Editorial Review

Guess what! Dora the Explorer has jumped on the royal bandwagon! This intrepid explorer is now a fairy tale princess with magical hair that grows when the jewel in her crown is pressed with a wand. Dora talks and sings, too, in both English and Spanish: "Vamanos! Let's go to fairytale land! Will you brush my hair?" The 14-inch-tall plastic doll is not designed to be cuddled so much as played with and groomed. She is attired in a satiny yellow gown trimmed in pink and purple, and has a brush, barrettes, and magic wand. The magical tresses emerging from the hair-growing tube are quite realistic, although grownups, at least, might be a little unnerved at the sleek brown hair oozing in and out of Dora's head. Still, children are experts at suspending disbelief and accepting weirdness in the world, so they probably won't mind a bit. Four AA batteries required (included). --Emilie Coulter ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Not as happy as I thought!!!!
We bought this for our daughter Brittney (39 months), she wanted it so bad, then after a few days she just stopped playing with it. I don't think she's into the hair brushing and that sort of play just yet. She still loves dora's house, and her other dora dolls which include star catching dora, cowboy dora, buenas noched dora, magic surprise dora and some other ones.

5-0 out of 5 stars A review for my Sister
The first day my sister ever saw this item, she wanted it for her birthday, but she got it for Christmas. Thanks to our best friend, Pat, now living at Bethel Retirement Home. When my sister got this, she thought that Dora looked cute in the box. My sister really likes the song that Dora sings. One time, my sister combed Dora's hair too much and too hard. Then it didn't work. My father fixed it on the day he got batteries for my MindMania Spelling Clip. Last, my sister doesn't play with Dora oftenly. Dora uses 4 "AA" batteries (included.)- Cristian and Alejandra Mojica.

4-0 out of 5 stars 3 yr old likes maybe too much
Dora is still doing okay considering what she has been through since Christmas. Her pretty hair do was taken out of its rubber bands fairly quickly. She has gotten an unrequested hair cut, luckly not much was cut because I caught my daughter in the act.She gets played with somewhat often even by visiting children.I do sometimes have to take Dora away when the kids start fighting over her.She doesn't look as good as new anymore, but well loved. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Yoda the 8 ball
I grew up with the "8 ball" - asking it Yes or No questions to see how it would answer. Now we have something even better!Yoda!!I got this as a gift this year and absolutely LOVE IT.Ask a Yes or No question - press his left hand and he has like 20+ different random answers!I had some friends over for dinner and we kept passing him around - everyone found this to be very entertaining. This is great for adults and young people.I may even take Yoda to the office! This is a MUST HAVE for Star Wars fans and collectors.

5-0 out of 5 stars I love this thing!
From the first time I watched Star Wars Episode V, and saw Yoda, everybody else in the theatre thought he was a stupid little green alien, BUT I KNEW! Yoda is the wisest of all the Jedi Masters, and this toy is so cool! So far, he's helped me find $20 on the street, avoid a party where everybody was caught drinking, and get me a girlfriend. It worked for me, it'll work for you, too!

3-0 out of 5 stars Oooahh! Scary this is!
Got this for mother for Christmas I did, mmm! Very reminiscent of the interactive furby-type Yoda toy from a few years back this is, only not quite so interactive, mmm hmmm hmm hmm! Like the Magic Eight-Ball this is, only a little more disturbing, yet kinda cute, yeess. Like Grover from Sesame Street after a weekend bender his voice sounds like! If built like the aforementioned Furby-ish toy, disintegrate his eyelids will after a couple years you should expect! Then always watching over you he will be, constantly staring, yeeess. Into the darkest, deepest pits of your soul he will gaze, your sickest, most depraved secrets and fears he will uncover, against you one day he'll use... oooaaahh! Bladder control I'm almost losing from such disquieting thoughts, mmm, yeess!

Speaking of bladders: leave now I have to, yeess. Perform the "drawing out of the dark side" I must, if what I mean you know, heh...

With the ever present alien menace threatening Earth, the Power Rangers SPD Delta Squad unites to become the Megazord! This set comes with five extremely durable individual vehicles that, once combined, form the Megazord. Each toy is made of tough plastic that will easily withstand even the worst of monster beatings. The Megazord itself is simple to construct and compact enough to handle easily. The instructions are clear so assembly is made easy. On top of that, with 2 AA batteries (not included) you’ll get the full effect of lights and stomping action sounds. --Chip Quinn ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The best DX Megazord ever
This DX Megazord rocks!! It includes cool sounds and light effect, and it also includes its weapons that are used in the show. And also...... surprisingly connects with my Ninja Storm zords(Dolphinzord and Lionzord's head) which is really cool!! And--ah man, I can't wait for the DX Cyclemax Megazord to come out in stores so I can combined my Delta Squad Megazord with it and creates the powerful OmegaMax Megazord!!

3-0 out of 5 stars All in all not a bad megazord
My son (4) and I (33) collect Power Rangers Zords. He has several from the first (MMPR) to now the SPD Delta Squad Megazord (newest available) and all in all it is very smooth, easy to transform, and attractive. The only draw backs are that it is a bit small for a megazord (only 10 inches tall or so), and the sword, gun and handcuffs are a bit delicate. The best thing about it is that all the accessories are able to be stowed on the zord itself. The gun and sword blade fit in the green truck (vehicle #2 - the left leg) and the sword handle is the spotlight rig on the yellow armored car. (vehicle #4 - left arm) If they had made it bigger it would be one of the best for design and looks.

This Figure Is Calling And Saying Buy Me Because The Art Work And Craftmanship is Unbeliveable. Go Out And Buy This Awesome Figure

4-0 out of 5 stars Now Luke Skywalker, You Will Die
The Unleashed line of toys continues with this figure of Darth Sidious. His face doesn't really match the one seen in RETUN OF THE JEDI, but the amount of detail and action in the sculpt help make up for it.The figure comes with two pairs of hands. One normal, the other features blue lightning bolts shooting out from his fingertips.I found it was best to display the figure with one regular hand and one hand with lightning. If you attach both hands with the lightning at the same time the amount of lightning looks a bit ridiculous plus his face can get obscured from certain angles.

Drawbacks - You'll have to find a safe place to store the hands not attached to the figure. The lightning bolts seem pretty sturdy, but I'm sure if they got bent they would break. On my figure the paint job on the pair of hands that have lightning is rather sloppy.

I recommend this figure, but it doesn't reach the high standard set by other figures in the series. ... Read more

Toot-toot! All aboard for lunch with the very functional Thomas the Tanklunch box, which is made of durable plastic and comes in the traditional Thomasblue with a red handle. Inside the generous container are an 11.5-ounce canteenand a Pecoware double-deck sandwich container, which measures 5 by 5 by 3inches. Both are adorned with Thomas scenes. On the front of the lunch box is anifty front panel--decorated with another happy Thomas scene--that clips open. This compartment is big enough to accommodate another sandwich or is the perfecthiding place to tuck away a secret goodie for your child. Press a button on theside of the canteen, and the cover pops up, revealing a straw. 5-0 out of 5 stars The coolest lunchbox around!
My son loves everything Thomas. This was especially a big hit because of it's durability and style.I love the fact that it comes with everything! The sandwich container has a double decker compartment, and is perfect for a sandwich (or chicken nuggets, etc.), and the other compartment, which is like an extra plate inside the container is perfect for sides of veggies. The pop-up canteen is spillproof, and my son does love to drink out of it.And unlike other pop-up straws, this straw is short and hard, so it won't hamper speech development (otherwise they will just be sucking on it like a pacifier). It is also roomy enough to include other essentials like napkins, and cutlery, or a small toy.The only drawback is that the artwork in the canteen is falling apart, but I thought that was because it has been handwashed several times with a harsh detergent when we went to India for a month. Now I use the dishwasher and it has stopped the deterioration of the artwork. And also, my three-year old tends to fumble when opening or closing the hatch. On the other hand, he will be developing his fine-motor skills! With or without lunch, he loves toting it around and storing his toys on it.Plus, we get a lot of praise whenever other kids or moms see it, and they always asks us where we bought it!

4-0 out of 5 stars straw cup comments
One reviewer mentionedthe straw cup being a major pain to clean. It doesn't have to be that way. I bought pipe cleaners, and when I clean it, I use those for the straw -- no need to disassemble. Also, if I really want to be careful, I'll run it through the microwave in a sterilizer with my baby bottles when I do those.Never have to worry.the cup is the main reason I love this product.I have a two year old, and the cup is great for travel, never spills, and she drinks a lot of water when she uses it.

You do have to replace the water fairly frequently because it takes on a plastic taste (indicates chemicals leaching from the plastic that you DO NOT want your child to inject) over the course of the day.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not Dishwasher Safe
I purchased both this lunch box, and a similar one offered by the same company, (apparently no longer available,) at the same time, and put both into use on the same day.

We put the sandwich cases and bottles in the dishwasher at least 3 to 4 times a week.As of November 1st, the art on both Thomas products (bottle and sandwich case) is badly scarred and faded, with many areas showing no paint at all. (The white areas were the first to go.)The markings (ballet slippers) on the other lunch box set are unmarred and unchanged. This was disappointing, to say the least. However, it may be our fault, though I do not recall any warnings that these were not dishwasher safe.

However, the lunch box as a whole is rugged and works well. Our children enjoy using them.Just be aware: should you purchase this item, I suggest it be hand-washed only to preserve the art. ... Read more

Editorial Review

Fans of the board game Risk will find this Lord of the Rings edition--the Middle-earth version--thoroughly familiar. But there are all sorts of new opportunities and dangers here in the form of wizards, Orcs, cave trolls, and the One True Ring--the latter a gold-colored pewter replica. The four colored armies of plastic game pieces are rather small and cheaply produced, but the 20-by-20-inch game board and 40 adventure cards have a higher-quality feel and are beautifully designed. The game proceeds on the roll of two red and three black dice, and the object, of course, is control of Middle-earth. Recommended for two to four Hobbits; second breakfast not included. 4-0 out of 5 stars LOTR Disappointment
I bought a LOTR Risk (not trilogy) board as it was much cheaper and was very annoyed that it didn't have Mordor and Gondor on it - it only tells you this on the instructions, INSIDE the wrapped box. There was also a leaflet inside it with the Expansion Board advertised on it, but all sites say that this is OUT OF PRINT!Following this, I decided to draw my own but I am still longing for that Minas Tirith game!

4-0 out of 5 stars really fun- but takes a long time
I really liked this game and i got it because i love LOTR.It takes a long time to play but if you can find someone patient enough to play it with you then it is a blast. It used a lot of stratigy and made me think.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Version of a Classic Game
I grew up playing the original Risk game with my father, brother, and cousins. It has been a sort of institution in my family for years. That being said I might like this game version more. Maybe because I did play the original version so much or maybe it is because I fell in love with Middle Earth after seeing the movies but to me the addition of mountains, rivers, leaders, and strongholds changed the whole dynamic of the game and made it seem less chance based and even more strategy oriented. Troop movements and army formations must now take into account bridges and passes. Attacks must factor in leaders and strongholds.

If I had anything negative to say it would be that some of the color contrasts make it hard to tell what "continent" a province belongs to and I must agree with another reviewer that cheap marketing tactics have created two versions [FOTR/Towers and Trilogy] so definitely get the trilogy version if you are a LOTR fan or else just get the cheaper version. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Best Risk yet!
Well, we have just had our first game of Star Wars Risk: Clone Wars Edition at open gaming day at Dr. No's Comics & Games. The session was very successful and I am very impressed with the game so far. My friend Scott and I took the Separatist army while our new acquaintances Keith and Sara took the Republic. The game lasted a total of 4 1/2 rounds, which is pretty close to a game of Risk 2210. The Republic won, in spite of a last ditch effort to turn the tide via Order 66. Unfortunately, as is the case with games where dice are involved, the dice (or the Force) was not with us. I am not speaking out against dice based games. I like an element of chance. The best laid plans and all that... Unpredictable things happen in wars, especially in Star Wars. Our strategy of holding back defensively and waiting out for a good chance at a sweeping galactic conquest with Order 66 didn't pan out. Even if our dice had been rolled better, defensive is NOT the way to play this game. Play aggressive and ALWAYS invade whenever possible. If you are the Separatists, you have GOT to invade and be successful because you have GOT to get cards and reinforcements. The Republic starts out VERY strong (as they should, since they are the dominant power in the galaxy when the war starts) and if they are allowed to gain inroads into your regions, the Seps cannot mount a strong enough defense with their now limited reinforcements. The bonus cards the Reps get from taking leaders is a brutal advantage. Protect those leaders at all costs! if you HAVE to put one in a forward territory, it better be a 1 pip leader. We were unable to hold a first turn advance by the Republic's red army and had to cough up a total of 5 cards (3 from a 3 pip leader, and one each for both Scott and myself giving up a planet). That turn pretty much set the pace for the game. We were able to stay in it until the fifth position on the Order 66 track, and I called the order at the end of my turn, but our rolls again weren't enough. Order 66 ALMOST eliminated Sara, but one of her strongest planets held firm and was able to take Palpatine on her next turn as we had nowhere really safe to stash him.
Overall, even though we lost, I had a blast with the game. It really does FEEL like Star Wars. While i was a bit disappointed with the unusual looking board at first, I grew to really like it very quickly. Troop placement is simple, there are no questionable areas ("is this a pass through the mountains, or just the artwork?"), and since there are no territory cards there is no need to spend time trying to find the name of some obscure area/region/planet (one of the few downfalls of LOTR Trilogy Risk AND War of the Ring). Never forget that every turn is important. I cannot stress that enough. No matter which side you are, you have GOT to be offensive at all times. Even though defenders gain the advantage in ties, if the invader has ships or Anakin cards that allow re-rolls, the odds are heavily against the defender. The playing time is not at all daunting and can be played in only 2 hours or so ( and a good 1/2 hour of that was set up time), so it could easily be played tournament style, switching sides after a game and playing again best 2 out of 3 or what have you.
One comment I have noticed a lot of people making is that they wish the ship tokens had been plastic pieces rather than cardstock chits. While aesthetically I agree, I believe that for gameplay and ease of use purposes, a chit with a picture on one side and a description of the ship's ability on the reverse side is much more functional than a miniature and a reference sheet next to the board. The less time spent poring through the rulebook for a rule and the more time spent invading worlds and conquering the galaxy, the better.
In my opinion, SW Risk: CWE is the best Risk I have played so far. I have 2210, LOTR Trilogy, and Godstorm (which i have not yet played, unfortunately), but this is my favorite at this point.

2-0 out of 5 stars A disappointment
I really loved the Lord of the Rings Trilogy edition of Risk, and so I was looking forward to the Clone Wars edition.Physically, the game is about the same quality--overall pretty nice but I'm not crazy about the little plastic pieces, which seem even flimsier than the Trilogy game, and much more likely to tangle up together. But that's not a big issue. It's the gameplay.

First off, in a 4 player game, 2 players are good (Republic) and 2 are evil (Separatist), and you are not allowed to attack your own ally.(Gosh, there goes half the fun of Risk right there!) I've yet to come up with a strategy that lets the good side win.During the game, the Separatists have a one-time opportunity to invoke "Order 66".When this happens, each and every planet (territory) in the Republic is checked against a die roll, and a losing roll means the planet becomes Separatist. In every game I've played so far, this wipes out the Republic. Not only have you lost the territories themselves, but all their troops turn against you. It's maddening to be playing the Republic, building up for a great crushing attack and blip, here comes Order 66, bye bye lovely troops.Once issuing Order 66, the Separatists must then place the Emperor (a special piece) on a planet, where he must remain, and the Republic will automatically win the game if they take this planet. But I have yet to get the Republic to recover enough to strike at the Emperor.

The dark side just has too many advantages to make this game fun to play.In the LOTR Trilogy edition, evil starts out stronger, but with good strategy, good can still win.But I just can't figure out the strategy here to make things even. ... Read more

Elmo has certainly sold out. The fuzzy red Muppet is dressed up in a chicken suit, with only his red face and hands showing. The fuzzy suit is bright yellow with a white chest, orange feet, and a red comb on the hood. Push the button on Elmo's left foot and his high-pitched voice encourages little ones to do the Chicken Dance with him. His arms flap and his knees bounce up and down as he sings the lines, "Elmo wants to be a chicken, Elmo wants to be a duck" to the familiar, but annoying, tune. Press the button on his right foot and Elmo will cluck like a chicken and move his head. Note that these two actions are the only ones Elmo does; there is no volume control, repeatedly hitting a button will cause a "rap effect," and the body under the chicken suit is hard plastic, which hurts his huggability factor. --Pam Lauer ... 3-0 out of 5 stars Good while it lasted
Since he was an infant, our son has LOVED the Chicken Dance, and when he was 5.5 months we bought him Chicken Dance Elmo.At first he thought it was odd, but then he started to like it and we knew that whenever he was upset Elmo could get him to calm down.Eventually, at 7 months he went through a phase where he no longer wanted to be changed on his changing table.Wouldn't you know, Elmo was the the one toy that could occupy him long enough for us to change his diaper.

My BIG disappointment with Elmo is that he is not very durable. We used him for entertainment purposes only and after two months he just stoppped singing. He still clucks like a chicken if you press his foot, but when you press the other foot nothing happens (no song and dance). We thought it needed more batteries but after trying that its clear that Emlo is broken.Which is too bad since we really liked this toy.

5-0 out of 5 stars It's just like Murray's guitar.
This musical red instrument looks just like Murray's guitar from Playhouse Disney and Wiggly movies.

It plays different songs whenever you press their button and sing along with the Wiggles' voices recorded. That's why I love it a lot.

You can "Play your Guitar with Murray" any time.

5-0 out of 5 stars My little musicians love this guitar...
This is a complete crowd pleaser. My boys are HUGE fans of the WIGGLES and they each receieved this guitar as a gift when they were about 3 years old and it's still on their Top 10 list of "favorite toys in the house"!It really has helped them (not that they really needed the help) to come out of their shells and take on a role of entertaining friends and family that come to visit. The guitars are very durable as I've seen them used in my household as a bat and weapon (yikes!) -- nothing has broken yet! There are quite a few of their favorite songs on it and the same buttons keep being used over and over again. If you can stand the repetition of the music and noise I suggest this for the little music lovers in your house.

I bought this toy for my 20 month old son for Christmas, and he loves it!!!! 5-0 out of 5 stars Hubby Loves It!
The only disappointment with this set is that the pieces are plastic. When we picked up the box it was quite heavy so we hoped the pieces were some sort of metal. Alas. However, they are not flimsy. Some of the weapons were a bit curved out of the box but they straightened out with a little TLC. Don't even think about getting them back into the box once you've taken them out unless you wrote down where each piece came from. The board is nothing special, just cardboard, and is a little small for the size of the pieces. If you plan on playing the game I'd suggest getting a larger board. Otherwise, it's great for display purposes. This is the nicest Star Wars chess set we've seen. Buy it, you'll love it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Star Wars Saga Chess
For those who may be interested, here is a listing of which pieces are included in this new chess set.For the silver "good" side, the pawns are Republic Clone Troopers, kneeling and holding a rifle. The two rooks are C3P0/R2D2 (together on one piece), and Padme firing a blaster from Episode II.The knights are Han Solo in Episode IV clothing and Chewbacca with bowcaster, and the bishops are Princess Leia from Episode IV and Luke Skywalker from Episode VI.The queen is a bearded Episode III Obi-Wan, and the king is Yoda flying through the air (resting on a piece of clear plastic) with a lightsaber. On the black "evil" side, the pawns are the Episode IV era stormtroopers, kneeling with rifles. The two rooks are Count Dooku and Darth Maul (holding a double-bladed lightsaber and doing a high kick).Bishops are General Grievous (two of his four arms are holding lightsabers) and a General Grievous bodyguard with staff.Knights are Jango Fett from Episode II flying with jet pack and firing double pistols, and Boba Fett from Episode VI, presumably firing his wrist cable. The queen is Darth Vader with lightsaber, and the king is Emperor Palpatine with hands poised for sith lightning ala Episode VI.All pieces are made from molded plastic, and weapons will most likely be deformed and wilted when you remove them from the package. If your lightsabers are not all twisted and warped, be surprised and thankful. Also, getting them put back into their proper (unmarked) place in the packaging is like a difficult jigsaw puzzle. In the end, however, this is a nice set and I believe it is worth the price. ... For slumber parties, naptime, or travel, this indoor sleeping bag makes cozy dreaming for fans of Dora the Explorer. A large image of Dora appears on the purple upink polyester outer shell, and a soft tricot lining encases a sleeping child in soft, lightweight warmth. A self-repairing zipper along the side and bottom allows use as a comforter. This machine-washable bag is perfect for travel or sleepovers, but is also sturdy enough for everyday use. --Ava Natov ... Editorial Review

Okay, it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense that SpongeBob SquarePants and his starfish friend Patrick are racing around in cars. They live under the sea, after all. Wouldn’t the cars, you know, float away? But "sense" is something best dispensed of when exploring SpongeBob’s world. We are, after all, talking about a necktie-wearing kitchen sponge who lives in a pineapple under the sea. This cool little racetrack is sure to please the SpongeBob faithful with thoughtfully detailed set pieces such as the Krusty Krab restaurant, and the homes of both SpongeBob and Patrick. The set features many pieces and takes a while to set up. As for the actual racing part of the set, it works fairly well, even if the cars are on the pokey side. --Charlie Williams ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A real toy which teaches
This is not a toy you can fob off on your kids alone. You need to get down on the floor and play with them. And like most realtoys, you need to learn to use it, and even modify it for your kids' abilities. That's part of the educational value.

I think the complaints I have read below are because people are missing out on the fun of playing with and teaching their kids. I have uploaded some photos to the gallery to show how to make simple guard-rails which snap right into the guard-rail (!) slots on the track. Use a flat setup, not the elevated figure eight pictured on the box. Also as another reviewer wrote, just wrap a rubber band around the speed plunger to keep little ones from going too fast.

Over the years I have had lots of racing sets and I am impressed with the price and quality of this one. Well made durable track, clearly marked with letters for easy assembly. The cars have high-quality braided track brushes, just like expensive slot cars.

It runs forever on brand-x alkaline D batteries. Or you can use cheaper AA batteries with a batter upsizer kit available for a buck or two at any CVS, Walgreens, Eckerds, Walmart, or K-Mart. Upsizers are just plastic tubes which make the AA batteries as big as a D battery. You can even use rechargeables.

My son (6) and pals love playing with this toy. They laugh and shout and make up little SpongeBob stories. They like to challenge Dad and Pop-Pop to races where they really just try to run us off the track at the squeeze lanes.

Too many toys are virtual these days, like video games. Real toys like model cars, planes, boats, jump-ropes, balls, teach patience because they don't just work perfectly and teach a lot of lessons. Buy it and teach your kids the lesson that the real world is not neat or simple.

5-0 out of 5 stars I LOVE IT!
I can't believe all the bad reviews there have been for this awesome toy! I mean, sure, it stops some times, but it SO worth the money! If I were you, I'd get it! My brother, Bobby Gelhar, and my sister, Katie Gelhar, think that it is awesome! I love it, and I know you'll like it, too, if you like Spongebob, of course. It might have trouble the first time, but it is really fun when you get it going. I spent hours playing it and thought that is was so cool! Whoever thought of this toy is a genious!

5-0 out of 5 stars FUN!Fun, fun, and more fun!!!!!!!!
This is the coolest toy in the whole world. It is tons of fun and is easy to put together. It's obvious that you wouldn't buy it for a toddler, it is ages 8 and up. My little sister and i just LOVE it. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Monopoly-Star Wars Style
It had been a while since I've taken a look at both Star Wars and Monopoly...Due to the hype for the new movie (EPS 3), I got back into Star Wars...This caused a mass compulsive buying of alot of SW merchandise. One of those items happened to be Star Wars Monopoly.
The paper money is cheap as always...it feels like it'll rip any second...it couldve been a little more durable.
The cities and settlements are sculpted great, and the game board has beautiful art on it.
The game pieces
Darth Vader
Darth Maul
Darth Sidious
Luke Skywalker
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Princess Leia
Yoda
General Grievous
are all extremely well made, bringing characters from all 6 movies.
My only gripe is that they included Grevious over someone like Han Solo or Boba Fett...I don't care for Leia or Yoda much, so I wouldnt have minded those two replaced with some old favorites.
All in all, a great buy and tons of fun to play.

5-0 out of 5 stars SIMPSONS...OLD STYLE
This retro flashback simpson's Playset has been designed to look as the Simpson's did when they first premiered way back on the Tracy Ullman show in the 1980's.This was a time when the figures looked a bit cruder and less detailed. They talked a little slower and deeper (especially) Homer.

Here we have Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and little Maggie all standing in their living room.Unfortunately the environment is not compatible with other figures but that's a minor complaint as this set is more of a specialized item anyway. And hey...for the $10 bucks that Amazon is dropping it for you won't get a better deal.Well worth it.Great display piece.

5-0 out of 5 stars JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR
I was looking for a action figure set of the whole Simpsons Family: Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. Now, here are the pros and cons.

Pros:
Contain of whole Simpsons Family
Cheap Price(Bought here)
Fun

Cons:
Living Room NOT compatible with other characters.

5-0 out of 5 stars What's up you toy nerds?
The concept of collecting toys when you can afford a credit card is absurd, that is why I am a toy NERD. This particular flashback set has been out for a while,I'm glad it's cheaper in price cause it's getting ridiculous especially with the independent toy stores. So my review is this: it's good. I saw the picture and I know what I was getting. The delivery was quite efficient and speedy Gonzales. Last I'd like to add that I DO OPEN my toys, cause you only become obsessed with mint condition and never enjoy the essence of the collectables. Get a life me. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars the battle scene
I have learned a great deal from this toy set.The toy set is very durable and includes 4 of the most important characters from Episode I's final battle scene including:droid #3432, naboo warrior #12, a duck-billed beast of burden, and jar jar binks.

I play endlessly but get frustated when recreating the final battle scene when jar jar gets killed... I always seem to forget that Jar Jar actually survived the last scene and did not have his fate sealed in the orifice of a much larger creature.(beware of the choking warning on this toy) ... What's better than being able to shoot your Dragoon spinning top with a rip cord from a launcher for added power? Being able to control your top's ability to accelerate and reverse with remote control, of course! Charging up the remote control top is easy with the included launcher. You can pull or push the trigger of the launcher to make the top go clockwise or counterclockwise. Get another Beyblade top of a different frequency and then get ready for head-to-head, top-smashing battle action. --Megan Sullivan ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars It was a deception!!!!!
It was really frustating for me and my litle son. I bought it at amazon.com site. It took about 10 days to get in my house because I live outside US and when my son tried to play it was not working. What about the QC of this toy? is it a joke! As I live outside US I can't exchange it. But the worth is the frustation of my kid. This Mastecard can not afford!

5-0 out of 5 stars Dragoon V beats cousins beyblade
I creamed my cousin with my dragoon v.When I battled my cousin, I attacked just one time and beat his Seaborg. He said he would trade his best beyblade for my dragoon V, but I turned him down.I really like dragoon v.

5-0 out of 5 stars Dragoon rc is cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This beyblade is so cool you can counter spin you can acceceluratereal fast left or right you can't even follow it. It's the beyblade today it's way better than dragoon fighter and dragoon victory[magnacore] it's a true attack beyblade. It can even beat a metal knight dranzer[Magnacore]i'veheard there coming out with driger rc soon can't wait forhe is going to be a challenge and I hope this drigger has different design.I don't know why everybody says this takes fun out beyblading it doesn't and I don't know why everybody is so crazy about magncore or v2 this is what I have been waiting for. It can even beet a driger f so get it is worth it you can even customize it's attack ring so you can't customize all of it who cares it's still fun. Remeber to keep the bottom clean and don't use up all the batteries to much and over charge that's why they cry about it being broken by the way i'm 11. I want a draciel fortress next I heard it has ball bearings my friend wouldn't let me use because his always facing people but I can beat him. ... Read more
