About the shipping set
This breyer shipping set is very fun to play with so it will protect your model horse when you put him in the breyer tralier, I think this is educational because it shows horse owners what some horses have to wear to protect your special horse, but there is one problem first the head bummber never fits the horse's head I tried on Milton the new 2005 horse but it popped off and dosen't go back on very well I am very not pleased with the head bummber but every thing else is fine. ... A gorgeous tribute to a champion
This beautiful new addition to the Breyer line is sure to please any collector, old or new.Using the "Adios" mold, his soft shading and realistic details make a stunning portrate of this reining champion.

Sculpted in 1969 by Chris Hess, this mold has been used to represent a number of famous Quarter Horse and Paint horses over the years.His alert expression and solid lines have made him a favorite with collectors for over 30 years.

As with all Breyers, the hand painted finish will suffer a few "rubs" and scratches in the hands of younger collectors, but his sturdy legs and solid tail tend to hold up well.This makes him a good choice for the lower end of the "Ages 8 and up" group and a nice first piece for any horse-crazy boy or girl.

Quality a BIG disappointment
Breyer used to be synonymous with quality, but they forgot about quality with this truck and trailer.They are very detailed and would be okay for display on a shelf, but the materials used to construct the truck and trailer are very poor.The plastic is cheap & flimsy, the hitch is ridiculously cheap and highly breakable if used to pull the truck, the doors don't set correctly and thus won't open and close properly.Most children (and parents) will be very disappointed in this very, very expensive set.(....)

Very disapointed
This is very poorly made. within 3 hours of my son getting this truck the muffler broke off along with the hitch. JUST horrible that we spent this kind of money on something soooo cheeply made. I have never been more disapointed in a toy for my children!

I bought this for my son and had to return the first one because it came out of the box and the doors would not align or close.The second one was better, but it seems very fragile and not worth the price I paid for it.Also, the mirrors are not glued in/on.The push into the door and come out easily and are easily lost. ... Breyer Halter
I got this halter from A Bit More Tack. It is just like a real one. It is a nice halter but the price is not so nice. If younger kids get a hold of it it will probley break. It does not fit that well on the Black Stallion though. I do not reccamend this toy from kids under 3 or 4 because it is small and they could probley swallow it and choke. roll top jump
Altough I have been delighted by all of my past experiences with breyer products, this one in particular does not seem very durable. On the bottom of the wooden part of the jump, one of the arch shaped wooden blocks that helps hold the fence up has broken off. This is something that can easily be fixed with a little help from a hot glue gun. The green part of the jump has flaky plastic green material that gets slightly messy when I play with it. This jump was meant to be used by someone in a model horse show who wanted a realistic prop. If you're looking for a toy, I'd suggest one of breyers all wooden jumps. If you buy this though, it is mostly good and any die-hard horse enthusiast will enjoy having imaginary shows with this one! ... Read more

Dun Gotta Gun Reining Champion
Dun gotta gun is a good breyer for the shelf. also for a western collection. it also looks great in a western saddle and not so much in english since he is a western horse. dun gotta gun is a large classic. dun gotta gun is not a real good toy either since he's in a sliding mold. I think dun gotta gun should be in every breyer collection

Dun got a gun
I have a correction to make that one of the reviewers made and that is that this model is a classic sized horse, not a traditional. Dunny is a wonderful horse because his position is wonderful and really realistic and he's also a very beautiful horse all in all.I think that he would bea very good horse for anyone who has a love for horses like me.

I love Tex!!
Tex is a very pretty horse.My friends and I love playing with him.He fits in his stall.It is a little hard to get the Breyer bridle and halter over his big ears, but I can do it if I am careful.He doesn't fall over easy.He is as sweet as chocolate.
