wagon and we have not stopped using it, not only does my son love it, our dogs love it too! We have two Boston Terrier Dogs who love sitting it in and they love going for walks in it. That is how roomy this wagon is - you can fit a child and two dogs! It keeps my son busy watching the dogs so we are all happy. It also fits two children very comfortably as we used it when he friend came over last week, they were both so content, they seemed to really enjoy the smooth ride and the room they both had ! I would recommend this to anyone, I know we are going to get a lot of use out of this one !I really liked this wagon because my son is only 14 months and I was concerned about him bumping his head on the old fashioned kind, this one is great ! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars I love this trike
This is the best trike ever.I had a radio flyer, but it was so heavy, my 2 1/2 year-old son could bearly make it go, could hardly reach the pedals, and he never wanted to use it.Now that he has this trike, he loves riding it.He can go really fast on it, so he really feels a sense of accomplishment, demonstrated by the huge smile on his face when he rides. It doesn't tip over easily like the other trike either. One note, he is on the tall side, but we still had to use the smallest settings in order for him to reach the pedals.Lots of room to grow with this trike, but someone younger than 2 1/2 may not be able to reach the pedals at first.Once they can reach, though, it is very easy to pedal. I highly recommend this trike, and what a great price!

4-0 out of 5 stars Tricycle
This trike was particularly nice for riding indoors in the basement. It is small enough to fit around furniture and through doorways.

5-0 out of 5 stars Nice Trike!
We bought this Trike for our son for Christmas. We saw this same trike for $60 in a local store. It went together pretty easily. The trike is good sized, which with our tall 2 yo son, has been a problem with other riding toys.He actually has room to grow and we didn't even have to place the seat at the tallest point. It is easy for him to push the pedals and he can go pretty fast. The tires slip a little on the asphalt occassionally and sometimes he gets going so fast that his feet can keep up with the pedals. But the trike is VERY stable, doesn't tip, and is very sturdy.I would recommend this to others! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Long Life
I bought this bike for my eldest daughters 1st birthday ,when they first came out, about ten years ago! My youngest children, 4 and 3 love to ride it and it is still in great condition. It is so easy to ride and fun to push the kids when we go for walks. My son just got a fancy trike for his 3rd birthday and he still prefers to ride this one. His other one has heavy rubber tires making it harder for little ones to learn to petal. I am going to by one for my nephew for his 2nd birthday!

4-0 out of 5 stars Love this car
We got this car for our 14 month daughter for Christmas after researching the market to see what all is out there. We liked this one the best because we could push her around for walks and take the bottom out and let her push herself around. The buttons are fun for her to push, but her favorite is the conertable canopy she pulls it up and down and plays peek-a-boo with us.It was orginally going to be used for outside, but was compact enough to use inside during the cold months. She loves this car!She is now 18 months old and can get in and out of it by herself to let us know that she is ready to "drive the car".I like walking outside with her with this verses her wagon because you push instead of pull, so she is in front of me where I can watch her.

5-0 out of 5 stars Toot, Toot!
My 21 month old son loves this car. He received it as a Christmas gift and at first I wasn't too thrilledbecause we have a wagon we really enjoyed, and I figured that he would quickly lose interest in the car and it would end up ignored and taking up precious space. However - much as I enjoy our wagon - this has several advantages. The car is both sturdy and easy to handle. It manuevers around corners with great ease. In fact on inclimate days - we have been known to use it in the house w/out fear of bumping into walls because it turns so easily. I am also happy that my little one is seated in fron of me - unlike the wagon. This makes it much easier to see if he has tossed a sippy cup, pacifier, is about to lose his hat, or is attempting to stand up. These things are not always readily apparent when we use the wagon and he's being pulled behind me. Finally, our son loves pretending to drive. He turnes the steering wheel, honks the horn, and waves at all passers by!

First off it was sooo hard to put together and then it was cracked on the bottom so i had to send it bac and when i got the new one together it was not at all what i expectited!! The radio is horrible! - the handle that is suppose to let me push her stinks cause the front wheels go whereever they want to not where i want - and the same when she is trying to push it with her feet while she is in it. Snails have never ranked up there with horses in terms of animals kids are itching to ride on. But Stanley might be in a position to change a generation’s mind regarding these garden critters. He’s done up in bright reds, blues, and greens and sports little stripy antennae as he stands sturdily on wooden rockers. Stanley’s soft padded seat is also quite solid and features a seat belt so kids can ride in comfort and parents can feel confident knowing that their little ones have the most help available in staying upright. I bought this rocker for my nephew,he is a year old and he loves it.This rocker is the safest I have seen. The babies fit right into a cushioned seat.It is just great.

1-0 out of 5 stars Absolute RIP OFF
This has got to be the worst purchase I have made since my daughter was born. Not only does this "rocking" snail not have a seat belt it DOES NOT rock. The wooden rocking legs are built so that the snail can't rock back and forth and there is a divet in the legs so that it only allows for a short jerking motion. If you turn the snail on get ready because anytime anyone walks in the room the snail plays you are my sunshine. Very annoying and very useless toy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great fun
We bought this for our daughter when she was seven months old, and she loved it.She enjoys it more now at nine months.Children that visit us love the snail too.Recently we had a fourteen month old over that couldn't get enough. Our three year old niece even looks forward to coming over so she can ride the snail. The song is very cute, and the kids are so proud when they can make it go on their own.It is very safe and doesn't rock too wildly even if they try!I love that the seat has a back to it, but watch they little ones because they can still make a break for it.This is a high quality toy, and well worth it. ...
