Fun while it lasted
My son got this when he was 3. My 5 year old daughter thought it would be fun to lay it down and sit on it like it was a horse or something. The basket cracked. Before that, the tiny red piece of plastic that is used to adjust the height was lost, so it had to be used at the shortest height. We found the piece, and my husband superglued the basket. It worked until the first slam-dunk. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

One of the best purchases we've made
I couldn't help but add my 2 cents worth. We bought this for our 14 month old son. He absolutely loves it. We have had it for three months and he still plays with it every day. Our 3 year old loves to get into the action too and Dad and the kids literally spend hours playing ball. I would recommend it to anyone. It is a great idea for inside physical activity during the cold months, ours was in the living room, it's nice because it doesn't take up too much space.

The best Christmas present!

Great for all ages!
My 4 1/2 yr. old daughter and 16 month old son love this.My daughter actually tought my son how to play.It has been so neat to watch them play together.

I love toys that bring my kids together and this is one of them.After my son, I let my daughter "teach me" how to play as well.We had fun.

This set also makes itself easy for clean up.There's a place to put the balls and the bat in the base for easy storage.I thought this feature would be a pain, but it's easy and saves space in our already packed garage.

You won't regret buying this!

still a favorite after all these years...
I just bought this item for my nephew's 2nd birthday.It was a no brainer because I remember how much fun my own 2 boys had with this very same set when they were younger - they're both teenagers now and have graduated to the "real professional sets" although I'm confident their first Little Tykes set was fun & encouraged them enough to make them want to continue enjoying the game!

Top ten toy for toddlers
We received this toy as a gift when my son was almost two. Now a year later, I'm buying a replacement - we have played with this so much in in our driveway that he's worn a hole in the bottom of one of the clubs!Not that this set isn't durable, but it has seen a lot of action at our house. It's been one of if not the most popular toy with my son for an entire year. It's nice that there are two clubs as well so that other children or mom/dad can join in.We lost the balls that came with it quickly but wiffleballs or practice golf balls work great as replacements.

Very good golf toy
My mom gave this set to our 3 year old daughter last year. She played with it as soon as she saw it and still plays with it every day. The set is composed of a pretend iron, a pretend putter, a golf cart, an inverted cup that serves as the hole and 3 balls.

Since I, my husband and her older sister play real golf, my now-4 year old has graduated to a real putter and hits with adult golf balls. Whether or not you plan to introduce your child to the sport, it's still a good toy. She still pays with this set inside the house. It's made of plastic so it hasn't damaged the furniture and yet it's sturdy enough not to fall apart. Just make sure you assemble the golf cart correctly or else it can turn into a little surfing board. ;) When it's not golf, the cart has been used to transport various toys from room to room and outdoors.

Disappointed
We gave this toy to our 4 year old son.That was 1 1/2 years ago.It worked at first, but the balls did not pop up high enough for him to hit.After about 1 month, the balls did not pop up at all.Little Tikes replaced it with a completely new toy.Again, it worked for a few months, but now it does not work.The beeps sound (a nice feature), but nothing happens.My son has given up on the automatic feature and will sometimes use it as a t-ball stand.Most of the balls are lost.Thank goodness I only paid $10 for this on sale - but not even worth that much!

Hours of fun!
This has to be the best toy we ever bought for our 3 year old. He plays non-stop with this both outdoors and in our basement. I was worried it might go through alot of batteries but that hasnt been the case. He has learned to hit so well that I'm a little scared he won't find T-ball very stimulating. Adults have alot of fun with this too! If we had paid 4 times what it cost I would still say it was worth every penny! This one wont get left behind in the huge pile of unused toys.Definitely a great toy thats easy on the pocketbook.

Nice Strudy Bowling Set
My 2 year old likes this a lot. The pins are fun since they contain small colored balls that roll around inside. The bowling ball is light weight and my son loves knocking the pins down with or without it. It's very durable as well. One of the best features is that this set doesn't require batteries! No music or funny voices, just plain bowling. Hallelujah.

this is a very durable set and quite attractive design, my little one loves playing with it,

the pins are hard and kids can step on it without doing any damage, the bowl is also hard and is very close to the real thing too

Endless fun !!!
One word really describes this toy, "WOW"!!!I think I have a future pro bowler on my hands.I had a general idea that my four year old would like it but he loves it!

The great thing about this set is that it's not just a bowling set, the bowling pins can also be turned into "musical toys", counting devices, or you could set them up as "cones" and have your child weave in and out of them with their bike or skip around them to improve their motor skills.

I wish I would have bought this sooner but being a stay at home mom we have to pick and choose our toys.This was a great value and many thanks to Amazon for having speedy shipping!It came a day earlier than expected which was a delightful surprise.We will order more things from this site.They keep you updated on your order and so far I've had the best online shopping experience with them verses other online shopping sites.

Pretty Boring.......
My son got this as a gift for his 1st birthday but we didn't put it together till he was 18 months.It is a total bear to assemble...tons of screws in hard to reach places and plasic peices that are hard to snap together.The end result really isn't worth it anyway.My son had little interest in it and mostly took to hitting other toys with the bat and golf club.Spend your money elsewhere!

My 15 month old received this toy for his birthday and it is his favorite toy.He absolutely loves this toy!!I highly recommend.It was fairly easy to put together and seems very durable.

3-in-1 Sport Set
I think the manufacturer of this toy tried to cram too much into one toy.The 3-in-1 sports design doesnt really work.My son really liked the basketball hoop part when we first received the toy as a gift so we decided to keep it, well, after putting the darn thing together which was a pain, we werent going to return it.But, the novelty of the basketball part wore off quickly.With only 3 balls included my son resorted to throwing other things in the hoop and down the chute when he couldnt find the balls.It has become quite the annoyance now.The positioning of the golf ball and baseball make it very awkward to play either sport.Plus, who gives a young child a bat (allbeit a plastic one) in the house?!If it werent winter when we received this toy it would have been an outdoor only toy.Save your money and buy a nicer basketball hoop or a set of nice toddler golf clubs for your child rather than this toy. ... excellent hoop set for older little ones
We received this item as a gift.It took about 20 minutes to assemble, with no tools required.(I did use a shoe to pound the wheel axle in though :-)There were a lot of stickers included, so I had the kids decorate the apparatus as I assembled it, and everyone was happy.

There are five height adjustments but even the lowest is 5 feet, so this set is a little too tall for the recommended three-year old; however, it does fold up nicely to reduce its impact on your space, it does move around easily using the wheels, and you can fill the bottom with sand or water to stabilize it.With the exception of the axle for the wheels, all parts are plastic and colorful.This is a very nice basketball hoop (though as I said, a bit tall for the lower recommended age), and one small basketball is included.Easy to put together, easy to enjoy and easy to store.

I love this hoop with all of its amazing features.stickers with all shapes and sizes make this the best present i have ever gotten.the wheel, awww, the wheels make this amazing.it is just so easy to transport to all my friends houses.the hoop raises.one yime time i made a hundred dunks in a row, and my mom gave me 2 dollars because she so happy.this is the best hoop in the world. the ball is orange just like my favorite player chris dudley.he make my eyes light up.it feel like i'm him when i'm playing down in the basement. over all this toy proved to be very efficient in my basketball education.

Great Fun
We got this for our son a year ago. It was easy to install, and it has 'grown' as he grew ! The height adjustment is easy to make. It is also very sturdy. I have not filled it with sand, so it is light enough for my son to move the entire toy himself to wherever he wants it ! The only thing I am unhapy with is that the noise from the battery-operated speaker is so loud that it sometimes scares my son.

SON'S FAVORITE TODDLER TOY
My son, now 4 1/2 recieved this toy on his 1st birthday and it immediately became his favorite toy.This STURDY DURABLE toy got a DAILY workout from my son for about two and a half years.At which time we retired it for no other reason than he had graduated to a taller hoop (this one goes to 4 foot).I should also mention that our son preferred a full size ball (yes, it fits!)to the one that is included.I mention that only to support the DUABILITY rating. DURABLE it is!!!!! After four children Little Tikes has never failed us, when we have had a problem they have ALWAYS helped us rectify it.GUYS, if you can't put something together CORRECTLY, ask for help!!!!

It's a hit!
We have two kids, ages 3 and 1.They both love this toy!The only "problem" we have had is them fighting over who gets the ball ... so pick up an extra ball if you have more than one kid playing with this.As for the toy itself, it is very durable construction, has withstood being toppled over more than once, and the hoop does not fall out because we have pushed it firmly into place (you will hear a snap when it locks).The children hang on the hoop and it is just fine.I love the adjustable height of the stand, and the net has held up despite many things besides just a ball being forced through it.Now I just need to fill the base with sand and we will be in great shape!This is one of the best toys we have purchased for the kids, it keeps them active while having fun. ... Great gift from Santa
I bought this toy for my son as his Christmas gift from Santa last year. It was such a surprise to him at the moment, and it also proves to be one of the most delightful gift from Santa. My son enjoys playing it so much! Because of this gift, he is waiting for Santa for the whole year for another wonderful gift as the reward of being an awesome kid (for I told him Santa loves him very much for his good behaviors in the past year.)

Just like the other one comments on it, it is durable, it is easy to assmeble. We don't use the electronic game rules seriously because I just do not have time to study it and try to follow it. But kids enjoys the sound it makes, although some parents might feel noisy. I enjoy to hear them laugh. So it usually not a noise to me.

My son starts to learn play basketball from it. Now he often comes home with some new skills learn from big kids in school and practice it. He is now a pretty good shooter. And I think it helps he grow taller too.

if there's any place I do not very satisfy, it should be the basket net. it can not be held on the hole fully, often easy to drop. If the top rope can make a bit longer, so I can make a big tie over the hole, it might be somewhat a help to avoid this. But anyway, it is a good product. I bought it a bit cheaper than its current price, so I think it pretty worth the money for me.

My boys ages 2 and 3 got this toy last year for Christmas.They have enjoed it all year long.I keep it in their room.The ball that comes with it is just the right size for ages 6 and under.My 8 year old also likes the toy and plays with her brothers (even though she plays "real" basketball at school).The goal is VERY loud and there is no volume to adjust it.It also does NOT keep score accurately.However, the kids get load of fun out of it and enjoy the loud sounds it makes.They throw all their stuffed animals and other balls through the net.Great for eye, hand coordination and development.

batteries
hi, when i first saw the basketball game on the net i was overwhelmed. when i gave it to my son for his christmas oh my god he was at a lost for words. to my dismay, no amount of batteries that i put it would work. i purchased at least 4 sets of 'c' batteries (16 in all) and for the life of me the thing would not work. because of this the fun that is intended for my son to have just shattered and i feel like i failed him terribly. i don't regret buying it but i'm disappointed because it does not have the full effect.i wonder if it's because of the christmas rush i got a defaulted game. to return it it's gonna cost me because i live in jamaica. ...
