Great Fun at last!!!!
Finally a toy for my grandson that "is a gift that keeps on giving". He plays for hours with the entire Geotrax set developing coordination, imagination, and creativity. This is a keeper for all kids.

Thanks Fisher Price for bringing back trains .....

The Geotrax Super-Barn
This Geotrax addition is a wonderful piece that really shows the imagination that runs so strongly through this toy line.The barn comes with a length of straight train track and a new train car.Also included are a bale of hay and a tractor crossing sign.But that is not the real charm of this toy.



The weather vane can be turned to open a side door on the barn.A conveyor in the barn is operated by turning a handle on the side.If the side door is open, the bale of hay will be conveyed out that door.If it is closed, then the bale will make its way to the front door.



The base for the barn is full of the typical Geotrax embellishments.There is a cabbage patch, a crate of corn cobs and other farm items dot the surface.



A fun toy and my kids love it.Typical durable construction added to ease of use make this fun for children as young as two (my youngest) although it is labeled 2 ½ +.If you have a Geotrax setup, you will love this addition.

This is an excellent product.

It goes very well with the whole system. It hooks under the tracks like some of the other pieces.

In regards to the previous review (no harm intended), but I don't know of any trains that drive through farms.

Having the Freightway Transport Truck makes the farm even better. The side of the car pops open to let the hay into or out of the farm.

My 2 year old loves it. He has no problem working it.

Excellent and long-lasting
When my son, a Thomas fan since age 1.5, asks for a toy it is always an engine from the Thomas series.Toby is one of his favorite.Toby is a tram engine, one of the most good natured engines in the Thomas stories.While the toy does not have any interactive and fancy features, it gives my son the opportunity to relive his favorite Thomas stories.

For that reason, Toby and any of the other engines make excellent gifts to any 2+ year old.

Beautiful Tram Engine
Toby is a tram engine. There are a lot stories about him, like Toby sadly retired until one day Sir Tophem Hatt found that he is a very usefulengine; Toby helped Mavis the little diesel out of trouble; Toby and Percytogether made a kind joke at Thomas about the ghost train; etc. There isalso a beautiful song about him. My three little children like him becausehe is very special. They often fight for the ownership. I wonder if Ishould buy two more of this. I do have five Thomas engines. Water Logger
Theboat is fun for about 15 min then it gets water logged. It goes about 7 mph but gets water logged very fast. Don't buy it its a waste of money.

Slow but good control
Pros: Batteries last for hours. Turning is very responsive with good control. Good range considering price. Nice asthetically pleasing design. RC controller uses one 9V battery.

Cons: Slow.. about regular walking pace. Only one propeller driven. Poor or No turning control when going in reverse. Can't use with rechargable packs only "AA" batteries and it takes 6 of them.

Conclusion: This boat is a lot of fun even though it is quite slow. This boat would be perfect for children with no experience with RC boats. It gives great control and at an affordable price.Adults will have fun too but will want more speed.

Nice boat for kids

Fun, Fun, Fun!
My son received this as a gift for his second birthday, and he LOVES it.He likes cars and trucks of all kinds, but this is by far his favorite; he is happy to sit and play with it for 20 minutes (or more), which is an eternity for a 2-year-old.

We like it because it has 3 volume levels, plus an "off" setting, and even the loudest level isn't obnoxious.If your little toe touches that garage, it's bound to set off one of the noises, but the sound effects are fun and endurable, even after the millionth hearing.

In spite of its sound effects and movable elevator, this isn't a high-tech toy that plays itself while the child watches.I really like this garage because it encourages pretend play, and when my son is a little older, he'll be able to adjust the ramps himself in various formations.For now, it's fun to watch him start to predict where the cars will go when they slide down ramps, or in and out of the elevator.I wish there were more ramps and ways to configure them, but for a toddler, it's plenty of variety.

We also got the Mega Blocks Fast Track toy (which is nice because we can use some of those ramps and supports to add to the garage), and the Mega Blocks Farm.Both of these are fun, but the garage is the clear favorite in our house.

The set very sturdy and durable, too, even though it gets dragged onto the couch and table and into various rooms.Another big bonus is that it doesn't come with tons of small removable pieces that end up adding to the clutter because you can't remember what pieces go with which toy.I am so happy when I find toys he loves that don't require extensive clean-up or inspire migraines after their use.

I would recommend this toy for cars & trucks afficionados--lots of fun!

Fun toy for my 16 month old
My son already has the Mega Bloks wagon so we wanted to get him something he could build upon.He loves to send the car up and down the ramp.I like how it has 3 different sound settings for volume so if it's too loud we can turn it down.My husband likes to move the ramp all around and make the car jump off of it.

HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS!
We couldn't WAIT to take this toy out of the package!We already own the Fast Tracks toy from Mega Blocks which also has ramps and such - so naturally since we had so much fun with the first one we had to tear into the second!There are so many fun interative elements to this toy - the elevator makes noise as you lift it up, the elevator car-floor spins, and then lifts so you can dump your trucks down the ramp.It also makes fun noises while you lift and lower the elevator.The garage door opens and makes noise as well - it's fun to "park" your truck in the garage.The car wash section makes fun bubbly noises and then a noise that sounds like the dryer that you drive through at the real car wash.When you drive your truck into the elevator, it even makes the classic "ding ding.... ding ding" when you drive up the ramp.The only down side to this toy as with the Fast Tracks toy - is that there just aren't enough ramps.You can only build one full size ramp that goes from the top of the toy to the floor --- major bummer in my book.My son is learning how to lift gently to make the elevator go up, how to spin the elevator car-floor, how to build the cars, how to build the ramps - and he's doing it all by himself - but mommy just HAS to get in there too because it's really a fun toy.Even after he's gone to bed and I'm cleaning up toys, I find myself running the cars down the ramps as I clean!FUN FUN FUN!!!! ... Wonderful alternative to play doh
This is a wonderful alternative to play doh.It is fun, and easy to clean up.It is also an awesome toy to build creativity.My four children, ages 10,8,5,& 2, spend hours playing with it and the other sandboxes. What a fun toy!
My 3 year old son received this for his birthday this weekend.He hasn't stopped playing with it since we opened it up.I agree with the previous reviewer that the track feels kind of flimsy, but so far my boys have twisted the track a few times and it doesn't seem any worse for the wear.My 3 year old has no problem reseting the springs by himself. Rolling up the track when he is finished has been "mom's job" though.I think my favotite thing about this toy is that 2 cars race side by side, so both my boys can play together and so far NO ARGUMENTS!!! A toy they can actually share! Man, I'd pay double just for that added perk! Another awesome feature is that the track rolls, up and the toy becomes incredibly compact with storage for 2 cars.Overall, a great toy for your little car fanatic and a good deal for the money.

Portable fun
We bought this for our almost 3 year-old son and he loves it. He's a big car fan, and since this item is so compact he can take it and his case of cars to grandma's house. The track is fairly cheap, but it has withstood a 3 year-old so we can't complain. The "set" is designed to work like a tape measure, able to be rolled up when not in use, the track lies flat, and the unit has storage for 2 cars (not included). they love them!
My 2 year old son received this truck as well as the dump truck and cement mixer for xmas. These are by far his favorite toys! There big enough for play, defintely sturdy enough for rough and tumble play and no sharp edges. I will absolutely be buying the rest of the riggz for his birthday. My five year old twins love playing with them too, when their little brother lets them of course.

Great Rugged Tow Truck
My son loves this truck - it is durable, works great on carpet, wooden floor and he enjoys playing with it in his sand box as well! Well worth the money spent on it!!

Waste of money....
It does not have anything interesting in it for kids. Just a silly "Honk". I dont know how it could be educational, fun and

Thomas Train Cases will do for now.
Yes, the train cases are made of thin metal. They could be priced a little better than what they are. They do bend easily and the latch does come off. But until the Thomas people come up with something better, this case organizes both my sons trains for the time being.

Thomas Trains do not fit in case
The wooden Thomas the Tank Engine trains do not fit in this case.The case is way to small for the trains to fit in.I would not recommend anyone buying this item.It is just a brightly painted metal box, that doesnt serve any useful purpose.The manufactor should be ashamed for false advertising.

Mom is a Neat Freak ~
I purchased this Train Case for my son last Christmas, (age 6).It is very sturdy, with handle.I like that all the trains can be put into one place and carried away simply/easily.Those moms like myself, when your child has finished playing, there is now a place for them to put their trains in.The 'metal' case is a great added bonus, the trains have the magnetic ends and they easily go into case.Next play time, the trains are all in one spot. I am not able to give a good review on this truck because you did not advertise that this would not have the 6v battery & charger with it. I have never bought a radio control vehicle that did not include the battery & charger in it. Including but not limited to the tyco r/c batman car at christmas. If you had informed me then I could have ordered one now I have to go try to find one. This was very poor business on your part.

Great race track
I put it together in 10 minutes. It was awesome!!! I had this as a kid, and bought it to play with my daughter. It's as cool as it was 25 years ago. The cars fly!!!!

Cheap track
My son (almost 3) loved this toy.He loved putting the track together as much as he loved playing with the cars on the track.However, the ends of the plastic pieces where they join together are not very durable.The edges kept breaking off and then the track would not stay together.I tried super gluing the pieces back on, and it just did not stay together.I ended up throwing the track in the garbage, and my son just plays with the cars.I would not reccomend buying this item.Buy something more durable.

No fun

Not the best for the price
I bought this for my three-year-old son for Christmas, and before he had even played with it for two minutes, the cab with the crane part was broken at the point where it snaps on to the flatbed. For $55, I feel this is a cheaply made product. The plastic is flimsy and the parts are not durable. However, he does like it, although it is frustrating for him to have to constantly try to put the cab and crane back on the flatbed portion. I would not recommend this product because there are so many more well made trucks and machines out there for 1/2 the price or less./

Pricey for a Plastic Toy
My son got this as a Christmas present and absolutely loves the truck.The only "issue" I had with the toy was that it was all Plastic for toy with so high a price tag.His Tonka trucks are 1/2 the price and are metal.He soes love it and plays with it often.

a mixed bag
my kids begged for a logging truck after watching the "House Construction Ahead" video that includes footage of cool logging machines. Our Brio garbage truck has been so durable (they RIDE the thing, for heavens sake) that I figured this would be bomber as well. However, the pick-up claw broke after 10 minutes (on christmas morning, ouch). The company cheerfully replaced the broken piece, but that also broke after a couple days. The claw was never easy for little hands to manipulate - sized more for a grown-up and causing much toddler frustration - so I never bothered replacing it again. But the rest of the truck keeps going and going. My kids are now nearly 40 pounds and they have ridden it with their full weight daily for nearly a year now. I think its indestructible.
