Really Expected More
Santa brought Annabelle to our 4 year old daughter for Christmas.The milk in the Magic milk bottle was dried up upon receipt.Because of it being the week of Christmas we opted to keep the doll and exchange the bottle.The people at Zapf creations were quite curteous, but very disorganized.After several phone calls we did recieve the replacement bottle 6-8 weeks later. You can imagine for a 4 year old it could have been a year; our daughter was very concerned because she was convinced the baby was hungry as there was no milk in the bottle!We tried to find one locally, but they were out of stock everywhere we looked.

After about 2 wks a square piece came off of the back of the bdoll's skull.This was really quite frustrating.As you can imagine at this point we still didn't have a bottle.We were feeling very disappointed as we felt we had paid a premium price for a special toy from Santa along with many of the accesories for our daughter and it really didn't seem to be measuring up to our expectations.

The doll is very cute and her movements are life-like; although, you can hear the mechanism when she drinks the bottle, but this doesn't seem to bother our daughter.My greatest disappointment was in the clothes.The outfits are nearly the cost of real baby clothes, and made very cheaply in my opinion.Several of the outfits we bought were made of terry and the balled up right away.The fact that the closures are velcro just made it worse as the velcro sticks to all the clothes when you store them and they begin to look ragedy almost immediately.

Should I buy this doll?
Its my Birthday in 5 more days,I know that my family members will give me money and im planning to buy baby annabell.Im going to turn 12 i know im kinda of old for baby dolls but hey there fun.I bought a rock a bye chou chou and i love it but i want another baby so i want annabell.It has mouth movement which i think is AWESOME.I read all 100+ reviews some i was touched and some well....not touched.There was one review where there was a 12 year old girl who was going to recieve this doll she made everything for her babyAnd she loved the baby when it came.Im pretty positive i will buy annabell if so i will write a review after my purchase

This is a must that you have to put in your shopping trolley. She is amazing. Baby Annabell is a very realistic doll with a cute romper set with a matching hat and sheep toy. She comes with a magic milk bottle and cute dummy on clip. She does many things, including) cry, drink and burp just like a new baby. All children would get so many hours of use out of her. If you are expecting a baby or are planning one this is a lovely doll to choose for your already born child, girl or boy. They can play with Baby Annabell and feel that they are being a little mum/dad too. I have the old version and the new white and black versions as I am in love with her. I also have Love me chou chou and baby born which are cool too. Baby Born is the best our of the three dolls but if ur darling has these Annabell is the next best thing. Somewhat disappointed Mom
We bought these dolls as a present for our 6 year old. It was cute at first with all of the little sayings but after a while, our daughter got bored with it. The stroller is not good at all. The straps are hard to put on and they don't stay on for a long time. Overall, don't pay for these dolls full price. It's not really worth it.

I was a sucker!
I bought these dolls for my daughters 4th Christmas.She has now had them for about 1 year 1/2.I paid full price for these dolls when they first came out, so I have many complaints about them.(...)1 1/2 years later they did not last.First, the stroller is junk, as you may all have found out (the straps, the tray pegs, and her seats never stayed on). My main objective with these dolls is the boys head popped off after the first year.Now she did play with her babies as she called them, and she did just that, treated them like babies.She was not rough with them at all.Overall she did love playing with them.I hope all of you have better luck with them.

Baby's head fell off!
I ordered these dolls for my granddaughter a couple years ago.The stroller was just as bad as everyone else has already stated.Now one of the dolls heads has broken off and I can't find the company name to try to get it repaired or replace it, because I've waited until all the clearance dolls were gone to order.If anyone has the box I'd really appreciate the address so I can try to contact the company.Thanks. ... My daughter LOVES her Dora doll!!
My daughter received this as a Christmas gift when she was 8 months old.It was love at first sight.She is now a year old and hugs, kisses and chit chats with her doll.She has dropped the doll a couple of times off of her high chair and the doll is still in superb shape.Plus, the doll's hair is easily combed (as it needs to be after beiing handled by an infant having her lunch).

Disappointed
This toy was OK right up until some body gave Dora an extra manual twist... Now Dora does not twist or dance anymore... That is 50% of the fun.Her vocabulary is very limited. My husband threw away the box the next day and now I can not return it. One positive comment-My grand daughter did learn how to say Pink in spanish.

Love of my daughter's life!
I have a 17 month old daughter who LOVES Strawberry Shortcake.My sister recently purchased this doll for her, and it quickly became her favorite.She LOVES to squeeze her hand and hear the songs that she sings--she claps and dances every time.It's the first toy she pulls out of the toy box almost every morning!!I would definitely say that this toy is great even for ages other than what is recommended.

Great present
My daughter Received this precious little doll for her second birthday.she loves her! We have to take her everywhere. I hope that the outfits hold up good. I have had to wash Annabell's outfit about 6 times in the last 2 weeks.White is not a good color for a 2 year old.lol.Other than that, She is great!

Wonderful Doll
My 4 year old loves her Baby Annabell. She takes it with her every where and she loves to put her to sleep so she can tell her older sister to keep quiet because the baby is sleeping.

Fun & Educational -Wonderful Way To Begin Learning Spanish
Learning a second or third language is easiest when you're young and the process can be lots of fun for children. Little's Lizzie Spanish speaking doll is a terrific way to give a child a head start speaking Spanish. She is a soft, cuddly stuffed doll and when her hands and/or knees are pressed Lizzie will say up to 30 phrases - first in English, then in Spanish. She counts too! The doll is 16 inches high and adorable, dressed in the latest kid's fashions and accessories. Lizzie comes with a translation booklet and a unique password to a website where children can play language games. The doll takes three AAA batteries.

Lizzie is a wonderful and educational gift for children age 3 and up. I have given Lizzie to a cousin's daughter and Ricky, her Spanish speaking male counterpart, to a friend's son. They were saying "uno, dos, tres" and "Hola! Como esta usted?" in no time! Highly recommended.

Disappointment on Christmas
I bought this doll four months before Christmas and stocked it back for my 2 year old for Christmas. When I tried it out on Christmas at 2 in the morning I discovered that my Jeff doll had a split personality and thought he was Anthony. I am still trying to get the toy company to replace this doll. This doll says all the things Anthony is suppose to say. My daughter thinks Jeff is crazy.

We love Jeff!But . . . .
I got my son all 4 of the Wiggles dolls, and since Jeff is his favorite he got him first.

Within minutes I decided to do a little "surgery" on Jeff.He was way too loud, and I knew it would soon get on our nerves, so I removed his battery/speaker pack (which was difficult because it's tightly sewn in).I managed to get it out, and put tape over the speaker, so Jeff now sings in a much more pleasing volume.I have a feeling I'll be doing this to the rest of the Wiggles too.

Second problem - the paint on Jeff's hands is wearing off here and there.Of course this doesn't take away from the fun, but I expected it to be more durable as a Children's toy.

Overall, if someone in your house is a Wiggles Fan, these dolls are a must-have.They say "Hi my name is . . . " and sing a couple songs, my son loves taking Jeff wherever he goes.

Grab Jeff While You Can!
By far, Jeff is the hardest one of the Wiggles to find so when Amazon gets him back in stock, be sure to grab him fast.He sells out pretty fast and I'm glad I got mine while I had the opportunity.These dolls are so great and wonderful for the imagination.Plus, if you have boys, they really are nice to have since there are so many other things out there just for girls.We have all four of these dolls and boy, are they durable and well worth the money.Great buy too! ... Don't buy this toy
I bought 3 of these for Christmas gifts.The one I bought my daughter was broken.They come with a 90 day warrenty but I do my shopping throughout the year so I had already had it for 4 months.The company refused to help me out.Now I have a crying 3 year old and a broken dog with no way of getting a working one as no where around carries these any more.Stear clear of products made by MGA they are very unprofessional when dealing with customer service.I offered them the receipt and pictures showing it wasn't opened before x-mas but they still won't honor it.The dogs that do work sometimes have faulty movements and will start walking without being prompted to walk.I hope that this keeps others from going through what I have.Any decent company would make an exception to the time limit of their warrenty.

Language Littles are so adorable!
It is stated in one of the reviews that Jolie sings "Frere Jacques" when you press her tummy - this is not true. When I read the review I immediately ran over to Jolie [thinking "how could I have overlooked this feature?"] and started pressing her all over her tummy - nothing happened. Maybe the large dolls have this feature.

There are 3 different versions of Jolie [and other select language little dolls]. There is the 8-inch doll that only speaks 4 phrases, the 16-inch doll [like the one listed here] which obviously says more phrases, and the 32-inch doll, which I know nothing about [or where to buy them] only that they exist.

As other reviewers mentioned, these language littles dolls are a great way to introduce a child to a foreign language. Jolie is so cute! I plan to get Yumi, Emma, and Sophie. Even an adult [interested in foreign languages] would love these dolls. I know because I'm one of them! I'm 30 years old. I don't have children [yet], but I would definitely get ALL of the dolls even for myself.

Give Your Child A Great Start!

love the wiggles
Just so others know, I was reading the other reviews and parents complained how its hard for kids to take naps with these dolls, just so everyone knows if you reach in the doll by the battery compartment there IS an on/off switch, its a little hard to find but all 4 dolls and Dorothy and Wags all have the switch in them to turn them off at nap/bed time

Daughter Loves it, We HATE it!
My 2yr old daughter LOVES her Greg doll. She will walk around the house asking "where's greg?" if she can't find it. She will nap with it and treat him as her baby. I think the doll is well made and easy for child to carry around etc. On the flip side it is annoying as all get out and VERY VERY loud. Too loud I think for childrens ears. Since my daughter insists on sleeping with it I take the batteries out at nap/nite time. That is when Greg is in "sleeping mode" I really wish there was an on/off switch in the back under his clothes. I really wish they would lower the volume and maybe add a few more phrases. It's a great doll and she loves it so that is why I rated it so. It is very sensitive that it will go off if slightly touched.

WIGGLING AWAY IN ALABAMA
We are HUGE Wiggles fans here in Alabama... My son LOVES these dolls... he has them all.. My husband says they are his "super hero" of sorts... lol... WHATEVER... dolls..With two boys under two I need a doll that is good for both ages... well the nice thing is the clothes can be removed and washed SOOOOO NICE.. so when the baby spits up on them they don't stink.
BUT the way the shirt velcros in the back is a pain I find myself telling my son Not to remove his clothes... lol.
The ONLY bad thing I can say about this doll is what just about everyone else is saying... HE IS SO LOUD... My son wants to sleep with one every naptime and I just can't risk it.. If he brushes him or rolls over on him I hear him singing in the bed. If only it had an on/off switch... I'D PAY $20 more for it!!

My 5-year-old daughter got all 3 Pop Dreamer dolls for Christmas and LOVES them. I can understand the reviews not being so good if you only have one doll, but when you have all 3, they sing and interact with one another. Open the back people!!!! Switch to turn off and batteries!!
If you own one or all of these dolls for your kids you can change the batteries or turn it off by pulling the velcro seam on the back of the shirt open and the underneath is another velcro seam covering the battery box. Great toy except my Anthony doll thinks he's Jeff.

Anthony Stopped Singing!
My daughter is 2.5 and LOVES the wiggles, like most toddlers.She received 3 of the Wiggle dolls from our sitter and already Anthony stopped "singing."There doesn't appear to be a way to get into the doll to check for batteries or a way to fix the problem.Now my daughter is disappointed that Anthony doesn't sing any longer and insists that someone buy her a new one that works.This problem occurred after only 4 days with the doll. If anyone else has experienced this problem and knows how to fix, please let us know!

My Friend Loves It
I have two little friends who are boys and they LOVE The Wiggles.As far as I know, one of my little friends got this doll for Christmas last year.I reccomend this toy for him if he likes The Wiggles.I also reccomend the Murray doll for him since he went to a Wiggles concert and Murray shook my little friend's hand and made my little friend happy.I reccomend these Wiggles dolls for growing preschoolers because they help with creativity and learning skills.Get your Wiggles dolls today to help your preschooler's developmental skills. ... My daughter loves the ballerina
My daughter is 4 1/2 and loves this doll.She presses the bar to hear the music and gives a "puppet show" of the doll dancing.She really hasn't used the dance mat, but enjoys changing her clothes and dancing her to music.I've never seen the commercial so my expectations were never anything but a TOY.She plays with it and enjoys the bar and music and that's what's important. I would recommend this doll for any child who loves ballerina's.

Cute doll but doesnt dance well!
The doll looks really fun in the packaging but it really is hard to get it to spin and do any dance moves without it falling down. Also all you can do with the bar is press it and it plays music. The doll cant hold on to it or anything. It basically just sits there. Really not much fun.

Nice but annoying
I bought this for my sister's daughter. They are very disappointed, as it needs 6 AA batteries and then 6V battery. After half an hour, it stopped working. It is not at all durable. It is a very nice toy and the baby enjoys it alot as long as it works. I don't recommend this, as it needs too many batteries and it stopped working after one use.

Ni Hao Ling! I started my daughter's Language Littles collection with Ling and she is just adorable. I heard that they had some problems but Ling has been talking perfectly for three years.

A Good Buy
I just received this toy in the mail to give as a Christmas gift in a few weeks. I have to say for under $10.00 this is an impressive toy. Nicely packaged and the doll and toy are a nice size. The remote is shaped as a paw. Quick, order the Shannen with the dalmation before they sell out. Keep in mind this was a regular $35 toy, you can always save it for a future gift.

Our daughter wanted this toy for her birthday and it was her favorite...we were delighted, too because it was one of the few things that she wanted that wasn't about being a brat or about makeup/fashion.
This is a doll that walks a dog! (well, the dog really pulls the doll, but our daughter loves to say that her doll is walking the puppy).You use a remote control "paw" to direct the dog anywhere you want to go.The amazing thing is that the dog runs around (mostly in circles) and the doll doesn't tip over as she follows the dog!We are as amazed as our daughter is.
The nice thing is that you can play with the doll and dog together or you can play with the doll separately and also use the remote control to play with the dog alone.A lot of value for the money.We are all delighted with this doll.I think it will be a big hit at Christmas (by the way, we later saw that they made the same doll with a a dalamation but it was too late for us...that one looks cute, too!) ...
