22 year old?
I am not suprised that a 22 year old (carhe5) got stuck in this bed.Maybe try the fire truck it looks bigger.

Custom Sports Car
I love that the tires mount to the bed and the fact that they say "Made In The USA" on them. These beds are just too cool, and a quality product. My Grandkids love them and I know that they will out last anything else we might have bought them. We bought 1/2 inch particle board sheets and had the hardware store cut them to the same size as a twin bed mattress, they didn't charge anything to cut it to size. We laid the particle board over the slats in the bed so we didn't have to buy a box spring. I think we saved about $100 doing it that way. It allowed the mattress to recess down into the bed just a little to protect them some if, (and when), they jump on the bed. These are keepsake beds and I doubt that they will ever sell them, or give them away. They just love them too much.

King of the house!
We bought this bed for my 27 month old son.The first time he saw it his eyes were like saucers.First he tried to turn the wheels, then it took him 4 tries to hop over the side, but once he got into the bed we couldn't get him out.He was like the king of the mountain! Great toy if you are short on space
We got this for my daughter when she was 15 months old.She immediately fell in love with it but had a really hard time climbing up to the slide.To get up to have to use the climbing wall and its quite slippery and doesnt leave a lot for their little feet to grip on to.now that she is 19 months she is a pro and loves climbing up, looking out the telescope, sitting down and yelling GO, GO, GO! before she slides down.She also likes the swing which she fits into fine (and she is 90th precentile) but the range of swinging and the fact that its on poles not chains doesnt give for a fun long term swing so she doesnt stay in it very long.Still during our superbowl party all the neighbors got together and we had 5 kids ranging from 16 months to 3 1/2 years and all of them were kept busy for a veyr long time playing on this swing-set.Definitely worth it for the money if you have limited space.

Not happy with my purchase
-Swing has half the sway of a typical battery operated infant swing
-Slides climbing wall not as easy for younger baby to successfully use as a slide with step ladder
-Set has many holes per customer service this is necessary for water to drain after rain however it also allows bugs to get inside the hollow plastic and nest. Not a good outdoor toy
-Prior to my putting it outside my son did enjoy it inside for about 2 months (months 14-15) but since the slide is short and the swing is useless he tired of it so quickly I ended up getting rid of it.

Fun First Swing Set
I bought this for my 14 month old daughter and have had great success with it. She favors the climb and slide part more than the swing but so far she is still able to swing with no problem. I know the swing height has been an issue for other reviewers but I think if it were any higher my daughter would have more difficulty getting into the seat. The slide is perfect for her. It's small enough for her to be able to go down on her own but still fast enough for her to have a great time. I knew when I bought this set that it would be short term use but I was comfortable with the price for the length of time that I thought she would be able to use it. I wanted something for her to play on now and I think anything larger would inhibit her from being able to use it on her own. She can use this set with confidence and I fully anticipate that she will be ready for a larger set within the next year and a half. My 2 year old nephew has also come over to play on it and it seems the perfect size for him as well.I don't agree with the age range of 1-4 years that Little Tikes has chosen. I think a 4 year old would be completely bored with this toy. But for now it's worked for us and my daughter loves going outside to play on it. If you want something to keep for several years then I would recommend a larger product but for the 1-3 age range I think it does great. ... Read more

We had two
We bought these for our now 3 year old b/g twins after they outgrew their cribs at 21 months. They would have been dwarfed in their full sized beds, from the cribs. They picked this one out (in navy) and they loved them. The fromnt hood opens up and my kids keep bed time things in there (books pillows blankets ect.) They also enjoyed playing race car in them. These beds can take alot of abuse. My twins would literaly beat them and jump on them and really bang em' up, but not one dent. They felt safe in it and because it was so "cool" it got them through bed time. Now that we re-did their room from sesame street to light blue walls and one pink and light blue plaid bedding and one green and light blue plaid bedding we got bunk beds, though they are not stacked yet, we will do that eventually. I am sure these beds could last much longer, but my kids started to feel like "babies", and they are going through the "I am a big boy/girl" phase. They were really easy to assemble, and dis-assemble, as we plan on using them for thier 8 month old twin brothers later, and hoping that they will get more use. All in all I think this bed is great for any toddler in withdrawl about sleeping in a bed and ditching thier crib, kind of like you cant go from diapers to underwear, you have to have the inbetween, so this bed served as our toddler bed. This bed is great, for boys and girls and your kid will love it too!

AWESOME BED
I actually bought this for my son at a garage sale.It had never been used and my son was a newborn at the time (he's 2.5 now).We were able to take it apart and store it very easily until we transferred him from the crib at 18 months.I bought a bunkie board for it at Toy's R Us.But you can use a piece of plywood instead too. I know my son will be upset when he grows out of it.

I love these beds!
I bought THREE of these for my triplet boys when they were just under 3 years old. What an easy transition from cribs to beds. I use the plywood supports (which is really easy to get at Home Depot or Lowes, not a big deal at all) and their crib mattresses. I was thrilled to be able to continue using their crib mattresses, and was happy to see that the way the mattress lays in the bed doesn't leave any gaps, but is recessed enough that no one would roll out of bed in the middle of the night! We had no problems putting any of them together (like other reviewers mentioned) and the process was quick and easy. Sadly, we need to say goodbye to our beds now, because my boys are about to outgrow them (literally) I have VERY large 5 year olds, and their feet are hanging over the edge now, so this weekend it's time to get full sized beds. I will forever have happy memories of these beds, and confidently would suggest this product! I have a feeling I'll be having a successful garage sale with these gems! ... Read more

I agree with the previous review, my child used this slide at a toddlers group and first time down fell face first as his feet caught on the bottom of the slide, it needs a smoother landing.As far as giving it 5 stars for educational value......it's an education on how to land face first, he now puts his hands out to save himself, that's all he learned :o( Having used this at toddlers I will not be adding it to my yard toys.

wish we hadn't bought it
I wish we hadn't bought this slide because it is really unsafe. The problem is that the slide is fast and ends abruptly at the floor, without any kind of safety lip or drop. A child sliding down this slide will go down really fast, then jam his feet into the floor and catapult forward. Most slides end 6-12 inches from the floor. Now we know why! ... Read more

My child loves this!
Our son is 2 yrs old and loves this piano.He loves to play the demo and dance and dance.He enjoys recording his music and listening to it.When we have play dates at our home, this piano is one of the popular toys.It is very sturdy.There has been many times I had to remind the kids that it is not a stool to stand on.It is loud, but easy to turn the volume down low.We love it!

I just got this toy for our daughter(3 years old) and she loves it!She will pretend she is really playing a piano and sing. She will also press the demo button that plays the music on its own and she will dance, dance and dance.This is a great little piano for the money.

Love this piano - but has one major flaw
My son loves this piano, but there is one major flaw.The volume on this piano starts out at the highest setting.Even if you change the volume, after a certain amount of down time it goes back up.My son has also learned that if you turn the piano off then back on again it gets reset to the highest volume.This piano is very loud at this setting.If you want this piano I would recommend stuffing something in front of the speaker. ... the Imagination possibilities are endless!!!
I bought this set to go with the Cookin Fun Interactive Kitchen and I think it is so cute! I kind of like that it doesn't come with food cause that way my kids can make anything they want from peanut butter on a stick to cheesy cherry pie(kinda gross I know but hey that's what they make!!!) It also matches perfect with the kitchen I bought it for. It maybe alittle high in price considering it doesn't come with any food but my Kids and I still think it's great. I would reccommend buying the set.

Little Tykes kitchen dish/pot/pans set
I purchased this item and the suggested age on the front of the package says 2+ This site says the manufacturer suggests 4 and up.My 2 year old boy has been playing with the set and loves it.I liked this set because everything wasnt pink!The set mathces his Little Tykes Interavtive kitchen that is blue, green, yellow, and white.I'm glad not all kitchens are pink and purple!Boys need to play in the kitchen too:)

Great quality & fun for my two little chefs!

company has POOR customer service and support
I am assuming that this is the new and improved version of what I bought.I usually find little tykes to be a reliable brand, but be forewarned this toy is not actually manufactured by little tykes it is manufactured by kid station.I bought the predecessor of this toy, which only had one microphone which broke about two months after my son recieved it as a birthday gift.I called Little Tykes who referred me to the other company.They promised me a replacement mic in six to eight weeks.Ten weeks later I contacted them again to be told that they don't order replacement parts at that number.I had to write a letter and explain my situation and then I MIGHT get a replacement in a few weeks.Meanwhile my poor kiddo is singing his heart out into a broken mic and waiting for the mailman to bring him a new one.

Very Happy -NIce toy for independent child who loves to sing
I was disappointed to see the other reviews.I bought this for my four year old for Christmas and not only does she love it but her two year old brother loves it.It is very easy to use.They love to hear their voices with the microphones.I love that she has her own CD's and her own CD player.Easy enough to bring from room to room.Granted it does skip if you pick it up and set it down but what can you expect from a portable CD player.I would highly recommend this to anyone who has kids that enjoy music.I actually got on line to order another one for my son.I haven't had the problem of closing the door to the CD player but one of the microphones doesn't work and I am waiting for them to send me a replacement.

a great jogger
I bought this jogger after reading all of the reviews.I was a little optimistic at first, but as usual with little tikes, everything turned out to be okay!!My kids love riding in it, and i love using it.I jog on a flat surface, so there are no bumps, but i assume if the surface is not smooth, the ride for the kids will not be smooth as well.I would not blame it on the wheels of the jogger.To me, they seem very durable and long lasting.

Disappointing Product
I just bought one second hand - should have read the reviews first.I have used several jogging strollers, but this one is very poorly designed.the front wheel attachment is very unstable, and as a result, the jogger has a tendency to pull to the left - spent more effort trying to keep it in a straight line than pushing it!Also, front wheel shows premature wear and warps.As a bike trailer only, it is adequate. However, attaching it to the bike can be challenging - best if you can do it once and leave it on.All in all, disappointing product from Little Tykes.You get what you pay for!

In the 2 years that I've had the cruiser behind a bike, both the wheels have already warped. Not what I expeced from Little Tykes. I'm having to deal w/buying new tires frequently due to flats because of the wheels. Now the whole thing wobbles making for a bumpy ride. This is a very good sandbox
We purchased this for our son when he was a toddler, about 12 years ago......and we liked it so much back then, (it lasted for years) that we got one for our daughter who is now 3. She has had it since she was about 1 1/2 and she loves it. It is very durable.I recommend it.

Sand box/Pool
The one we bought our daughter is a little different.We have ours in the Rec Rm...no sand; she likes sitting in it playing with her toys. She even likes to put a pillow & blanket in and lays in it. Bought it thought we could use for a pool...maybe this year it will make it outside!!! Ours has a place inside for 2 little ones to sit. So far we have gotten more than our money worth out of this...shop around you can get these much cheaper than the listed price here.

Another Little Tikes Classic
I had this and the Little Tikes cozy Coupe Car as a child and now I am the mother of three small children, we still have the turtle sandbox from when I was a child and the Coupe Car is at Grandma's (I wanted to get each of the babies a car of their own for their first Christmas). Both are in great shape and the babies love them. The sandbox is a small one but they sit around the edge so all three can play together. Big, big, bigger
I looked around at many different toy boxes.I've seen all types of cute little toy boxes but nothing big enough for all my daughter toys.That when I came across the giant toy box.This is the most convient toy boy ever.

Years of Reliability
My mother-in-law bought this toy box for my daughter when she was two.She's now six and it's as good as the day we pulled it out of the box!It was easy to assemble, the lid comes right off for play time so there are no concerns about smashed fingers and it's huge without being overwhelming.It's easy to keep clean too, a swipe with a damp cloth does the trick.The really nice thing is that as my daughter got older and her toys became bulkier and harder, the toy box continued taking a beating and still looks great.The wide base prevents any tipping, a problem I noticed with some other toy boxes.We absolutely love it!Now we have a little boy and he'll be getting the same box in blue.

I bought the blue toy box for my 2 year old son a short time ago. I love it. It holds so much stuff (child included). He climbs in there and plays with the toys. Now that i am expecting a little girl I made sure that this item was on my registry for her in pink. It really makes the mess disappear. The lid having to be removed is not an issue. Great toy for children who love to dress up
and do their hair and all that good stuff...I have mine put together already assembled waiting to give it to them this Christmas because they both love dressing up and doing their hair and all that other girly stuff...Pretty cute but also kind of plain looking yet still fun...I agree the toy is very loud...the lights actually light up..I gave four stars for durability because it is pretty hard for me let alone young children to get the nail polish bottles out without actually just pulling the cap of the nailpolish bottle off and then you can't hear the phrase it has to go with it...Ours is a very tight fit and has to fit in perfectly...That is the only thing I think there will be aggravation with my children with this toy...The other pieces however fit into their places quite well and are easy to remove...It has very cute phrases and reminds them to clean up and put the items away when they are finished...Overall it is a cute item and I recommend it to anyone who has a child that loves to dress up and likes to play with makeup and all that girly stuff ... A great, versatile table
My son is 15 months old and is able to climb onto the table and seat himself.I like the adjustable table so that it can grow with him.He has been spending time drawing on it inside, but I plan to put it outside so that he can picnic on it and do messy crafts - like finger paint with pudding!

The easel feature will be neat when he is older, but for now, I think it's a great little table.The only drawback I see is that it would be a little tight to seat more than one child on each side. ... Read more
