22 year old?
I am not suprised that a 22 year old (carhe5) got stuck in this bed.Maybe try the fire truck it looks bigger.

Custom Sports Car
I love that the tires mount to the bed and the fact that they say "Made In The USA" on them. These beds are just too cool, and a quality product. My Grandkids love them and I know that they will out last anything else we might have bought them. We bought 1/2 inch particle board sheets and had the hardware store cut them to the same size as a twin bed mattress, they didn't charge anything to cut it to size. We laid the particle board over the slats in the bed so we didn't have to buy a box spring. I think we saved about $100 doing it that way. It allowed the mattress to recess down into the bed just a little to protect them some if, (and when), they jump on the bed. These are keepsake beds and I doubt that they will ever sell them, or give them away. They just love them too much.

King of the house!
We bought this bed for my 27 month old son.The first time he saw it his eyes were like saucers.First he tried to turn the wheels, then it took him 4 tries to hop over the side, but once he got into the bed we couldn't get him out.He was like the king of the mountain! The Best!!!
This is the best toy for any little one...shop around we bought it much cheaper than listed.Great education/motor skills...ours has been dropped numerous times and still works like new. Great gift...you will be pleased you bought it!!!

A must for bedtime
My 17-month-old must have his lantern, his Pooh bear and a glass of water to go down quietly.He will lie down and push the button until he gets sleepy.It seems a bit loud to me, but it doesn't seem to bother him.During the day he likes to set it in the middle of the floor and "dance" to the music.He liked it back when I had to push the buttons for him, and he likes it even more now that he can do it himself.

Great sing along and latern all in one

cute & durable, but sounds are annoying
I wanted a cute bank for my daughter & found this adorable piggy bank. My son, who is 3 1/2 has a bank that he loves and wanted his baby sister to have one too. The bank is cute and durable! The only problem with the bank is that when coins get stuck in the slot the sound doesn't stop and it is very annoying. Overall, we love the bank, but find the sound to be unnecessary.

A pig that goes MOO
=o)I want to give our daughter (3) a bank for Christmas.The ideal bank, in my mind, would look like a classic ceramic pink pig, but be made of durable plastic.This bank is the closest I've been able to find.I would have ordered it here, but it had to be mailed separately, with its own shipping fee - I don't know why.But today I found one at Wal-Mart, and he is now in the Santa Box, waiting for Christmas.He's cute.I don't understand what sound he makes... it's more like a Moo than anything.. maybe "Moo, oink oink."?But I was glad that it's not loud;I'm so weary of noisy things.It's just slightly loud enough and brief enough to reward a coin being dropped in.He would be a lot cuter without the battery compartment on his head.The coins are very easily accessible through a round twisty "man-hole" type opening on the pig's underside.I'm hoping my daughter doesn't figure this out.I'd like her to actually save her coins instead of getting them out just to reinsert again, or carry around.It will be educational to sort and count her saved coins.Every child needs a bank!I'm glad this one won't break. ... A few gliches, but good indoor/outdoor fun
I think other reviews pretty much cover it all, it's a good toy. We bought it for our 2 year old when winter comes and he can't play outside, we put it in the family room corner, it's the right size. For the small problem of not being able to climb up, I just want to offer a suggestion: there are holes on the standing board, I ran a rope and tied it up through the 2 holes closest to the steps, so he can climb on using the rope as a help. Make sure you tie the rope really tightly underneath the board, so that the toddle won't trip over it, it works greatly for our baby, good luck.

Grandmother of Boys
My oldest grandson got this toy for his first birthday. He is now 9 years old and has 2 younger brothers and all of them still play with this toy. I have tried to talk them into giving it to me for the younger grandchildren, but they aren't ready to part with it. They have a large basement playroom and it stays inside most of the time and is used for a fort among other things. It is still in excellent shape and was well worth the money.

The perfect outdoor climber
I researched many climbers, and finally decided that this was the one for us.My 2-year-old loves it!Assembly was easy enough that we can disassemle it and put it away for winter.The platform was a little tricky to get into place.I don't think I could have done it myself, but my husband did it without too much trouble.There are many different aspects of play with this climber - a long wavy slide, a fairly large platform complete with a steering wheel, a secret hideout area underneath, holes to climb up and down and in and out - all for a very reasonable price.I'm so glad we didn't have to spend several hundred dollars to get something that our son loves.What impresses me the most is how durable it is.My husband had to jump on the platform to get it into place.It didn't bow at all!It appears to be indestructable.(I certainly wouldn't leave it out all winter.)I brought it home from the store in my Subaru Forester, which is not a big vehicle.(out of the box)This was a big plus in my book.Anything bigger probably would not have fit.I expect that many summers of fun will be had with this purchase. ... Age Recommendation is 18 months - great for little ones!
I'm not sure why Amazon has their age recommendation set at age 4, but I bought this for my son at age 2 and he just LOVES it!He carries this thing around the house all the time, puts all his cars, stuffed animals, etc. in the trailer and pushes them for a "ractor ride."It's a bunch of fun to run this tractor over a large 8 cu. yard pile of dirt, load up the trailer, and off you go.It washes so easily and is just a bunch of fun for my little guy.You just can't go wrong with the durability and the fun factor on this one.

My 18 mth old son likes tractors
My 18th mth son loves tractors but he gets frustrated when the trailer comes loose from the tractor so easily (it does).I wish the trailer snapped into place behind the tractor.My son still carries the tractor around but hardly plays with the trailer.....

Great gift from Santa
I bought this toy for my son as his Christmas gift from Santa last year. It was such a surprise to him at the moment, and it also proves to be one of the most delightful gift from Santa. My son enjoys playing it so much! Because of this gift, he is waiting for Santa for the whole year for another wonderful gift as the reward of being an awesome kid (for I told him Santa loves him very much for his good behaviors in the past year.)

Just like the other one comments on it, it is durable, it is easy to assmeble. We don't use the electronic game rules seriously because I just do not have time to study it and try to follow it. But kids enjoys the sound it makes, although some parents might feel noisy. I enjoy to hear them laugh. So it usually not a noise to me.

My son starts to learn play basketball from it. Now he often comes home with some new skills learn from big kids in school and practice it. He is now a pretty good shooter. And I think it helps he grow taller too.

if there's any place I do not very satisfy, it should be the basket net. it can not be held on the hole fully, often easy to drop. If the top rope can make a bit longer, so I can make a big tie over the hole, it might be somewhat a help to avoid this. But anyway, it is a good product. I bought it a bit cheaper than its current price, so I think it pretty worth the money for me.

Mom of 4
My boys ages 2 and 3 got this toy last year for Christmas.They have enjoed it all year long.I keep it in their room.The ball that comes with it is just the right size for ages 6 and under.My 8 year old also likes the toy and plays with her brothers (even though she plays "real" basketball at school).The goal is VERY loud and there is no volume to adjust it.It also does NOT keep score accurately.However, the kids get load of fun out of it and enjoy the loud sounds it makes.They throw all their stuffed animals and other balls through the net.Great for eye, hand coordination and development.

batteries
hi, when i first saw the basketball game on the net i was overwhelmed. when i gave it to my son for his christmas oh my god he was at a lost for words. to my dismay, no amount of batteries that i put it would work. i purchased at least 4 sets of 'c' batteries (16 in all) and for the life of me the thing would not work. because of this the fun that is intended for my son to have just shattered and i feel like i failed him terribly. i don't regret buying it but i'm disappointed because it does not have the full effect.i wonder if it's because of the christmas rush i got a defaulted game. to return it it's gonna cost me because i live in jamaica. ... bought this toy so we didn't have to go to the pool everyday. Liked the idea that it stood up high and was flexible. Very disappointed that within minutes of assembly the hoses kept coming unhooked and the casket on the inside to make the water spray up kept coming out. Like other reviews stated, more water came pouring down the sides of the big tube than out the top. The kids stopped playing with it after 5 minutes because of frustration with having to keep putting it back together. Great idea poor construction. Returned and bought the spiral sprinkler.

a fun idea.....
looking at the box this looked like a really cool toy for the kids to use in the summer but after testing it out we found that most of the water oozed out of the tube and not to much sprayed in a way that got the kids wet our grass flooded but the kids were dry little tikes is a great producer of fun educational durable toys so I guess even they are entilted to mistakes...unfortunatly it cost me [a lot] you would be better off going to a hardware store and getting a regular sprinkler that attaches to your hose for [a much lesser price].

LOVE this sprinkler
I bought this sprinkler last year for my child's 4th birthday and he absolutely loves it.His friends are in my yard all summer long playing with this sprinkler.It's big and interactive and the children love to change the spray patterns by turing the dial on the top of the sprinkler.Plus my kids love to bend the accordian-like tube and try to spray each other as they run past. Basic truck, nice and sturdy
My two-year-old received this toy for his first birthday and he's still perfectly happy with it.

Like most children his age, he likes to carry things around the house with him and the handle on this truck fits the bill perfectly.

The door at the rear of the truck opens up to allow him to load his cargo (usually his Fisher Price Little People) and haul them away.He's pretty rough on toys, but that door is still on nice and tight.It opens easily and closes completely without help from an adult.Seems like such a simple thing, but doors on toys never seem to work properly.Not true in this case.

This toy is perfectly safe.It's made of plastic with no sharp edges.There are no design flaws that I've seen in the past year.Unless you wrap your child in bubble wrap, they're going to get hurt sometimes... this toy wouldn't be the cause of an injury, so purchase with confidence.

Inexpensive toy and money well spent.

not much interaction
My son got two of these for his 1st birthday, and we exchanged one for another toy.Now, I wish that we would have exchanged both of them.The handle blocks the truck bed from loading anything in and and there is not much room to haul anything anyway.My son got bored very quickly and just pushes it out of the way to get to other toys.

My son likes it
My 8 month old son likes this toy, but I have to watch him while he's playing with it because it will tip over as he tries to climb it. (It's recommended for 9 mos. and up) He loves the sounds. Especially the ones with the voice overs... yes... voice overs. There are a couple of "sound effects" where a person is voicing the sounds, like "chugga chugga chugga chugga...woooo hooooo". Those seem to be his favorite ones! He grins really big after the "woooohooo" part. The plane should spin freely and easily, but it doesn't. It's too tightly connected.The triggers on the side are easy to pull... my son's favorite part.

Just not that much to it...
We purchased this toy, as a whim, for my son's 2nd Christmas.Thankfully it was just a side present.With the traffic lights and train crossing signs we thought he would spend a bit more time with it than he does.I pull it out occasionally and show show him the colors on the lights (and use it as a traffic light when he gets on his trike) and he does, occasionally, play with the winding ramp.But since the 04 Xmas he's only wanted to play with it less than a dozen times.

This was a flop at our house.

waste of money
This is the biggest waste of money.Little Tykes is a trusted brand so I was suprised to get this home and be soooo disappointed. It is not sturdy it falls over. The plastic broke when I tried to push it into the ground. Try a normal sprinker like when we were kids.

Great sprinkler for the price and quality!
I bought this for my three and a half year old daughter at end of summer, and wish I had gotten it sooner! We love it. I think I had just as much fun as she did. It goes easily into the ground. We have hard ground, so we just had to wet it a bit, and it went right in! The balls are a great feature as they really do shoot up out of the sprinkler and we have fun trying to catch them while getting wet! Our house is a Little Tykes house, and this product is one of the best!

Not a good Sprinkler
My dd received this as a gift earlier this summer.We were excited to try out because she doesn't seem to like the traditional sprinkler (due to the hard stream of water that comes out of them).

The first time we went to use, we tried for almost 5 mintues to get the stake into the ground.It just didn't want to go in and I was afraid that the stake would break... so we wet the ground 1st thinking that if it was softer, it might go in. Well, we finally got the stake into the ground, however due to the tallness (heaviness) of the sprinkler it continued to tip over.So I (mom) had to hold the sprinkler in an upright position for dd to try to put the balls in and watch them shoot in the air.I must say that when the balls shot into the air, dd did seem to enjoy watching them go up.Mom however, still holding the sprinkler was drenched by now !

Needless to say we haven't tried to use it again.It was definitely not what I expected.dd uses the balls for her general outside playing.I guess we'll look for a different sprinkler next summer...

PROS:
- Great concept
- Water doesn't spray out hard
- Easy for child to figure out where balls go
- Easy to hook up to hose

CONS:
- Very hard time putting in ground
- Ground gets very wet within a couple foot radius of sprinkler
- Balls are not very "hard" and tend to dent in very easily
- Stake is not long enough (nor shaped correctly) in order to keep device "Straight/ Upright"
- It seems to be topheavy due to the tallness of the sprinkler

Still works great after 6 years
My son got this wagon for his first birthday.He will be 7 soon and we still have it and use it.I also have a 2 year old and he loves to ride in it.It has never tipped over.The only thing I don't like on mine is how the wheels are wobbly.They started doing this after about a year.They don't look like they are going to fall off or anything, they are just really loud when you pull the wagon. I like how the sides come off too.We have used it at the parade and just take one side off and the kids hang their feet over and use it as a chair.

Awesome wagon for kids that like to pull eachother!
We were looking for a wagon for our kids to play with together NOT for us to use very often to transport them around. This wagon is perfect for the kids. My kids ages 6, 4, and 2 have a blast pulling eachother around the backyard. The wagon has never tipped even when they ram it into a wall. It does not tip when they get in and out either. The wheels stay still as they climb in and out but it seems to pull easily for them. My 2 year old can even pull my 4 year old in it. The back and sides are a great height to not worry about them falling out backwards or sideways if they keep their bottoms down in it and it is so much fun when being pulled, they are usually giggling until it stops rather than thinking about standing up. The side rails may be removed easily and put back easily but they don't fall out on their own. I guess it is a bit easier to climb in with the rail off but my kids don't mind climbing over and never remove the rails...even the 2 year old climbs over fine although she is a climber. I have fit all three children in this for a short pull and it is very cramped with them complaining of "whose sitting on whose this or that". But two fit comfortably and would be able to be pulled around face to face for quite awhile. The wagon is also easy to maneuver. This wagon is awesome for kids to just play with and we plan on keeping it in our backyard for our grandkids. It has been 6 months out in the weather and thus far, it shows no wear. A great buy!

cute and durable toy
This is a durable wagon that holds two toddlers easily.It was very easy to put together.It is so strong that we even used it to haul sod.When we opened the box there were some pieces missing - we called the Little Tikes customer service center - they were extremely helpful and sent out the missing pieces right away.The wheels do not wobble, and the secure sides are easy to remove. ... Great for 4 year old!
My son bought this for his best friend's 4th bday and they both loved it so much that he returned the favor when my son turned 4.They love the interactive voice and the fact that they get to "work" on the car.It has been very durable and easy to use.The sound is a little loud and it does work much better on a hard floor than carpet. I would recommend this for any car enthusiast.

Fun to play pit crew, but loud
Pros:It's fun and easy to take apart and put back together.The two front wheels come off, as does the spoiler and engine.It also comes with a gas can and wrench.Since there are only a few parts, there is less to keep track of.My 4 year old enjoys pretending to be part of the the pit crew when playing with this car.
Cons:Not a great racing car.Goes for a short distance when the button is pushed and then stops.The car is loud, but so is NASCAR racing!

Choose This Toy Wisely!!!
I let my 3-year old pick this toy out for his birthday.Boy, what a mistake!This toy is not for the younger child (unless he/she is being raised as part of a pit crew for Nascar).My son was bewildered when this interactive car started barking out "change the front tires... we are going to lose the race!"What made it worse was the irritating voice kept repeating this phrase until its demands were met!Another point to make about this toy is that even though it is made of durable plastic, the car has a really tough time making its way across any kind of carpet.

Overall, this toy may be great for the older race car enthusiast but I would skip it for a younger child.And I would definitely re-think the choice if carpet is on your floor!It's not the loss of front tires that makes this car lose races...it's the fact the car has NO POWER to get across the finish line!

Do yourself a favor & skip this one...I am now having to make a trip to the store to return this thing! ... Read more
