Sagging Center
I haven't read all 42 reviews so this may be a repeat.We have found it necessary to shore up the middle of this wonderfully entertaining toy.We've had it on our patio since early spring of 2004 and it has had a lot of use but the center started to sag.We found a large flower pot that measured the exact height and just pushed it under the center.Works like a charm and we should get many more years of fun.

Where can you buy??
Can someone please tell me WHERE they bought theirs??I am in in Chicagoland area and have checked TRUand meijer's with no luck.

We Love this !!!
I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old son and he loves it . Actually we all love it ! My 10 , 8 and 5 and 3 year olds had more fun with this than I think anything we have ever bought . This is much better than a typical sandbox which they love but can't all play in at the same time. All four of my kids pulled up a chair around the table and had a blast and plenty of room !They played for at least 2 hours and didn't even want to come in then . It was a bit messy but what can you expect . Anything can be put in here to spark imagination .You don't have to just use sand and water .The possibilities are endless ! This is going to be a life saver this summer . This was money well spent . I would recommend this to anyone .
It was easy to put together and I feel the legs were very sturdy . I didn't even put the screws in it because I like the idea of being able to take them out to store it over the winter unless we bring it in for the winter.I just made sure I pushed them all the way in. Ialready cleaned it out and tipped it over to rinse it and had no trouble with the legs coming loose or out or anything . I am saving the screws just in case I need them later !

Worth every penny!
My daughter got this when she was three yrs old. She's 5 and half now and still has a ball playing in it with her girlfriends. They play house and sit at the table and eat lunch or play with Play Doh and just generally have a great time with it. We've had it over 2 yrs and it's holding up beautifully. We love the fact that we can see in and watch what the kids are doing and that it has a floor. I'd buy one again if I ever had a need for another playhouse.

Still waiting for my son to like this.....
We bought the cottage for my son for Christmas, he was 20 months at the time. I thought he would just love it, but we are still waiting for him to catch on. The only thing he will do with it even now is go inside a play "peek" through the windows. My son tends to be a bit of a climber, and this is definitely not a climbing toy! I guess we will know better next year! One great point about this cottage is the floor! Most cottage/house toys don't have a floor and this one does, which makes it real nice to have on any type of surface without worrying about your little one's feet.

My toddler can play all day in the cottage
We purchased the cottage for my daughter's first birthday and she loved it!While her uncle was assembling it she sat on the chair and played with the phone.She's now 17 months and plays in it until she has to come in the house.Its very durable, safe and just the right size for her.She and my 5 year old nice play for hours inside together.I would recommend this item. ... This is a toy that grows with your child
We bought the roller coaster for our grandson when he was just over a year old. He's now three and a half and still loves it.

It has been out in the backyard for all this time; it is somewhat faded but otherwise still going strong.

Hours of Fun
My 20-month old absolutely loves this toy. It took me only 3 minutes to assemble and then he was riding down the ramp.After helping him push the Coaster car back up the ramp twice, I taught him how to do it himself.My son pushs the car up backwards then runs down the ramp and around to go up the step to get on.Then he rides down the roller coaster and starts all over.He played for hours and hours the first day and it is the first thing he does every morning now.He also uses it to roll balls down, play with his cars and trucks, etc.He loves it.The toy is true Step 2 quality and will last for years.

Big Smile
My son received this Up and Down roller Coaster for his 2nd Birthday. He LOVES it! I think the age they recommend is spot on (although we've had 7 year olds play on it as well, but at that age their legs get a little to long for it). My son can use this toy all by himself, once he was shown the proper procedure. It does take up a lot of space, but is very easy to assemble and take down. Excellent!!!!
The table is the perfect size for little ones, it easily fits six pre-schoolers.I bought this item for my two children (2 and 3 yrs old) and they absolutely LOVE it.We have the matching sand-box, which I also highly recommend.

The table surface is a rough, simulated-wood finish, but wipes clean easily.The table is very sturdy, the benches can support an adult, and the umbrella fabric is much better quality than I expected.

Assembly took about 10 minutes and is easier with two adults, one to hold the table in place, and one to install the (12) screws.I installed all the screws without pre-drilling any holes and used a manual screwdriver.It was not excessively difficult, although assembly would definitely have been easier had the batteries for my cordless drill been charged.I would not recommend attempting to assemble the table by yourself, although it can be done.

This is a great product for little ones and I would recommend it to anyone with a pre-schooler.

Best table
This is the best kids table I've ever seen. The plastic won't give splinters like a wood table would. It is heavy duty so it won't tip over. The umbrella is tall and wide. This picnic-style table is perfect for small kids because there are not individual chairs for them to have to pull in and out and fumble over. They can easily step in and sit down without tripping or falling. It is comfortable seating for 4 small kids. But by the time they turn 6 years old, they will be too tall for this table. Buy it for your small ones. I'm extremely happy with ours!

LOOOOOVE IT!!!
I just bought this for my kiddos and WE love it. As far as coloring goes and getting food or what not off the surface it really doesnt seem like a big deal to me. The groves arent so deep that you cant clean it off. Besides if the child is coloring from a coloring book i dont see an issue. Even if it where one page there are always ways....**rolls eyes at other comment**

Great bed
I have 20 month old twin boys who were really attatched to baby things (cribs, pacifires, diapers, bottles ect.) so we had advise to take them to Toys R Us to pick out a bed. At first my sons wanted the yellow car, but their rooms blue and red, and I didnt really like it. Well than my son saw this one, what a change! They both declared it was theirs (I think because of the match box track, they love it). So finnally we shelled out the money for two of these stock car beds, and I think it was worth it! We still have it with a todder matress, and put navy blue crib bumpers along the edges where theres plastic. They also have Nascar bedding. The cars are adorable and fit perfectly in their room, we also didnt need a bed rail because in the toddler way, its lower and those sides are a rail. We put on all the stickers and even personalized those stickers that you can take off and put anywhere, with their names. Our boys have been sleeping soundly and I can imagine these beds atleast lasting a good 5-7 years, atleast. They are very durable and much nicer than the other, cheaper car beds. My sons are forever jumping and rolling down these. I love them, and my boys love them, what more could a mother ask for?

tired of shipping costs?
I researched place to get this bed for over 2 days and called at least 35 places.Nobody stocked this bed, and most places could not get it.They almost force you to buy it online and pay outlandish shipping.I finally found a store 2 hours away that could order it for me at a price of 229 for the stock car and 249 for the lifestyle twin.If you live close to pittsburgh: Toy Heaven 814 371 2244.I even called the factory but they would not match their retailers price!!Good Luck

Pleased with my purchase
I purchased this bed in a hurry after my husband insist that our 2 year old son be put into his own bed, before the month was up.He had been sleeping with us since he out grew his bassinet. I purchased the bed from Sears (a big mistake), and months later I discovered I could have purchased it directly from the Step 2 website for $100.00 less.However, my son enjoys his bed.He does not use many words in expressing that fact, but he enjoys lying at the foot of his bed and rolling his match boxcars around the track.I was worried about the transition to his own bed, so I camped out on the floor next to his bed for 2 weeks, after the 2 weeks, I started sitting in a rocker next to him until he went to sleep, it worked!He is out of our bed.Since I spent so much on the bed it was nice to be able to use his toddler mattress for a while.I put racecar pillows on the side of my son's bed so he would not fall in the empty space between the toddler mattress and the High center side rails (the space goes away with a twin mattress).I put the bed together myself in less than an hour while my husband was at work.I highly recommend the bed. ... Wonderful Playhouse
My husband and I searched for the perfect playhouse for our 20 month old daughter and found it. The only problem my husband had putting it together was trying to keep our daughter from playing with it before it was done.The playhouse has even become a hit with our neighborhood kids (ranging from 2 years to 13 years old).It is large enough for 4 kids to play in it comfortably and for me to be able to almost stand up in it.I highly recommend it.

Not as HUGE as its described!!
This is a nice playhouse, but its not as HUGE as its described!I wished I would have taken the dimensions and marked outside where it would fit, to see how small it really is!I have a huge backyard and wanted a huge playhouse for my daughter.I was disappointed.
I would say its pretty standard size.Just know that it's not like it can fit the whole family...like it's described.
The doorbell and the phone are fun, but there are alot of playhouses that have more "bells and whistles."
Overall it is fun and cute.

i'm 13 now and never actually had one of these when i was younger, but parents, please buy this for your kid. They'll have a blast. i do have a fort (that i still even play in now) but this would have been a DREAM for me when i was little. The BIGGEST and BEST kitchen!
After going to my nieces house we found that we really should get our then 18 month old twin boys their own kitchen. I left it up to my husband to come back with the perfect one, when he and the boys came back, he brought THIS ONE. I was shocked, the biggest and most expensive one out there, but it really is great and my now 20 month olds love it

* Its so real looking, and NON-GENDER SPECIFIC!
* The little mural in the window is adorable
* It fits okay in a spot near the phone in our kitchen, really big though, we had to move the dog bowls. I wouldnt recomend it if you dont have alot of space
* Has alot of storage, the fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishrack, baskets cabinets and a microwave! Holds ALL of our food and dishes
* It has every accesory available, dishwasher, coffe maker, microwave, stove, oven, refridgerator, double sink, telephone and storage
* The refridgerator even has an ice maker just like the real one in our kitchen
* Theres enough room for my twins and their friends to ALL play
* Very durable and easy to clean
* Has a cute little light that my sons LOVE
* Makes a few noises, though I didnt want one that made too many, they should really use their imagination

I can't say enough about this kitchen!It does it all!My 3 year old daughter loves it as well as my 14 months old son - he likes taking all the baskets/drawers out and dumping the food!You won't be disappointed, well worth every penny!

We bought this for our 1.5 year old granddaughter for Christmas, 2003.Hands down it is her favorite toy ever.She plays with it every day.All drawers & doors open.There are removable shelves in the fridge, cabinet, dishwasher & stover.Two baskets pull out completely & hold a lot of food.The silver ware drawer can accomodate the utensils that come with the set as well as several more if your little one has several sets of dishes.The microwave seems really hard for our granddaughter to open but she can do it.The microwave, stove & dishwasher all have "electronic" panel buttons to push that make lots of different noises.The front burner makes either a sizzling frying sound or a bubbling boil sound depending on which pan is placed on it.It will be hard for anyone to top this kitchen. ... My SON wouldn't stop playing with the store's floor model
We went to Toys R Us to find some sort of play equipment for our back yard.I had looked at things online, and we were pretty much going to get some sort of climber/slide combo, but then when we got to the store he saw the house and made a b-line for it!My husband wasn't too excited by the house because it's not "cool", but after seeing how much he loved it we knew we had to get it.Now, you should know that there were about 4 or 5 different play houses and the same amount of climbers/slides set up in this store, but even though he played a little on the others he always went back to the Naturally Playful cottage.So, we thought about it for a day or two since we still really want something for him to burn energy on (that will have to come later) and I went back by myself to get it.I learned through others reviews on play equipment that sometimes the boxes are just enormous.Good thing I did.We have a Lexus GX470 (their medium sized SUV) and even though I removed the third row of seats, the car seat, flipped down the second row, and was by myself, this thing would NOT fit in our car.We took the pieces out of the box and even then had to do some manuvering to get it in.So, just a warning!It is worth all that trouble though.My husband put it together in no time, and our son was immediately trying to play with it while he was assembling it.The only thing he had trouble with was the fact that he put one of the walls on backwards at first (that's what happens when you skim over directions!).Our son now wants to go outside all the time and play in his house.He even ate his breakfast there this morning because I couldn't get him inside!I was able to fit inside the house with ease and watch him eat.I am 5'9, weigh about 145lbs and I sat on a Step2 folding chair we bought to go with the house since there are no chairs inside it.Those little folding chairs are great!They felt so sturdy I wasn't worried about it buckling beneath me.Anyway, you need to buy chairs if you want some inside.Outside on the little 'patio' there are two built in seats that are attached to the little side walls.These don't seem as durable, and both tables have a sort of kick stand support that isn't so great.The tables can fold down if you want, but when they are up if your kid leans on them you can see it bend a lot.A previous reviewer said their kid broke the table, and I can see how this would happen.That's why I gave it four stars.Inside is a cute telephone that he loves, he constantly goes through the escape hatch in the fireplace, loves the clock inside, and likes to spin the nozzle on the faucet in the kitchen sink.My biggest piece of advice to you is think carefully about where you want it (inside vs. outside), because wherever you decide is where your child will always want to be!Definately worth the money.

Great Toy!
My parents bought this playhouse for our 18 month old son for Xmas 04', and it is the best gift he's ever gotten by far. Two of his little friends came over to our home and all three of them played inside for a long time. They were having such a blast!They kept going thru the front door and then crawling out the back door, over and over. I almost felt like joining them! The house is big enough to fit me, my husband, and our son inside. We keep this inside our house even though it takes up a ton of space, but it's worth it for now. My parents actually got lucky since they saved $50 off a sale for this playhouse.

I researched and pondered a great deal and recently ended up buying this one for my 3 year old. Three adults put it together fairly easily. Great Buy!!
When we were in the market for a sandbox, I saw this one and fell in love!I thought it was pretty expensive though.However, when I started pricing sandboxes and a table/chairs/umbrella set separately - this Naturally Playful Set was actually a reasonable price.It only took about 15 minutes to put together, and it is plenty big.We couldn't be happier!

Having fun in the sand
Our California yard, though larger than most, was not layed out for a child.Now that our beautiful daughter is 3 years old she wants to play in the yard while I'm cooking dinner.After all our calculations of the yard and its planter beds, a swing would not fit, our first choice for fun.She was very happy to learn about this sandbox and so was I.It was easy to put together and screw together.We have many meals and snacks out on the table since purchasing it.Our daughter gets great joy from opening and closing the lid not to mention the hours of fun playing in the sand.For the price, the dual function of this sandbox is effective for small yards.We were told by the store that none were in supply and we were expecting to purchase 2 items, the sandbox and the table seperate from each other.It was a pleasant surprise to find the item was in stock.It works very nicely in the planter bed that was the only space for it. One can see it from our dining room door and kitchen windows.It is pleasing to the eye.All that really matters is that our daughter plays happily with this sandbox.Brings back memories of my days playing in the sandbox...happy ones!Enjoy this product.

Great kitchen to grow with your little girl!
This was a gift for my little girl's 1st birthday.She is about to turn two and this kitchen is still played with everyday!She now makes the sound of water coming out of the faucet and cooks for me on the stove.Perfect size!I think that she will be able to use it for a few more years yet.

My daughter loves it and so does my wallet!
I did alot of research before purchasing this kitchen. I did not want one that made numerous sounds (I want my daughter to use her own imagination). This kitchen is perfect. She loves the full size frig. She is tall for her age 2 1/2 and this kitchen is perfect. I read reviews that it is small and it isn't!!! The dimensions are listed. If it were any bigger your child might as well just play in the kitchen with their parent... :-) This play kitchen is sturdy and doesn't have a bunch of tiny places for dirt and bacteria to hide.LOVE IT! Highly recommended it...

Great Kitchen Set!!!
My 2 year old girl LOVES this kitchen. She is always opening and closing the doors. It's held up great considering she is really rough on her toys. There are no nooks and cranies for the dirt to get into inside, so it's easy to clean. She drew with crayon on the outside, and I just used some cleaner and washed it right off. I purchased this about 3 months ago, and it was twice the price it is now. I wish I knew it would go down that much, but oh well. She loves it and it occupies her while I'm making dinner. GREAT KITCHEN
We needed a play kitchen for our, at the time, 12 month old twin sons to play with at grandmas. We knew we wanted a lifestyle kitchen, but dream or deluxe? Well we couldnt see spending $300 on toy kitchen for grandmas house, so we bought the dream model. I really love this kitchen and my now 21 month olds do too!

AT TRU this seemed to be very well made, the decals were adorable and there were just soo many fun features. But we relly loved how it wasnt pink and covered with flowers, why can't boys cook too? Well the dream kitchen solved that problem! We had also planned on puting this toy kitchen in my mothersactual kitchen, and these colors wouldnt clash too much with the decor...

Well this kitchen took my husband and his brother about an hour to put together, but the directions were easy for us to follow. Our sons took to it imediatly and we were just in love! Although it doesnt have as much room as the Deluxe, it has plenty! There are 7 cabinets and a basket, plus the storage in the refriderator, oven, and microwave! There was also some counter space, so we didnt really need another table, but we got one anyway... We loved the little scenes, but put the stickers on BEFORE putting this kitchen together!!! We were actually missing the important sticker (the fall one in the window) so we called Step2 and they sent us ALL the stickers very promptly with no questions asked! That means I will have stickers to use to "touch up" the kitchen in later years.

The kitchen is extremely sturdy and my boys really give it some abuse!! Their favorite feature is the telephone, but what toddler doesnt like telephones? The interactive aspects to this kitchen are the ones with the controll panels (microwave and oven)It is very fun for our boys, and its one of their favorite toys at grandmas (along with my 9 other nieces and nephews ranging from 4 years to 12 years!!)

We love this kitchen and my mother cant believe how much fun our sons have in it, but at home we have the deluxe model which can accomidate more children, has more storage, comes with more food, has more interactions, has a dishwasher, and a double sink, but they are both really impressive. I would recomend you getting this kitchen if you dont have much room, if you dont have more than 1 child (unless you have 2 children close in age) or if you cant handout $300 dollars for a toy kitchen... But we love both and they are both great quality by Step2... we couldnt ask for anything more...

My in-laws had bought this kitchen for my daughter who was 18 month old Christmas 2003.My daughter still loves it and has tons of tea parties.My younger daughter who will be 2 loves playing with the kitchen also. So much so we are buying her, her own kitchen.The batteries on the light above the sink runs out to fast. And it is a little disappointing that the sink does not make running water sounds. My daughter actually puts one of the pots on the burner to make the running water sound. One of our neighbors has a 9 year old that sometimes comes over and she enjoys playing with the kitchen also. It is also very sturdy.We just purchased the kitchen with the washer and dryer for my other daughter and I hope they love that as much as they love this kitchen and I hope it holds up as well.

Just bouth for my 20 Month old...really nice but...
What is the deal with the pot and pan that this comes with..ours are flat bottom and they do not activate the noises on the burner.The burner has little buttons that need a pan with a rim or something underneath to activate the burner...but ours do not.I read the other reviews but no one else seems to mention this.What's up with that?Now I need to go figure out if we were given the wrong pans with our set.

It is a great little kitchen overall and my daughter is loving it big time.It's only the grownup that notice the water faucet and fridge not making any noise! But hey, we paid for it so we should voice our complaints!

Again, overall a great kitchen.Pretty expensive considering no running water noise and the pots and pans don't activate the burner noise.You have to buy the extra food..it's a must to get the value out of this. She loves it :)
We bought this bed for our little princess and she adores it. She loves turning the light on and off, peeking through the windows and climbing all over it. I read the reviews and wasn't sure how the assembly would be but it went smoothly and was pretty quick. I've even slept in the bed with her for a couple hours and found it to be most comfy:). The high sides are great, she did fall out a couple times in the first week but we put a pillow on the floor under the sidestep so it was a cushioned landing and she went right on sleeping. We're very happy with our little fire engine.

Great Bed, but hard to understand instructions
My son will be 2 in a couple of weeks and we bought the bed for his birthday. I spent 3 hours trying to put it together. With the exception of telling you what and how many screws to put in, the instructions are only pictures. Not everyone can just look at a picture and be able to put something together. My son loves the bed, especially the light. I laid in it tonight with him and I'm not a small person, and it held up just fine.

Finally stays out of my bed!
This bed is straight from heaven! My twenty-month old son finally started to actually stay in his own bed. He never liked his crib and he is so tall that even with the mattress on the last notch he could still tople out of it. So, he slept with us. Needless to say, he loves his new bed so much he stays in it when he wakes up in the night. I know that if he does wake up quietly, he won't hurt himself trying to get out. I looked at lots of climbers and finally decided to go with the woodland climber. My son loves it! It was extremely easy to put together even without instructions. Pieces snap in to place with a little force and you're ready to play in no time. It's compact enough that we have ours in the den for the winter yet it still has plenty for my son to do. I put balls in the space beneath for added fun. The best thing about this climber is that my son, who is only 12 months (early walker and climber), can play on it now. I have to help him slide but he has a blast climbing the ladder, turning the wheel, and playing in the balls. The two climbing walls will be great as he grows and will keep him from getting bored with it. It's little kid friendly so little ones can play with help but offers enough of a challenge for older children to enjoy as well. I do think 8 may be stretching it on the age range though. The platform does bow a bit but I agree with other reviewer that this is not a problem and it held me just fine. This is a great climber for the money and one that will grow with your child.

Very easy to put together
When I was shopping around for a climber/slide combo for my two year old son, all I wanted to know was, "Can I put this together by myself?"

My husband is currently in Iraq and I'm a nightmare when it comes to tools, so I had to choose wisely.

This ended up being a great choice.All the pieces snap together fairly easily and I didn't need to bother any of the neighbors for help.It's not stated in the directions, but I did use a rubber mallet to make the connections tighter and that made all the difference in the world.

I did not pre-drill the holes for the four screws as others here have.However, had I known about that little tip, I would have.

Thirty minutes after I received this delivery, I had it set up and my son was playing on it.Perfect!

Great climber
My husband and I bought this for my 2 year old son to play with indoors for the winter.The minute we set it up he started playing on it.He really loves this climber.Although, there is a slight bow in the platform as other reviewers have stated, I do not see this as a safety problem.The platform is very sturdy.I have climbed on it myself to see.I'm glad in one of the reviews that I read that someone mentioned that you had to pre-drill the 4 screw holes.Knowing this saved a lot of frustration in setting it up, since the instruction manual does not mention needing to do this.Overall, this is a very safe, fun toy and my son really has a lot of fun playing on it. ... My daughter's favorite!
How fun is it?My mother-in-law gave this to my daughter for her 1st birthday.Now, one year later, this is still one of her very favorite toys.We put it under a tree for shade (since Florida summers can be very hot) and she can sit for hours in the "box" (as she calls it) without tiring of the fun!Another funny point -- my beagle thinks it's a great platform for his squirrel chasing adventures!We've caught him up on top of the lid numerous times!(Strong lid!He weighs 30 pounds!)How durable?This sandbox also survived the 2004 Florida hurricane season unscathed!My one tiny complaint is that the lid is apparently not secure enough to prevent bugs and leaves from getting in.However, I guess that's hard to prevent right next to a tree.Educational value?If you read about children's brain development in early years, you learn how important sand and water play are for preschoolers.I'd much rather have my daughter play in the sandbox for hours than sit and watch a movie or even educational TV!As someone else said, though, be prepared for the sand mess -- sometimes we just go straight to the tub for a rinse!

Great Sandbox, does not become a focal point in the yard
My 20 month old really likes this sandbox.I like the fact that it doesn't stand out in the yard.The lid goes on and off easy and the sides are a perfect hight.I can even sit on the corners and play with him in there (165 lbs).

Love it!!!
We gave this to our daughter for her 1st birthday and she loves it.She gets so excited when she gets in it and can literally spend an hour riding around in it.It has become our routine for her to go for a ride down to the mailbox and then she puts the mail in the hood.I also agree with another reviewer that the wheels makes it pretty loud.Unfortunately this means I tend not to take her around our very quiet neighborhood and stick to our long driveway.

Buggy rides
My son absolutely loves his buggy.We take him on a buggy ride almost everyday.He loves honking the horn and holding on to the steering wheel.The seatbelt holds him in when we go really fast and spin around.The best gift we got for our son.

The front wheel doesn't turn..hard to push around!
I had my eyes fixed on this item, thinking that i will get it for my son and push him to the park.But I went to the store, and pushed this car out of curiousity.Boy it was hard on the arm because the front wheel doesn't turn!So in order to turn the car, you have to lift the front a bit, kind of like the jogging strollers.I already have a jogging stroller, and am not looking to jog him in this push car.It was hard to push even on the nice smooth floor of the store, I can't imagine how hard it would be to push it on the pavements, or off road in the park.If you are looking to push in straight lines, or workout your forearm, go for it! ... Nice see-saw
We have ALOT in our backyard. Kiddie pool, sandbox, sand and water table, swing set, a custom built tree house, but we didnt have this. Our 3 year olds loved the see-saws at nursery school, that they got this one for their birthdays in February! It is VERY educational because it teaches cause and effect, cooaperation, and sharing. My twins love going back and forth and its very safe. They now know that this see-saw takes TWO people to ride, while the police rocker and doggie rocker in the basement were for one person. I hear them pretending its a ship and I've seen four kids on it at a time. We all love it and its a very nice looking see-saw too!

Fun AND nice looking!
I noticed this when we got the matching sandbox/picnic table set and later got it for our toddler and baby.Our toddler thinks it is much more fun with two (not using it alone as some do).We have to hold the baby on right now, but in a matter of months, it is going to be even more fun!Giggles galore. :)

FUN!!!
Just bought this for our 2yr old...she is enjoying this even by herself. I didn't think I was going to get the handles snapped in place; finally did it...I need to get into shape!!! Our daughter sits in the middle...and we have done me on one and her on the other and she says "up" "down"...good learning. This is a teeter totter...you sit on it not stand on it like I read in a previous parent review.

Great idea but needs more
I bought this swing for my 7 month old and 2 year old and it's a great concept and is very durable and sturdy. There are a few problems with the leg room as there really isn't enough for 2not even little feet and the seat belts are very small.If they could make the swing a little longer to offer better leg room and larger seat belts this would be a must have for anyone with 2 small children.

Great for twins
My twin boys absolutely loved this swing and it is quite practical for families with twins or siblings close in age. By the end of the summer, though, they were kicking at each other because they were out of leg room. Unfortunately, they had outgrown it by 16 months!It was great while it lasted!

Cute looking but hard to disassemble
This is a super cute bed.I loved it once I saw it.We had hoped to put our almost two year old into this bed and wean her off of the crib to make room for our next child.

Problem, we assembled it in our bedroom.Buyer beware!Once we assembled this bed, we had a hard time dissassembling it. The parts snap into place and are almost impossible to take a part.Not exactly a bad thing.But it won't fit through a normal door, no matter how you angle it.

Also, once the mattress is in the bed, the sides are not that high.If your child is still rolling in bed, they can definitely roll off if they have enough momentum.

My child just loves to play in the car bed but has yet to sleep in it.I'm still hopefull that our child will sleep in this bed.

Otherwise very cute and very sturdy.

Great Bed
This bed is so cozy and our son loves it.He thought it was great from the moment we got it and I think that helped him want to sleep in it more.

Easy assembly took us about 5 min. No screws or bolts.

If you can get it, I'd recommend it!

The BEST toy I ever bought!
We bought this for our son's first birthday and three years later, he still loves it!Our daughter will be 1 in may and she can't get enough of it either!By far the best toy we ever spent money on.We definitely got our moneys worth.

Best $ spent on a toy
We bought this for our 1 yr old son as a X-Mas present and 5 months later he still loves it! Every kid that comes over usually has to be pried off of it screaming when its time to leave. It is large and takes up a lot of space, but the track comes apart very easily and can be dismantled and set aside. The battery charge lasts for a long time. We have only charged it a handful of times and it has never run down. It definitely requires ADULT SUPERVISION! My son has tipped over 2 xs when reaching for something but was not injured. He can climb in and out no problem and buckles the belt himself (can't unbuckle). I feel that it is perfectly safe as long as the seat belt is worn, adequate space is provided around and on the track and the child stays seated. No other toy has lasted this long and provided this much entertainment. We love it! Added bonus: It can be great for putting them to sleep too! (Wad a blanket up and put on the handle bar for their head to lay on :)

My daughter LOVES this toy....
My mom actually bought this for my daughter when she was only 6 months old and she loved it!!!! She rides it all the time and every kid that comes to the house LOVES it too!She is 2 now and still rides it just as much. I would HIGHLY recommend buying this....My daughter rode it so much that at 10 months old she could get in it and turn it on herself.

A must have
How I wish I would have known about these mats sooner!I unfortunately didn't get these mats until my 1 year daughter tripped on our hardwood floors and ended up with 3 stitches across her eyebrow -ouch!These mats are fantastic.My child now falls down on these mats and she doesn't so much as wimper.This is the greatest thing out there, and it's so much better and healthier to have than carpet. They are a little pricey, but worth every penny.

We have 6 packs of these!
Our child runs a collision course all day long, and we have hardwood floors throughout the house, and only concrete in our back area.We have some of the playmats in the living room area and in the baby (17-month old) bedroom to define play areas, and I can comfortably do sit-ups next to my boy while he plays.We have three sets in the back "yard" under his climbing/slide structure and he seems to be pretty safe, but he's also very well-supervised and "spotted" at all times.These mats are about 3/4 inch thick, and are the thickest I could find.When he is older, we will use these to build forts, I am sure!A friend of mine lost her 6-year-old daughter in her own back yard while playing on a swing-set...I would feel anxious with just 3/4inch of material between a falling child and concrete.I would not use these playmats under swings.That might lead to a false sense of security.I would just skip the swing set if I only had concrete for a play area.

Miracle Product
We put 3 packs of these under a Little Tykes slide on a concrete porch.Miracle of miracles, these amazing mats have allowed for hours of play time without one bump, scratch or otherwise "owee".I have seen my son fall dozens of times without anything but a pause before giggling and leaping up for more.I would recommend these to anyone, and am going to look for a way to invest in the company if I can! ...
