awesome!!!!
My son is a spider man FANATIC!!!!! It's ALL SPIDERMAN ALL THE TIME!! When we saw this, OF COURSE he had to have it. At first, I really didn't think it would hold up that well, as he can be rough with his stuff. But besides looking WAY COOL, it's also sturdy and can really take a pounding. We've used it at the beach 5 times, and in our pool at least 5 or 6 times, and it's still like new. I HIGHLY recommend this!!!! ... Read more

It is good but should cost less
The day I bought this figure I realized nearly nothing worked. The Doc Ock tentacles are durable but it is impossible to get them to stay in the subway piece they're supposed to stay in but they are fairly useful if you pick Spiderman up with them. Though if you attempt this make sures you put the claws of the tentacles under his arms or it won't work. The only major upside is that the spiderman figure is super durable...oh and by the way, the spin and kick action does not work right. For one thing his kick cannot move an ant if you tried and you can never seem to aim right. Fun but try not to lose your mind trying to get it to work.

NOT AS GOOD AS I THOUGHT
THIS IS NOT AS FUN AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.IF YOU GET THE TENTACLES TO STAY IN YOU ARE MAGICAL.THE KICKING ACTION IS AS DUMB AS DURT.THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE TENTACLES I JUST TAKE THEM OFF AND PUT THEM ON AN OTHER TOY.THE TENTACLES ARE TO HEAVY, THE KICKING STINKS ,THAT MEANS DO NOTBUY THIS TOY.

GREAT ACCESSORY, BUT JUST ANOTHER SPIDEY MOVIE FIGURE...
This Spiderman movie figure is pretty much just like all the other millions of them available.Pretty much the same in articulation and appearance.True to the movie character 100%.Personally, I do not like the movie adaptation as well as the figures from the Spiderman Classics line-which are more true to the comic book.If it weren't for the popularity and success of the comic book, there would be no movie.However, the nice thing about these figures are the accessories that come with them.This one has a damaged subway car and 4 Doc Ock bendable tentacles to attach to it for Spidey to kick off.The tentacles are too heavy to have them stay in any one particular pose and the pinchers on them get loose quickly and aren't very durable.But, they look good.The special kicking action of the Spiderman figure broke 5 minutes after my son opened it.Which is OK by me because Spiderman figures are a dime a dozen and it doesn't do anything else other than being "superposeable".Unless you want a fairly nice and unique accessory to go with other Spiderman figures, this is the way to go.If you use a little imagination, all the accessories ToyBiz has made could be arranged together to resemble a small city block.Otherwise, spend your money on the Spiderman Classics line of figures. ... We're not entirely certain if Spider-man has been hanging out with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lately, or even if such crossover is technically possible in the complex mythology of urban superheroes, but in this action figure set Spidey is equipped with a most Turtlesque bit of weaponry: the ability to shoot pizzas at bad guys. Spider man rides a small red scooter and the pizzas are expelled from a basket on the back of the scooter. The action figure portion of this set is impressive, well-articulated and cast in darker hues. Somewhat strangely, there are two detachable heads offered, one of Spider man in costume and the other of Peter Parker. A GREAT TOY FOR SPIDEY FANS!!
This is one, neat little action figure!!Mainly because you are getting 2 action figures in one package.With the replaceable heads, arms, legs and the rubber clothes, you get a Peter Parker in a full non-Spidey outfit and a Spiderman figure.This is one of the best basic Spiderman figures available.He has a classic look.Not too scrawny and not overly muscular, either.The articulation isn't overdone.All the joints are smartly placed in the places where one part of the costume stops and another part starts--so it looks relatively seamless.All the same articulation applies to the Peter Parker figure, too.Plus, his rubber clothes hide all the main joints.The clothes also cover the Spiderman costume almost perfectly.One thing about this figure is that the hands are molded in a "web-shooting" pose.This is OK, but it would be nicer if they had them-or at least one hand-be a fist.Even the Peter Parker hands are in "web-shooting" poses.To make it worse, Spidey's web shooters are highly visible on Peter's wrists.Not a big deal, I guess.But, I bet Peter will have a hard time explaining what those things are on his wrists to his friends.The rubber clothes are pretty durable, but they aren't indestructible.With a little help from an adult, kids can get the outfit on and off without any real problems.This is a great toy worth buying--or buying again if some of the more delicate pieces tear or break. ... Big Quality For Little Money
I was just blown away by the multiposeability of this figure.The figure alone is worth the money.But with the magnets in the hands and feet all kinds of poses can be done,not just on the flagpole,but on refridgerator or other metallic surfaces.Any spiderman or comic book enthusiast will really enjoy this.The only drawback is the lightweighted flagpole that doesn't stay up when he is spiraling down.I still enjoy it when holding the flagpole.Just like his position can be suspended in the middle of flagpole as pictured so can the flagpole be stabilized by waits or whatever.Not only is this a good bargain for its normal price (...).

Magnets!
First off, the figure CAN be posed just like the picture. Secondly, it has MAGNETS!!. There's a lot more places you can stick this thing other than the provided pole (how about the fridge door and desk lamps). The magnets are strong enough so it only needs one hand on a magnetic surface to stick to. Tons of poses are achievable because other than (1) non-articulating fingers and (2) thighs that do not rotate about a typical sitting position (spidey fans know the pose), it is extremely articulate and you can get it to mimic many comic-style poses. I gave it five stars despite the non-articulating fingers and thigh because of this.
Btw, if you want spidey to hang in the middle of the pole and not have that piece slide down, just wrap some of that tie wrap (that the toy comes in) below the "spinner"

I believe that this halloweenal disguise outfit was very lovely. I felt like the real super-hero named Spider man. The mask fit properly and the actual apparel fit me like a glove. A very tight glove. Although this unsatisfactory size did not captivate my upmost fondness, this disguise was still "5 stars." I cannot wait to show this costume to my friends. They will be very jealous and everyone at my highschool will for that matter! Thank you for creating this amazing high-tech quality Spider man costume!

Spiderman size 2-4
My son just received his costume today, and he is very excited about it.I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered, because I was also misled by the photograph.I expected to receive the mask which covers the whole face (although it sounds like that mask doesn't allow for breathing).My son is three, also, and I fear he will be disappointed with his, if he sees that someone else has the full face mask on.The hat is too big, although my son is of average size. The eye mask doesn't have big enough holes, nor the right spacing, to allow him to see properly, and he won't allow me to cut bigger holes.I will probably end up painting his face like spiderman.But, overall, he seems happy with his costume, so that is a good sign.

IN 7TH GRADE I TOLD MY FRIENDS I WAS GOING TO BE SPIDERMAN FOR HALLOWEEN. I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT IN SEPTEMBER OF THAT YEAR, THAT'S HOW EXCITED I WAS. I WAS READY TO FOOL MY FRIEND WHEN MY COSTUME RIPPED, IT WAS TOO SMALL.I WISH IT CAME IN A BIGGER SIZE FOR MY BIGGER BELLY. AFTER MY MOMMY DOLL BABY FACE SEWED IT FOR ME I WENT OFF TO TRICK OR TREAT. AT THE FIRST HOUSE, A GIRL I KNEW AND LIKED, I SCREAMED IM SPIDERMAN! SHE SAID SHE KNEW IT WAS ME AND I GOT EXTREMELY EMBARASED. THIS COSTUME DOESN'T MAKE YOU SPIDERMAN! DO NOT BUY IT! Runs Small but Otherwise Cute
Got this costume in size 2-4 for my 3 year old who just barely fits a 3T.He is avg. height and weight for his age, and the costume seems OK length-wise, but it's cut very slim -- we just barely fit it over a t-shirt and lightweight shorts, and the neck closure is TIGHT (Velcro keeps popping open).Eye mask is ridiculous -- won't fit anybody in the house!Nevertheless, it IS Spidey and my son loves it & has been wearing it since we got it in the mail -- he refuses to get out of it.Hope it lasts till Halloween!

Great... but the eyemask!
I bought this costume for my 2 1/2 yrs. boy.He loves it. The only bad thing about it is the eyemask.It doesn't fit at all, the elastic band is too small I'm thinking of buying a largerelastic band to correct it.The other thing about it is that in the back it comes with a velcro to close, if you're not carefull this velcro will damage the jumpsuit.

SETTING IT STRAIGHT
Ok, I ORDERED THIS SPIDERMAN COSTUME IN SIZES 4-6 AND 7-10 one FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD AND THE OTHER FOR MY TALL 6 YEAR OLD.THEY BOTH FIT LIKE A DREAM.MY KIDS ARE AVERAGE WEIGHT FOR THEIR AGES, AND MY 6 YEAR OLD IS A BIT TALL STILL THIS COSTUME WAS GREAT.I READ OTHER REVIEWS STATING THAT THE MASK WAS TOO SMALL, NOT THE CASE AT ALL!I COULD WEAR IT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, AND I'M IN MY 20'S.Anyway, I really think this costumE is cute.It does not come with the shoe covers but what the heck for 20.00, it's worht it.I'd recommend getting the gloves to complete the costume, and some red socks.The material is a bit lightweight, so if you are in an area with a cold Autumn consider some long johns under the costume.
