A brilliant marketing scheme!
Okay so I'm not a sheltering parent by ANY stretch of the imagination, but I don't doubt this toy is the most popular thing to hit the market in years.Why?Becuase highly sexualized toys are always the "coolest" and "hippest" toys out there, just like the highly sexualized and best dressed girls are always the most popular in school. I just couldn'tgive my daughter a doll that looked like the girls who torture other girls in high school...because that's what this toy is!It's a miniature "popular girl" all her own, that will always be the best dressed with the coolest accessories and that will never make fun of her.What a great segue into early sexualization and a life of materialism!And if you think I'm just being alarmist, wait till your baby starts asking for tacky clothes, stretch flare jeans and a cell phone...because face it, they're called "Bratz" for a reason...

WANT CLOE!!!!!!!!!!
Cloe is cool right down to her toes!!!!!!!! I want her. Her pants legs at the bottom are soooooo cool. I think I will like playing with the cell phone. I rated the educational value only five stars because....the only thing it teaching you is to try new things and I think that is reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy important. I think it will be durable because you know....it's not a playset. The only thing that might break would be the snowboard. So overall....five stars takes the cake!!!!! Got Me
Well it's been a year since I bought a few Bratz dolls and the Style Salon for an 11-year-old girl and it's still going strong. I don't understand the attraction but she still plays with them and collects as many accessories as she can get her hands on. She absolutely is crazy about it all. Personally I find them a bit freaky looking and materialistic but then again I'm just an old cantankerous curmudgeon and far removed from the mind and play world of a little girl but the good thing is she still loves them and still plays with them so to me it was an excellent investment. I think all little girls would love a Bratz doll for Christmas but I do not have a clue why. ... Read more

My very first doll
I got this Jade a year ago. Strut It Jade was my ver very VERY first Bratz doll ever. She has pretty clothes and her hair is so silky smooth and fun to brush. You do have to remember to brush her bangs too. I have tons more Bratz now, but this is a very special doll. Buy her now! You will not be sorry.

Bratz Strut It! Jade
This is my third Bratz. She has black hair and brown eyes, but Jade's eyes are supposed to be green! That's why she's named Jade! My doll came wearing a pink shirt, purple skirt, and purple boots. I don't like this outfit very much. Her other outfit is a purple shirt, black pants, tennishoes, a belt, and a pink hat. She also came with a purple and pink purse and a poster. Jade's hair came in braids, but some of her hair came out of them and is sticking up in the front, but I can't take her hair down because I don't know how to put the hairdo back in, so Jade is sitting on my dresser with all the other Bratz with her hair sticking up. Spring Fling Jade
I found this Bratz doll at a toy store in Fort Wayne that sometimes sells older toys. (I also got two old My Scenes there that they do not make anymore.) Jade comes with two outfits, 2 pairs of snap on shoes, and accessories.
She comes wearing a yellow shirt, black pants, a yellow belt with a large silver buckle, a light purple jacket, silver shoes, a silver necklace, and a yellow hat.
She also has a dark pink shirt, blue skirt, and pink shoes. She has lots of jewelry accessories, too. They are: a light blue necklace, a pink and silver braclet, 2 purple bracelets, a yellow bracelet, silver and blue earrings, silver and yellow earrings, a silver and blue hair clip, and a silver and pink bunny hair clip.
She has two purses. One is silver, and the other is shaped like an egg. The egg shaped one is blue. Most of her accessories fit inside. She also has a cute chick necklace for you to wear. It is silver and yellow and matches some of Jade's accessories.
I like the clothes, but this Jade is just okay. Her hair style is too plain for Jade! Also, I do not like the dark blue and brown eyes!

Nice Toy

Yasmin Review
This is a really fun toy. YOu would think IT'S A DOLL! How much fun could that be! You could be learning and getting smart. Well Bratz help preteens well,, and teens escape into the world of imagination and out of the world of makeup and boys. Pluse they are like every girl wants to look, with such cool style. And no I am not the only one that thinks bratz are totally cool. So do my friends! I have 9 bratz all3 fashion packs (old ones, girls) one shoe pack the spa and the car. And everything other than that on my Christmas List! So if you are wondering if this is a good toy.... well no it's not! It's a GREAT TOY!

Not much of a toy
This doll is really cute, but I think it should be for display only. Sure it is kinda fun changing they're clothes, but her hair can be messed up easily, not to mention how hard it is to tie her strings in the back of both shirts! But to tell the truth, it's not educational in any way, unless you call knowing fashion educational!!!! The good thing about her is she's super cute, and she blends in with all the others. She is definitly the best Yasmin doll of all of the Yasmins. Scratch that, she's the best doll of all of the Bratz!

I am a thirteen year old girl and I like to play with this. I don't have a little sister but I like to do people's hair, so this is great for all of you who like to do hair. She doesn't do much more that that, but I find it very fun.

Woah! This is a complete surprise! This is probably the first Bratz doll I've seen that actually looks like a run-of-the-mill tween. She isn't your average over-hyped/plastic surgury from hell/freak of nature that our media has plastered into our eyelids. She looks normal. Her clothes are something you might wear. Her hair is normal blonde, not some platinum, eye-burning, Britney-inspired creation. I love her, and I'm waiting for more normalish dolls.

Not worth the money
I got this for my daughter last Christmas and she became so frustrated with it. My daughter is 6 years old and loves make-up. The make-up that comes with this is awful. It is just gel and glitter, which is hard to clean up and doesn't look that great either. It would be better if it included lipstick, blush and powder eye-shadow. She never did enjoy playing with it and it eventually got tossed. I was very disappointed, because the styling head itself is beautiful. With the right make-up it would be awesome.

WOW!
This doll is soooooooo cool! I'm a BOY and I play with it. If your going to buy a styling head of any variety, NEVER buy one with blond hair or blond streaks! Luckily Yasmin hasn't got any.
When I'm older I want to be a hairdresser and this styling head is great for practising on. Bratz are way better than my scene or Barbie any day of the week! So remember 'THE GIRLS WITH A PASSION FOR FASHON......BRATZ!'

Difficult to clean/Small parts
My 5 year old daughter got this for Christmas and has played with it maybe three times. She is sort of a tom-boy though. It is a really pretty doll and great for a girl that wants to play with glitter, make up or hairstyles. Here are the downfalls based on my personal experience with this toy; the glitter, and make up is very difficult to clean off of the plastic face of the doll and it is very messy and can be spilled easily (reminds me of play doh). The base could be a bit larger or wider, the dolls head is quite large and can easily tip or fall. Also the hair is very straight and has limitations to how a girl can style the doll's hair. If you have another younger child or a baby or even a toddler at home, this toy is is not recommended unless you take away the glitter, make up, and small parts that come with it. Your little girl may think this toy is useless without those items, but she can still brush and play with the hair. ... Read more

Pretty BAD
I got this doll and thought she was lovely......as soon as i got home i got her out, but when i changed her clothes her legs had big black dots on....it was from her dress....the doll is very nice but i wouldnt buy her, one of my friends got this aswell and hers had blacks dots on too. If you like Cloe you should just buy another one because its just not worth the money if this one is faulty.

Cool Fun
this toy is very popular against us kids but.......... its only if you are really into the doll kinds of toys. I used to be a huge fan of bratz now i just think they are cool but not for my age i still collesct them though becuase maybe one time there won't be any and they will be worth a lot of money to those doll collectors out there. Awesome Dana!!
Dana is one of the prettiest formal funk dolls. She has a beutiful dress with silver dots and it's pink! her after party is a pretty green short dress with sparkles! I highly recommend this doll! She's awesome!!!

Bratz Formal Funk: Dana
Dana is a new Bratz girl. She has long brown hair that is in a small bun with hair spray and the rest of her hair is curly. She has light blue eyes, but I do not like the stars in her eyes. They make her look like a Barbie!
Dana comes with two outfits. I got her for Christmas a few years ago and have collected all five Formal Funk Bratz girls, the Runway, and the Limo. Dana is the prettiest of the Formal Funks. Her original outfit is a pink shirt with diamonds on it. A long pink skirt goes with it. There is green underneath the pink layer. It has silver dots all over and a silver bow at the top. A glittery pink wrap, pink gloves, a flower for her wrist, pink prom shoes, a silver crown, and jewelry go with this outfit. Dana's second outfit is a short green dress. A green wrap, green shoes, a green headband, and more jewelry complete the outfit.
Dana also has several small accessorires: pretend makeup, jewelry, two purses (one is pink with silver diamonds, the other is green with a row of blue diamonds), a mannequin and stand to hold the outfit she isn't wearing, a photo book, and sticker photos of the Bratz at the prom. The photo book is actually sort of useless. All you can really do with it is display it with the doll.
I have all six Formal Funks (that includes Nevra) sitting on my desk. I also have a ball of gum I am making behind them, and a few days ago, my cat knocked the Bratz over and Dana and Jade fell into the gum! Gross! Luckily, they still look good, and they did not lose their hair.

The Cutest Thing
I got this Lil' Bratz for Christmas and I was really surprised! I love the car alot and the Dana is ssooo cute! The car comes with tons of little pieces so make sure you put them in a little plastic baggie. The hair needs to be brushed often but the set does not come with brush. For all Dana fans and just in general Bratz fans, buy this Lil' Bratz set today!

Bratz are the best!
My best friend has this doll , and I want her! whenever we play bratz i always ask for her. Her clothes are AWESOME, and I don't think they are setting a bad example because it's not like people would actually want to wear thier clothes! anyway, I LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!!

Shame on MGA, Mattel, and Hasbro as well!
Slave labour was required in China to make this doll.Workers slept 4 hours a day, were trapped in the factories, with temperatures 90 degrees and up, and people dying from horrible conditions.The bunks are messy, the company pays them as little as 13 cents an hour, and the end product is not so hot.The rest of the money is spent on advertsising.This doll falls apart easily, her clothes fall off easily and her tiny acessories get lost easily.Plus the basic concept, part all night is just wrong.I don't care whether or not children are affected by the doll.It's offensive nonetheless, and the dark 'making of' just helps to make it worse.Are you willing to sacrifice human rights in China just so your little girl will have a present underneath the tree?As a Christian family, my parents and I have talked about this almost slave labour, and we've agreed that it would be a great sin to sacrifice your love for your brothers and sisters upon this earth in return for a piece of plastic, which just happens to have a horrible concept attatched to it.what lesson that this toy teach?Nothing - nothing bad; but nothing good either.I'd like to call that money wasted.If you want a good toy, that's made without any almost slave labour, check out the wild anti-fashion doll 'Feral Cheryl.'She'll inspire creativity in your child because she doesn't come with all the outfits for a wardrobe - just a simple skirt and top.Your child can learn to sew clothes for her.

Adult Bratz Fan Review
I love the Bratz, I have lots of Bratz dolls, a few Bratz pillows and a Bratz blanket.I have lots of the Bratz fuzzy posters that I have colored as African Heritage and Ethnicly Biracial and diverse too, more diverse than the ACTUAL Bratz that are offered commercially.I am doing my room all in Bratz stuff.Anyways, I am glad that I read the reviews and that I got the car on clearance for 10.00 at a big box store that starts with a "T" and rhymes with market.It for me was to be just a radio and a centerpiece in my room, now I know I can not play with it as the doors will fall off and my six year old will be very disappointed.Too bad the makers made this poorly.For the original purchase price as one of the reviewers said it SHOULD BE REMOTE CONTROLLED.This is a rip off unless you get it on sale or unless you only want it for a radio and to look at.

I know...she likes pink like Barbie but one Bratz doll has to like pink right???? I think I would have tons of fun with this especially if I got the ski lodge and Koby who has the skis...so they can go on dates! Education value I rated five because it teaches you to try new things and that is really important I think. Don't you? And they are NOT inapprotiate if you play with them properly!!!!!! Really parents...come on!!!!!! I think this toy will be really durable. I especially like her cell phone. She is going to go skiing with Koby every winter weekend! They will hold hands and laugh over a smoothie and then go on the slopes. Then they trudge back to the lodge exhausted and then get some hot chocolate and hit the mall!!!

Where are the ethnic fashion makeover dolls
Why is it that all the Yasmin and Sashas are out of stock or no longer available, but the other Bratz heads are all in stock? Is it because not enough ethnic heads are being made, or they are all sold out and you need to make MORE!My daughter loves the Sasha and Yasmin, but all we can ever locate are Dana, Megan and the others.In this world of diverse friendship groups, kids want toys that represent everyone in their circle.Get with the times!

I dont care what every1 else thinks about this doll. I LOVE it!
Yeah, she may be a little thin on hair at the top, but who cares?
This toy also has layered hair and little blonde streaks at the front.
But the make up is a waste of time because it doesnt really work but still I love her.
So in conclusion:COOL!! L8r dudes!

Uhhgly Bratz head!
I am usually a crazy Bratz fan but when it comes to this, NO WAY! C'mon if u look at the picture u can see how big it's lips are and that!!! It is not very pleasent to look at...soo....if you want a style head, i think u should buy the Barbie primp and polish one.......It is better in quality and in looks!! ... Read more

i dont know how people look at this enough to give it 5 stars but i think that ive proved myself normal.only 34% of the bratz look good enough.i dont know how they made it to the computer. or even the store.the machines at the bratz factory must be broken.the people thewre must think that we're idiots to like her.they think of us differently.they think that we like the stuff that they make.most of us arent dense.some of them are.they should pay attention to what we like not the money.and if you agree with me you are not as stupid as i thought you were. are you wi6th me.i am saying this for justice. not stuyff thats bad or too ugly to possibly see.

I hate Bratz
In the past few months my little 6-year-old sister has enjoyed playing with bratz dolls.I just wanted to tell you that I cannot believe how the bratz dress.We need better role models for kids than what they put out there.My little sister WANTS to dress like that.Did you ever think about the concept of those dolls?Is all that matters in a girls life is how she looks and how skimpy she can dress?I mean would you want your daughters or granddaughters dressing like that?... Yasmin Is the best!
I had this doll for a pretty long time about this time last year i ordered this doll form toys r us.com and I should of written a review before but here i am writing one but anyways this doll is sooo pretty.

Hmmm
I've seen many reviews on this doll, and lots of people think that bratz are trashy, but some think they aren't.
Here is a few points on this

If you believe these dolls are trashy, think why? Yes, they have belly showing shirts, and mini skirts, but, as long as they aren't see through or show anything. I personally believe it's fine. Yes, some skirts are a bit too small, but most are just fine, and yes some of the clothes look a bit innapropriate, but, hey, throw the ones you don't like away and either sew, or buy a different set. You know, spend more time with your kid, make up a clothes design and such. Tell your children it's innaporiate to wear such things, but don't immediatly trash the whole series.

I have this doll, I like it quite much. I'm a twelve year old bratz lover, and I dragged my friend into it with me. We both currently love them, and so does her younger sisters. I agree that mga might want to make the skirts just a tad bit longer, and a bit more up the hip for moralities sake, and the shirts just a little longer, but overall, I quite like bratz dolls!
I hope I helped settle at least one dispute. ^^

Hey! I am a wild yasmin collector. (...)i don't care what other people think. This Yasmin is totally awesome! I wish i can get it but i can't. I never find it in stores anywhere! Unbelievable! And you know what? I think only Yasmin, Cloe, Dana,Sasha,Fianna, and Nevra is pretty.And meygan. I hate jade!
